By far the best McDonald’s I have been to I got served by Aiden he has great Communication and very patient best part about McDonald’s

Ordered on the app today queued for 30 minutes me got eventually got home to find items missing from the order, very sloppy service especially when customers are paying for what’s mean to be ‘convenience’

Lovely experience in Enniskillen McDonald’s with special thanks to Valerie …she was so helpful and friendly, despite the shop being super busy she kept us up to date on our food order..

One of the worst Mc Donalds I've ever been in. Car park was a disaster. Queues were out the door with no staff attempting to control the mass of people and no space to hold any of us. Disaster from beginning to end, wasn't clean either. We abandoned ship.

Ordered 4 meals 3 cokes and 1 strawberry milkshake had to return to the restaurant after noticing the milk shake was not full and then opened to discover the milk shake (wouldn’t call it that) that it was pure water with slimy texture spoke ti the management and they couldn’t care less she then spoke the staff that was doing the drinks and asked her if she was putting out watery milkshakes and she said yes so god knows how many more drinks was like this . Kindly replaced with a another drink then I discovered that when I got home the food was stone cold definable worst Macdonalds i have ever been the chips were cold and had been cold for a while no reheating was going to save then

Visited McD's this evening. Had bit of difficulty with ordering machine but needn't have worried as Sarah was a massive help. Very impressed at how polite and helpful she was, she's a credit to Mc D's!

The Day manager in this McDonalds is the most nasty rude person ive ever met, she is a terrible person totally not suited to the Service sector Dont know her name but she has long black hair believe me dont ask her about your Order and what is missing because she will bite your head off She completely embarrassed me in front of my child I will not be back

Absolutely no parking, people fighting over spaces. Packed to the gills. Covid clearly isn’t an issue in Enniskillen McDonald’s. Horrendously long wait for food. Never again

food was fresh and warm. no complaints :-) staff friendly and we used the click and collect app........

Called in for breakfast on sat morn, only 1 other customer in restaurant - asked at counter could I pay with cash - was told no- must be placed on kiosk. I can understand not wanting to touch cash in the current climate and although I had to go back to car for my card, I proceeded to order on kiosk. BUT when I returned back to wait for order the same staff member was taking an order from the next customer who PAID WITH CASH. !! ?? So why me? what made the next customer different?

Says online they have a drive thru and they don’t and barely have a car park!! Very disappointed in this!

Very good and quick but disappointing that the McFlurry machine was out of action; this seems to be a common issue at McDonalds.

Dead on place ,best value food in town staff helpful parking a nightmare and getting out of car dangerous pity they couldn’t relocate and have drive through

Food is never hot.quick enough served by wait staff but tepid. A bit tight on space, popular with kids n teens.

hadn't used McD's in Enniskillen for some time, but since the renovations of 2018 and for particular reasons went in to grab a quick burger for us both. There is still one manned order/till near the servery, but I decided to try ordering on the screens. A middle aged staff member kindly instructed me and order placed and paid for instantly. Since then, have become quite the expert and only use this order system when in the premises. The food has improved immensely since the renovations, the fast service and ease of ordering seems to have made McD's three times as busy since, but again, I have to reiterate, I am NO spring chicken, but finding my way round the screens, once instructed that one time, plus the food being far better than I remember before, has left us using it regularly and ENJOYING it..

Food is okay - slow service because when we were there over crowed. Several times order was wrong but they compensated by give extra ice cream.

This place is a joke. The staff are ignorant, the food is always warm at best but never fresh. I have never been to a McDonalds where even the managers are horrible. Terrible attitude throughout. Will not be back. Place just refurbished and it is filthy dirty.

New makeover doesn't mean better service service is worse than ever and order has been wrong for the 4th time in a row and it takes so long to rectify that the rest of the food goes stone cold while waiting. Just don't even bother promising your kids a Mcdonalds or going for a quick bite to eat just go to domino's at least its better for you and they always get the order right

Everything you expect from McDonalds, Spotless restaurant happy good natured staff, served with a smile.

They need to try and keep up on cleaning as every time we go it’s a bit grubby , floors and tables need cleaned and floors swept . Can be a bit slow on service and can be very busy with teens at times .

Dropped by to try out the grand big Mac and we were pleasantly surprised by the friendly staff that greeted us.

We take grandchildren to Mcdonalds Restaurant for a treat for their tea. Mostly busy but serviced fairly quickly. Plenty of sitting. Depends when you go as the car park can be full and hard to find a parking space.

Disgusted by the quality of the staff in mcdonalds a blonde girl with glasses which had nothing todo with my order was rude about a milkshake that was over flown and she made a comment saying there was nothing wrong with it, they don’t mix the milkshakes either I’m ordering a milkshake and getting a McFlurry, if I wanted a McFlurry I would order one, this picture is the second tub they gave me it’s disgusting that they hand things out like this, yes there was a problem with the first one as if I wanted to be covered in chocolate I would be. But no I’m not. I’m disgusted. Keep her nose out next time when she isn’t taking an order.

Arrived around 12.30pm with my wife. Ordered Big Mac and fries and fillet of fish with fries one tea and one coffee. Was told the food would be served to me as it wasn't ready, got a table and sat down. Only two customers in and had to wait for my table to be cleaned, the windows and floor were a disgrace really dirty. Then they brought us our drinks then had to wait for ages for our meals our drinks were nearly finished by the time the food was ready. Thought the meals would be nice and hot after having to wait but the meals really cool. We were very disappointed from entering and leaving. Also they only had skimmed milk where you need about 6 sachets each to colour your tea or coffee. It's ok if you like skimmed milk but we don't. Will never use this McDonalds again.

Fast friendly service, hot food, usual tasty fare. Only negative was the air conditioning - it was freezing! My guess was due to the late hour it was on full blast to discourage patrons from staying too long!

Always called at this fast food outlet on way home from west of Ireland for a quick bite. this visit was a bit disappointing. The outlet was very untidy red sauce on floor tables not cleared. Food was cold and not near to macdonalds standard

Decent enough food, can be very busy at times with not alot of staff on tills. All in all, it’s a decent McDonald’s, does the job if you are in need of fast food.

I see that in the last 12 months, I am the only person to have reviewed this McDonald's. Well on my return trip it was a bit better where the chips were warm and the meat wasn't as greasy but the cleanliness really has dropped. We weren't in at a peak time and the floors looked like they hadn't been cleaned in days. Staff still give good service.

Cortado de un bocado y estaba satisfecho con el servicio y la calidad. Poco ruidoso, con un montón de niños felices, pero no me molestó.

Este McDonalds necesita algunas mejoras importantes, empezando con el abajo aseos a tener para aquellos que no pueden caminar hasta las grandes escaleras. Los inodoros de caballeros, no todos eran tan limpias. La comida podría ser mucho mejor y menos salado.

Just left McDonald's with my order to get home and find my cheeseburger wasn't dressed nor was the dip I asked for in the bag and chips just warm. I was served by a woman to openly chewed on gum and packed up my food and then went to get my drink. Not good service and not good food ! Been a long time since I've been there and longer again to I go back !!

Went in after a rough shift hoping to have a fantastic meal. Not very often am I disappointed, that was until today I watched as a member of the kitchen staff

Pulled up here for food on the go, was surprised to see that the time cards were ages out of time, when I called the server on it she gave me a silly excuse and then walked off whispering to other staff I presume about what I had said, but she did take notice and all of my order was well cooked and hot

This place was open super late and was busy. Maybe it is the only place open this late where you can get food on a Sunday. There were some tasty treats that we wolfed down after a night of drinking. Yum.

Went here lastnite for dinner, icecream then mochas! The place was so so so cold, staff grumpy and half of the chairs pushed away so the customers couldn't sit on them!! No drive thru! Same old McDonald good minus the excellent service!! Won't be back!

Was handy for quick bite to eat one day for lunch, clean and tidy , not summit i use but was well surprised

Good fast service but I'm not a great fan ofc Donald's. Place is always full but very clean. Parking is always a disaster however.

My family were hungry for McDs its the kids favourite. When we arrived,there there was one till in operation and a long line. I was put off by the full garbage bins. Kids had problems finding a clean table. When we were served it was slow. The staff in the kitchen seemed more interested in their weekend plans. Condiments were in short supply, and can you believe no vinegar a standard condiment for chips. The table my children cleaned with children wipes. The food was cold, and I don't mean lukewarm, which sent me back to the counter. 20 minutes later before we ate. Overall awful experience. The reaction I got when I complained was staff shortage. I will be back this way later in the year to look for improvements.

The food here is average. The staff didn't listen much to our order. Premesis is clean enough. The toilets are clean. Improvements needed in staff attention.

Typical Micky D;s. Very clean friendly staff and good atmosphere. Front of the building under the glass needs better air conditioning.

I always ask for a plain chesse burger but they always pur dressing on it . The only thing that makes up for it is the toffee sunday

Have eaten here a few times. Every time there is a queue, last visit the time cards were ages out of date, when I questioned the freshness of the products I was given a load of guff as an answer. Was also told the manager was unavailable

McDonald's always does the best coffee on the go, also the McFlurrys are delicious. yum yum. Only negatives sometimes its hard to get parked here and its difficult to get in and out due to the proximity to the traffic lights.

Typical franchise of the famous brand and everything as it should be. Only thing I would suggest is to avoid the car park at busy times, as it's dreadful, no drive through either..

McDonalds was as you would expect. The service friendly, the food as with all McDonalds. Don't we all love a McDonalds whenever the occasion arises.

We had breakfast here on our way to Achill Island and it was all ok but certainly nothing out of the ordinary and most certainly not " fast food"There seemed to be plenty of staff but they were not very well organised at all and everyone had to wait quite a while for their food.

On the evening we went to Mc Donald's it was absolutely filthy, tables not cleaned, food all over the floor!

Bought a takeaway for my daughter and husband. Chips were cool and soggy and the burger wasn't the best. A bit of a disappointment

Great value as usual, Tom and Jerry toys at moment are great and not the usual small items. Fish burgers very nice. Nice soft seating.
