Reasonable food at a good price, excellent thick shakes and deserts. Better chips than KFC and decent portion sizes

Absolutely shambolic place, ordered food and waited 20 minutes only to be told it wasn't prepared yet but other ordares were being served after my order. Got a refund and went elsewhere. Avoid at all costs.

The food was decent, atmosphere is what you'd expect for a fast food store at the court. Service was very fast for us, ordered and had it 40 seconds after!

I walked in the store to a guy on the phone don’t give much attention once took 30 minutes to cook a 7 inch pizza the pizza wasn’t that bad

Bullshit I ordered food and it got cancelled and no money back it's bin 3 days

All most everything we can buy from here. Like clothes, flowers, vegetables, meats, pizza,diary products, alcohols, household items, freshly prepared breads, medicines, body cream and shower gells etc... If you want to buy anything you can definitely come here, you will get it.

First of all fix your phone line, guy never hears anything and always hungs up not even calling back. Been a regular for years and since new management portions are ridiculous, large cheese chips is like a medium and they barely fill it up its literally a small/medium and this would be fine if it was £3 but its £5 for a ridiculous portion, same for their kebab large literally looks like a medium and inside the box its only half. Wings used to be the best in town but since they changed it they are not nice. Lastly website says 25 minutes wait but its 40/50 minutes. Very disappointed, last time ordering from here

DO NOT ORDER FROM FLAMES I place an order that cost me 31 pounds via urber eats but the order was supposed to come between 1 and 1.25 am did not come so iv phone them up and they were rude to me they told me they try to call me 4 times which they didn't and I said I would either want a refund or delivery fresh they said it will cost me extra 3 pounds which I paid when the food did arrive the chips were horrible the donner meat was dry I WILL DEFINITELY NOT ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN order from there beware !!! I do not blame uber eats as I got intouch and thery were helpful I WILL BE TAKING THIS FURTHER ONCE I KNOW WHERE I CAN

We are staying at the royal bull and victoria in rochester. It has terrible phone service. However, despite this after 3 attempts dominos still sent out a fresh order bless them xxx BEST EVER !!!

Poor food for the money! Grabbed a cheeseburger meal. A burger, small chips and a water for £14! Burger was tasteless, luke warm and poor meat. Chips were average and they were out of salt. Don’t waste your money, I won’t again. 👎

First time and won’t be back. Prices are extortionate and when did takeaways charge extra for boiled rice especially £2.50 which is disgusting. £8.90 for six ribs that were chewy and not edible. I had my usual meal that I order from other takeaways and this was the worst. £10.20 with no rice and the meal was bland and had to add my own seasoning. How can this takeaway justify these prices, I will never be back and you should be ashamed of what you are charged in your neighbourhood.

Good fish and chips, cooked fresh. Delicious had scampi and fish large portions. I saw it won a fish and chip award this year!
