Guys. This is such a great kebab shop. Tonight when I got home my food was cold. We ate it because were hungry. Reputation is everything. The young guy served me. Don't sack him. Just teach him how to sell hot food. See you soon.

Came from gravesend to spend the day in faversham and this place did NOT LET ME DOWN! Best pizza from a kebab shop I’ve ever had and the food that my mates had, chicken burgers, doner, cheeseburger were absolutely unreal! cheap prices, the men behind the counter had a chat with all of us and was very entertaining, made us all laugh whilst our food was being cooked. very quick and the BEST KEBAB IN KENT. I will be coming back here 100%

Made me feel uncomfortable while waiting for food just for some to be missing was then had a go at over it when I mentioned it.

Bad customer service don't listen when you put your orders through, they be little you making you feel like you are the one in the wrong

Make you feel small, tell you your order is right even though it don't match what they wrote down. They will then argue that they are right, when there wrong.

Stinky kebab. Had one bite and threw away the rest. Very poor. Place ought to be shut down. The one bite that I had made me sick

Lovely friendly people you can have a laugh and joke With food is 100% and would recommend it to anyone there is also some where to sit and eat your food as well.

Best kebsbs are very polite snd serve you fast. The portions are very generous and the donner kebabs are excellent and tsste devine. Highly recommended to all.

Went to try this kebab at 11pm on a Saturday night and was turned away saying they are closing. How can this be called best kebab when the one at top of Preston Street stays open late on a Saturday and give excellent service, rubbish kebab house!!

Not a great kebab aficionado but I have no complaint at all. It was perfectly hot and fresh and the guys serving in there were friendly enough (one a little more cheery than the other perhaps). I don't expect a lot from a takeaway kebab shop frankly and this ticked the appropriate boxes. Bigger than average I'd say.

Amazing takeaway, good food, friendly staff and you cant fault the new milkshakes they do! However even though you can order online for collection, they don't do delivery and that's a major downside for me. Considering no kabab house delivers in Faversham they could get some extra sales if they started too.

Visit at least once a week, always good friendly service, best pizza and milkshakes in the area.

Absolutely disgusted with the service. I went into shop to order my families meal, any phone order they received whilst I waited was give presidency over those waiting in the shop. Once I got home I found some of the meal missing. I walked back to the shop. My wife phoned ahead to prewarn them and they stated on the phone that we would get the missing part free. I got to the shop and once I received the missing part I was told no refund as they do not do that. Whilst the rest of my order is at home now cold. So yes we did get the missing part free but we had already paid on my first trip into the shop!!! Terrible customer service. Food cold. Food missing. We will never step foot again in this place.

Salad is extra, medium is not very big at all. Disappointed, rude staff, customer service leaves a lot to be desired, expensive, will not return

Each time the food has been cold, the food isn’t all that bad, they just need to keep it hotter maybe change the packaging! The prices are very high for what your getting after all it’s a takeaway not a sit down restaurant, the staff however could do with cheering up they are just so very miserable.

I am very suspicious of businesses that only want cash payments in this say and age. Strange when you appear to be able to pay by card online

Now, with the word "best" on your business sign you'd imagine that there not lying and it is the best right? Wrong! The donner meat is just covered and bathed in swimming pools amount of grease, making the meat barely edible. The chips are standard, nothing wow about that. There homemade milkshakes however are incredible! It makes me wonder why don't they just change their name too "best Milkshakes" because kebab certainly isn't that, what a shame, really.

Chip portions were more than we needed and perfectly done. I had a cheese burger.... Too full from the chips but slowly worked my way through that awsome burger. Had a lovely BBQ grilled taste to it.

We seem to be making a habit of dining here every Tuesday after work The wraps are fabulous, and the 2 for Tuesday pizzas are fabulous value

The kebab in total was nice but half way through it found loads off hair wrapped around the meat put me straight off

Tried to call back twice and tried to explain that my pizza was not nice it just tasted of mint sauce and nothing else.The kebab was very honey and lots of griddle went straight in the bin.The shop Hung up on my first call.My second call was unanswered so I left a message asking to please call me back so I could let them know about how bad it tasted and the poor quality of the kebab .No return call.looks nice but tastes bad.Thats how much we managed to eat. Disappointed that I received no reply after clearly explaining the problem. Someone just acting as if they can’t understand me, or chose not to.Honest feedback here just don’t want anyone else to be disappointed after a looking forward to a meal after a day’s work.

Dont order over phone. Order completely wrong, they didnt double check what I wanted on kebab. Asked for chicken shish lettuce and chips, when I got there and said phone order they said burger and chips. No... then they gave me shish covered in ketchup no salad 😡

I just found a STICK in my food. Approximately 1CM in diameter and 8/9CM long. Evidently deep fried. Chicken was bland, and the wedges were chewy. I have no idea how a stick even got into the fryer/wedges, however it got there, its unacceptable. Won't be ordering from here again.

Friendly service as usual, good value for money. Don’t just take on the ‘Faversham Special’, when asked (although it is very good and good value for money), it is worth looking at the full a la carte menu.

I have found the best Doner place in town. They are big, filled with lovely garlic sauce, salad and great meat, wrapt in lovely pita bread

He tenido varias comida para llevar desde aquí en los últimos meses y puede responder por el servicio y la comida. Sin duda los pinchos están bien recomendado - no marchamos las pizzas todavía. Estuve allí durante el fin de semana de festival de lúpulo y estaba muy ocupado en su momento, pero la rapidez y la calidad no flaquearan - Recomendado

Food was cooked really well. Not often get the choice of having a wrap instead of pitta bread. Wasn't greasy, will define go back for more.
