Just check your food is all there before you leave as they don't give you everything you ordered if you do drive through or go in and order for takeaway

Again delivery is wrong these people don't care about your order or if your food correct

Always end up missing items on just eat sometimes refuse refund

This is now becoming ridiculous every time we have ordered the food either turns up cold, the chops are really undercooked or as today waited over an hour to be told by the user driver that they are saying they don't have our order despite the Uber driver having it as proof on his phone. I then try to ring the restaurant to get no answer try again and they hang up not impressed.

Just had food delivered and has got to be one of the worst mc Donald’s I’ve ever had. Stale buns, cold raw chips and didn’t even taste like it came from Mc Donald’s 🤮 never again. Avoid!!!!!!

Unbelievably shockingly bad!!!!! EVERY TIME we order something things are missing... EVERY TIME!!!!! This time it was the toys from the happy meals resulting in two crying kids who are now beyond upset their weekend treat is ruined. Honestly, all you have to do is read a list and put stuff in the bag.... How is it humanly possible to do that wrong EVERY TIME!!!!! Never ordering from McDonald's as long as I live. Absolute joke and the manger who answered the phone couldn't care less, judging by her arrogant tone!!

Ate inside as had grandchildren with us. Food took ages to arrive, all those that arrived after had their's first. Would of put 1 star but made it 3 as we got an apology and ice creams for the children. Won't be in a hurry to go back.

As usual a messed up order. Ordered via the McDonald's app for delivery and was missing the main meal. Ring the store to be told to raise it through the apps help desk and a burger would not be sent out.

I was very disappointed. My order serial was 012, and when they served 20, I asked for my order, which they recognised but again delayed. They served me cold white coffee (looks), but my order was a toffee latte! Without any excuse or sorry!!

Ordered through the app and food turned up nearly a hour later, cold and no sources. Tried to call but no answer and no where on the app I could find to contact them.

Dire, wait was over 45mins as the staff were super busy with and priorising Just eat/Deliveroo orders. Had to ask for a refund in the end and went elsewhere. Fast food????? 🤣

Ordering at the drive through to have a rude and miserable staff member. The same lady is always miserable. I also got a food for thought big mac meal and a chicken mayo, had to wait in the car park for it, to come with no big mac. The waiting time inside the store is becoming ridiculous, the staff would put the order sticker on the drinks table, waiting for them to make a drink, just to forget it, and I’m standing there waiting ages for just a drink. One staff member likes to take her time and do each order as slow as she can.

It's not a first time I ordered from here,but this time it's very disappointing the food I ordered its cold and look like it was cooked few hours before and some staff is missing. I will never ordered anything from this place again.

Worse place to eat , everytime you order more than three items your order is guaranteed to be wrong , but hey this time order was wrong and one burger had the bottom of the roll missing , avoid like the plague

Great place to eat in or take away. Car parking is a bit strange but it is sheppey. Food is better now it's all changed from what it used to be.

Terrible, they can't even get an order right. Waiting for 15 mins and still delivering only 1 item. Then the next item 5 mins later and even the wrong one. Absolutely useless

Disgusting food , bad attitude when phoned about the food , Ordered two double cheeseburgers came with no onions covered in red souce no gherkins , freezing cold and roll ripped apart and all they could say was phone just eat it’s not our problem just eat deliver not cook the food so how’s it’s there fault is Beyond me unless I could get to there store they can sort it , I ordered form just eat because I can’t drive . Never will be ordering from them again

Manager is very nice. The restaurant is always clean and considering its a busy place, the wait time is reasonable for receiving your order. Service is professional and the food is great.

The normal hamburger is just too perfect and the pickles are the perfect balance to the ketchup.

Fast, accessible and friendly service and actually got my order right first time! Today was a GREAT visit. I loved it :-) Food was hot and freshly cooked.

I order food at 10 pm it said it will be here at 10:30 pm it’s now 11:45 and they have cancelled my order

Probably one of the best McDonald's I've ever had, very fresh and tasty. No mess ups on the order and the young girl who was working the order counter in the drive thru area (Grayce) was absolutely amazing, big smile, very friendly polite and nothing was too much trouble absolutely wonderful experience

Hit or miss. Order through the app and collect via drive-thru mostly. Biggest problem I find is that the large fries are sometimes smaller than the Happy Meal fries which is a joke! Occasional missing items, varying degrees of chip quality, the time it takes is sometimes a bit excessive but generally not the worst McDonald's in Kent.

Order through the Just Eat app One of the burgers that was purchased was currently missing The only option was a refund which is completely unfair, especially because now I family member has to go without or we have to head down to McDonald’s to get it ourselves When placing an order you expect to get what you order, the food should not be cold But the delivery was very friendly but some time it good

Everything I come in there are always little gangs of kids making trouble swearing and giving staff lip to be honest not a very welcoming place management need to get a grip before they start losing customers like myself and my granddaughter ☹️

Has to be said out of all the McDonald's I've popped into the staff in the drive through here must be the politest and friendliest out of them all, normally just grabbing a coffee on way to work but even at 5.30 in the morning they are like it in the drive though, so thankyou

I don't live in Sheerness, but I have visited it by train four times: the first time just me and mum, the second time my mum and brother, the third time me and mom, and the fourth time on my own. We have been to this McDonald's twice, and it's good but full of chavs.

Cold as usual. You can't have extra relish when you buy a double bigmac, so it's rather dry. Parking is confusing as every bay says to be used for customers using drive through. Where do you park if you want to eat in? Down the street? Or can you only eat in if you are on foot.....

We used the collection service which was easy to use and quick delivery to the car.

We stopped off here to have a quick bite to eat and it was great. Service was quick and precise the restaurant was clean and tidy. Staff friendly and helpful.

Everything was fresh cooked and hot, used the drive thru so cannot comment on atmosphere.

Visited the drive through today, ordered on spicy big tasty, and one normal accept could I change the sauce to big Mac sauce as I don't like big tasty sauce. Was told (by the manager) "sorry madam we don't have a button on the till for that and it's against company policy".... Seriously???? Cancel both meals then, so glad the restaurant is doing so well it can afford to lose custom over something so TRIVIAL!!

Lovely MacDonalds in the heart of the town. Very friendly and lots of outside seating. Would definitely visit again.

One of the best McDonald's restaurants I have ever visited. There are always people but the service is very fast and the staff very attentive. The place and the bathrooms are very clean. The best thing about this establishment is the little tables that you have outdoors at the entrance of the establishment. Highly recommended

Worst service ever, I've ordered from them several times as its our local McDonald's, almost everytime it's delivered I have to go down there to pick up what they've "forgotten" to include, toys for a happy meal, numerous food items, the staff are useless, the management are always apologetic but it seems they need some leadership and more training.

Surprisingly the best McDonald's I've ever been to! Food is always hot and staff are amazingly friendly (a hard task due to the hostility received from the ferel teenagers that plague it).

Great Mcds in a great spot. It has a gorgeous park and the sea is 5 minutes walk from it

Lovely friendly staff. Clean seating area. Balloons and colouring to do for the little ones. If I did have one gripe it would be that the toys in the happy meals are beyond naff.

A good local McDonalds , always friendly staff, if you're not happy with any of your food they sort it out happily for you. Love ordering from my app at a table and then having our meal brought to us. Always a good visit.

Mcdonald's service is always quick, and I never have to wait a long time when I am standing in a queue. The staff that work at mcdonald's are so nice, and always ready to help me with what I need. I have always received what I have ordered, and I never have anything missing when I have ordered meals from mcdonald's. The atmosphere at mcdonald's is always good.

Unhelpful staff, coffee machine seems to only fill cup by 2/3rds, girl behind counter refused to top up the cup. That’s customer service for ya, you guys are on top of it ain’t ya.

Staff are rude and complacent. The customer service is awful. Complained about missing items (3rd time this has happened) and they hung up. I called back and once through to them again they hung up once more. Food is always cold and stale regardless of how quick it gets to us.

At least one item is misplaced every time I place an order. Ending up chasing the stuff to make my order right.

It's a McDonald's, can't really say much more. Has a drive thru which usually your asked to park up and wait. If you dine in there are a few table tablets for the kids, toilets which are kept relatively clean, disabled parking bays.

Waited for an hour and a half for just eat delivery and they couldn’t find a driver shocking delivery and a waste of money!.

It's MC Donald's some times better than others. Coffee is normally good

Just a quick bite to eat. Clean and bright, no drama. Food was as it should be. Plenty of seating.

There should be a separate section for some of the staff to solely deal with JustEat orders instead of leaving it for one poor worker on the counter to deal with. Maybe then, there wouldn't be such a long wait to collect your food and it would actually be hot instead of lukewarm.

Went to McDonald’s Sheerness last night. Fantastic service. Went through the drive through. Would highly recommend.

Normal McDonald's.. toilets clean, food hot and fresh. Incorrect drinks given.. order was corrected fast enough with an apology.. nice staff.
