McDonald's - Sheppey Way in Swale

Once again. Give what we pay for! Ordered McDonald's as a treat on Uber Eats. The order was on its way. Then a change of driver which ended up a man and not a woman as described. As I thought food was cold. You can't heat it. So where's my sauces, and the £1.89 I tipped for the first driver. And I ended up giving the second driver a £2.00 tip. Man...

Took my two nieces for dinner as we didn't fancy the Brewers Fair menu. Everything was served to us at our table quickly, everything was correct, the food was hot and exactly as expected. The restaurant was clean and staff efficient. The internal tables and seats all looked new and clean. Sauce dispensers were kept tidy and clean. A good McDonalds.

I wouldn't normally complain about my food being delivered early, but this seemed way too quick. I was preoccupied with something and timed for my food to be here when I was finished. And my food wasn't even hot, just slightly warm. I ordered a chicken Legend (only lettuce) NO BBQ sauce yet my burger was absolutely smothered in BBQ sauce, with no lettuce. I also ordered 2 cheeseburgers minus everything but the ketchup but both burgers came fully loaded. This has literally ruined my night and I'm going to bed hungry.

Went there used the online terminals to order food. Added and removed ingredients on terminal and all came exactly as requested. Restaurant was clean and not too crowded although drive through always busy. Food arrived quickly and was hot and there was nothing out of stock.

I didn't even set foot in this restaurant. I was put off by the aggressive food delivery drivers in the car park. There are too many spaces dedicated to them, they drive aggressively pulling out without looking and sound their horns if you dare to want to park to actually visit the restaurant in person. Not a welcoming environment - we felt like third rate citizens.

I came here today 7/06/21 at 11:43am and was absolutely disgusted with the service i was provided!!! The lady taking my order was lovely but the girl giving me my order is shockingly rude!!!!! She shoved the food in my hand and when I asked for Ketchup she slammed it in my hand and huffed! Im a paying customer and I don't expect to be treated like that!

Cannot get an order right to save their lives! Management and often staff very rude and food chucked together. Avoid

the drive though here has improved but can be slow at busy times, but on Friday i collected a snack for the family as we needed a quick fix, but half of the fillings to the burgers weren't even in the bun and the wrappers weren't even folded, it was literally thrown in the bag and off you go, As it's at the drive through you don't realise the diabolical service until you get home, and as you are in a hurry, you haven't got time to go back and complain, so they can get away with poor service and they'll be no complaints. Hence why i've decided to post this review.

Very convenient place to take the grandchildren ,when they need feeding,they prefer this McDonalds to the central Sittingbourne one .Food served quickly ,hot and good menu. Salad available also .

Very busy staff very helpful polite place quite tidy food burgers the best I’ve had here fries seamed over cooked and not very hot shame as the rest of our order was good

Very nice quick service clean and tidy staff very helpful staff cleaning all the time only fault I could find was the burger I had and my partners was a bit sloppy put together and fell apart as you eat it

Grandkids wanted to visit Mc Donald's always a good choice lots to choose and healthier options never anything left also play computers always a good thing.

Ordered at counter no queue didn't take long got an item wrong but replaced no fuss busy restaurant but in general ok.as long as the kids are happy we are happy.

First used ordering on machine when delivered had missing item still old school better to order in person.

Same as all mcdonalds, food wise, quiet busy at its near the garage, mid range food, kids love a happy meal.

Well the Food here is a 1000 times better than the Bobbing Apple! Morning Coffee is better than their Expresso and has more caffeine than Red Bull...

Had not had a McDonald's for years. Loved the fillet of fish meal. Will go back. Great to see salad on menu.

Always polite and quick service! This is our local md's and it's 24 hours! So sometimes a cheeky visit at 2am is in order!!

We went there as had a busy day and evening and no chance to cook. Food was served reasonably quick, however the chips were luke warm. Staff replaced them once the new lot of chips were ready, but I had to asked for it, I didn't mind waiting for them. My chicken wrap was delicious and so was my milkshake. I do find with a lot of McDonalds the chips are either luke warm or even colder by the time they get served. Ashame, because chips need to be hot not warm served to get the best taste out of them.

El nuevo BLC (ordenados bacon lechuga pollo) sin queso. Llegó con queso, así que llevé de vuelta y re ordenados. También llegó la segunda BLC con queso. Tuvimos que pedir un tercero, momento en el que mis patatas fritas tibias eran piedra fría y mi familia habían terminado sus comidas y estamos listos para salir. Lo difícil que puede ser? Y la única persona era simpatizante la señora de la limpieza, que se ofreció a esperar en la cola para mí.

Yo no suelo escribir una crítica en MacDonalds pero mi última visita aquí fue horrible.

Un mcdonalds muy mediocre decepción por la gente, y no el más inteligente de personal, comida caliente, pero que rara vez parece ser un rasgo común en MacDonalds - patatas fritas frías! No volveré por un tiempo.

Decided to visit again grandkids like to come here they like the new games consoles always get a balloon,if the grandkids are happy we are happy.

The missus is pregnant and has been off her food but this morning she really fancied a sausage and egg muffin meal. We live in Leysdown so it's a fair few miles to a Macdonalds but I thought it'd be a nice surprise if I brought her one back before I headed off to work. Headed down to the drive through and then bombed it home as quick as I could (conscious I was already well late for work plus the grub was getting cold) only to find I'd been given an egg in a muffin and no hash brown. Cheers lads!

ANOTHER revamp disaster - just as bad as Sheerness, but the same management I believeWorking just round the corner, I used to visit this place most days, sometimes twice if I was meeting a client for coffee, and most Sundays for breakfast with my wife.This was my first visit since reopening after the revamp and it was as bad as I anticipatedThere is a screen listing orders awaiting collectionWhen I went up to the counter, there were no waiting orders listedBut there was also no one taking orders.Eventually people came up to the order point behind me soon there were 4 other parties waitingAfter 3 or 4 minutes I caught the eye of a supervisor who came over and apologised for being short staffed.They were NOT All the time I waited there were 3 children ( that is what they were) shuffling around giggling in front of me and totally ignoring me. I suspect the new order taking system is so they can downgrade the staff by having only one order takerEventually my order was processed and I became No 1 on the list of waiting orders.Even so it took another couple of minutes to get anything in front of me.It is significant that after I left the waiting to collect my goods point and sat down, there was never a time when there was not a queue at the old style order point, and mainoy middle age to older people.Incidentally, the only reason I stayed here was that I was meeting a friend from out of CountyDo not the people who run these places understand their clientelle. Certainy this franchise owner does not.Last visit for me, will be using the slightly less convenient Retail Park outlet from now on until he decides to ruin that one too.

Typical fast food.......I stopped here on Sunday morning after a Saturday night in Canterbury as I was absolutely starving! I wouldn't normally eat in this kind of place but needs must when the devil bites your bum! the meal was so-so and the less said about the coffee, the better! Never again! Until the next time, anyway!

Had grandkids all day decided to treat them as had vouchers had been updated with new games consoles very nice and clean no trouble spending vouchers

Overall a good 7/10,but sometimes the sundaes can be lacking on the strawberry sauce ( trades description-where is it ..!!) but overall site is generally good,always use the drive thru mainly but I can always tell when the A-Team is working because the service is better and food ,but you do get a good evening and thank you from the staff..

Nothing all mcdonalds.. before you are out you are hungry again. Sometimes forced by appintments to visit.. but we all know there poor quality

I haven't been to every McDonald's in the UK but this one must rank in the top ten of worst!!! Stopped off for the drive through to be greeted by possibly the surliest member of staff ever. None of the advertised products were available and he really didn't care. The young lady who served the food was at least pleasant. But the food was almost inedible. Cold and the burgers in the big mac looked as if they had been run over. Perhaps it should be called a drive over. Salad looked a week old. Avoid this one at all costs.

Even though they have extended and remodernised this place there staff don't seem to be able to serve hot food , my two grand children had cheese burger happy meals each and chips and burgers were both cold , I had to microwave them before they could eat ,and I only live round the corner from this place , what they should of done was saved a bit of money to train thereselves how to serve hot food , it does make me wonder how long this food has sat there before being sold as hot food or what should be , there should be a fine issued for fast food restaurants doing this day in day out as this is not the first time I've had this from this restaurant so my advice is check your food is hot and fresh before leaving the drivthrough window , or better still avoid the place as they don't deserve to run such a big named restaurant like Mc Donalds and as for charging 15p for an extra sauce then when we got home there was no sauces anyway lol sums it all up don't it useless

As far as a good McDonald's goes I would say this branch is high on the list. They staff listen when taking your order and usually get special orders correct first time. The restaurant itself is clean and well maintained and the lady that keeps the tables and floors clean also makes kids feel welcome by bringing balloons out. Very friendly lady.

In my opinion MCDonald's does a great breakfast and this particular restaurant was clean and the food was freshly cooked and pleasant staff

Don't usually use McDonalds but must say good service, clean and well run. Food usual quick and eatable.

Whole family stopped off for breakfast We were greeted by a super friendly girl who gave my grand daughter a balloon mask she was very welcoming Grand daughter enjoyed her pancakes , lovely coffee got to admit , friendly staff Massive well done everyone at bobbing macdonalds you got it right .

Same old Mc Donalds with no redeeming features except the staff doing their best. This is not recommended as it is what it is so dont come with any high expectations.

Went here yesterday as needed emergency catering for 9 kids, 6 adults and had rather a large order. The staff were very friendly, helpful and quick with my order, unlike many other mc Donald's we have used. The staff even boxed the food and helped carry it to the car for me.....thank you! The food was very quick, so was still hot when we got it home.

its ok i wouldnt say its the best or the worst but i must say the car park needs to cleaned once in awhile as i got out my car and stood in a BIG MAC box with food still in and also there are FAG butts every where and also the staff are sitting on the grass smoking in there uniforms and then going back in the restaurant and working with food it is not that good as i saw a women who was smoking and then went straight in and started cooking without washing her hands

I wouldn't normally be seen near a Mac Donalds let alone input their disgusting hamburgers, so call me biased, but this was a moment of desperation during a heavy downpour. £6.50 for a coffee and filled roll (can't remember what, but something like cheese and ham). All indifferent as was the surly waitress and slow service 20 minsNever again

Pop in on are way home tonight and we both enjoyed are Quarter pounder with cheese meal quick and hot very pleased !

Quiet in the day time. People were friendly, service was good. Food was as you expect from McDs. Parking was OK.

Love the cleanliness of the place. 1st class. Food hot. Staff very helpful. Although this branch is busy, it is not noisy. It also has a drive thru.

They never seem to have anything cooked until you order :/ Food is often warm and chips undercooked. They could do with turning the AC down a little too.

We no longer use this McDonalds as the orders come up wrong EVERY time (drive thru). At first we'd get all the way home before realising the mistakes (usually items missing) then started checking before we left and had the hassle of waiting for ages while things were corrected. NEVER AGAIN

Ordered two big mac meals to take away with milk shake. Big macs buns were soggy, chips were cold and the cartons not full and the milkshake was melted and syrupy :( Not good!
