I enjoyed it very much. Pleasant experience. Good service and nice management.

Went to try a new burger, which was surprisingly good. Only problem was the order screen didn't give a print out or qr code so it was good that they weren't busy.

Went to the drive thru and used the app, we were greeted by a very pleasant young lady who spoke to us like a proper person not like other burger places were you seem to be an inconvenience, she was polite,efficient and made the whole experience something to enjoy. The food was fresh and hot, the flavour was amazing but it was made all the better by our server, she is a real attribute to burger king.

Burger place. Kind of clue in the name . Staff friendly. Place clean enough to eat in. Car parking a bit of a bother with delivery drivers flying in and out during my visit. Highly recommend if you are in the area and fancy a Burger King.

Stung with a £100 parking fine for staying 10 minutes over the apparent 1 hour maximum stay. Coming back from Legoland, it was dark, and didnt see the signs saying its 60 minute max. I see from other views they catch a lot of pwople this way. Took ages to order, then my 2 little girls needed the toilet after. £100 for that??! Wont be using Burger King again, im afraid

One of my favorite fast food restaurants in Aldershot. I can guarantee the food here will not let you down! The food is amazing, the ambience is good and the staff are very kind and helpful.

I come to this restaurant once a month. Im not sure what happened today but my order was wrong. I ordered 2 whopper meals and a chicken royale meal but was given 3 royale meals. I check before driving away and it was changed. I didn’t check my drink. I ordered 2 sprites and one Fanta. The Fanta tasted weird. The sprites were just water😭☹️. I’m not happy. I didn’t realise until I got home in Farnborough. Too far to drive back.

Food was good and freshly made, staff were very helpful and polite plus the restaurant was n't busy when I went which nice and quiet.

Pretty much what you’d expect from a Burger King restaurant when it’s working well. Standards are mostly good and service is usually prompt. The only reason I’ve dropped a star is their two self service soft drinks machines are sometimes temperamental, with one of them not working or providing drinks below the same standard (eg carbonation, syrup mix or temperature) of the other one.

Friendly staff also Fresh chips and burger !!

The Burger King in Aldershot is consistently clean with well maintained areas. The food is fresh and well prepared, and the staff are friendly and helpful and one staff in particular: Seema, making it a reliable choice for a quick, satisfying meal.

Pretty gross to be pulling 3 long hairs out of my throat after the first few bites of food. Will not be visiting again and will not visit a Burger King at all again as one of the last ones I ate gave me THE WORST norovirus. UK standards in so many things have fallen to 3rd world standard.

Really clean BK restaurant which was refreshing compared to the ones in London. Can't say we'll specifically come back to this one since we were on our way home but were pleasantly surprised by the hygiene and cleanliness.

Very quick halloumi fries we're a bit dry but that's my fault leaving it last thing to eat and the cubicles are abit small

I was more impressed with the cleaner! He was epic, he went round leaving literally no piece of rubbish unturned! The place was spotless in no time.

Not good for families with infants to eat in. Before you're children finish eating the car part will slap you with huge fines. I don't advice families to patronise if you're not on foot

Burger King gave me burgers with warts and holes in it.

Excellent freshly made burger loaded fries and frozen Fanta served by friendly welcoming staff, although did have to ask for napkins. The restaurant and facilities were clean. Will definitely be back.

If you go to this Burger King be worded that there is a park limit of 1 hour . I will never go back to this Burger King restaurant because I think it is a joke that this company are out to catch you for parking when you are spending money in the restaurant so be aware

Today I ordered a steakhouse crispy chicken sandwich and a peppercorn beef steakhouse. They gave me two beef burgers my husband doesn’t eat beef so it went to waste so disappointing we spent over £20 for the wrong order. The chips were old and refried for sure. The peppercorn burger that was for me I couldn’t even eat it had a weird taste and the veg inside was old. We received no receipt so we couldn’t even go back to the store and the store is too far from us. Very disappointing will stick to our local bk from now on.

Highly recommend..hot and tasty food..not cold.like some places.

It is relatively clean but the table is not clean promptly especially during slow periods they leave the table unclean till lots of customers come then they start cleaning. Food is better than McDonald's less sloppy and more meaty. But they are VERY stingy with their sauces and tissue paper. The tissue paper is so thin, it doesn't hold much of anything and shrinks up. Huge advert for free wifi which doesn't work at all not sure if there's a certain spots that works but the spots near the window doesn't work. Spacious carpark which is a plus. But it needs to be 90mins not 60mins. Dining with kids sometimes that's quite a rush. Especially when they take ages to decide, etc.

I used drive thru and while at check out I requested a burger to be added the staff was rude and dictating how I should order. I was apologetic but the man named Charran was angry I felt he would hit me. I said I will complain to the manager and than he said go for it he isn't scared and asked for hassan. He came to the window and said get lost. I request the cctv out and want to be apologised by him. I did call the restaurant and no one picked up. The man was Asian named Charan. I want a cctv so I can take this further of his behaviour.

It’s a good enough takeaway - everything is as you would expect. Service is generally pretty quick and there’s almost always seats available for those who like to dine in. Customer service is pretty good - only fault is that you can’t order half the items (like milkshakes) for delivery which is irritating.

The burger was cold , cheese wasn't even melted ! Spent over £20 , even though the burgers are not as nice will be going to mc donalds at least there hot !

Otherwise it's fine and I've had no real reason to complain about it 16/10/23 visited today I had an issue with a cold burger, the staff quickly remade my burger and it was lovely and hot, went from what was going to be a 3 star review to a 4.6 star as the rest of the food was ok

Went through the drive through. Had nuggets and asked for some dipping sauce. Didn’t get it. Had to go in and ask for it!!

Top service, fast turnout for food, staff very helpful and friendly. Serve-your-own drinks is a bonus too! Wasn't busy at lunchtime and the restaurant was very clean, as well as toilet facilities. All the food was hot and fresh, plenty of parking, great store!
