Kofi from Elephant and Caste McDonalds was genuinely so accommodating and kind. Could not recommend this employee enough - showed exceptional customer service, contrasting to other employees on shift at the time. Very very grateful.

Terrible, awful. They say McDonald’s meat can’t be identified and consists of lots of meat shoved together. I completely believe this and the fry’s were soggy. Luckily I had dinner at the Ritz.

Needed to go to the toilet and saw a McDonald’s which was great,the toilets were very clean,in a fantastic state and doing just what they should be doing.Also the lock works too which is great.Also restaurant was clean and spacious too.

This is the best McDonald I’ve been to. The stuff are so nice and kind, they smile at everyone and the food was really quick and very tasty. Very recommended ;)

I ordered the double Big Mac with bacon, better off ordering a slap in the face because that was terrible, would have felt less mugged off. First of all it came all smashed up in the bag , separated from its box, and when I reassembled it to my horror I found it was only a normal Big Mac. Very disappointing

The words 'thank you' are printed on Macdonald's receipts. That's very polite and it saves the staff a lot of trouble...

While waiting for my hubby to collect the order, we sat on an available table with chairs so that I don't have to get up everytime my kid wants to get up. One of the workers made us get up and seat on another table (with fixed bench) and she started to close the whole area with tape even though there were many other customers. We ordered 2 happy meals and 4 mcflurry. The chips 🍟 were about a dozen, they gave us only 3 fish fingers and the Mcflurry were filled up to half cup. My kids ordered vanilla and chocolate milkshakes as part of their Happy meals, well couldn't tell the difference. Basically was milk at room temperature not the usual thick and chilled milkshake that you find in other McDonald's. I don't think I'll ever come back here.

One of the better branches. Busy. Surprisingly clean as well! Social distancing well managed with the COVID-19 pandemic. Love the new ordering system. Very easy to use. Friendly staff. Junk food is needed sometimes!

I’ve been here a few times over the years and been unimpressed. My latest visit was during Covid-19. Half the restaurant was cordoned off like a crime scene. I ordered Ear In. Had to clear my own table with no gel cleansers in sight. The food was sub standard. Burgers buns cold. Burgers lukewarm. Bacon / cheese likewise. This was not an enjoyable experience. I feel McD is prioritising delivery over customer visits. This is definitely a one-star performance and experience. McD! What’s happened to you?

I do not eat the ridiculously greasy hash browns, so some managers let me get an extra sausage in my single muffin to swap as the hash gives me a bad stomach. Afra, the manager gave me a vacant look when asked and made me feel stupid for asking this. They both cost penny’s and the customer is right. I won’t be going back to this outlet. Long live kfc and Burger King!

I had an early meeting in the area so I popped in for a bacon roll and a coffee. This is a typical Maccie D, you know what to expect. Slight mix up with my order but it got sorted eventually.

Pros: very positive person assisting at touchpad order machines. Kind, polite, and helpful. Cons: this location arbitrarily does not take American credit cards requiring signature. I have used my card at 4 other McDonalds in the country within the past 3 weeks alone. This location only Takes touch cards which are not a norm on the USA so please beware. Manager was incredibly condescending. Note this is the only time my card has been rejected in Europe/UK ever. It took us 15 minutes to order in the touch pads and with children that is an eternity. Please do not act so terribly to people. It is embarrassing. Bad review due to condescending nature of location manager and unwillingness to be helpful and no food.

I work near by and the rubbish at the back of the store is disgusting. We have had to deal with rats and roaches which only lead me to think how dirty the inside is. The rubbish often sits outside for days on end and in the heat of summer and spring it leaves a disgusting stench wafting everywhere. The staff sit out the back smoking and i'll bet they do not wash their hands. It is just simply vile.

I was at mc Donald’s today 03/05/2018 at 3.30pm and I asked to a member of staff if it was possible to make the tablet works as there are 5 tablets on the table for children and none of them was working, she replied saying they don’t work but I know it was a lie because I came here 2 days ago and a helpful and very kind manager put it on one of them for me and my child. I told her I knew she was not telling the truth and she told me to ask to the manager and straight after she went to speak with two of her colleagues and they were looking at me (pathetic scene, very unprofessional!). Then the manager came to me and I asked her the same thing and she said she didn’t know if they might work or not and said she doesn’t know how to make them work (are the managers trained or not guys????). Well, after a while a member of staff arrived and tried to make one of them work but I could see he was struggling, I think he has never done this before but I appreciated he tried at least and finally he did it! Honestly I am very disappointed and pissed off of how I have been lied and treated because if the company offers a service the staff should give this service without complaining or lying at costumers (we are not stupid!) as this is a part of mc Donald’s! Some of the staff is very unprofessional

Arrived at a fairly quiet time just after the breakfast period. Quarter pounder with cheese and a coffee. Managed to find a seat easily enough. Tables were cleaned regularly and toilets clean. A fairly good outlet.

Puntos positivos: espacioso interior, muy limpio, asientos bastante cómodos.

Plus points: Spacious interior, kept very clean, quite comfortable seating.

Accueil horrible. Le sourire ne fait pas partit du service. Attente bien trop longue pour du café et des pancakes! D'ailleurs je n'ai pas eu du café mais un chocolat et quand je le constate la vendeuse me maintient que c'est du café comme si que les français etaient trop bêtes pour faire la différence! Heureusement la responsable a changé ma boisson! Cette même responsable qui vient faire le ménage sur notre table pendant qu'on mange! Je déconseille plus que fortement! Allez dépenser votre argent ailleurs

I come here fairly often but just for a tea or small snack, so I don't need special attention. However, the service is sometimes very rude. One or two assistants have slapped down my receipt and change on the counter without a word and I've even had to ask them to say thanks. Staff at the Kilburn High Road branch are far more polite.The restaurant is nice and spacious, though, and always seems to be kept clean.

Good food and service Mc fish and diet cola for dinner it is good place but not more service 7 of 10 price moderates staff good enough

Una cosa interesante sobre McDonald's es que en cualquier lado del mundo, es la misma comida. Algunos puede que no, pero la palabra clave aquí es "coherencia". El sandwich de pescado (mi favorito) utiliza la misma pelea (hecho por todas partes específicamente para McD) y la misma salsa y, en la medida de lo que puedo decir, exactamente el mismo pescado y, bien, sabe la misma. La coherencia. Usted siempre sabe lo que recibes cuando pides algo en el menú. Que tiene que contar para algo! ¿Sí?

Un McDonald's correct, propre, avec peu de temps d'attente à la caisse et une musique d'ambiance pour couronner le tout.

아무래도 대학생 소전여행이었기 때문에 배고플때는 맥도날드에 들어갔죠. 맥도날드는 확실히 한국보다는 깨끗한 느낌이에요. 하지만, 한국보다는 메뉴가 없답니다 :)

Nicely refurbished McDonalds, bit of a mess with the self service tills/manned tills and collection point, but at the end of the day they refused to give me a cup of tap water with my meal saying that it was on orders of the manager that they were not to do it

As I was in London for a day sightseeing after travelling from "up north" I had been looking forward to trying a gourmet burger and order from a tablet/table service that I had read so much about and that we northerners are deprived of. So we made a special tube stop solely to try this out - my fiancée wasn't fussed but humoured me. The restaurant was quite dirty especially the toilets - much worse than my local Pontefract and Castleford branches ( neither of which for some reason are classed as being worthy of serving the gourmet burger )and I counted around 8 order points none of which worked so had to order at the counter as per normal.

Para não errar, investir no MC nunca tem erro. Com esse restaurante acontece o mesmo. O único problema é a internet, que não funciona, e os computadores disponíveis quase todos estragados.

Este lugar ha sido recientemente tenía algo de dinero invertido en él pero, por desgracia, el lugar está lleno de vagabundos y gente esperando para autobuses que tienden a mesas de Hog durante horas con sus cables de ordenador portátil en el lugar.

Buena relacion de precio, la atencion es buena y saca del apuro para comer algo sobre todo si se viaja solo, de los mejores Mc donalds de Europa.

McDonald's was perfect for us after watching a show. The queues moved quickly and the tables were attended to and cleaned immediately upon becoming vacant

well, no matter you go, you can always depend on good old McDonald's, can't you. its just as well. especially now there is more on menu.

Went to grab a takeaway. Got the new limited edition bbq deluxe chicken legend. Chicken was over cooked and cold cheese was hard and there was the tiniest amount of bnq sauce.

Mc Donalds tiene como beneficio son estandar en todo el mundo. cuando uno tiene habre y poco dinero, o quiere hacer una comida realmente rapida, es la mejor opcion!

Es una sucursal que abrió en el último año. Muy conveniente dado que estabamos alojados por la zona, y nos salvó la cena.

Preços mais acessíveis do que outras refeições, pra quem está acostumado com lanches e está na correria de visitar a cidade! Vale a pena! =D ótimo lugar pra descansar um pouco e comer, antes de sair conhecendo mais a cidade! Adorei!

Para los precios de los restaurantes de Londres es una opción conveniente y economida. Hay otras variedades de hamburguesas diferentes a mi pais, sobretodo muchas de pescado y pollo ya que los ingleses no consumen tanta carne vacuna. Recomiendo para algo al paso y barato.

Si queres comida rapida, economica con varias opciones de menu este es el lugar. Podes tomar cafe que es muy pequño y bastante fuerte!

O cardápio é ligeiramente diferente sem deixar de ser mcdonalds e no fim da viagem poder comer um hamburger grande com fritas e bebida por 4 libras ajuda muito!

Terrible service received in camden town branch. The person behind the counter was talking to his colleagues and mixed up my order. Gave me fish burger instead and chicken

If you like to harm your body then keep eating fast foods!! Bun is often semi dry and I doubt they change their cooking oil often enough because sometimes the burger taste with well used oil!! This is all bad food for you if you eat too often!! Avoid if you can!!
