Tim Hortons in Rushmoor

We were served by Donna who displayed excellent customer service and as we had not been to a Tim Hortons before, she explained the menu items and gave some recommendations for the desert, timbits. Food was great and not particularly expensive. Customer Service 10/10 Definitely would return more often, found a new favourite!

It been here a while now and I still miss our Burger King, the place never really took off it’s always super quiet the food isn’t great even by fast food franchise standards. The shakes are disgustingly weak mainly ice and a drop of flavouring in there somewhere. Burgers are microwaved they have to be they come out dried up I’ve had better out of a can before, the fries are just the same do they even have a fryer and a grill? Maybe it’s uneconomical to turn such items on until they have at least several customers in one day. The chicken options aren’t much better and the donuts are just filled with sugar it all seems like the cheapest mass produced food they could get and it’s all just frozen waiting forever on a customer. The staff are great it must be hard working there. But if you hate people and don’t care what you’re eating I highly recommend it, if you value your health and need a good feeding go elsewhere.

Visited for both breakfast and lunch on separate occasions. The breakfast deal is very good. Good choice of breakfast options. Drinks are good. Good coffee and the French vanilla iced latte is delicious. Lunch also has a large choice. I felt the food was just ok. Chicken tenders / lattice fries. I think the breakfast is better and more choice. Large restaurant- plenty of parking, clean and service was good.

First time at here Joanne was fantastic in helping me with everything and even recommended the strawberry lemonade! Wow beautiful, thanks again

Yummy donuts! Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Restaurant was clean and tidy. Quick service and the cheddar and chutney chicken burger from the festive menu was delicious!

Whenever we go to the drive though the experience is always very good . George in particular is excellent . He is friendly and chatty and gets our order right every time .

My lunch experience at Tim Hortons was truly amazing. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The menu offered a variety of options, and I opted for a classic Double cheeseburger and a toastie, The service was prompt and the food was delicious, What really stood out was the friendly and efficient staff who made sure I had everything I needed and even provided recommendations on their specialty coffee offerings to complement my meal. It was a delightful and satisfying lunch that left me eager to return for another wonderful dining experience at Tim Hortons.

Best Coffee. Staff are very kind and friendly. (: Recommend for sure! Come here a lot after the gym for a coffee. My sister loves the coffee also, especially French vanilla.

I decided to revisit Tim Hortons during the summer holidays after a disastrous previous visit when they first opened. It’s finally nice to see that the team have settled In and have a good working system in place. I found that The staff were very, very helpful and cheerful which makes all the difference. I have visited on about 8 occasions now, mainly for a coffee and with my mum and have been served quickly on all occasions. The coffee is lovely and nothing is ever an issue. The toilets were also kept in good order which is something I am very particular about.

Average. Forced to use a screen to order. Food ok. Nothing special. Item I was looking forward to not available. Coffee nice. Eating in but everything given in takeaway packaging. Last visit to one was in Dunfermline a year ago and that was MUCH better than Perth.

I met family here for breakfast. Wrong item delivered but sorted with no issues. Aash was exceptionally helpful, cheery and nothing was an issue.

Went here yesterday with my wife for a quick lunch. Never been before and was looking forward to it, however, being blunt, we won't be going back. It was a joke. Had to wait at least 20 minutes for a simple cheeseburger and chicken wrap....
