Arrived earlier than expected, always a bonus! Food was nice and hot, can’t fault it!

Pizzas were delicious as usual and slightly earlier than expected which was very welcome

Man couldn’t speak English I left the food it’s a shocking place and the foods awful

Was good, but too early. If you promise an hour, don’t bring it in 20 minutes. Wasn’t ready!

Pulled up at my driveway and just after we parked the car he pulled up haha, fantastic delivery time and the food was great. Family is full and very happy, many thanks to the cooks and delivery driver, huge praise and respect. Keep up the good work!

Husband recieved wrong order again even after repeating over the phone to make sure it was a wrap not pitta bread and even did not have the correct meat that he ordered. He was hungry so ate it anyway. Ordered lamb donner for myself and made an unwise decision to take it back to say they had given me the wrong order also, My mistake they had given me the right meat though it didnt taste nice, was offered a fresh one but could see no point as it would be off the same rack, husband tasted it and said it tasted uncooked/raw. Food normally ok but orders mostly incorrect. What has really upset me more is as soon as I left the shop they were all absolutely howling laughing and shouting to each other. Not very subtle as it carried on as I walked down the street and also while they had customers in the shop. The shop continuously has different staff though disappointed with the managers professionalism in this situation.

Garlic bread was not what was ordered

Hit & miss lately but tonight’s delivery was best yet x Fresh salad and not fatty at all.

Completely wrong order delivered. I asked for spicy beef pizza and received chicken and pineapple! Asked for diet coke and received full fat. Now waiting for a replacement but I'm not hopeful it will even arrived as I was blamed for the error

Delivery turned up earlier than Just Eat said it would, while husbie was out. The delivery driver mansplained to me what ASAP means, even tho it clearly said the anticipated time on the ticket. Ah well, some people just don’t want a tip I guess! The food (kebabs, served just how we like them, with the bread separate to keep dry) was really lovely tho, and will probably order from them again but specify exactly what time I want it.

The food is always yummy from elm kebab. Generous portions, tasty, and always delivered within the time expected.

Won’t be ordering from here again, even though I love the food and have been ordering from here for 2 years. Great food, and fantastic staff, but they should really put what is in the food on the menu on each dish. My mate nearly went to hospital tonight after ordering a burger and their being cheese in there and no option to remove cheese unlike most places.

We’ve always ordered from Elm Kebab and we normally pick up on a Sunday Evening after a bingo session in Wrexham. However having not gone to Wrexham and Elm not delivering to our address we tried elsewhere and were never satisfied with the food. Then Elm came available on just Eat and Food hub delivering to Halkyn and we ordered. In all our time ordering from them it was only the last order that was a little shabby not the food as that’s always lovely but a massive drop in portion wise. We started to notice a few times when collecting that Denis wasn’t there as he’s just fantastic and in his place was an elderly gentleman who was giving out really poor portions. It was saddening to see that a £17 chef special was less filling than a large chicken kebab we used to get. And that reflected on our last delivery too. We left our thoughts on the food hub and said we loved the food but were so bitterly disappointed to see the portion size decrease but no reflection in the price. I’m so so happy to see they’ve acknowledged it. Tonight we ordered and we got what we were used to getting. The most fabulous large chicken kebab, a fantastic large donor wrap, large chips and large hot & spicy pizza. We have to give them 10/10 because although the order said 50 minutes delivery it turned up in 25 minutes. Everything was so hot it was lovely and they even threw in a 7” free cheesy garlic bread. As I say apart from last delivery (hence nothing wrong with food just portion size) they have tonight done themselves justice and gone over board with food quality, size and delivery. Therefore we will be staying with them and not choosing to go elsewhere. Thank you Denis and the team for tonight’s wonderful delivery. Truly appreciated ♥️

Staying at local Travelodge on a55 chicken burger meal .pizza. and fried chicken wich was freshly made and they had threw two extra piecs for free was a nice touch. All of which was as hot a and tasty . Would recommend if staying local.

Food Was 35 minutes late but we did receive a free garlic bread with cheese to make up for it.

Used elm many times, always nice food, always on time

food was supposed to arrive 18:50-19:20. Still not arrived at 21:20. Called twice to be told it will be 10 minutes. asked for refund to be told the boss is on his way, still not arrived 25 min after this.

Unfortunately it will be the last time we order from here. portion sizes have gone rubbish, chips were just about warm. wraps were ok!

Ordered econamy box's and never got the drinks
