Chaska in Fermanagh

Tried here tonight as staying in area. Ordered a quarter pounder which was excellent . Also ordered a chicken vindaloo with rice. The chicken was swimming in oil more than sauce plus not a vindaloo by any means. Rice was on point I must say but sauce massive let down.

Absolutely atrocious customer service. Called them because some of the food I ordered from delivery was missing, they said "I give all to delivery driver, maybe they didn't give" then hanged out. Didn't offer a refund for the missing food, didn't offer to call the driver so we could get our food. Just straight up hanged out. Actually shocked at how BAD this was. We order from them often and spend +£40 every time, definitely never ordering from them again after this. Edit: changing the review from 1 start to 4, I am assuming they called the delivery driver to fix the issue and he came back to give us the missing items. The worker at Chaska was still rude hanging out previously, but they fixed the problem and that's much appreciated.

We had a Donner Kebab from here. No salad and no sauces. Just a chunk of meat on a nan. Chips between overcooked and burned.

A really first class fish supper and well priced

Issue with our online order being incorrect and was treated rudely over the phone when trying to redress the issue. Very poor.

Fantastic service from a cheerful and helpful cashier. I asked them if they were open and he said yes, I have never felt joy like I had in that moment for I knew I'd be soon tucking in to the most scrum diddly umptious cuisine in the occupied six counties.

If you're looking for Halal delicious food in Enniskillen then Chaska is the best place to get food, Mr Naeem served me at the till and he amazed me with his hospitality and knowledge of the menu, We got exact order without any errors and food was fresh, hot and delicious. We ordered chicken shawarma and fish & chips with drinks. Cleanliness & maintenance was great at the restaurant unfortunately they haven't got much space for eat in so we have to take away the food. It's not expensive and you definitely get the value for money.

Ordered wedges with bacon and cheese they where disgusting soggy and the bacon tasted off also ordered a king richer milkshake which was tiny and tasteless... I will never order from here again I will recommend all my friends and family to stay away too

The burgers are odd. The Meat is cooked until it is black outside and had a deep red hue to it inside. I say "meat" as I was unable to identify what it was. It tasted a little like a Kofti kebab but shaped in a burger patty. It was certainly not just beef, possibly horse, perhaps lamb mixed in too, maybe some unwelcome spices. It was not unpleasant but certainly not what I wanted. I doubt it was a quarter pound either, slightly on the small size. The tomatoes on the burger were not sliced but chunks. The only sauce on it was tomato ketchup right next to the salad No mayo. Bun was fresh. All packed in the awful polystyrene boxes. They didn't ask if we wanted salt and vinegar on our chips / fish that we ordered unlike every other chippy I've been in. So they were rather bland and lacking flavour. Chips were well cooked and chunky with the odd skinny McDonald's type fry mixed in. The menu looks massive so they get 1 extra star for variety but I won't order here again as I like my food to taste like I expect not gamble with mystery meats and plain chips. 4 of us ate here. None of us finished all our food as it was disappointing.

We visited Fermanagh for 1wk on holiday & had 2 takeaways from here in first 5 days. Absolutely amazing food! King kebab, mixed kebab, lamb madras & skinny fries all beautiful. Pashwari nann not great but still give 10/10 overall. Very fast service & staff were polite.

Seems to be a sister restaurant to Maska in Fivemiletown, so I’ll give the 5-stars based on just that.

I had a lamb Donna Kebab last night it was the worst kebab ever. The meet was dry and very processed tasting it was horrible. But I will say the chips were amazing.

First time tried this shop. I would say why we never tried before. we got pizza and sides. every this was best.

This was the worst takeaway I've ever had not only did they get the order all wrong but then said it was my wife that ordered the wrong order. Asked for a king mixed hoaguie on garlic nan instead of normal nan a chicken tikka hoaguie and asked if they did salt and chilli chips reply was yes. Anyway got mixed on normal nan with an extra nan none garlic tikka one had 4 chips and 3 pieces of chicken then some kind of over cooked breadcrumbed chicken and under cooked chips this could be yours all for £20

The most delicious food in the town. The staff are so kind. I almost tested all of their dishes and they are all so good. Kids love it too. The price is worth it. Highly recommended to try it if you didn't yet.

2 of our pizzas came without the chicken on and my kebab had a short black hair in it so very disappointed with our £48 order. When I messaged them about it i didnt get a reply. Wont be back.

2 is being generous the food tasted lovely but the staff not very friendly considering it wasn't that busy either I asked for an extra garlic which they charged for that was no problem but the fact I had paid for 2 garlic and only put 1 in I was not happy to busy talking among them selves for any kind of customer service. How they won an award is beyond me.

I rang and was told they didn't send the order because I had complained in the past -the food was delayed an hour and a half so I had cancelled with them. I put in the order and never received the food well after an hour, called them up and they hung up the phone on me, the food is over priced, on multiple occasions when I had ordered food and separate sauce the sauce would have been improperly packaged and sauce had burst all over the rest of the order make some of it saturated and inedible. Not worth it trust me.

Chips are poor, either under cooked or stale. The pizzas are hit n miss. Sometimes you get what you ordered n other times you're missing ingredients. Orders have been wrong, missing items. Too pricey for the poor quality food you're getting. Won't be ordering again.

Ordered a donar kebeb and a cheesy garlic chip. The kebab gave me food poisoning. On top of that the staff where very ignorant.

I have bought food from Chaska quite a few times and am very impressed with the food produced, always hot and cooked perfectly. They used to do peri peri chicken which was wonderful but looks like they have taken that off the menu which is a shame, that said, they still have a good variety on the menu. I definitely recommend them.

I ordered a doner kebab meal and I had to tell them my address which was a very easy address but they could not understand then someone else rang me asking for my address then an hour had passed and I rang them for someone else to ask me to confirm my address ... then another half hour passed and I get a call from delivery guy saying he was at the gate and they had the wrong address on the docket after saying it 3 times ... food was cold and the kebab was small and amount of chips was very few... i rang them and they said they would give me next kebab meal for free 2 days later I ring and they deny any knowledge of saying this. Overall very poor experience and would recommend anywhere but here !

was great for a while .but gone down hill .went in for a kebab 2 weeks ago which ended up been cold sent it back was told its hot .yeah the pita bread was the only thing hot .went in again last night same problem got a kebab on chips again kebab stone cold when i went back in to tell them realised the kebab spit wasnt even on and this is at 8pm.didnt even bother to say anything

Ordered 2 fish suppers and a box of kebab meat online. The fish was so over cooked it was inedible. The chips were brown, greasy and undercooked and the kebab meat was as dry as the cooks sandles. Worst mistake ever and definitely would not go back again. Absolutely disgusting.

The food was only warm when we got it home. The scampi had no salad or dressing with it very disappointing..

First time customer today, ordered it all online. the set up online is simple and quick no hastle. you can also leave instructions like a time you want it for. or if you have allergies, which I think is key.The food was hot fresh and tasty. The portion sizes complement the prices they ask.I collected the food so I could see what the premises are like.its bright clean and very organised.the staff are really friendly and approachable, they will answer anything you ask.the food was prepared in a timely manner.if you order for delivery it's a 45min wait, but be prepared to wait at peak times i.e Friday and Saturday night .a collection is 20 mins and again allowances for peak times.we all got something different and everyone was happy with there food.100% recommended.

This late-night take away is a hidden gem in terms of quality of food. The chips are of similar or better quality than McDonald's (I know that's a huge statement). I walked by this establishment numrous times and never really took the place in. I ordered from here a couple of nights ago. "GREAT TASTING FOOD", fresh salad, well-cooked chips & as a bonus freshly fried " consistent " kebab. I recommend this late-night gem. Check it out. Taste for yourself

Was ment to write this ages ago ... don't know how this place wins awards for kebabs they are shocking compared to other places ( I've ate alot of kebabs) kamals is alot better... get a delivery it's cold , pizzas are hit n miss if you want food that's maybe gonna be good maybe gonna be bad this is the spot ! Like a mad Russian roulette. oh and the burgers😮 quality of meat used throughout is shocking grainy full of cartilage etc. korma is shocking I did get it once or twice along time ago was like a bag of sugar in it so afraid to order anything off that end of the menu 😶. Price of things isn't to bad I will change this review if I decide to go back and it's better . Bought from here alot over the years but have stopped .

Tried this place last last week and it was terrible, don’t no how they won awards for there food. Kabab was covered in sauce and no taste off the meet. Chicken tasted off. Staff were friendly enough and well priced but I’d rather pay more and get good quality food. Will never be back in this place again.

I heard that the Chaska had won the UK Kebab House Award two years in a row. I was looking forward to a visit. I’ve eaten in the houses who’ve claimed the runner up in this award, and they were delicious... how good was the Chaska gonna be? The Kebab house isn’t shy at reporting their success as 2018 and 2019 Northern Ireland champions, banners outside and inside boast in the victory. The Menu is impressive, they offer a wide variety of options ranging from Fish and Chips to Pizza. I had considered the options online and had already decided on my Kebab selection, but still took time to check out the colourful menu displayed on the wall. The staff were very friendly when taking my order and informed me it would take about 10 minutes. I ordered a Chaska Special King with Kebab sauce and salad, and a Steak Pitta. I waited happily boasting to my fellow Kebab enthusiasts over social media, telling them where I was. In less than 10 minutes my order was ready and I was handed my brown paper bag, I headed to my (holiday) home with great anticipation...It’s with deep regret and a measure of sadness I report that the Kabab from this Kebab House was terrible... absolutely terrible, and I take no pleasure in saying that. I love a Kebab, ask anyone who knows me... This was the worst I’ve ever had. The Steak Pitta (pictured below) contained meat that looked like it came from a tin. I grew up in a housing estate in the 1980s, we were given surplus tinned meat from the EEC, the contents of my Steak Pitta made me think of that, in fact I forced myself to think of that to stop me considering what might have been in my Pitta (Chum, PAL, or Master McGrath). I’m not sure what the meagre amount of house sauce on my Pitta tasted like; the menu claims that the breads are all freshly baked; unfortunately the sauce had soaked into the bread and congealed, it rendered both bread and sauce inedible. It was not a feast for any of the 5 senses. The Chaska special contains, Chicken pakora, chicken tikka, chicken kebab and doner meat. I ordered it in a King Naan with House Sauce. To say it was better than the Steak Pitta isn’t really saying much, but it’s really all I can say. The salad was colourful and looked good, the chicken wasn’t bad. The lamb doner however, was the thinnest cut I have ever experienced, so it’s hard to comment of the flavour. The lettuce, onion and red cabbage that made up the colourful salad posed more of a meal than the lamb. The Iceberg lettuce was a considerably thicker cut. I’ve met people who say that they don’t like Kebabs, as a man who loves a Kebab I’m always amazed to hear that... In future, I’ll be wondering did they visit The Chaska. ⭐️

I had ordered from their menu. The price was £4.50, but was charged £5.50. After a bit of explaining of which I had ordered and what was advertised, they tried to come up with some excuse. I was having none of it. I said that that that came under the trade decriptions act and what the price on the menu is what you paid. There was a bit of commotion at the back of house. then I was given my order, I was given a refund. What price is advertised is what you pay. Don't be mugged of peeps.

Love theses food they do lovely kabas chips fish chicken and lovely burgers and also do Indian food as well is so lovely to eat here

Their food is outstanding. We stop there every time we are pasting. I love their pizza deals and the taste too. My husband loves the batter fish, it is always fresh and hits the spot.

I was in town for some technical training, and this restaurant is fairly close to my hotel and they deliver such a diverse range of foods, I tried it out a couple of times when I missed the regular dinning hour or it just rained too much for me to bother driving around. They have a plaque declaring their Fish n’ Chips one of the best in Northern Ireland. While I would not have given such title, but it was sure fresh and in an unbelievable size for just £5. That piece of cod was bigger than both of my palms put together and these are not Trump palms. Friendly stuff with Pizza, Shiwama, and other British stables also offered, only sushi, Chinese Food and Indian food missing from the international collection. Eat in would be better though the sitting area is limited. But my take away fish lost some of its crispiness.

Food is lovely and there’s a tonne of choice available. So if you can’t find anything you like, you probably don’t eat food at all. Provides excellent value for money and the staff are incredibly friendly. Highly recommended.

Sorry it has not been the same as our previous visit the previous year. Tried here on two nights in a row but unfortunately on the second night is failed, Fish and chips was thrown in bin as no flavour what so ever and why does the food always be luke warm even though you order in store.The pizza chef on that evening also sneezed and did not wash his hands OMG thank god he was not handling our offering.We will be in Enniskillen again but will not be visiting your establishment (not that you will go out of business via my review).
