Terrible service. Staff are incompetent and rude EVERYTIME! Ordered a Fanta grape and got a coke???? Food is great tho!

horrible service. the kiosk does not work. I wait 20 minutes before my query is resolved. I am a frequent customer of burger king and being refused help by the manager. The managers persuade staff to convince customers to put forward a false positive review, and in return offer a free whopper. I am disgusted by the service that I received today, especially being a frequent customer (i work in the same retail park). I am appalled at the ethics of this particular branch and will be passing on the message to my immediate friends and family. I do NOT recommend.

The worst Burger King I’ve ever been too. And has been for the past few years. I don’t understand how a franchise can get it wrong over and over again. Arrogant staff that do not fear anything and will keep customers waiting until they are ready to serve you. Also been told we can’t use the app past 10pm which is absurd also being charged 30p for mayonnaise. You need to do better and recruit competent staff. The only reason I go back is because I like Burger King food but it’s always a terrible experience at Tottenham Hale.

staff was excellent and very fast with service. Tables were cleaned and always readily available. Elen was very friendly with table service and helping me with the self checkout. Felicia showed an amazing work ethic with excellent leadership skills, whilst also dealing with customer requests via the headset. Every time I come to this burger king, Alex is always very calm and humble, even when I have come in during busy spells. These are the key reasons why this is my fourth consecutive day eating in at burger king. Thank you!

Not only do this BK drive thru never have food cooked food, you always have to park in the car park and wait for food to be bought to you, the other day we waited 20 mins until realising. No apology, lol the cold food was sitting there. The guy said sorry I forgot. Some days it’s full menu, some days it’s set. The staff are all unhappy at work, and do not take customer service seriously at all... busy talking , joking and being unprofessional. I mean in quiet moments nobody cares what staff does. The ethos of fast food doesn’t exist here. Illusion! We had a complaint as the guy taking payment thought it was okay.... to stare at us blankly in our faces whilst disputing paying separately (which we told the lady using the intercom) he actually took the payment back and walked away. Did not communicate with us. DISGUSTED. I work in Security, if I did this to you people whilst at work... how on earth would you have a sense of protection and guidance when you visit certain places. People are at work..... so you can help out share the load and complete the day together. It’s like there a relaxed family in there. The manger can’t even delegate. His attitude was a joke. I see last year someone took a photo of him to complain at how he couldn’t rectify his staffs mistake. Some people get these managerial positions because of who they know.... not there ability to smash it and turn over the store. Pitiful sorry and it took about 20 to charge and collect our food. Almost like he was trying to subtly make us pay. It’s not an option for you not to serve me as I am paying and have not trespassed. Like I shall also write to head office. It’s a great flagship store but all the locals laugh and complain at the service here. Needs one serious revamp and investigation into staff and their daily operations. I bet there would be cause for concern. So slack.

Twice I've been here in the last two weeks and have found the customer service so bad, I will not be returning again. The first time I was half way through ordering and the man taking my order walked away and I had to wait for someone else, then today I was waiting and was told to wait one minte, I stood there for ten minutes, received no apology and in the end got fed up and walked away. From now on I'll be ordering my burger king through just ear only.

This manager was so rude. We were served 20 minute old standing food, because he could not rectify his staffs input into the till. On asking for warmer food once we sat down, we were confronted with despicable behaviour. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

Non è gestito da inglesi...attenzione non fatevi fregare!!Non solo non fanno scontrino e quindi quando ti accorgi che non ti hanno dato tutto non hai modo di prenderlo se non ripagando, ma noi eravamo in famiglia e con amici in 8 totali e ci hanno fregato panini senza rifarli ..a turno a tutti..in più bagni sporchissimi sia fuori che i wc con escrementi...insomma non andateci assolutamente
