Terrible food and service. Waited 20 minutes inside the restaurant for a chicken burger meal with 4 wings to be prepared (with no other customers in the shop). Burger was tough, dry and chewy- appeared flash frozen with freezer burns. Tasted like it was microwaved from frozen then fried in oil. Wings had a fleshy black colour near the bones with a rotten odour. Fries… had a burnt oil smell to them. Tough/chewy texture on the outside with the inside being dry and powdery… I honestly don’t understand what is going on with this place.

just moved to the area and tried a wrap meal, was delicious! and well priced and the staff were friendly no complaints at all.

Love the chicken from here, staff are friendly. The only issue is how the make the wraps, they fall apart as soon as you touch them. Chicken fillet burgers are really nice

I have ordered food today, absolutely rubbish, not worth at all for the money. They are hygienic for sure with 5 stars. But food is zero stars. Dry wings, dry chicken pieces, nuggets were ok, dry burgers this place is expensive and tasteless. Omg the gravy was yukkkkkk! And Burned. Please avoid!!!!

great service very quick i work nights and had to leave for work at 9:15 we ordered at 8:25 and it was here by 8:50pm. great service always lovely and friendly and the food is always lovely! would highly recommend !! great place to order from 👍🏻

Wasnt that impressed with the food tonight. I usually buy from here for a treat for myself and my partner but we weren't that satisfied tonight. The garlic bread and hot wings were lovely, hot and tasty.. chips weren't that crispy and warm.. the chicken wrap was cold and missing sauce and the chicken pieces were greasy and not that tasty and missing the chips to go with it. Shop was informed and in all fairness they sent a portion of chips out and apologised but I'm still not happy. Dont think I will be going here again for a while.

Pizza deals are purty good, tho, not the best pizzas. Don't get a burger, I couldn't eat mine, kept sliding outta my hands from the grease, tho, if you did get a burger just dab it with a sponge a few times and hang it on the line for a day or 2

Very poor DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. Cancelled our order on just eat because we are too far and only live 2 miles away. Food is dry and tasteless and has an horrendous taste which made us all very poorly. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Went there early december and was told i had to wait 20 minutes as there was no chicken ready {its a fried chicken shop !!!! } but didnt see that as a major problem as i knew the chicken would be freshly cooked.After 25 minutes they served the food but what i was given was greasy chicken with slimy skin,wont be going back after that,If they cant get freshly cooked food right then they have no chance

Food delivered late and a multiple excuses why one being that driver refused to drive out of main street in dark despite being with in the delivery radius, food was luke warm when delivered, staff wrent very helpful when contacted just trying to use every excuse in the book. Always buy from this take away. Bought pizza last night on buy one get one free deal. 12 inch meat feast with extra olives and garlic at £2 extra for the upgrade. However despite writing in the comments box for the same pizza as the free one the other pizza arrived as a plain meat feast. This isn't the first time that the second pizza has arrived minus the paid for upgrades but I've let it slide a few times. You would think that for the sake of keeping the customer happy and seeing as garlic and a handful of olives would cost pennys the UK fried chicken would honor the order as other take aways in the area do as it does say buy one get the same free on their leaflet. I've always enjoyed their food but seeing as they've recently put their prices right up and are now pulling this little stunt I won't be buying from here again.

I wasn't that keen on the pizza, strange base and quite greasy. Fried chicken nice but very salty, garlic bread lovely, hot wings not bad. Delivery was before time stated. Delivery lady brought us an extra pizza??! I would buy from there again but it wouldn't be a regular thing as I prefer a different pizza base

Yes we thought the meal was very nice but I would say they could be a bit more generous on the amount of pizza toppings actually on the pizza but overall very tasty

Took over 90 mins to deliver.......

Food tasted good but received it over and hour and a half after ordering it was told it would be delivered in between 40 and 50 mins. When eventually arrived. There were items missing and order was wrong

Food was luke warm, the inside of the wraps were burnt and contained hardly any mayonnaise - very disappointing! This is surprising as the food from UK Fried Chicken is usually pretty good.

The food came quicker than stated, which was nice, buy one get one free is always welcome. However the pizza and the popcorn chicken had an overwhelming taste of soap. Gross.

Such a shame, was recommended by friends to try here for food but unfortunately, I was disappointed. The food tasted awfully greasy and the pizza was quite doughy for saying we ordered a thin crust. Unfortunately I won't be ordering again which I have to admit is a shame.

Food was really poor .. Pepperoni plus pizza had virtually no pepperoni on it ! Chips were cold and soggy. Pizzas were supposed to be 9" they were not even 8" .. We measured them ! Won't order from here again

Ordered from here a few times before for home delivery. Last time the chicken was greasy and overcooked but we decided to give it another go tonight as we wanted pizza too. Ordered via just eat. Ordered 2 x 9" pizzas as they have a seemingly good offer of buy one get one free. Pizza arrived and was barely 8" and pepperoni plus had no pepperoni that we could find and seemed to be a vegetarian pizza ! Rang restaurant to be told if I wanted more pepperoni not to order a pepperoni plus but to ask them not to put the onions and peppers on but they guaranteed at least 14-15 slices of pepperoni would be on it but is hidden (?). After eating we found 4 slices - on a pepperoni plus. The attitude of the staff when I rang was almost aggressive. The fries in the chicken burger meal were yet again soggy and barely warm. Given the choices in flint of takeaways and pizza restaurants they need to understand this isnt acceptable. wont be ordering from here again. not good value at all for what we actually received !!!!

Ordered 2 chicken wraps with cheese, salad and mayo and 2 cheese and chips. Order was 45 minutes early (can't decide if this is a good thing or not) wrap was cold with lettuce, just lettuce, no sign of any 'salad' there was no mayo or cheese and the chicken was very dry. The cheesey chips were without the cheese and slightly warm. Won't be ordering again, waste of money

Had to wait an hour and a half for the food. Once it had turned up there were two pieces of chicken missing and it was border line cold. Phoned up to explain two pieces were missing only to wait another 20 minutes for them. And for an excuse that they were too busy. Not my problem don't accept orders if your going to take too long to deliver them.

We ordered 2 pizzas as we do every week, they are usually very nice. I was told nothing would be done and that they are supposed to taste like this. Waste of £13 and we've had no tea. Won't be ordering from here again.

Awesome. Chicken was gorgeous, pizza perfect, good flavour and burger was also good. Fries were just right. Definitely would recommend trying this out. Favourite in Flint so far.
