I live 1.6 miles from this B/K and yet I always get delivered cold food, I really don't understand how that is possible especially when it takes 30 minutes to make my food apparently - please do better.

The tasty fast food especially their famous whopper. I love it ..... The atmosphere is casual and the staff is usually friendly. They have good value deals, making it an affordable option for a quick meal.

I usually have lunch here with my family. Staff are really polite especially Joshan who is always at the till. He is very patient and helpful. Quick service and fries are always fresh and hot. Highly recommend this location!

This Burger King Rules! The staff here are always very on it when it comes to the food, timing, and customer service. Manager, Lisa is awesome and seems to lead her team very well.

The place itself is in such a nice place within the mall and the burger from burger king is as usual satisfying, staffs and the ambience were nice.

The food was freshly served and the staff were friendly. One staff member that served me is Joshan and with politeness, it’s the icing on the top. Although it was busy, Joshan did his very best to make sure that I get my food on time. Thank you Joshan!!

I should not have to negotiate with the delivery driver to get my order delivered to the delivery point that no other driver seems to have a problem delivering to.

The Angus Burger is very tasty and was freshly made. The fries were hot & fresh and the service was good, it's unfortunate we have to pay for mayonnaise but we can overlook this as it's is branded and in a pot. Not often I'm able to review a fast food restaurant so positively.

Very dissapointing to spend £16 on a burger and fries for it to be delivered stone cold and late when I'm less than a mile away. Burger King used to be amazing back in the day.

Food is always hot and gets delivered early but this is the second time they have left something off my order…

All food was cold, they probably prepared it right away but it wasn’t delivered for ages and ages and I couldn’t cancel it without losing the money. Never again.

Going to stop buying from here now About the 4 or 5 time in a row I’ve got proper sloppy food, so sloppy it soaked through the greaseproof and paper bag It’s only a burger in a bun, shouldn’t be too difficult to get right I would say normally it’s good, but this is too many times

Delivered someone else’s delveroo order and not my food. They won’t correct my order so I’m missing 2 whoppers and stuck with a chicken burger that I don’t want. Very annoyed.
