35 minute wait for a normal burger and fries and it was cold this is an absolute joke, will never be back in the barrow store.

3rd time in a row ordering a delivery from here with an issue. This time a missing £6.29 burger which was not refunded after being told repeatedly it was company policy with no further explanation. Supposedly each time it had been prepared, checked and sealed, this time by “Amy”. Having now happened 3 times it’s very obvious the restaurant has a poor level of training and diligence.

intoxicated 12-year old yobos vaping with cbd at the desk, swearing and behaving antisocially have tarnished my experience. I was verbally threatened but the manager did nothing but serv them their ice creams and get them out of the shop. By the time I had protected myself from harm, my food was cold so I left. Altercation logged.

I ordered a delivery with just eat’s and low and behold there was no chips in the delivery again don’t know why I bother because you have to contact just eats to get a refund if you’re lucky. If that was my company (Macdonalds) with incompetent employees who can’t get a simple order correct I would sack them and for the manager he’s even more incompetent than the employees who is supposed to be overlooking everything is a total waste of space. Wouldn’t entertain the whole company again.

Expensive delivery to walk down the road. Food arrived warm but edible, pancakes came with salsa sauce and when we rang up we were fobbed off and told they couldn't bring us the right sauce down as they were busy. Great customer service that

Shouldn't have to pay for delivery when there no option to go into the restaurant, especially when the you receive your food and half the fries are missing and there no sauces!

Staff are lovely and helpful and friendly the place was clean and tidy but the food was a different story. Big Mac stone cold chicken mayo sandwich was bland and cold the place full of kids so we ate it in the car

Burger and fries were okay, coffee didn’t taste right and ended up pouring it away !!!!! Haven’t been back, plenty of alternatives.

I ordered an iced mocha which was ready straight away. there was plenty of seats and toilets on the ground floor.

I buy today 5 Cheeseburgers and all of them horrible! I can t feel the flavours just a ketchup! When the manager girl making my burgers not using plastic gloves!!!!!!!! Strange :( I m never ever going back again !!!!!!!!

I ordered a drink of coke good quick service. it was very clean there was lots of places to sit upstairs and downstairs.

Just been waiting in the carpark for 40 minutes for a drive through order that was totally wrong and freezing cold. Saw the staff walking around with the bag for 20 mins & even though it wasn't what we ordered decided it must be our order and ended up just driving home with a freezing meal I don't even like because cba waiting any longer. Will never go again.

Food is to the usual standard that's fine but the restaurant is a dive... Good to see this is now been renovated. Not before time..

Very quiet when we arrived and got served straight away, a coffee and a McFlurry. Went upstairs, plenty of seating and watched the world go by on the street below. Nothing exceptional to say except toilets were clean with soap in the dispenser.

You get what you expect. Like many McDonalds it is busy with kids, many of whom are messing about. Ignore them, eat the food and leave.

The building was absolutely freezing. We sat in coats and were still cold. The fries were strangely brown yet limp and floppy. Burger was stone cold , hard and almost indigestible. We wasted a lot of food and money. Cappuccino was welcome though

Chips were cold hard and crispy. Burger didn't look anything like what was on the advert and it was like slip just put together.

Had a chicken burger meal, half way through spat it out as I think the chicken was 'off' as it tasted awful. love the sausage and egg muffin though they are really nice

During my recent visit to this specific McDonald's i was very disappointing, poor service, awful food.

Esta tienda en Dalton St, forma parte de la principal zona comercial. Tienda era tranquilo dentro cuando fui, servicio rápido. + helado sabía batidos bien. Los inodoros de arriba.

Esto me parece una crítica sin sentido realmente. Todo el mundo ha sido a un MCDONALD'S en algún punto de la vida allí. Dicho esto sabemos lo que vas a obtener. La comida que no se parece en nada a las fotos tomadas por encima de la publicidad de forma experta, pero sabe lo suficiente mostrador buena para llenar nuestros estómagos hasta podemos conseguir algo mejor para comer.

Typical McDonalds food. Shame about the smokers congregating at the front door. The smoke blows in and bothered me whilst eating.

there is not a lot to say as this is a typical McDonald's food coked when ordered nice and hot tea and reasonably priced food with a goo large choice of varying types of burgers and some salads, Nice and clean with staff going about cleaning up a lot

Take our grand kids in the school holidays they love it of course. Even me and the wife don't mind she has the fish and me a Big Mac. Coffee pretty good and always clean and tidy.

The meal was typical of all the McDonald's very good. Town Centre location very easy to find and a local bus route

Took two grand kids whilst in town and they really enjoyed it. Burgers and milk shakes for them and ice cream, chicken nuggets for me and coffee. It is always consistent service, clean toilets.

Had a take away from here as was strapped for time.Not a fan of mackies but have to say I enjoyed it

We popped here for lunch two days ago. The good points the food was served quickly. The staff were polite. The bad side the table was filthy but ok for a quick bite to eat

Not alot to say really as most mcdonalds are always the same. restaurant was busy but got served quickly due to plenty of staff being on.

"I went to this macdonalds today and I wasn't the only happy person... I work for a young chap called mark, he hates my face and hair as it offends him, however after finishing my 99p mayo chicken we realised that my wages will never be enough for reconstructive surgery, this is where macdonalds came in... He now makes me wear the paper bag on my head during office hours. I can see this establishment solving all problems... World hunger, ugly people and hangovers. Fair play macdonalds. Fair play"

SLOW SLOW SLOW, absolutely dreadful. Waited over 1/2 an hour to order and get food - to take away. One meal missing so had to go back. Staff were apologetic but they are only kids - the "supervisor" could only have been 20 and she was in a right flap.Just horrendous - will not be going back.

If you fail at school you will end up here! Long wait, food is always wrong, chips over salted....Can cause a heart attack!

There are two McDonald's Restaurants in Barrow, one in the town centre and one just off the roundabout near Tesco. If I had to choose which one to go to it would be the one near Tesco. The one in town, I personally find it quite dirty and not that clean. The other one is spotless and has been recently refurbished. Its clean, fresh, well decorated, and the staff are great. The service is excellent and the food is good quality for a fast food restaurant.
