KFC in North East Lincolnshire

A lovely smile greeted us by Rimjim( excuse the spelling) the young lady at the till. The wait was not very long at all & served piping hot. Staff was cleaning tables as soon as people left. A pleasure to visit today

Firstly I don’t usually use fast take outs, my partner suggested having a kfc after visiting Grimsby and driving through Cleethorpes. Never again will I go to kfc I received a rubbish meal that cost nearly £10 most of which fed the local seagulls! OMG how do you survive? How hard is it to provide good eatable food? Was served with old chips..bits! No thank you, service polite. FOOD OFFERING RUBBISH.

its fabulous plenty of choice very clean restaurant short walk from the boating lake and the sea front shops and magical castle near by as well also parkway cinema as well all walking distance. Great food great service coming here again soon. Great value for money good service and really nice friendly staff as well quick service nothing was too much trouble last time very quick service

absolutely horrible customer service, wouldn’t take my order after standing there for 30 minutes. i spoke to a worker and she just walked away from me. i am absolutely disgusted i do not recommend coming to this kfc.

Waited 10mins to be served at least 3 workers made eye contact with me but not a single one acknowledged me or asked if I was waiting to be served

Disappointing. Ordered a piece original meal,got one tiny piece and one very greasy piece of chicken. If I hadn't drove away I would of returned it. No sugar or stirrers offered with coffee either. Service was friendly.

Was going to rate one star but thought a little unfair because the soft drink was ok. Used this place a few times when visiting Cleethorpes for food but when we called in on the 19th of March around 14:00 I was disappointed on this visit because there was squashed food in the aisles and under tables of which were also in need of a wipe clean… Placing my order, and after waiting I noticed there wasn’t any lemon hand wipes or serviette’s available. Food was fair (ish) but not the best I’ve had when visited before. Shame really because this KFC is normally ok and I’ve given good reviews before so hoping this was just a one off bad experience. 🤞

Chicken was super greasy and more tendons than meat. Chips whilst ok the price was ridiculous for them

This place was filthy, lacked air con on a hot day and was absolutely manic without any form of management whatsoever . Ordered on the screen and there were no fizzy drinks so should have realised something was amiss at that point. Waited 30 minutes and eventually got a refund as there was no sign of food on the horizon. There’s clearly a real issue with limited staff trying to deal with Drive thru, just eats and those (like me) who were unfortunate enough to be in the sweat box they call a restaurant . Haven’t been in here before and certainly won’t be back - terrible experience .

Today I went through the drive thru and the girl on the microphone was absolutely amazing. This was 12th July around 10pm so close to closing time and she still had the best attitude ever. I think I’m in love. She is a credit to the company.

Went here after Pop Live Friday around 8pm it was the dirtiest KFC ever been in, my 8 year old Granddaughter refused to eat inside as every single table was dirty & full of food and rubbish, the floor was full of food also, so we looked to eat outside....this was the same. As there was only 4 other people eating inside surely they had time to clear up, this is bad management, he could have deligated staff to do this am sure. As we had no choice I cleared a table & we sat inside, food was average they had no gravy but to top it off our Fanta was warm. Avoid this KFC.

Takeaway smothered in disinfectant. Revolting.Very disappointing.Reccomend you avoid this careless establishment. Won't be back.

Ordered a pizza for collection and thought I’d pop through the drive thru at kfc for youngest daughter. After 25 minute wait (only 8 cars in front) eventually got my food!

Customers had to help each other with screens and so on. The few staff on were busy with the drive thru and delivery pick ups. The food was tolerable but nothing to rush over there for. Only a computer gamer of long standing can find a two piece meal on that ordering screen, I nearly gave up and went next door to McDonald's. The chicken pieces are about half the size they used to be.

Placed an order wasn't a cheap one and had all my dipping sauces corn and the cob and chicken filllets missing, phoned many times they don't pick up absolute joke what a wasted meal. Cheers KFC

Waited 10 minuted thwn told 8 so 621 ordered in store and still waoting at 639.seen many at least 5 drivers get their orders so thong eat gets the priority and not walk 8n cusromer so leason learned be warned

Staff good with cleaning down and covid aware, masks worn hy staff great, shame about the odd customers with unruly kids climbing about on unused tables outside and doing as they please.

My son asked me to pick up an order for him as I came into town. After 15 minutes I realised order not even being prepared. Spoke to counter staff who said they had never had it. Showed them confirmation email so she spoke to manager who said she could serve it. Three times she checked email. When order done I said that looks small, are you sure it's all there? Yes, double checked was the reply. Dropped it off and sure enough the big bucket of chicken poppers was missing. They rang to query it to be told they were never shown email. So how did they have any idea what the non-existent order contained at all? They said that I was, according to lass who served me, was lying. Why would I? They then claimed they "don't get any of the money from app orders" . No idea how they make money then. They ended call by saying all they would do was give a free bucket next time they call in. Offer ends March 22! Frankly terrible service and I will never use KFC again.

Helpful young lady that served me with me not being familiar with the menu. Food was very nice and hot, the chips are really nice since they’ve started leaving the skin on. Overall I enjoyed this visit.

We don't seem to have a lot of luck with any KFC but the food at this particular restaurant was very good. We would defiantly go a again next time we stay in Cleethorpes.

I don't often eat at KFC as I generally find it overpriced and underwhelming. Unfortunately my expectations were met here, as I was treated to a meal of dry chicken and powdery fries.It seems odd to me to base your business idea around serving a food that you continually fail to cook properly, yet here we are!

Went to the KFC at Cleethorpes. Used the order screens at the front of the resurant to order 2 meals. A zinger meal with a krushems and a rice box with a Pepsi max. (see receipt). When we collected the order the krushems was small so small in fact only 2 3rds of the cup had been filled. When we queried this we were told that was the size of the cups now. So I pointed out when we ordered it with the zinger meal it gave the option to make it large (for an extra charge) and was this the large cup to which we were told it was the only size they did?? And the staff member then said that we ordered it with the rice box and that was the only size it offered. We showed the staff member the receipt and explained that we had ordered it with the zinger which she refused to believe but could see very clearly, and continued to say there was a mark on the cup (I didn't see this mark) that they had to fill it too. On all the adverts for both krushems and the krushems soft serve it sows said cup full to the brim. So to cut a long story short I was called a lier. It's sad to think that KFC this hard up they will give short orders and charge you for the pleasure. Food was OK slapped together with cold chips and bland hot wings. Service was rubbish customer relations non existent... Will not return.

food was great, hot, even got a extra bit of chicken with our meal. we did tell the staff have we got the right order as we both have extra chicken with our meal. the guy behind the counter said enjoy our mistake not yours so please enjoy, he was lovely and polite. so yes we did eat and it was well worth the money. nice staff and was very clean.

as normal its clean and not busy and same price as all the kfcs good for a hot day as its its got ac for when your eating

Visited at 13.35pm for supper & got an awe full meal. Cold chips, cold gravy & a hard anemic fillet burger in a hard bun. It all had to be taken back force refund. I asked if it was nearly closing time to which they answered yes. That seems a poor excuse for serving such terrible & potentially dangerous food as it was being held at below the legal temp of 63 degrees. This will be my last visit to that branch!

all im going to say is WHATS WITH THE CRAPPY CHIPS NOW bring back the old ones the new ones taste awfull and still annoys me if you dont want diet pop with your order they should knock a bit of the price

Food was fine but not a nice place to be eating it. The premises were disqusting inside and out. Tables and seats either had loads of rubbish on or were sticky unclean with food and spilled drinks!.You had to go careful where walking not to stand on food! We visited early evening and the floors looked like they had not been swept at all that day or possibly the night before. All Bins were open over flowing with rubbish every where. it was just shockingly unclean!. Wasnt that busy when we was there, had plenty of staff chatting so no excuse not to have the premises clean. The outside was no better. I can honestly say ive never seen a fast food chain have there restaurant in such a shocking way!. If the restaurant area is so bad it makes you wounder about the hygeine of the kitchen area where the food is been cooked!!. Our food was ok but would rather eat somewhere clean.

We visited kfc meridian point cleethorpes today, don't usually eat from here but was quick and expensive really, anyway my review of this place is shockingly untidy, there was food on the floor and on the table's, the bin was over full and the staff were too busy chatting, having spent over half hour here we decided to leave, at this point a member of staff was emptying one over full bin, no table's where cleaned, the floor was sticky and dirty, I dred to think what the manager was doing in the meantime though, there is clearly no proper hygiene in place at all

Couldnt work out if it was more hygenic to eat from the floor or table... both were as equally dirty and covered in waste.

I walked in with two hungry children after a morning in Grimsby & Cleethorpes. The floor was covered in chips & chicken bones, as were the tables. We found one of the few clean tables and the kids sat while I got the food, well if you can call it that. Cold greasy and tasteless. I should also point out that compared to the other local fast food eateries in the area it was rather quiet. We still feel sick just thinking about it.

There is often a crowd of people waiting for their orders to be prepared in front of the counter which, in itself, prove how popular this place is, and also proves how good it is.

Called in today after a spot of Xmas shopping walked in to see staff going round cleaning tables sweeping floor partner got helped to table with our meal

Just had a KFC with corn sides chicken was tasty and moist corn was spot on chicken coating was good reviewed this place a long time ago poor then but todays was very good would recommend and will return

thought id try the drive threw for a change.... big mistake!! waited at the speaker/ microphone post for 20 mins but no1 asked me for my food order so i drove to the window to only find it was shut and in the dark. drove to the next window and i could see all the staff chatting and still no1 came to the window!!!! SO KFC YOU LOST MY CUSTOM!!!! I WONT BE BACK!!!!!

Good finger licking chicken meal was not over priced . The servers at the till were efficient with good mannerism and were courteous. It was nice to see few families enjoying ‘buckets’ of chicken. Could have done with prompt cleanliness of the floor and tables after the customers left.

Friendly, clean and quick service and staff. Restaurant always clean, Food always hot and crispy. Value for money.

Everytime I go here for my son they get the order wrong. He always has the boneless banquet. They always ask which dip would I like and I say none, I always say no sweetcorn and they say would you like extra fries instead and I say yes please. Then when you get your order it's all wrong, there is a dip and a sweetcorn. It's not rocket science why don't they get it right.

Worst KFC I have ever had. The chicken coating was grey, obviously not fresh and was very doughy, not crispy at all. Food was also luke warm, possibly reheated. Put me off the whole meal which at £32 for the five of us is ok if it's hot and fresh but not good value, might as well have gone to McDonald's.

The service at this KFC restaurant is very good and quick we ordered via the drive thru and we were in and out in 2 minutes and when we arrived there was a queue which quickly cleared and as always the food was excellent.

Good clean and near to hotel nothing special just the usuall all staff were very friendly and helpful

Called for a KFC on our way home got a 6 piece bucket the sides were tasty (corn on the cob) the chicken was dry the coating was hard and dry on 3 of the pieces hardly had any chicken on wouldn't recommend to anyone the staff was polite and tidy the kfc in the market tastes a lot better

Had a KFC has a holiday treat while staying in thorpepark cleethorpes I must say service was much better and quicker then I get in Liverpool edgelane the staff seem much friendlier too in cleethorpes .

Although very busy (it was a sunny Sunday afternoon) the place was clean and the staff both efficient, and friendly. And helpful too. And the food was, well, KFC, but as well presented as it could be.

Kfc specialists in chicken. Sorry the chicken was dry and the coating chewy. YOU HAD ONE JOB. GET IT RIGHT

This KFC was more like a greasy caff !, the tables were streaky and greasy and the floor was filthy with ingrained dirt, there was a lot of food residue under the tables,the floor was so greasy i nearly slipped twice !,the chicken was average, not really hot enough and the fries were insipid and pale.

One of the best KFC we have been, the food was hot and we didnt wait long for our order. The staff were friendly and very helpful

Corto de tiempo y quieran comer algo rápido, cometimos el error de utilizar este camino a través de kfc. A pesar de pagar por actualizar al grande, y a pesar de que conseguimos regular claramente el recibo y no decir no lechuga mayonesa me dieron tanto. Este fue el único descubierto al regreso a donde estábamos, lo otro viaje para mí para cambiar. Como tal, no pude comer con mi familia y me dejaba comer en mi propia unos 40 minutos después de que tenían su comida.

Always reliable for a quick nosh, this KFC is no different. I always wish they kept the food a bit hotter than they do, but it was fine.

This is one of many KFC restaraunts i have eaten at ,but this one is certainly the best,chicken and fries always hot and tasty

What a difficult place to get in, we had to walk on road cars swizzing past to get to McDonald's next door, then had to walk on drive through, who ever designed this must have had their eyes shut, anyway once we finally got in food was good and we enjoyed it, nice & clean inside we will go again if going to cinema next door.

Drove and didn't use drive through. The place is daftly set out, couldn't find the door to get in. You have to actually walk on the drive through road to get to the door. Food ok. Service friendly.

never again am I going to this kfc. the food was cold, the coffee machine and ice cream machine wasn't working. the place was untidy and the staff were very rude.

Always good service that's why we go back .Food is nearly always good and correct but if mistake is made they are very good .

It's your typical KFC, food was of a good standard and was hot, staff were friendly enough and the restaurant was clean. Cheap enough to grab something as you're passing. Been a few times since its been there . Drive thru is always quick

Situated next to Mcdonalds but the food I have had has always been freshly prepared and actually looked like the picture on the menu board. If they managed to improve the service to equal McDonalds they would clean up....

Well worth a treat = bargain buckets full family meal at a great price quality and staff are always the same even the cleaning lady, always visit the venue when hungry for spicy chicken, thank you.

I went here last week for something to eat,me and my partner had a mighty bucket for one which was really enjoyable.I would of given it an exellent review as there was no fault with the food atall!The only issue I had was there was two cars in front of me in the drive through and I must of been waiting atleast 10- 15 mins for my order which was very frustrating.When I drove off there must of been about 10 cars in the queue.It may of just been bad timing but it was very annoying.Overall the food was of an high standard for kfc and it went down a treat.

chicken was tough and coating a bit burnt as if it had been waiting a while. dissapointed. Mcdonalds next door was full, but this place was empty. I wonder why?

Standard KFC really. I'm not a massive fan but my husband likes it. You usually have to wait a bit for everything. But it all tastes pretty similar wherever you go. Service is ok, I wouldn't say with a smile though!!

Very poor. Overpriced for what you get. Just had the new rice box not a lot of chicken or rice plenty of lettuce and mayo . lukewarm extremely small portions seen bigger kids meals.staff friendly and efficient. Clean and tidy building food horrid.

Decidimos visitar aquí para comer fuera té después de visitar un parque temático local de la familia. No he tenido una buena experiencia con mi KFC local por lo que era un poco dudosa. Al entrar en los locales que estaba muy limpio y acogedor. El personal era muy amable, agradable y educado. Me preguntó por mi pedido al instante que servían para mí eficientemente y la comida estaba caliente. Bien bonitos interiores para cambiar mi mente en lo que se refiere a que todos los KFC no son iguales y que todavía hay modales en el mundo. Volveré a visitarlo KFC cleethorpes otra vez si pasar.

Great location, close to Thorpe Park caravan site. This is a "must" when we visit Cleethorpes with our grandchildren.

Quick efficient branch with good quality food. Sometimes standards can be inconsistent, but this was not the case, good food, served quickly and promptly with friendly staff.

This is the KFC on Kings Road near the outlet shops. Copes well with lots of people including those on the drive thru. Tables kept clean, and first class KFC cuisine.
