No where to sit cause Uber drivers who are not eating are taking most of the tables. Food is ok, service ok but they don't care that there are nowhere to sit.

Ordered 2 cups of cappuccino in the morning and the coffee we received were not even half full and the serving staff was very rude and not listening. Never gona visit there. It’s terrible. For me it’s a zero star McDonald.

I came here for lunch , I proceeded to use the bath room prior to ordering however when I walked in I was hit by the smell of what can only be described as death it smelt terrible like something was rotting . The walls where covered in flys. Was like a scene out of the exosist ! I immediately let a member of the customer care know . She then went on to tell me she will spray perfume and it will be okay ! I explained the toilet needed to be shut it was a health hazard it left me feeling physically I'll I refused to order there after this . And will never return if that's how the public toilets are I can only imagine how bad the cleanliness of the kitchen is

Food was good, quick service as not too busy. Cleaning staff needed assistance at this time from their line manager, which was not forthcoming. They were left sorting out to many issues on their own

A normal McDonald’s restaurant, Exactly the same as the rest of the McDonald’s I visit and very organised and good. Sometimes there can be a lot of people but that’s only from time to time, However apart from that very excellent!

Absolute disgrace ordered a delivery as a treat for the kids. Nothing turned up, did not get a notification until 8.40( ordered before 7 o’clock ) will not be going back and wouldn’t recommend anybody else go there. I’m not the only person to have this problem

It gets busy sometimes. Staff was friendly but some clients are not. Food as expected. Restaurant clean and toilets too.

Went here for a takeaway meal as a lorry driver can't stop at most places had a large meal when it arrived only half a cup of latte fries were stone cold and burger was just warm told manager latte was changed fries were exchanged for the same one that have been on the warmer so dry cold and burger was told he would not change as was warm and that is fine disgusting customer service and attitude if I could rate lower I would

After waiting 15 minutes plus for 3 straightforward and simple lunches, I complained to the manager on shift. He was not interested whatsoever. After closer to 20 minutes the order came and items were missing. My suggestion of free puddings was dismissed. Terrible service, poor customer rapport. The only saving grace was the guy who brought my daughter crayons and paper. Won’t be returning.

This is a small McDonalds, queued for ages and then no seats and food came out at different times so m y was cold b y the time the kids arrived. full of local kids very rowdy wouldnt like to take toddlers and small children there

McDonald's is Macdonalds, we had 1/2 hour to loose before our train arrived, so enjoyed a coffee in the warm!! Coffee was hot and welcoming, the resterant itself was clean and tidy and the staff were pleasant. .. the toilet wasn't as clean as they usually are and lacked toilet roll!!!... There's also a drive through... very easy to find, just accross from the railway crossing.. There's parking to the side.

My partner and children went to McDonald’s for a quick bite to eat on the way home.He was told there was a 20 minute wait not a problem. But to laugh in a customers face and say well go Burger King if u don’t like it or go and play in the road there plenty of buses is unacceptable. As a previous assistant manager of Pub I see this behaviour as unacceptable. There should have been apologies and maybe a good will gesture not some sort of attitude of a uneducated untrained Manager who does not know how to treat the public. Maybe you need to retrain your Manager as she has a huge attitude problem and could improve herself.

The food was as expected. The staff friendly. They could do a little bit more with toilet cleanliness. The rest as expected from Mcdonalds restaurant.

Food is good quality, coffee is ok. Restaurant is more self service now. Didn't have long to wait. Staff are friendly. Next to work so convenient for me.

I never make huge or complicated orders but for whatever reason, when I go in the drive thru when there's 1 other person in front of me, they seem to take their time and defeats the purpose of fast food..

They have’ve got self ordering machines and it gives flexibility for customers to order what they need and view more options if you’re unsure. Clean and today there’s always something walking around and some of them do slime and attend quickly.

Consistently good ...the same as every other McDonald's ....just as it should be. Can be very busy at times due to location.

Always good value to come here for breakfast. Nice and quiet on a sunday morning. Restaurant is clean and pkenty of seating. New touch screens to order food.

Not a McDonald's person but found the staff to be nice. Just behind Feltham station with plenty of parking for the customers. Spacious inside. Have had a veggie burger and chips and was ok.

Newly renovated and is a very clean restaurant that serves good value meals. It was good to use the touch screens to order, so easy really. Food quality is good.

The food was hot and had good taste. I like Feltham McDonald’s, because of the fresh air there and clean tables. Staff members were smiling and were polite.

Though the ambiance is not so great, but it is near to bus stop and railway station, where we can easily peep in and get a quick order.

This macdonalds is located very close to Feltham railway station just before the railway bridge. Very clean restaurant and staff are cheerful and attentive. Food is very good and waiting time is no more than 10 minutes. Queues can build up at pick times. Free car parking for customers. Good coffee.

We were staying overnight in London. So for a treat we took our Grandson here. It was clean and tidy. Our food was fast and tasted ok. Staff friendly and polite.

Long queues since Uber has started. Need more faster servers. The eating area is small enough as it is and with the queues can get very cramped

The McDonalds is wonderfully well placed next to the railway station, open long hours so still there when you stagger back from the pub! I got a perfectly acceptable burger and fries from a nice young lady, it is never going to set your world on fire but at least you can rely on them.

Went there with my wife and daughter. The food is as in every other McDonald's good. Sometimes it gets crowded quickly and difficult to find sitting spot otherwise ok. Toilets were clean. Lady that was cleaning tables and floor quite friendly.

Can get very busy. Drive in is a bit tight. Sometimes better to park and go into the restaraunt to get your food.

Very bright clean and spacious. Toilets clean. We had no complaints. Food is usual McDonald's. We had to wait a bit for a parking spot but it was a busy weekend.

One of the best McDonald's I ever visited. I ordered a pulled pork wrap, was one of the best. Tasty, fresh and very clean restaurant.

This is located on the high Street just outside the Feltham station. The food is standard and it saved us many times at late night when most of the shops were closed after 10pm.

Very bad experience. Crowded with young schoolchildren, which made the noiselevel very high. On top of that, the woman who took the orders was very unfriendly. I could easily notice that she didn't like her job. I left midway through and bought nyself some food at Marks and Spencer across the street.

This is Carolin checking in day 5 and been to mc Donald's 8 times in 5 days. I checked if they have a compliment box but I was devastated to find this was not the case but nevertheless I felt it was necessary to continue to leave some wonderful feedback in regard to my mc Donald experiences over these 5 days. Today yet again I was given a free desert it was a strawberry sundae. And wow weeee yarrrr they really use fresh starberries. I mean yarrrr it was blowing mind! I really do recommend everyone reading this to get their roller skates on and wheel on down to their closest mc Donald's restuarant! Also yes for people who say it is not a restuarant yarr it is! I went to a different chain in Greenford and yarrrr my gooodddd I never thought it was possible but it was even better then the last 4 days we even got free Big Mac! I mean freeeeee big macccccc! Yar this is what you call giving back to your customers. Special shout out to saivesh Abbasi! He is the sweet to my chilli dip and wowwww he looks good in that uniform! Can't wait to see him again!

We came here for breakfast on our last day. They had a special breakfast menu which we chose to try out. It was the best breakfast we had on the whole trip and we are not very big fans of McDonalds in general. Go there for breakfast

Went here to get a quick bite to eat after a day at legoland. 3 min walk from the st giles hotel we were staying . Usual standard mcdonalds. Nice food and nice polite staff x

Been there once and that was enough!The floors were filthy behind the till and that was enough to put me off for a very long time. Staff were nice and friendly, obviously very busy but that doesn't excuse a dirty kitchen area when there is food involved.

Ok so it was 11.30 on a Saturday night, myself and my son had just returned from watching ashow in London and on the way back to the hotel we stopped for a late night burger. Was it the worst McDonalds experience ever?? - possibly... Incredibly loud music being played on a boom box by a youth in the corner; rude, inconsiderate, annoying customers who didnt know what they wanted ad completel,y wrecked the notion of the fast food experience. Well at least we can rely on McDonalds to give you a consistent standard of food, at a reasonable price, in an accurate and timely fashion...unfortunately not in this case. When we finally got our order it was luke warm, incorrect (missing items) and then I was accused of not making myself clear when I ordered - so much for the customer is alays right!!! It seemed to me there were plenty of staff so I can only imagine that it was the lack of organisation that caused the level of disarray. They werent rude or inconsiderate - they were just stressed, frantic and incompetent - up to the point where I mentioned that my apple pies were missing, at which point they did become rude and inconsiderate. They may just have been having a bad night, you do get what you pay for, it was late, I was tired and its McDonalds what do you expect? Well, frankly I expected better!!

I normally go to this branch of Mcdonalds when shopping in Feltham. I have always found the staff to be hardworking and polite even when the restaurant is very busy.My only complaint would be the toilets leave a lot to be desired and need to be checked for cleanliness a lot more regularly.

Entre no McDonald's peça um Big Mac e terá o mesmo lanche servido no Brasil. É uma boa opção para quem gosta de lanches e não quer comer no hotel.
