Awfully slow delivery. Food was only just warm when we received it. Some of the sauces were missing. Feels like a waste of money.

Stopped here on way home from holiday in Llandudno. Was going to go to Wetherspoons, until we spotted this place Glad we did brilliant kebabs, really tasty, loads of meat and salad. 5 Star best ever.

The Chicken Kebab and salad are consistently excellent, after 20 years of frequenting. I usually get 3 Hot wings also. Staff always pleasant.

Delicious pizza and juicy kebabs- Shish is amazing.

Rubbish, no donner meat on special zinger burger, which was not a zinger just normal chicken , 1/2 lb chicken fillet sandwich was 4 mini fillets, 2x 1/4 lb chicken fillet burgers was 3 mini fillets. Not ordering from them again. Do yourself a favour and go too Buckley kebabs. Thought I'd try someone else. Never had a bad meal from them. Stick to them from now on

Extremely rude with no customer service skills and cash only hmmmmm trying to scam our country out of paying tax …would definitely not recommend after my experience

2x Chicken Kebabs Ordered through Just Eat, delivery was early, chicken was perfect cooked, chilli sauce could be a bit more spicy, would definitely eat again,

I went to order in person due to mixed reviews. I found the place to be quiet. For take away and deliveries only. Takes order in cash only. Ordered 2 large pizzas and a fried chicken at around 8.30pm. Pizzas came out burnt, when I returned it ,the guy was not only rude but there was no apology. I was there to ask for a replacement for a freshly baked one , he said we are closed after wasting our hour of wait . One of the rudest places I have been in UK. Will not recommend at all. Unapologetic behaviour with lack of customer satisfaction.

They made my order very well, my food was fast and hot. Their pizzas were very delicious. They were friendly towards their customers.

Awful chicken kebab. Had to bin it, chicken was all gristle, sinew and stringy. Phoned to complain, told to do it through just eat. Just eat refused to do anything about it. Avoid.

Kebab was missing pitta bread, when phoned to inform of missing item I was told that solution was to deliver a pitta bread, but as this would be over half an hour after the kebab was eaten, it was a poor solution in my view. In the past too, orders have been missing sauce. Advice would be to open packets when collecting in the shop to check all is as ordered. When the food comes as ordered, it is very nice.

Very busy,got the wrong order ,raw lamb and kofta,chicken was OK,thank god didn't eat it as wrong order,,,,,in the past its been A1....just check your order, when calling maybe better on line,also it was burnt as well as raw.

Terrible food - doner meat was almost transparent and no colour or taste, shish was really fatty and unedible, will not be returning. This takeaway used to be good. Complete waste of money.

Worst meal we have had ,lamb was well over cooked sliced not cubed ,burger bun was soggy and was like a wet mess ,will never order again from here

Great kebab shop.salad is the best,so fresh .....staff are a machine, so no interaction,,,not a problem...your buying a kebab,,,,there focused on serving you...probably the best in mold.

I ordered from this restaurant and I ordered a margarita pizza with no toppings that came with anchovies and I didn’t receive my dinner meat and chips won’t be ordering from here again utter shambles

I used to love this place but now my mind has changed.ordered at 5 came at 7.food was cold and not only cold, the lettuce was moldy🤢🤢🤢

It's not what you expect from the outside, but the food is spot on. Went for the first time after several recommendations and I couldn't fault it. The food is good and fresh and as expected. Definitely going to use again.

i have always found the food ok . Not amazing but ok . i had not been there for quite a while maybe 9 months i did not recognise any of the staff so they might have changed hands . i ordered my usual donner meet and chips .i noticed straightaway the box way light ...... very light on opening the box i found the donner meet had been cut so thin you could see through it and was only 10mm wide every single piece was the same . all i can say is it must take real skill to do this time and time again for me there are better places

Absolutely disgusting.. Waited pleasantly for a hour and half as guy said 1 hour 15 witch can understand.. I called them a hour half after.. For them to say its on the way I then called them again another half hour later for him to say it had been delivered and paid for by someone else told him to cancel my order 2 mins later there is a guy delivering my food 2 hours later.. He has then took £30 for £25not even offered me change wasn't getting a tip anyway but guess he did.. In the end food was cold chips were freezing.. Garlic bread was like the box it came in.. Wouldn't recommend this place was good before they closed and re opened shame.. 0 rating for me

Best in Mold, portions could be a little bigger for the price.

Told food would be 45 mins to 1 hour. Called up after 1 hour of waiting to be told driver was 15 minutes away. Driver rang 30 mins later to say he didn’t have the address or postcode even though we passed these on when ordering. Driver turned up 15 minutes later and there was a kebab, pizza and garlic bread missing and the food was Luke warm. What a disappointment. I will never order from these clowns again. Save your time and patience and order elsewhere.

Ordered a pepperoni pizza didn't get what I ordered and they won't change it

Save your money, 2 hour wait for food, turned up cold, missing chips off off both meals, overcharged, manager not bothered.

Terrible service ,hung up on me when I asked why my food was 45 minutes late ,shame the food was good but there attitude was disgusting, cost a fortune for a small pizza and medium (18.50) should have come with garlic bread but didn't, they put the customer last and profits first ,domino's next time

Still the best take away in mold by a mile. Never too long to wait and always value for money. Staff friendly and the place is spotless. Highly recommended

We went in and asked if it was halal as in Google search it comes up. One guy at the counter said yes said it is, and then another guy came and said NO NO…very aggressively. We are tourist from London. And this behaviours was really out of order… There is a thing called customer services …..

I ordered a side of chips which were yesterday’s reheated. That’s just lazy so if you can’t get the basics right then I won’t be going back. Rest of the order wasn’t great

Bought a Big kebab and Little kebab, £5.00 and £6.00, Got home, unwrapped both, hey presto, both same size, got Conned so won't be rushing back,

Been a regular customer for some time. Had two pizzas tonight and they were very disappointing and not up to their usual standard, pizza’s cold and the chips cold and limp.

my food was delivered quite quick to find the donner meat was cold swimming in oil, ordered a side of salad which was half a box of onions 🙄

Usually very tasty food and would give it a solid three as customer service been up and down but after the last time i ordered from here my order never turned up. Sad but will be the last time i order from here as I did enjoy the food.

Nice food but paid extra for sauces and they weren’t in there. Dry kebab just ain’t the same 😐

Third time I’ve ordered pizza from here in the last two months. First was great. Second time no prawns at all in the prawn special pizza! Tonight was the third time: ordered just before 9; pizza arrived just before 11 when I was getting ready to go to bed. It had clearly just been made despite the fact when I’d rung at 10.40 to find out where it was, I was told the driver must’ve got lost! Disappointed so I won’t order again.

Very poor rating and is quite dear than other kebabs and pizza places and some staff are particularly rude and rather unadvertising although good quality in some parts of food .

Love the food but ALWAYS WRONG! That’s why we stop going there and went to Harrons! Such a same it closed but always got the order right. Couldn’t help enough!

Ordered at 7pm had my food arrive at 8:45. Was freezing cold. Not returning here until I know food will arrive on time and hot.

Not long moved to the area....got a menu though the letterbox....ordered......absolutely gorgeous food, we now have our regular place to order from 👍

We go to Mold kebab house regularly but disappointed tonight. Chicken kebab and chips overcooked!! Too much chilli so hot!! Normally fantastic meal dont know if chef different ???

Great little place. I finished playing a gig after midnight and I was at least two hours from home, so it was a welcome sight. Food was fine, I only bought a kebab. The gentleman was taking a lot of abuse from a couple of drunk people and was being very gracious about it. Would use again if I'm playing music in the area. Looked clean.

Kebabs are excellent from here, the place is busy busy busy as everyone know it.

Been tonight for the first time . Had the Turkish special kebab for 2 . Amazing taste , best kebab I have had in ages . Will be back .

Ordered a burger with chips and asked for salad and sauce, there was no sauce just really slimy lettuce :/ and the chicken was a very unusual taste and very greasy. Won't be ordering from there again.

This is by far the best kebab I've had... everyone is helpful...food is fresh, place is always miticulously clean . If I'm treating myself to a "proper" takeaway kebab then I choose here. Others have been tried but this place takes some beating. 100% recommended

The oldest and still the best kebab house in mold.

Arrived home to find i had been given the wrong food. Drove back, my food was waiting to be swapped, just got a stare from the guy behind the counter, no apology , no offer of anything extra to compensate my time travelling back, no offer of refund. Infact, no words at all. Just the stare, as if it was my fault!! In hindsight I should of asked them to cook my meal again as my food had been sitting for at least 10 minutes. Very poor service from a simple mistake. Mistakes happen, I wasn't that bothered, until I returned and was treated that way. Bad customer service goes a long way. I don't often use this takeaway, probably use it even less now, all from something that just needed an acknowledgement for the mistake.

Best pizza ever you'll be hard pushed to find better. Will deliver anywhere within reason and always accommodating. Love them

I would go here much more often if the food wasn’t so greasy. Delivery is slow. But overall quite cheap.

Best take away in Mold, fast service, delivery available, excellent food and the staff are first class. Not the cheapest but I'd pay a bit extra for the quality.

Para ser honesto, sólo he comido los kebabs de pollo y patatas fritas de aquí en 3 ocasiones. Pero en cada ocasión el pitta, ensalada y especialmente el pollo es delicioso! ! Bien vale la pena el dinero y muy limpio para llevar. (unos sonrisas una agradable conversación y posiblemente haber sido un 5).

OK, the whole point of a brand like Costa is that you see the name and know you are going to to get a consistently good cup of coffee etc and this locality doesn't disappoint. Great service, right on the High Street so easily accessible, loads of space inside. Fab!

Stumbled in after a night out, really enjoyed the food... Staff were friendly... There was too much food to eat! Would recommend 👍 could only be improved with more seating...

This kebab shop made the best shish kebabs that my partner and I have ever had. Generous portion size, delicious succulent lamb and a nice pitta bread-delicious!

Nice enough food and all cooked in front of house. Service is quite short and sharp. The place let's itself down though as staff can sometimes try to shortchange you.

Staff were rude, threw the food together. We were treated terribly and to top the lot they tried to short change me by £5

mold kebab shop is a favourite of mine for its pizzas the bases are made on the premises and have plenty of fillings they used to have a branch in Chester which I went to regularly so I now go to mold is I am close by the popularity of this take away can be seen by the amount of food that they are preparing and also delivering (just not as far as Chester )

A kebab is a kebab in Mold. So many to choose from. Nothing special but OK. I normally have the chicken and it has always been cooked well. Nice pizza but terrible chips.

Never missing anything from orders delivered or picked up, friendly staff, good prices, clean, presentation is good and food also never lets you down. Always well cooked.

Although the food was nice, the customer service was non-existant. They called my friend's order out and she didn't respond straight away so the man who was serving us immediately became agressive and started yelling in a different language at her. Won't be going there again!

Always so nice. I live in leeswood and prefer this kebab to that one. Always a good choice of food. A little bit pricey but worth the money.

My other half came here for a kebab whilst waiting for them to cook the food we noticed 2 flies flying around the uncooked meat. Very off putting.

Tasty kebabs good size portions and deliver. Can't comment on other products available. Not fussed on their chips as they use frozen ones. The Turkish special is huge and awesome definitely for 2 to share. Delivery is chargeable for some areas but costs less than driving there.
