Food is always hot and gets delivered early but this is the second time they have left something off my order…

All food was cold, they probably prepared it right away but it wasn’t delivered for ages and ages and I couldn’t cancel it without losing the money. Never again.

I had an exceptional experience at Burger King yesterday. The staff were friendly and efficient especially Jenika, and my meal was flavorful and served hot. The restaurant was clean and comfortable. I highly recommend this location for great food and service.

Delivered someone else’s delveroo order and not my food. They won’t correct my order so I’m missing 2 whoppers and stuck with a chicken burger that I don’t want. Very annoyed.

Going to stop buying from here now About the 4 or 5 time in a row I’ve got proper sloppy food, so sloppy it soaked through the greaseproof and paper bag It’s only a burger in a bun, shouldn’t be too difficult to get right I would say normally it’s good, but this is too many times

We called in here after doing a small toy shop nearby. We arrived at 1pm and found every table inside empty which was a surprise. Anyway we had two plain cheeseburgers with fries and a Peppercorn Chicken meal with large fries. The staff are always so happy with beaming smiles but unfortunately they do make errors with your order. I asked for one large fries and one small fries and ended up two large fries and another bag of small fries. Anyway we ate what we could and just through the rest away. One thing I do not like is the 30p charge for a small pot of BBQ Sauce!!! Most people would love to have BBQ Sauce but just refuse to pay the money. You can have as many Tomato Sauce sachets as you want for free with your meal. Burger King should really look at this issue as for me personally it spoils the meal not having the BBQ Sauce available with your meal for free. Surely even a large container with a pump dispenser would be a cheaper option?

Walked in during busy hours but the staffs were very friendly and patient. Environment looked clean despite the numerous orders. Food was lovely as always, would definitely recommend the chilli cheese bites!

Food great, unfortunately our experience this time was slightly underwhelming by the delivery driver who TOLD US that WE HAVE TO COME AND GET IT because ITS RAINING and he didn’t want to get Wet!!!

My burger that I ordered through just eat was freezing cold but I was starving took 2 bites and the burger was raw. This made me really ill aswell as I had already swallowed some. Wouldn’t recommend anyone eat here

I often come to this particular BK with my daughter when visiting Farnborough town. We absolutely love it here because the staff here always make us feel welcome. The staff here are polite, serve with a smile and always helpful. My go to food here is double whopper and daughter loves her kids meal. Delicious and never fails !!!

Drinks machine has been broken for nearly a year, replaced with a small selection of warm bottle drinks. Staff are overwhelmed by more than 3 orders and it just feels very old and tired. So far behind any other BK in the country.

Ordered at 3.45pm, order was pending until 6.10pm then changed to Delivered but we never received it!! Never had this problem before. Emailed just eat, 5 days later still no reply!! £28 for an order we never received

Ordered at 12:50 didn’t have a driver assigned till 2pm absolutely ridiculous wouldn’t let me cancel without charging me the full amount. Didn’t get the food till 2:30 over an hour and a half after I placed the order … if I wanted to eat so late I would have made food myself. Completely absurd service I will never use just eat again. I expect a full refund for the inconvenience

From ordering,it took 1hr 20 minutes for food delivery when the delivery route takes 5 minutes.......the cold bottled drinks were packed in the same bag as the 'hot' food. where is the logic??? cold burgers and chips...not great when you pay over £40

Its hard to knock a Burger King as they are just a fast food outlet and do push the food through at a very fast pace. We popped in here on Monday 20 Nov at 1pm. We were served by a very friendly and efficient Lisa. My wife had two plain Cheeseburgers and large fries with a sprite. I had the Smoky Chimichurri Chicken with large fries and an orange Fanta. Both my wife's burgers were not hot and just warm at best. Both fries were superb as was my Smoky Chimichurri Chicken meal. They always ask you if you would like sauce? If you want Tomato sauce then that is free and you will get quite a handful thrown at you. If you want BBQ sauce then for each little tiny pot you will have to pay 30p each which is a shame. You would have thought by now they would do sachet's of BBQ sauce the same as they do Tomato sauce? Anyway the place was clean and tidy. One good thing was that when the couple left next to us a man immediately came over and cleaned/wiped the table down. That was good to see.

This is exactly how fast food should be fast served hot and tasty. Think this is the quickest I’ve ever been served in farnborough. Just amazing.

Honestly quite an inefficient staff team, but you get your food… eventually. Thank you God for bringing the goodness of the King 🤴 to Aldershite. I’m crying out for one in Fleet High Street. The food had to travel less than 1 mile, and it arrived cold. Fries cold and hard cooked. The burgers were like leather with no taste.

We have placed upwards of 25 orders with Burger King in Farnborough, over the last two years, to be delivered to our home by Just Eat and, as always, have been very satisfied with the delivery service and the quality of the relevant food ordered by us. We can recommend them to other people.

Food was so cold put it straight In bin won't bother ordering any thing again unless you like ice cold food

Had deliciously hot chilli cheese bites and fries. Staff were low and it was very busy then, but under the circumstances everyone worked brilliantly to ensure customer satisfaction. Well done to all staff.
