Horrendous and we were all sick. Pink burger, pink chicken. Soggy chips, lamb in the dips (not ordered) drinks not delivered

Best kebab by far amazing food every time !!

The restaurant is always clean and the staff are friendly, and the products are always displayed neatly. I always get exactly what I want when I visit this restaurant.

Order at 5pm didn’t come till 6.30 which is okay if there busy and foods Great. But chips where cold/hard portions are kids size chicken donner was cold and hard no moisture to it at all used for years but never will again

Used to be good…now a joke…. Ordered food at 17.30, called them at 18:45 to be told it was on its way…called them at 19:10 to be told they have no idea where my order is! Cancelled on the spot as kids were starving! Had perfect service for years, over last 12 months had three experiences like this, absolutely done with them. Will be using Aida instead!

Used to be brilliant but now a joke! Ordered at 17.30, 1hr for food. Called at 18:45 to be told food on its way, at 19:10 still no food, call back to be told they have no idea what’s happened. Had years of trouble free food from here, but last three times have been a disaster - won’t be using again

Used to be one of the best kebab shops in town. Over the last year or so have let me down too many times on late deliveries and missing food. Got to the point I avoided using them. Tried them again tonight. Food over half hour late. Never again. Avoid at all costs unless you like constant disappointment....

First time visiting here on a drive through the village. The initial welcome was great, the waiting time for the food was reasonable, but then I was a bit shocked at the fact this takeaway is cash only. There’s no clear signage explaining this before ordering. They pointed out a sticker on the wall near the ceiling, not somewhere you’d think of looking! The food quality, was actually quite mediocre too, nothing to write home about.

We have this delivered to work once a month but 4 of us that had chicken kebabs all had sickness and diarrhoea within an hour I rang the shop who said the manager would ring me back but he didn’t very poor

I've been using this excellent shop for the last 8 years. By far the best chicken and donner kebabs around! Never had a bad meal from here, extremely friendly people, a pleasure to pick up my order each time.

Tried for the first time, won't be using them again! Expensive for the small portion sizes and doner meat was burnt. Had to bin and reorder from another kebab shop in town.

Kebabs very nice. Lamb wrap had the potential but arrived cold. We rang restaurant and they replaced but unfortunately was also cold. Maybe more thermal paper rather than chip paper. But couldn’t fault the kebabs maybe if I collected would have been hot as took an age to deliver.

Last time I order from here waited nearly 2hrs before our food finally turned up that was after calling them after the first hour they said it's on its way. Called again to say we are sorry there has been a mix up, so by the time it arrived 9.30pm we were getting ready for bed the food was dry and barely warm, they also said next time you order we will get a discount, what makes you think we are coming back I said. Not for us thank you 😡

Been going here for over 2years now at least once a week. Put prices up fair enough but portions go down how does that work?? Won’t be going back!!! Called up to say something and was told you get what your given, well I won’t be giving you my moneys no more!!!!

I had a large doner meat and chips for £10.50 Portions are disgusting for what you pay for, seemed like a kids meal, it was cold and definitely gonna order somewhere else. Definitely going down hill in my opinion

Have been ordering from flame grill for yrs now and tonight's large meat and chips portion was a joke kids portion more like , if your going to charge £10.50 for a meal which is an hours work for some, at least make it worth while !!! Gone down hill will be going else where from now on !!

Ordered food at 17.45 still waiting now!! Rang the shop they don’t know where our order is now 22.00. Bloody joke! Same Saturday night won’t be bothering with this takeaway again! Rang shop said they will refund! Still no show on the food now 22.20 absolute joke!! Used these guys for ages but that’s it we are done!!

Very disappointed. Ordered family kebab meal deal online. They delivered only the sauces, bottle of drink, pitta bread and salads. Called and reported. They said they will deliver rest of the items in 5 minutes. They arrived after ten minutes and you know what, there was no chips! Called the takeaway many times to report it, nobody attended!!! Please think twice before you order yours....!!!

Have used several times and enjoyed, but not tonight. Food was delivered early and tasted good but unfortunately the kebab and the chips were cold had to reheat the kebab and didn’t eat the chips 😟

Great Pizza for amazing value. You cant beat the two large pizzas for £15 deal. Used to come here very often! Average delivery time and can order online.

Quite pricy but the chips were very good. Apparently the cod and sausages were good too.

Good food. Can't vouch for the pizza and whatnot but I've tried everything here (kebab wise) lamb/chicken shish, lamb/chicken doner, kofte etc and not been disappointed. Order via the website and they always take note of any special requests

Lovely pizza and great service value for money.

Had our first kebab from here yesterday, we ordered a Flame Grill Special and we wasn't disappointed. The meat was nicely cooked and not oily, it was in a tinfoil tray so was nice and hot still. Our only little gripe was we would have preferred a little bit more salad, but other wise a nice meal.

I normally use a couple of Kebab houses in sittingbourne which are pretty good, but I gave this place a go and really liked it! I’ve only ordered chicken or lamb kebabs and had a few delivered now, easy ordering on website and paid in advance, fast delivery, well happy!

order was plesantly taken, quick respone for the delivery to my home address food nice and hot on arrival. Very generous helpings of the food items

very poor the food took more than one and half hours to come and it was cold i had to make 3 phone calls to get my food and when it got to me for the second time it was still wrong and at no time did they offer me an explanation about this

Was amazing first time I ordered, since then no salad in wrap, poor food, staff not great, had a discount so ordered bogof pizza and paid half only to get one delivered and told I only ordered one, so what’s the point in buy one get one free? What a shame I had high hopes, will not be going back

If you want a decent kebab look no further then Flame Grill as very generous portions with Kababs, Chicken Kababs etc & the taste...out of this world. I wouldn’t recommend any place other then Flame Grill & the cooks are also polite & friendly.

Fed up with them always getting the order wrong and when you phone to try to get it sorted the manager get on the phone and start swearing at you . Will will reporting this behaviour

Tried this place several times rather than the longer trip to West St, the problem is recently the order when I get it home is not what we ordered, I think they get too busy with phone orders and things get mixed up. Quality not bad but frustrating if you don't get what you order.

Great, welcoming to the kids and the waitress's were loverly and polite. The only thing i was very unhappy about was that the bar staff gave up dirty glass's and i asked the staff to change it but quote on quote she revolted with "its only from the dishwasher" But i'm sure that they should be polishing them after the dishwasher?

A little on the expensive side but by far the best kebab I have ever had and the size of the portion was huge was very good if I'm in the area again will for sure use them again staff was very friendly and even gave a free can of coke amazing place and will tell recommend it, use this shop it's worth ever penny.

decided to take a chance and order from here instead of our usual kebab , excellent, had mixed doner meat chips and salad (message to the chef as couldnt see n option for mixed doner) best and tastiest ever and a really decent size, we now have a new kebab shop, keep it up xx

first of all I want to say how impressed I am with how they took notice of my online order, I wrote a message to chef for a certain sauce I wanted over the top. We usually order else where and order a mixed doner and chips but we couldn’t see this option so we ordered a doner meat and chips and wrote a message to the chef asking for it to be mixed. Usually you don’t think this would be took notice of but it came and everything we asked for was done and it has officially now become our favourite kebab place. So much taste to it! Very impressed.

3 people in our party had food poisoning from here. All had donor kebab late at night. Will never eat from here again.

Best kebabs ever I had definitely coming back again

We come here a lot, and have been for about 7 years for chicken shish, always great food, moist chicken and great chilli sauce, very good portions. The meat is always perfectly chargrilled but remains moist with fabulous flavour. The usual guys serving make a great kebab, but recently the newer young lads give less salad, so if you are reading this fellas pile on the salad so that the meat/salad balance is correct.

Two small doners and two small chips...very good, best I have had in the two years we've been in Sittingbourne and very large portion.. to much for us 👍👍

Have collected & had delivery service from flame grill . Have only ever had various different kebabs & I have to say they have all been very tasty & plentiful,we always get our kebabs from here & have had no problems so far .

I used to go to Flame Grill very regularly as it's in a handy location and the food is decent (albeit very expensive). That was until the guy who always serves at the counter decided he'd reward my loyalty by skimming money out of my change. First couple of times it was £1 and I let it drop, then on the very next visit he thought he'd push it a bit further and shortchanged me by £2. Same distraction trick every time, he engages you in conversation and tries to hold eye contact as he puts the change in your hand. Goodbye Flame Grill, you've permanently lost my custom. What an extremely stupid way to run a business, stealing money from your most loyal customers.
