Lovely food every time and great staff friendly staff

Food poisoning the night getting it. Worst take away i’ve ever had.

Only chicken shop close to sheerness, despite bad reviews gave it a try and wasn’t disappointed service was fast food was hot and fresh, get what you pay for and would definitely return

Ordered they took my money waited over 2hrs for my husband to go down there find out they are shut have two hungry upset kids and no refund so will have to get a refund another day because they are shut.

Well what can I say.... The male that appears to own the franchise regularly goes outside for a cigarette, walks back in and continues to serve customers without observing any basic food handling practices. There's another employee who spends most of the time on his mobile, who's apron could possibly contain more bacteria than the pigeons outside. People drift in and out from the flats above, helping themselves from the hot shelf. Most importantly I saw no attempt to probe cooked chicken temperature, poor hygiene practices and no control between food preparation areas. Update the feedback @favorite.co.uk link doesn't work. Speaks volumes 😭

Extremely slow delivery, an hour to deliver to an address you could walk in twenty minutes. Had to call the restaurant which took three attempts to answer, then you get passed around staff and each one you've got to explain again what's happening. Not impressed and it's a Tuesday night not even a busy time of the week. Shocking. I'd order food when you're not hungry as it'll get delivered when you will be hungry takes that long. Not even an apology. I don't think I'll order from them again.

I did a telphone order, the app works well and easy to navigate It was a friday evening, so could be busy, but I got the messege enjoy your meal,and 37 mins later, it arrived and was dry as if been on warmer for a time So this has happened twice in a row so did not pick up all the stars.

Apart from the fact they refused to sell 2 sticky ribs unless I bought 4 which they only had 2 at the time,so asked for the 2 ribs they had left plus 1 piece of chicken as I don't eat chips,they refused and informed me that will only sell me the 2 ribs as a meal £6.00,so just left shop.

Got food poisoning from here and was Ill for 2 days. Avoid this place

Server could have done with some customer service training.

Caught them just before they closed, and they sold me their remaining chicken for less than normal asking price.

Food has always been good however I was over priced for my food and my can of Pepsi was warm from the fridge

Over priced food they sell 12 chilli cheese bites for over 6 pound can get them at burger King for cheaper and u get 20 also delivery service a joke never turns up on time and cost 3 pound gone down hill massively since got took over what ashame

I had ordered from the just eat app, the order was confirmed by the shops and said it would be delivered by 18-30-18:40. Other than the Oder being about 45 minutes late it turned up and the food was warm.

If you like wings but the service doesn't have to be top-notch. There is a delivery option.

Under new management. Food excellent, piping hot and correct. Friendly staff. Such a major improvement to previous management. Highly recommended.

Could of got a extra star or two if takeaway had delivery service at a faster pace u know but many the same there usually fairly consistent and convenient an not been ill from there so not so bad 😉just order half hour earlier then was going too

Chips where perfect but the chicken burger was raw inside

Literally came in the shop today at 20.00 and ordered 2 chicken burger meals and one of the meals is missing a potion of chips, tried calling the shop to let them know and the line cut off. The guy who served me was too busy worrying about the just eat orders to get mine correct.

Very nice enjoyed it....just had to wait to be served

After seeing a viral Facebook video of the chicken shop worker tugging one off, I decided to pop down for a chicken burger meal, the mayo had no signs of any gentlemans relish and the lettace was fresh.

Avoid, tried a simple order of Just Eat and they took nearly 40 minutes to confirm order. I then got a message telling me my order was being cancelled as they couldn't supply my order. This was 1850 on a Friday?!!! Unreal, a chicken takeaway that ran out of chicken.

Food was cooked fresh and was tasty thanks I would of taken a picture but I stuffed my face instead

Best chicken shop in Sheerness! Man... their food makes me water so much- love it! Always fresh and up to high standards! Couldn’t ask for anything better 👌🏾 Highly recommend!

I never go to KFC anymore as I have found I can get double the food from this establishment for the same money. And the chicken is so much more tastier. The ribs are very nice indeed.

Very disappointed with them, after being a weekly telephone home delivery customer for over 3 years, I called and called tonight as usual to place my order- normally above £17 each time I order. But the phone just rang and rang, never being picked up from 1800-2015 hrs. I thought there must be a problem so went to another chicken shop (Peri Peri Chicken), after leaving them I had to pass Favorite Chicken. On passing them I noticed that they were open, so stopped to let them know that their phones weren’t working. When I told them this, I was informed that there wasn’t anything wrong with their phones but they were busy so didn’t bother to answer the phone. To be honest I was totally taken aback by the honesty of these two women who by the way were sitting out where customers normally sit! Anyway I am pleased to say that I would never have found out how good Peri Peri Chicken food was nor how much bigger their menu is. So to end off- I WILL NEVER BOTHER TO PHONE FAVORITE CHICKEN AGAIN, as I wouldn’t want to put their serving staff out, but when PERI PERI takes all your customers, you will have time to use the phone to call the JOB CENTER!!

I love favourite chicken, but unfortunately I will not be ordering from there no more unless I go into there to grab something to eat!!! But I ordered today and the food was stone cold and had items missing so we tried to ring the restaurant up and I no it was open but we tried to all so meny times tell them about are order but never be boverd to pick up there phones not happy

Friendly staff and great food, there isn't a negative thing I can say about this place

This place has gone down hill with their delivery drivers, just eat just messages you and tell you they're busy, called store after meal was 45 minutes late after waiting an hour not the first time and just blamed the driver, wont be ordering here again.

I just had favourite chicken and their is not a bad word I can say about it I really enjoyed it this is one take away I do love better than kfc

Great food but close on any days they want.

Waited for over an hour and half for delivery when arrived it was bloody cold and order wasn't even the order I had ordered so very unhappy with this take away service

I like the fillet and fire burgers and the hot wings are really nice and I like the chips with gravy and its a good service all round

Some of the food was good but, wings had a very funny taste. Im guessing they werent today fresh, maybe this week fresh.

Staff unhelpful overcharged and dirty

Use to use regularly. Overcharged several pounds, plus paid for large meals given medium, meals were cold. New staff, Unhelpful when complain. Avoid

Ordered food at 6:30, got it at 8:20. They forgot my burger so I was without food whilst my family ate. I phoned back at 8:23 and they were going to deliver. 45 mins later I hadn’t got it and I phoned back and it hadn’t even been sent out. Wouldn’t order again!!

Just had a feast from here got good on time and hot although the order was incomplete they forgot my can of drink..

Eat here all the time, always in the shop or order takeaway x friendly and good value for money would recommend to anyone.

Very good chicken, soft and tasty, has improved alot recently.

Don't judge it by it's appearance, the staff and the food are both better than KFC!

The chicken is rubbish ribs burnt to a crisp and the sides were not in the bag you wont see me going there again
