Diana Pizza in Flintshire

Ordered large donnermeat and chips with garlic sauce and onions. Got cold hard donner meat and chips with lettuce onion and tomato with normal mayo. Not what I ordered terrible quality.

Just had a take out delivered in work for the 1st time. Went for the combo box. Chips were like bullets , kebab came without pita bread and the meat was dry .(been sat in a tub all day and dry). Chicken was dry and soggy onion rings. On the plus side the can of coke was spot on.

Very good food very polite staff. Will order again.

I don't normally make a fuss over errors as I get mistakes happen, but I thought at this point it was worth a mention. We order once a week, and have over time had a cheeseburger with no salad instead of a beef burger with salad, a beef burger instead of a cheeseburger, a missing pot of curry sauce, a missing small chips, and a missing pizza (that last one we did ring about and got it sorted). The food is always hot and delivered on time, but orders could do with double checking they are correct

The artwork on account shows hand made, fresh pizzas, the type you get at a real pizzeria. The pizza's I received were cheap frozen pizza bases, the type expected from a cheap takeaway, nothing like the pizzas depicted.

Didn’t mind that the food was late as it was worth the wait. Chicken kebab was delicious !!

My food was cold no Dr Pepper salad was dry very upset would like a refund

burger was ok .. got the 12.50 kebab n it came on some round pizza brioche base it was not nice at all meat was also tough and not much dinner meat won't be ordering again

Good food for the price. Only issue was, ordered normal large chips and they sent cheesy chips that we don’t like.

Pizza was done exactly the way it should of been and l didnt throw the crusts away which l usually do

Wouldn’t even give it a star tbh. Terribly late at delivery. Food greasy and only just warm. Chips burnt and soggy. Asked for sauce on kebab and didn’t get it. Expensive and could get better. Won’t be going here again

Scheduled the delivery for 9pm, Said it was delivered at 9pm, rang at quarter past to see what was going on and the guy on the phone wasnt very nice, said theyre busy and its cooking and then hung up, eventually turned up an hour late

Late every single time and the restaurant just give attitude when you ask why your foods late

Disappointed with how my order was delivered the toppings on my pizzas had slid off and was squashed because the bag was tilted on its side.

Food is normally delivered within the time frame given, but today it was really late, there was explanation to why it was late or any apologies either, quite disappointing when you’ve got hungry children waiting.

Meal was bigger portion than I expected,however will reheat tomorrow teatime.

Food turned up on time but room temperature, it was easy to tell the chips had been refried and I even had to cook the sticky toffee pudding myself, I got handed a cold plastic pot of sponge in a microwave bag

Ordering is easy updates are sent to your phone. When the order arrived it was on time and still hot. The food was delicious and plentiful.

Everyime I order there is always a problem with something missing or they haven’t done my order properly (paid an extra 1.50 for chicken on my pizza which I never got)

Always order from here and never have any problems - the delivery staff are always polite and the kitchen staff always check the notes and make any changes. It’s our go-to Takeaway :)

Ordered chicken kebab meat with chips and it was a chicken doner no chips delivered,no mayo on the chips for burger.no additional pot of sauce delivered as ordered however everything else was good,it was a Saturday night.

Lovely hot food fast delivery, forgot garlic bread but was already back on there way to my 🏠 when I called.

Terrible experience, expensive and 1hr 20 mins later than delivery time, food cold and order wrong, will never order again from here. I would avoid if I were you. Spoilt our evening.

Had to put the food was late as no option for it not actaully turning up, when phoned up they said someone else had took the food in this was after 2 and a half hours waiting the fella said 5 mins got a notification saying driving had left nothing again for 30 mins phoned back up and they said nothing they could do as the manger had been my house and no one was in even though I was sat in the house

The food was amazing! 10/10 but the delivery man was shocking he was horrible to me and I said Thankyou for my food and he rolled his eyes and said ye and walked away. Bad service.

I haven't really had any problems before, but this time I was thoroughly disappointed with the food. 2 pieces of knuckle found in my chicken doner wrap and genuinely blame tasting with no sign of the sauce I'd asked for so I won't be ordering that again!

Unusual that it was delivered late. I had to ring 3 times to find out where it was - turned out that there was a hold up in the traffic between Diana Pizza and my address. Fair enough, but it would have been nice if the delivery driver had explained and apologised.

Usually food from here is great, but tonight I found a small metal screw in my garlic pizza! Phoned to complain, they were apologetic and confused as to where it came from and offered a replacement

Food was good, shame that our Cans of pop and sauce on the kebab was missed

Sadly food was very disgusting! Burger and donner meat were so full of lumps of fat that i couldnt eat it.

Recommend, very polite driver. Definitely I will order again. 👍
