What has happened to this place? Was the best in town for years. Ordered a regular lamb shish and it was pathetic! For nearly £10 too. What's happened to the vegetables? Just a few very small chunks of lamb in a pitta. My chicken shish with chicken donor was OK but didn't get as much as usual. The chips were dry. Very disappointed

Even as a last resort late at night they are still open with great quality food and quick service and decent prices for the quality of food

We have been ordering our Kebabs from Aida Kebab now for 12 years. The best in town. I’ll highly recommend Aida Kebab, we usually order Large Chicken Shish with Salad & Pitta Bread separately - garlic & chilli sauce of course. Easy to order online - great delivery timing, lady on phone lovely and helpful. Good always fresh and delicious. I won’t go anywhere else. Competitive pricing. Friendly staff. Go ahead and order yours - You won’t be disappointed!! Always look forward to it on Saturdays - Yum 😋

Don't bother with this place. Payed £34 for a large shish, small shish and small chips. The lamb was inedible, the chicken was dry, they didn't put any sauce on either even though I asked them to, the salad was not fresh. We both didn't eat them and had to get food somewhere else.

Absolutely disgusting donar kebab was so foul tasting. They charge £1.40 300ml bottled water they are thieves. Supermarket nearby selling two litre for less than £1! Please stay away. The food was disgusting and the chips is made out of plastic

They make their own kebab legs here which is a good sign, especially with the cliche of the 'cost of living' pressures takeaway establishments outside affluent cities to cut corners on meat quality. Lamb doner is nicely thin sliced, light and not over powering. Chicken shish has good texture, fresh on the palette which means the meat is fresh aswell as cooked well...it's not gourmet food, but significantly better and safer to eat than most other local takeaways ... And ignore the daft comments from anyone about 'soggy chips'. You dont judge a Turkish, Chinese or Indian cuisine vendor on how your delivered chips turn out on a busy Saturday evening ...

Rude and racist individuals. The food is massively overpriced and average at best.

Weather its an online order or instore, the guys are are always friendly, the portions are very nice and the food quality is amazing

After things going astray for a few years, the greatest lamb doner in the U.K. is back!! I’m so glad to have tried it once more after somebody told me it was good again. Please fellas, don’t mess around with it again. People like me travel a good few miles because it’s unique - not like anywhere else. Superb chilli sauce and a great selection of salad too. It’s not cheap, but it’s worth it.

Usually come here, but the last few times there has either been something missing or its been cold. Boxed up our order on Saturday then left it sitting on the side for 4/5 mins whilst the rest was cooking. Person in front was waiting to be served for ages to see her order was already bagged up and had been for a while. Seems expensive, probably won't return..

Not sure what’s happened lately having chips that look like they’ve been fried 4 times, doner meat very greasy chucked it away. Been like this 2 times now won’t try again.

Straight to the point. What's changed with the chips? Oil or chip supplier. Last night they were full of fat and soggy. Not the usual standard we have come accustomed to.

I ordered and paid 12.80 for a 1/2 burger with chips ck donner chili and garlic sos with salad and salt on chips. I received burger without chilli or salad no salt on chips and also the chips we re raw as you can see in the picture. Awfull service and extremly overpriced avoid

Super very nice hot food hot kebab

Very boring. Okay tasting, but boring after a mouthful or two. Just given our order and we were out of the door. No choice of sauce or salad items, nothing to make the order different or enjoyable from one mouthful to the next. Normally it is great, but this was very disappointing. Would go elsewhere in future.

I had a vey nice lamb shish kebab takeaway. Not greasy, it actually felt quite wholesome and was pleasant to eat, unlike a lot of takeaway food.

Good food, although I think that the chips portion is quite poor for the price. Kebab is great, plenty of meat and very tasty.

Absolutely awful, went through me and my partner like we’ve never known. We had a large donner with extra meat and mushrooms. Avoid at all costs. Disgusting quality of food.

Can’t get orders right even if you use their online order system and phone to make sure they get it right! Very disappointed as given so many chances but when you can deliver what you offer it’s time to go somewhere else! One extra we did get for free tonight was a hair in the lamb meat 🤢🤮 The lady on the phone is polite and helpful- but the cooks and management let this whole experience down!

After spotting his error I told him he must of misheard me.. Proceeded to change my order but was extremely rude and even shouted at me when I asked for sauce.. Order a large Donna but to me it look like a kids meal. The chillies peppers taste like they was bloody old and rotting. The meat was like eating chewing gum and the chillie sauce tasted just like tomato sauce with no heat at all...

First time trying Aida kebab and cannot fault it whatsoever. Lightening fast delivery and the food was excellent. Fresh and so tasty. Would highly recommend to anyone who loves a kebab, to try Aida. You will not be disappointed!

The best kebab shop in Sittingbourne. It's been here for as long as I can remember (I used to live round the corner from it) and it never disappoints. Their food is always fresh and well prepared, the service quick and friendly and they move with the times. They take card payments, they let you order ahead using their website and they even deliver direct (not using Deliveroo or Uber Eats I believe). Highly recommended.

This was always a staple of kebab shops, you could always guarantee the food was precise and spot on and was always the same great taste. Unfortunately the donor kebab I had tasted so salty and was not as nice as it used to be......

Food is good here, but staff serving food was rude. Aware it was busy, but no need to take it out on customers. Won’t be coming back, will walk into town rather than come back here.

First time using Aida...placed order for delivery. Delivered early (nice) but clearly didn't read instructions as tried to deliver to House 17 not Flat 2 despite extra delivery instructions saying Flat is directly Opposite. Food was warm tasted ok but Lamb shish not to flavoursome mayb use more seasoning...Chicken donner was nice, pitta hard. Not a fan of all elements seperate and DIY approach... (personal taste! as I quite like soggier pitta with all the meat juice) On the whole okay but don't think I'd order again 😏😔

Terrible meal delivered this evening, has this place changed ownership? It always used to serve lovely food but this meal was just awful. Ordered chicken kebab but what arrived was a dish of dried up, hard pieces of greasy thinly sliced chicken,an unimpressive small box of salad and a pita bread, not even assembled as a kebab, had to it assemble myself! This used to be a lovely kebab house, the chicken kebabs were always good, with chunks of chicken breast and lovely fresh salad, nothing the mess that was delivered tonight, even my cats couldnt get through that chicken...or what was masquerading as chicken, Lesson learned...i'll never buy from this place again

Don’t bother with delivery! I would suggest you only collect! An hour and half wait for cold meat and soggy cold chips is not ideal! Claudia on the phone is at wet and soggy and the chips!

I needed to change my comment. Previously I gave 5 star and I said that it is the best kebab in Sittingbourne but I was so wrong ! It is a lottery ! Last time the kebab was perfect and today was one of the worst one I ever had ! Todays donner wrap was dry and hard, meat scraps were the leftovers and not engouh also I ordered the full salad mix but only received onion and lattuace ! Well too bad, I' looking for a new kebab shop, shame!
