I ordered the wrong meat for my curry online, rang up and was changed with no issues at all. Great customer service, amazing food :)

Lovely food and fast delivery on a Friday night. Nice delivery lady kindly reminded me that it would be cheaper to order via the website next time which I did already know but had forgotten while trawling just eat, will remember next time!!

Food took 2hours overall to prepare and deliver. I was told it was being delivered 40mins before it finally arrived. The food was cold when it did arrive. Overall a bit disappointing and restaurant refused to refund any compensation.

Been here several times now and food is lovely. However I won't be using again from now on, seriously disappointing. Ordered at 7.30pm, was due at 8.30pm, got to 9pm and I rang to ask where it was, only to be told it hasn't even been cooked yet but will be coming. An hour later nothing, so I rang again, no one answered. In the mean time the delivery driver had rang whilst I was trying to get through and left a voicemail 'I'm lost' without saying who it even was or leaving a number to call back. She eventually got to us whilst I was a few attempts into calling the place for help. I explained it was due at 8.30pm not 10.15pm so to ask the business to answer their calls as I'd like a refund. She had a disgusting attitude, telling me I was a liar and it was due at 9.15pm, which it wasn't, and was still an hour after that even if it was, which it wasn't. Then when I explained this, she tried to get back in the car with the food saying she will just take it herself then if I wasn't happy. Not a great attitude, no apology, nothing for taking 3 hours to make and deliver 4 meals. At this point I had a newborn that was supposed to be in bed and it was a 50th birthday meal that I paid over £50 for so I expected a bit more, continued to call to complain but still no answer.

Ordered delivery on the App. Took 2.5hrs to arrive, with all the normal excuses. Won't be doing that again

Ordered a takeaway 6-15pm a still waiting at 9-30pm…after numerous phone calls and being told a pack of lies..I’ve gave up on this order and expect a full refund but probably won’t get it…if you can’t handle the orders do take them, we for one we never order off them again after there lies !!!!

Placed order with an expected delivery time of an hour, had to ring restaurant three times before the order arrived one hour and forty five minutes later, all of the food was cold and congealed, totally unacceptable, steer clear on a Saturday unless you want your evening to be ruined

Placed online order for delivery 45mins later, waited 2 hours despite confirming order on the phone had to go and collect in the end, then the order was wrong. Attitude of staff was poor, no attempt to offer discount or extras. Won't be using again.

Absolutely disgusting customer service and sub standard food. Avoid. The owner, rather than addressing the late delivery, lies and rudeness of staff seems to be more concerned with abusing and threatening me.

what can I say if your into curries club spice is the place to go we travelled all the way from Liverpool to mold to try the rumors out, we were definitely not disappointed we are definitely be making the trip again, the owner naboo was very welcoming and made our trip very enjoyable thank you 👌

One of the best establishments I've been to the food was amazing the customer services was beyond what I expected, the owner couldn't do enough for me slight changes to my order to suit my allergy needs, I was only in the area passing but I'd definitely go back here and I would definitely recommend this place very clean and a high hygiene rating to thanks for the great visit ill be back soon

Where to begin... Urdered before 7pm an hour later called to see where the order was and was told 20 minutes. 45 minutes later called and was hung up on. Food arrived and not great. Left Facebook re view and threatened with them blocking me. Pathetic. Don't waste your time or money!

First order here under the new owners. First class friendly service and great food quality. More than happy to recommend.

There were five pieces of chicken each in both of our curries. The sauce was extremely watery i’m pretty tasteless Everything was cold. Poppadoms were broken. We ordered a potato dish that had four potatoes in it. We paid over £40 for this meal and it was probably worth about £10 if that very disappointed and will definitely not be ordering from this company again.

Have been ordering from club spice for a while but tonight they seem to have upped their game was the best curries we have had from there. Chicken tikka biryani was spot on, all of the food was hot, tasty and salad nice and fresh! Well done Club spice

Still waiting for delivery after ordering (2 meals) 2.5 hours ago, now just wondering if it will be as rubbish as other reviews. QUICK Update - just been told delivery left 20 mins ago. We know that we had a text saying that 30 mis ago ! Utter rubbish, I am hungry and sleepy but awake enough to now a rip off. Wont be using you again.

Food Luke warm had to be reheated in the microwave, phoned the restaurant after 15 mins late (7.40pm) to be told the food was there and they would get it to me as soon as possible. Estimated delivery time was 7.05pm to 7.25pm actually arrived at 8pm.

Don’t bother with this place over 2 and a half hours to arrive phoned after a hours and half had was told the food is ready just waiting on the driver after sitting on the hot plate food was disgusting and tasteless over £40 for 2 curries rice and nan bread and a few popadoms one of the worst takeaways on here

Visited here Saturday 16th as its Git New owners the Food was amazing ! We went for the Meal package for 2 and it ticked all the boxes ! Price is the cheapest in Mold against all the other Indian takeouts ! And the Beef Korahi was full of flavour ! Nan breads were just right! Lady who took our order over the phone was superb as well! Pat on the back Club Spice well done!!

Food was delivered on time and very hot. Unfortunately it wasn’t good in flavour.

45 mins late from original delivery time. They then changed it to a later time and it was still 20 mins layer after that. I rang and he said it was due to driver and would give free popudums which he did but the naan bread which should originally be with the order is missing

An excellent meal tonight for both of us :) The korma was beautiful with a garlic naan & pilaf rice Would recommend
