Been to costa coffee few times now. The costa coffee at omniplex lisburn northern ireland. Place is spotkess, toilets spotless, love there coffees and saug baps for breakfast. The baps are great toasted and fresh. Even treat ourselfs to scone and fresh as well. Staff very hrlpful and do a great job.

Quick coffee after an opticians visit, first impression is that it needs a refurb, seats were stained tiles around the counter were chipped, service was quick (mind you it was a Tuesday mid morning) the front door paint work was worn and chipped as was the woodwork around the window

Popped in for a coffee and a chat with a friend, spent ages laughing and chatting with a few coffee's all good xx

Went to Costa today for a hot chocolate with my daughter after school. A member of staff there her attitude was disgusting. Slapped the spoons on the tray with an attitude then put the got chocolate on the tray and split. Kept given daggers for no reason and stomping round the shop. When clearly me and my daughter has done nothing wrong what so ever. And because a smiled everything copped it. Hot chocolate tasted not nice at all I was going to take them back. Because of this girl attitude even the staff looked at her stupid think what the hell.

Nice coffee, nice snacks. Why is the breakfast menu only available for half the trading hours? Serving staff had to be called from food prep area and were surly because another member of staff was clearing tables and had not noticed waiting customers.

A member of staff was dragging chairs across the hard floor for almost the whole time we were there. We couldn't hear each other over the noise and it gave me a headache.

I am a usual customer at costa but was made to feel not welcome by one of the employees not going to name names (Mike) felt like I was walking on eggshells and felt that he judged a book by its cover due to us pondering on our order.

What an utter disgrace to the brand, our seating was stained with food, the floor was dirty, the toilets were absolutely disgusting, one toilet out of order, and has been for a while, the one in use stank of urine, also a lazy member of staff had not fill the toilet tissue, instead had put a full pack of tissue sheets by the dryer, the whole pack had scattered on the floor with the blower, the tiles behind the toilet was stained with splattered urine. This place is s disgrace to the brand and need fumigating!

staff are rude. went to order. the man working there cut me off to talk to the other staff. then i asked for a chocolate brownie frappe. then the man rudely said ermmm we don’t call it that its a chocolate frappe. so rude and dno how he is working there. ps go study the menu as it is called a chocolate brownie frappe.

Love it here the staff are lovely, been coming here for some years now, but the dissapointing part is that the shop looks tatty , dirty and olld. They have had issues with the roof leaking and damp patches on the ceiling but nothing really been done. The furniture is old and dishevelled when I ve been in to other costa coffee shops and have been refurbished.

Very busy, but the staff were very friendly and polite. Lovely coffee and cake, in a spacious, clean and cosy environment.

Behind the service area was quite dirty with packages on the floor and the barrister machine was very dirty and desperately in need of a detailed clean. But the staff were pleasant

Disgusting toilet. Flush mechanism broken, toilet filthy, floor soaked in what appeared to be urine. Not acceptable!

The service is actually very friendly and efficient. The drinks are of good quality and taste lovely. The food, again, is of good quality and very tasty. The seating area is nice and spacious and has a variety of table sizes. Now for the down side. The toilets could be a lot cleaner, the cafe area also could be cleaned to a higher standard. In fact the whole inside could really do with being refreshed, including the stained ceiling.

Called in with my Daughter and grandson Batista and lady who served us were pleasant enough despite not adding syrup But when I asked what food was vegan and they enquired we was told to read the labels There were no cakes or cookies in the display case and then no gingerbread man for coffee Obviously if you are lactose and dairy intolerant it's just tough and they don't care Appalling

Waited 20 minutes to be served. At the time of getting served I was asked if I had a table. When I replied No I was told I couldn't sit in. 4women had been sat at table all this time conducting an interview only 1 had a drink that was near finished. Yet the counter assistant said they could 'nt say anything. Other people were walking in bagging tables. If this is how they operate then they should exclude people on their own from entering the store. I know the staff work very hard and applaud them. But people should be stopped from conducting interviews and business in the premises.

The best , amongst costa cafes of the area! Staff are nice , efficient! The decoration is superb and there are always spaces! On wed and sat, it can be very crowdy , due to market right at door step! I don t know how they do, but they cope with the possible number of customers X 6 !

A busy Costa on Mold High Street. Staff reasonably friendly and efficient considering the demands of a busy Saturday morning with the market bustling outside the door. Tables clean, drinks prompt, good quality and enjoyable. Front windows, door etc. could do with a clean. I would say its one of the better Costas...

Suppose to be open till 4 and closes an hour early, imagine driving 20 minutes to find they have just closed early is a joke and to add to it the staff were rude about it, won’t be going there again

Not a fan of the location, the bottom of the coffee had granules at the bottom. Their lattes don’t even come close to Starbucks, I don’t see Costa’s level as high as Starbucks for premium coffee. It’s around about the same level as cafe Nero, average. However there is one member of staff that gets the coffee spot on.

Great cafe to visit good range of coffee and other drinks plus food and cakes 🎂 🥮 and always a whom welcome from the staff.

All Costas seem to be the same. You go in for great coffee & familiar food & always get what you expect. The servers were friendly, seating was comfortable and had plenty of options. Convenient location just outside the Mold markets

We arrived four of us for coffee,decided to find a table and then join huge queue .only to be chased by a very rude member off staff .telling me they are no free tables and have to leave .won't be using again ,until they decide to employ ,some staff ,that want to be there .appalled.

Terribly slow service (when it wasnt busy) and staff behind counter seemed to relish that people were waiting for 15 plus minutes. One staff member Dean was chatting away and checking his Apple watch and made 2 coffees in about 8/10 minutes. Not acceptable. Once I got the coffee the milk was way too hot. Terrible Costa.

Disappointing. Met friends for a Christmas coffee and catch up. Very busy. Poor staff struggled to cope with serving, clearing tables etc They did their best but were overwhelmed. Least said about unisex toilets the better. Didn't use as floor around the toilet awash.

Standard Costa, good range of drinks and food. Friendly staff.

Some places are terrible I've found only one that was clean and half way decent that one was in mold North Wales

Comfortable, but not much of a choice of fruit teas - these days a must!! Not much of a choice of cakes!! Probably go to Starbucks next time. Nice staff though.

Nipped into Costa Coffee on Mold's highstreet to use the toilet and grab a coffee. Clean and tidy toilets at the back of the store, with friendly staff pointing the way. However, the massive queue for coffee really puts you off using the cafe.

It’s alright if you want the odd coffee or cold drink. I’ve been there loads and its decent coffee. I have to say i do prefer Starbucks.

Absolutely diabolical (MOLD) Been there 3 times and it's a shambles (never again) 1 person took the space of 19, yes 19 seat's and was there for over 1 hour, drinking 1 coffee and had read a newspaper, she only got up and moved because she needed a Toilet, moved about the shop, without her mask on and finally left. Only 70 people a loud in the café, I counted 22, when we finally got in. Poor organisation, supervisor running around like a "headless nugatory chicken" I left and will never go back again. Only went because my granddaughter wanted the ice coffee and stale millionaire cake.

Staff are overboard with the track and trace. After filling it out and showing the staff they demanded to see bank cards and photo I.D too claiming ‘it was the law’ in an unfriendly manner that just came across as if they were thrilled to try and catch someone out.

Food and drink always good. Usually nice clean and spacious. 2 stars because the staff member wanted to see photo i.d for test trace. Their paranoia made us feel unwelcome. Won't be heading back while taking forever at door filling in forms i.d etc. Costa you need to trust people to do the right thing!

We visited for coffee on a Saturday afternoon, and found the service here fine. There were plenty of free tables and the cafe was clean and tidy.

This used to be our favourite costa but not now. Staff are very rude and I know they have covid rules to contend with but barking at the customers isn't the way to go about it. Told there were no tables and we'd couldn't wait in the shop you know..well er no I didn't know, if there was someone to greet you and tell you then fine but I don't appreciate being shouted at across the counter. Needless to say we didn't wait outside in the rain, we went over the road to Gerrards where we got a much friendlier welcome.

Wasnt given drinks asked for they replaced them exactly same should of been Carmel frostino there was no caramel it just tasted like frozen watery milk. Had them before at prestatyn and they were so nice. Wont be going back

Clean,tidy,well organized and friendly staff.Right on the high street,probably the largest Costa we've been too.Plenty of space for table and chairs etc.Good.

Polite staff. Tables thoroughly cleaned between customers. Made to feel very welcome.

The staff and coffee was lovely, however they don't use Nhs app and you have to go to Costa site and complete name and tel after various stages in the app before you can eat inside. It was a bit of a faff, I don't understand why they don't just use the Nhs one it's easier. Staff were very understanding.

My kettle can serve 6 coffees in one go but Costa took 40 mins to serve 6 people in the queue and I appreciate these are hard times but make your own mind upon that anyway I had promised my son to take him for a treat. So I had a voucher through post showing hot chocolate a coffees served in tall glasses so I decided to persevere however when we got to the till we were met by an abrupt young lady who appeared to be more about personal issues with her management when she start shouting to make herself heard. So we sat down and then the coffee was cold and a standard cup no dressing as advertised the only reason there is 2 stars as a member of staff resolved the cold coffee issue promptly and professionally so guys speed and lack of professionalism plus cold coffee has made this customers journey awful so we'll be going back to drinking our coffee at Rubens ps I never a bad review in my life till know

I am a stickler for the covid rules however I always think that an explanation of how the system works before firing your instructions much better to take from a teenager that quite frankly I probably have older socks than! Extremely rude... these are hard times and you can still see a smile behind masks in the eyes. If you cant manage civility and a smile in the hospitality industry then you are in the wrong job. Reflects on Costa extremely badly. Please retrain your front of house staff.

Excessive covid-19 provision, no logic to which tables/seats available, staff not following their own rules. Very confusing as a potential customer, and when they contradict themselves the staff get very defensive and insulting. We did not stay.

Very good and hand made drinks and food with pleasure Unfortunately the prices and staff often make it go down hillStaff messed around bunch of typical teenager chucking food around and giggle not putting there jobs priority, same stuff at the minute and the prices are way off the chart too dear!

Staff in this Costa are always friendly and helpful. Nothing too much trouble. Always make my coffee exactly how I like it. The only problem in this outlet is the sun streams in and leaves you boiling hot and very uncomfortable. I dont know how the poor staff cope with the heat. Come on Costa. Put some blinds up so we can sit and enjoy our coffee without burning alive.

Fast service and excellent coffee

Staff were quick with order and quick to clear and clean tables . However!!! Both toilets are disgusting I walked back out even though heavily pregnant and busting for loo .

As usual an excellent cup of coffee but sometimes the free WiFi causes an influx of school pupils which makes finding a seat difficult and takes away from the enjoyment of both place and product.

When we arrived there was a small queue, empty tables were stacked with dirty dishes, so I had to clear and clean a table, judging by dirt on wipe this hadn’t been done for a while. My husband came back with our coffees, after a good 20/25 minutes wait, and apparently once again they had no bread! My cinnamon bun was stale. He said it looked like only three new members of staff were working. Mold food festival was on and management would have been given plenty of notice about this, so why so few staff. Costa are running a promotion where toast is only £1 with a medium drink so bad management to run out of bread. This isn’t the first time we’ve been in this store and they’ve ran out of basic products. They also had ants in the cake section during the summer months. My husband wouldn’t let me use the toilet because he said it was appalling. Management should hang their heads in shame to allow unprofessional standards of basic hygiene and customer satisfaction. A blot on Costas reputation!

Mitten auf der Hauptstraße hat man hier richtig viel Platz um eine Kaffeepause hinzulegen. Bequem, gute Kaffee und Snacks, mehr erwarte ich nicht.

This is a fairly local Costa's to me. The staff are friendly and I enjoy the atmosphere. However, the dishwasher was broken, which meant drinking out of take out cups, which although ok, is not the best way to experience a lovely cup of coffee. This seems to be a periodical problem in this branch. Maybe it's time they invested in a new dishwasher.

Wednesday - Market Day.... Club card inactive No Teacakes No Brown toast as alternative No Fruited bread One coffee one centimetre less than other Both coffees lukewarm. Staff looked “day after the night before” Need I say more!

Have complained on 3 occasions about the staff putting their fingers inside the cups and in the 3rd e-mail I had to say 'do I have to get in touch with the local health inspector as I had asked them to have the cups upside down. This did the trick and the next week the cups were all upside down. There is a piece of wood ( like a dado rail )on the walls all around the cafe and since before xmas there has been a layer of dust on most of the rail and I said to my wife that I will go and ask for a damp cloth and clean the whole rail but she wasn't happy with me doing it. The latest is even worse, I was outside the toilet, when one of the male staff came out and I don't think he had washed his hands as I didn't hear the drier ( it is very loud when it is used ). Next day the same thing happened but it was one of the female staff who came out and the drier wasn't used. I won't be going there any more.

Ok for coffee but always noisy (poor accoustics plus unnecessarily loud music) and half the staff have very poor customer service skills - they never smile, barely speak and generally make you feel like a nuisance. Shame as it's the heart of the town and could be so much more welcoming.

We always go to costa as they all seem to have friendly staff and lovely facilities. Arrived at Costa my husband ordered drinks, staff seemed friendly, when the drinks arrived they were lukewarm and the long handled spoon I got with my hot chocolate was extremely dirty, received another which was cleaner. The toilets had a digital lock, so ended up looking around for a member of staff to tell me the code. When I was told, she was too busy talking to another member of staff and said it quickly and walked off. Still could not get in the toilets, luckily for me a lady was coming out of a toilet. The toilets were dirty and had a terrible stench to them, really did not want to use them but didn’t really have a choice in the matter. The general cleanliness of the place was below the usual costa standards. So glad we didn’t order food. We would definitely not go for a drink in this costa again.
