Good delivery time but food was very greasy and a pitta was missing

Forgot part of the order. Told us it was 5 minutes behind. Chased again after 10 minutes to be told it had only just been sent. It then arrived cold.

I order from here all the time have never had a problem but today I ordered my usual and had salad in it when I called them to correct it I was spoken to badly called a lier and not friendly but take my money fast enuff . a complete joke grate food but not good customer service and not polite to me as a very unwell women with time not on my side I would of liked to have been treated better . no appolagy .. just rudeness . u can't just take money and be rude to your customers . . try being polit

False advertising!!!food standards rating is 3 NOT 5!!! Food arrived 20 mins later than expected, burger had a bone in it which put my partner off completely! Chips looked cooked but rated raw, chicken in kebab and as very dry, no chilli sauce added. Will never order again waste of money as most went in the bin!

Piping hot, delicious food. First time ordering and will definitely order again, this is not your bog standard Kebab shop food, it's much much better. Yum

wold have been 5 for quality,bur it was cold,chips were cold,wrap was only warm,are they carried in thermal bag to keep food hot?

Much preferred the old owners with there unique burgers ie the mexicano burger meal with chips which was amazing 😋🤤 also used to order corn on the cob that has also been scrapped all gone now unfortunately 😭 will be going elsewhere from now on

Great quality. Quite up market and to be honest it’s so well put together and the menu so authentic and nice I felt guilty ordering a standard meat and chips. But not for long 😄

To be honest it wasn’t worth £15. There was under no circumstances 2 skewers of meat and a handful of salad. I won’t be going back.

Set meal 1 is a really good portion size and food really tasty. Only let down by the amount of gristle in the kofte and donner meat. If it wasn't for the gristle it'd be one of my new favourite takeaways on the island.

Normally unreal food. But in this occasion the chicken Shish was undercooked. Outside cooked but inside watery and pink. Need to turn the grill down to let it cook through rather than blasting the outside of the meat with heat. Rest of the food was lovely. But meant no kebab for partner tonight.

High quality, very tasty, and separate the bread from the filling so it doesn’t turn up soaked in oil. Also, the bread comes with a nice dusting of, chilli salt? Whatever it is it’s lovely. Highly recommend.

Lovely Kebab, well worth The money. Would of liked abit more salad because their way so much meat. We got the free Hummus which was beautiful! We would like the option To buy Extra pittas (maybe something to think about) The only Down side to It was the amount of grease was shocking it was about a inch thick on the bottom that we drained out. but all in all very happy With our food.

Superb food, but not sure order was correct, ordered taramasalta, chicken kebab with yoghurt and Turkish sausage and halloumi. Also got sent a portion of white rice, yet no pitta bread, was that correct?

Ordered because I really fancied Sigara Boregi. But after I ordered, I got a call to say they had none. Which is frustrating as I only ordered from them for that. I changed it for Garlic Mushrooms which were lovely. The Hummus was beautiful. The Halloumi was nice. The Doner meat wasn't nice at all. Very bitty. Like it was hacked off. Buts all different tickenss and not nice at all. Threw it away. Will ordered again but would call to check stock first and go for chicken shish over Doner.

We have had a few deliveries from here now and the food is absolutely gorgeous!

Really awful kebab. We spent £70 and most of it was cold. The halloumi was like rubber, the chicken shish in yogurt had no flavour at all. The mixed kebab was cold. Chips inedible. Gutted we wasted that money. Changed owners which we hadn’t realised! Wouldn’t recommend

First time ordering definitely won't be the last ordered a mixed grill and lamb shish with yoghurt absolutely delicious, great portions more than enough for 2 of us. Delivery was spot on & driver was polite 👌 the only thing i wish you made was turkish bread though the warm pitta bread and hummus was lovely.
