Manager is very nice. The restaurant is always clean and considering its a busy place, the wait time is reasonable for receiving your order. Service is professional and the food is great.

I love this place but the milkshakes there mixed like there discussing

The normal hamburger is just too perfect and the pickles are the perfect balance to the ketchup.

Fast, accessible and friendly service and actually got my order right first time! Today was a GREAT visit. I loved it :-) Food was hot and freshly cooked.

I order food at 10 pm it said it will be here at 10:30 pm it’s now 11:45 and they have cancelled my order

Probably one of the best McDonald's I've ever had, very fresh and tasty. No mess ups on the order and the young girl who was working the order counter in the drive thru area (Grayce) was absolutely amazing, big smile, very friendly polite and nothing was too much trouble absolutely wonderful experience

Hit or miss. Order through the app and collect via drive-thru mostly. Biggest problem I find is that the large fries are sometimes smaller than the Happy Meal fries which is a joke! Occasional missing items, varying degrees of chip quality, the time it takes is sometimes a bit excessive but generally not the worst McDonald's in Kent.

Order through the Just Eat app One of the burgers that was purchased was currently missing The only option was a refund which is completely unfair, especially because now I family member has to go without or we have to head down to McDonald’s to get it ourselves When placing an order you expect to get what you order, the food should not be cold But the delivery was very friendly but some time it good

Everything I come in there are always little gangs of kids making trouble swearing and giving staff lip to be honest not a very welcoming place management need to get a grip before they start losing customers like myself and my granddaughter ☹️

Has to be said out of all the McDonald's I've popped into the staff in the drive through here must be the politest and friendliest out of them all, normally just grabbing a coffee on way to work but even at 5.30 in the morning they are like it in the drive though, so thankyou

I don't live in Sheerness, but I have visited it by train four times: the first time just me and mum, the second time my mum and brother, the third time me and mom, and the fourth time on my own. We have been to this McDonald's twice, and it's good but full of chavs.

Cold as usual. You can't have extra relish when you buy a double bigmac, so it's rather dry. Parking is confusing as every bay says to be used for customers using drive through. Where do you park if you want to eat in? Down the street? Or can you only eat in if you are on foot.....

We used the collection service which was easy to use and quick delivery to the car.

One of the best McDonald's restaurants I have ever visited. There are always people but the service is very fast and the staff very attentive. The place and the bathrooms are very clean. The best thing about this establishment is the little tables that you have outdoors at the entrance of the establishment. Highly recommended

Mcdonald's service is always quick, and I never have to wait a long time when I am standing in a queue. The staff that work at mcdonald's are so nice, and always ready to help me with what I need. I have always received what I have ordered, and I never have anything missing when I have ordered meals from mcdonald's. The atmosphere at mcdonald's is always good.

Unhelpful staff, coffee machine seems to only fill cup by 2/3rds, girl behind counter refused to top up the cup. That’s customer service for ya, you guys are on top of it ain’t ya.

Staff are rude and complacent. The customer service is awful. Complained about missing items (3rd time this has happened) and they hung up. I called back and once through to them again they hung up once more. Food is always cold and stale regardless of how quick it gets to us.

At least one item is misplaced every time I place an order. Ending up chasing the stuff to make my order right.

Delivery can be hit and miss, items missing but when in store its all there.

Just check your food is all there before you leave as they don't give you everything you ordered if you do drive through or go in and order for takeaway

It's a McDonald's, can't really say much more. Has a drive thru which usually your asked to park up and wait. If you dine in there are a few table tablets for the kids, toilets which are kept relatively clean, disabled parking bays.

Waited for an hour and a half for just eat delivery and they couldn’t find a driver shocking delivery and a waste of money!.

It's MC Donald's some times better than others. Coffee is normally good

Just a quick bite to eat. Clean and bright, no drama. Food was as it should be. Plenty of seating.

There should be a separate section for some of the staff to solely deal with JustEat orders instead of leaving it for one poor worker on the counter to deal with. Maybe then, there wouldn't be such a long wait to collect your food and it would actually be hot instead of lukewarm.

Went to McDonald’s Sheerness last night. Fantastic service. Went through the drive through. Would highly recommend.

Stopped using McDonald's about a year ago as I was fed up paying for cold dry food that had just been thrown into a box & when using the drive through you get the added bonus of something missing, 1 year on & nothing has changed apart from you now have to wait in terms car park because they can't make it quick enough so you site there with your drink & / or ice cream getting warm or melting, so I'm now sat at home with big & tasty which is flat tastless & cold but at least they managed to get it in the bun so not all bad, fries no change there dry & cold, now for he item I was looking forwards to the chilli nuggets little bit of a kick o not bad batter over cooked & dry & surprise surprise no chilli dip but at least they are consistent the were cold, so I'm done with using McDonald's if they can't be asked to make there product more appealing then I won't waist my money on it 😡🤬

They Always Forget The Dips When Delivering! Without Fail!

Burn vile tasting veggie Dulux. Often have to sit in car park and wait for hot food while they have already provided me with the icecreams and dcold drinks. I'm having to go back into store everytime I go through the drive through. Due to over cooked. Melted icecreams. Brown runny milkshakes that's ment to be vanilla. It defeats the whole purpose of driving through.

Every time you go through Drive through food never ready. It's always can you park up and we will bring food round. Useless

We have been to there a lot of time,food and services are too good ,toilet facilities are best and even if there is soo much rush all the time the staff manage to give really good service 😀...overall happy customer 😀

McDonalds was a new experience to us pair of 'oldies' struggled with placing an order for an ice -cream to a machine not a human!!! But staff were helpful and we got there!!!

Can someone tell me why my McMuffin was stone cold at 6.08am surely this should be piping hot seeing as they had just opened? So confused ????? And not to be rude the staff looked so young I didn’t know if they wanted cash or swap Pokémon cards lol. Overall very disappointed was so looking forward to a McMuffin the breakfast is the best thing McDonald’s does. But staff was friendly and polite so the 3 stars are for them and the McMuffin is a defo no star.

Seems like the processes manual got thrown out the window today, complete fiasco.

I just asked for the cup of cappuccino. Girl made it and place on the top the cabinet. And walk away. 5 team members were working around no one care. I ask can you please give me the coffee. No one hear me or do not want to hear. After 5-7 min finally they call my number. Coffee was just a little warm. When I made the complaint about this situation. The girl was very angry it looks she ordered the coffee and have to drink cold. Could you please explain the staff that the coffee must to be hot. Thank you

Their menu is quite good and the staff are very quick. Only gave them four stars because their milkshake machine is never working when I go there. I love their milkshakes too

Managers are very unfriendly with alot of attitude not helpful at all food is always cold and it does not seem most staff know what they are doing I have been to far better and friendlier McDonald's elsewhere

Good when they get your order right or even write it down and give you anything . This McDonald's is notorious for getting my orders wrong and sometimes not even getting half of what I paid for. All this has only ever happend in the drive-through. Order at the counter and I'm sure you will not have any of these problems.

Customer service is shocking! It's always a lucky dip if you get what you ordered, let alone the items to eat or drink it with! If you even get the order and they don't just cancel the order! Useless!!

the food is always terrible, chips soggy, burgers...wet, bun taste like bread after it's been out of the microwave for a minute, heavy almost? No one is expecting a 5 star meal, it's McDonalds, but I don't know how this branch could be so consistently bad. I would prefer to drive to sittingbourne

Terrible customer service placed an order wrong though just eats and was constantly put on hold instead of assisting in helping me get it to the right address.

Just ordered 3 meals and a couple of burgers and get home no chips in one.. I ring up and get on the phone we're sort ur chips out when u come back..... not good enough I'm afraid the cost of fuel and time etc should sort a whole order for my inconvenience

Pretty good food but slow service at the drive through. Whenever I've been there I'm always asked to park up to wait which is no problem, but I feel like if there were more staff they would be able to serve way more customers as they wouldn't have to make the trip out to the car park. 👍

Don't bother. Long queues full of uber eats etc getting priority. Gone are the days of a quick bite to eat.

The establishment is rather small for it's locatio. on peak times it is packed and it will be difficult to get a seat. And toilets end up getting busy too.

Asked for table to be cleaned so we could sit down to eat and was told thats what happens on kids on hoilday food all over the table didn't expect that ans should of be cleaned for next person to sit down and with what going on

The staff are fine, the place is fine, but sadly, you take your young child in there for a treat, and there's always a bunch of youths in there swearing away, little chavs, and I just get so angry! My little boy having to listen to it. Wish they would just throw them out, or have a no swear policy or something.... ruins my time being there. Feel sorry for the staff, these scummy kids talk to them like dirt. mc Donald's need to do something about this. No swearing policy, and ban groups of teenagers.
