I’m not usually one to be a Karen but omg 😂 ordered scran from UK Fried Chicken (Flint) and there was a pube/beard hair in the batter 🤢 I then call them up for him to get straight on the defence, arguing and interrupting me and not letting me speak and then asking me to bring the chicken and the pube into the shop to show him so he can give me another piece 😂😂 when I told him I threw the pube away (obviously) he asked me why I would do that rather than show him proof. I told him I took pictures and why would I want to keep a pube around - any normal person would throw it away straight away… and why would I want another piece of pubey chicken anyway!? He just got more aggressive and hung up the phone but how rude!! Was only giving him a heads up, I didn’t want anything free off of him, why would I want to eat it again

Omg,fried chicken my a@se. By far the worst fried chicken ever,I got the UK feast. The chicken tasted of garlic and tandoori which is just weird,the skin had stuffing on it,3 of the most disgusting tastes ever, should be called UK tandoori garlic stuffing chicken,even the chips where bad,tasted like been cooked in fry fresh collected waste oil,just dreadful,at least the nuggets tasted good as the youngest said,will never go again

Food is great, Delivery always on time or a little sooner and the menu is as big as you could realistically hope for. Only downside is the £26 minimum spend for delivery which is a bit steep if you're ordering alone but if ordering for 3 or more then this place is perfect.

Seriously just greasy sloppy mess, potatoe wedges are particularly terrible I can't believe they are allowed to actually sell them, and the gravy is unedible , really terrible cheap food that is overpriced, don't waste your money, seriously listen to what I'm saying or be very disappointed

I order from here often. However this time I have ordered potato wedges which state vegetarian. I bit into what though was a bit of potato but was a piece of crispy chicken. With it stating vegetarian the food shouldn’t be coming into any contact with meat never mind meat coming with the food. This has put me off ordering from here as either things are being cleaned correctly or not prepared in a way which they should be.
