The food was good - I feel the presentation was quite poor though. It was quiet which was nice! The staff were insightful on menu options.

Nice selection of flavours... I had a scoop of caramel and tiramisu ice cream... both flavours were delicious...

Queensway is not somewhere I've been before. On leaving the carpark and eager for a coffee headed to Amorinos across the road. Already customers in there, though not a crowd..... as it turned out a crowd the last thing this establishment needed on a saturday as it struggled to manage the number it had. I have to say the online ordering like McDonalds for a more up market ice cream parlour cheapens the whole experience. Not sure whose brainwave that was. The staff stay glued to it as if it's the gospel. The computer says do this but ignore what's going on in the shop around you. One member of staff - there were only two - was left to plough on by her colleague as numbers grew, annoyance and exasperated looks.. No communication or working in unison. The fixation on the computer devoid of reality very strange. Got the coffees eventually though could have been delivered by a machine. McDonalds staff in fairness have more about them. Customers less polite than I showed their disgust at the service being provided but in fairness to the one staff member frint of house....she tried her best if lost at sea. You'd expect more from a chain like this. Not a pleasant experience.

The quality of icream has dropped dramatically in this year. The taste is much more creamy, you barely get the flavour. I'm really sorry that I never go there again.

The staff was very friendly and the tables were so unique that it felt like a once in a lifetime experience. The food came out hot and stayed hot. It was very good and priced well. My friends and I had a blast and would go again.

I came today to get my Gelato in Queensway branch at almost 11:00 P.M. I did my order and i paid by card , i waited for my order for so long but i was patient since it was busy. People who order after us was done with their Gelato but my order was not ready although it was a small Gelato. The guy who should serve us name Inas i guess . A long blond guy. I think he is the manger , sadly. I tried to talk to him but he was ignoring me in very strange way. He was literally speaking to every customer but me . I even raised my hand , tried to raise my vioce so he can listen but he was intentionally ignoring me . I talked to his other staff and even the other staff told him, but kept ignoring me!!!! Untile it was clear for me that it was intentional. Even When he finished every one. The line was done but acting that i am not exest which was clearly racist behaviour Untile i got really mad and i ask him why you are taking so long and he looked at me and said “WAIT FOR YOUR ORDER” They he acted strongly after that and said you did not order when i literally having my receipt I told him that all people are getting their order except me and he starting saying “ do not argue or i will not take your order !!!!!!” I kept arguing and said i will not service you and he refused to service you And i asked for refund and he said you will get your money back and i did not get anytime until now !!!!!! I would be really disappointed if the company doesn’t do anything about that He was a clearly rude, racist behavior This guy can not deal with customers and the company should do something about that I would never come to this branch or the chain anywhere . I was a regular customer but i will not anymore

First of all the Gelato was AMAZING!!! Such pure and full flavors. Second of all the ladies who work there are ARTISTS!! they design your ice cream into roses!! So beautiful. It wasn't just dessert... it was a whole experience!

The store was not busy but they took 15 minutes and still did not handover a simple order of 2 macarons whilst many customers arriving much later were served and left. When I complained Ryan Elder was rude and abusive without any apology or contrition. When I asked for a refund I was told it would take "several days". 2 weeks after I am still waiting.

Good how things changed to bad. £6 for a regular gelato which actually was extra small. Left the feedback to the manager. He talked loud to his colleague who made the cone for me (clearly new guy and not much to blame) in front of everyone. And then loud back to me “well, thanks for the feedback, have a good day”. I eat ice cream ones in 6 months because of health issues and craving for pistachio..well, this was my unlucky one. But just for the record..sometimes it’s nice to offer an apology

Staff were just plain rude. I’m not a tourist but if this is how we treat tourists I’m frankly embarrassed. The machines you order from are not user friendly then when you’ve got it wrong they treat you like an idiot. The ice cream was ok but didn’t make up for the rudeness. Back to Creams of Old Street for me.

A wide variety of pallet refreshing desserts, with some lovely staff catering. Indoor and outdoor space for many to enjoy - definitely visit!

Delicious cuisines here. We had the ice creams and hot drinks yet many things on offer which looked scrumptious. Quick service and friendly staff. We will definitely be coming back!

I came with my family! My order was over £27 , my son changed his mind before my order wasn’t ready , there was a Rude Woman Anrika ! Really rude manager , I requested to change one of my order with defence, she Porch me with bat Attitude. Time 20:25 / on the 23/08/2021.

Amorino has many branches across london and they have a good selection of ice cream. It used to stand out more a few years ago but now there are many good gelato stores around london

Popped in for some gelato as from the outside it looked quite inviting but we were so disappiointed by the outcome. Both our icecreams were just really sweet so you couldn't make out any kind of flavour. We were not impressed at all!
