Son just got chicken burger and looked grey and tasted vile

had ptoblems paying.. the restaurant helped reasure of payment and direct me of the right complaints procedure... top quality! highly recommended

Ordered 1 18 inch pizza and took 1hr and 40 minutes to arrive only live 15 mins down the road in a car arrived cold when I rang the shop up got told it already left when I tried to ring to find out where my order was no body would pick up completely unacceptable

Had to call store as app said food had been delivered and it hadn’t the gentleman was very helpful and advised that driver is on way she turned up 15 mins later and practically threw the bag at me food was cold won’t be using again

Always order from halfway grill is clean freshly cooked and great service am a costumer over 30 years now never have a problem there

Food arrived quickly, but the order wasn’t right. Half of it was missing, it tasted like it was a day old. For three items for £25 this was rushed and tasted pretty awful. Won’t be ordering again.

Food was cold. £7.50 for a cheesey chip wrap that hardly had any cheese or chips in it and the burger was burnt and hardly any cheese. Really disappointed

Arrived really quickly, ordered a meat feast and a Hawaiian pizza. Neither of them tasted great, the Hawaiian tasted literally nothing like a hawaiian.. really disappointed in the quality.

Well what can I say. Usually go to kebab shop up the road but tonight was collection only, so decided to give Halfway a go. Blimey I was blown away with everything. Quality of food was fantastic. Perfectly cooked tasty and hot. Salad was fresh and crisp. Bread was warm and delicious. Quantity was excellent. Every thing was just perfect. Even the delivery man was polite and friendly. I think I’m hooked on this kebab shop forever. Well done.

Bought 2 meat and chips wraps, neither contained any chips and one was burnt.

I wrote notes for the restaurant and the delivery and non of them followed my instructions so I had to go somewhere and order what I could eat not what I am allergic to

Really bad Quarter Pounder. Must’ve been a reheated burger as it was way overcooked, dry and stiff. Bun was saturated. Nuggets were also too greasy. The double dipped chips were fine, and that the only part of my order that should’ve been double dipped. Doner Kebab was ok. 33 for a decent bag of chips. I usually order from here, but I’m really not impressed at all.

Never usually have a problem, But we Had a pizza missing and the shop had No idea, all the food was warm not hot and The kid delivering The food Clearly left our pizza in the car so when we received it, it was stone cold.

Got reccomended this kebab shop but it wasn't great, meat cold and lamb tough. way too much sauce. limp onions and lettuce. won't be ordering again.

Only gave me 4 chicken nuggets not 5 and forgot burger sauce

The chicken and lamb was so overcooked and hard was too much to eat coupled with the fact that the whole meal was covered in fat/oil/grease and I had to chuck the meal away. The chips were fine. Never go there again. Perhaps it was a vad day to order there ??

Not had kebabs for many years until my friend treated me to one from here. So nice and fresh! Generous portions, delivered very quickly, and better priced that many other takeaways. It seems as if the portions are getting bigger, but I don’t mind that, I am a little bit addicted at the moment.

very nice but chips were not upto your normal high standard and not very warm.

Ordered meat, chips and salad, very little meat, mostly chips which was disappointing , and the salad was mainly onion and very little lettuce. The chicken kebab was lovely with loads of salad, cucumber, tomato lettuce onion.

The food arrived really hot, everything well packaged and tastes so good. The delivery driver was the nicest man ever, if I had cash on me I would have tipped him!

I thought I ordered for 7-30 , was advised order will be delivered 7 to 7-15 so called shop. My order turned up at 7-30 as the delivery driver sat in the car park up the road for 30 minutes food not great

To st I'm fuming would be an understatement. 30 minutes late stone cold freezing and delivered by a man who simply couldn't care less, not actually sure we can eat what paid more 30 pounds for, never again will i but from you. You bunch of cowboys should be shut down. Not what we ordered nor edible and extremely late. Do not use this company let them go under and make space for some a company that cares. Goodbye forever.

Forgot 2 portions of chips. Rang store they apologised and said they would send them out straight away. Arrived in 10 minutes. Great food everyone makes mistakes but they put it right quickly.

Our order wasn’t followed - I ended up with salad on my kebab when I requested no salad. Which went I had to pick it off before I could eat it. The food arrived cold.

Virtually inedible,food was cold,chips and chicken was uneatable,the courier attempted to ring me,why!!!!!! Did he get lost,will seriously consider not using Halfway again,will also put a review on trip advisor on quality of meal

Asked for a topping to be swapped on a pizza that the restaurant did, we then paid extra to have pineapple added ti the same pizza which wasn’t!

Wasn’t right half pounder was a quarter pounder , a free burger next time don’t really work does it when it’s a very simple order
