Great quality food and excellent choices on the menu. Nice to find somewhere that does some other options than just pizza, chicken and burgers. Delivery drivers are always nice too and food is always delivered quickly and is always hot when arrives.

Omg,fried chicken my a@se. By far the worst fried chicken ever,I got the UK feast. The chicken tasted of garlic and tandoori which is just weird,the skin had stuffing on it,3 of the most disgusting tastes ever, should be called UK tandoori garlic stuffing chicken,even the chips where bad,tasted like been cooked in fry fresh collected waste oil,just dreadful,at least the nuggets tasted good as the youngest said,will never go again

Food is great, Delivery always on time or a little sooner and the menu is as big as you could realistically hope for. Only downside is the £26 minimum spend for delivery which is a bit steep if you're ordering alone but if ordering for 3 or more then this place is perfect.

Seriously just greasy sloppy mess, potatoe wedges are particularly terrible I can't believe they are allowed to actually sell them, and the gravy is unedible , really terrible cheap food that is overpriced, don't waste your money, seriously listen to what I'm saying or be very disappointed

I order from here often. However this time I have ordered potato wedges which state vegetarian. I bit into what though was a bit of potato but was a piece of crispy chicken. With it stating vegetarian the food shouldn’t be coming into any contact with meat never mind meat coming with the food. This has put me off ordering from here as either things are being cleaned correctly or not prepared in a way which they should be.

I have no issues with the food as it was delicious, just with the pricing. I was charged £16 for the "Buy One Get One Free" 9 inch BBQ Chicken pizzas, even though the individual 9 inch pizzas from UK Fried Chicken are priced at £8 each. The same is also evident on the 7 inch pizzas (£6 each, £12 on BOGOF), with the 12 inch pizzas showing just a £2 saving when selecting Buy One Get One Free. Not exactly "Buy One Get One Free" if customers are paying the full (or nearly full) price for both pizzas. This offer by UK Fried Chicken is clearly misleading customers, and should be looked into with immediate effect. No stars have been deducted as the food and delivery time was fine.

I used to order quite regularly from UK Fried Chicken, but after experiencing late deliveries resulting in lukewarm food and a rude driver when complaints were made, I decided to stop ordering from them back in February 2021. Over two years on, I thought I would give them another try and I was not disappointed. The food was delivered on time, was hot, and even tasted much better than with previous orders. Changes have obviously been made and for the better. If you have previously ordered from UK Fried Chicken and was left disappointed, I suggest you give them another try as I have. I will certainly be continuing my custom and ordering again from UKFC now that things have improved. It is a definite five stars from me.

Although the food was as good value as ever having it thrust into my hands by a surly, cigarette smoking delivery driver wasnt great. Im pretty sure smoking in a delivery vehicle is as illegal as smoking whilst preparing the food? Not impressed at all ☹️☹️☹️
