Usually have no issues, however recently when requesting a Mocha it is very hit or miss depending on whether the person serving actually knows what it is.. Hot chocolate and an espresso shot.. NOT hot chocolate powder mixed with white coffee.. which trust me is extremely different in taste. I have had good service here in the past, however I have now had to bin 2 large mocha's in the last few weeks as the taste is undrinkable which is a complete waste of money. Last time I thought nothing of it and assumed it was an honest mistake, and have since had mochas correctly made from this location, but today I saw them once again press white coffee to mix the hot chocolate powder as last time so questioned it - was told it was correct so I left trusting their word. Tried the drink a little later and once again had to bin it. Please teach your staff how to correctly make the drinks if your machines aren't automatically making them. Will not be using this greggs again.

I normally love Greggs, but this store was really bad. All the food was cold and there was barely any stock. It wasn't even like it was a rush hour. The service wasn't much better than the cold food. Asked for them to heat it up but they said they couldn't because I would have to pay extra tax. What a load of waffle

Driver was lovely he wasn’t a problem just took 2 hours to come

order said it was delivered but did not receive it

The food was ordered at 8:25 to be here for around 9am

I've been coming here since I started working near by and it's such a good Greggs. Everyone is really friendly and efficient. I came in today and was served by a young guy with dark glasses and he's awesome. Really good natural customer service. Its rough working with the public sometimes but this guy was unflappable and so nice! I didn't catch his name I'm sorry! He's ace though, look after him 😁

Delivery was great, the order was wrong as usual…. It always wrong!

Just a standard service station style gregg. Woman on till seemed like her first day she was lovely. Other staff seemed pushy and stressed. Food was cold (typical greggs) No atmosphere just queue for your food and get out. 10* for the lady on the till who seemed new. Other staff 0*

Kept pushing time back then when food arrived there was food not bagged up to squished against the drinks. Disappointed

It said it would take 20-40 minutes for the delivery but it was over an hour. Also the baguette was burnt and the wedges were lukewarm. It said bottle of diet coke but I was delivered a can

As said before, some open 6am so great to get breakfast.

Took an hour and a half to come and then was literally missing half the order 👍🏻 Brilliant

Ordered quite a bit and scanned my app zero tokens where applied, Then i ordered a cheese and onion bake sqme again zero tokens where applied. And the member of staff just completely lied to me in the face about why i didn't get my points So i said, "What about the single purchase".🤔 Told them it doesn't work when hes already typing in the price on the card machine. Yer yer it does 🤣 lies lies lies

Great place to get a quick snack or a coffee. Greggs do some great pies, especially the tasty steak bakes full of gravy and the chicken pies. The pastry is just perfection. Choice of fresh coffee too . Staff are friendly , chatty, and courteous. Eat in or take away. Eat in area is always clean and tidy. Plenty of on site parking. If you use the app and collect points on each purchase, you can get free food and drink.

very nice food & a friendly delivery driver

Delivery driver was lovely but whoever was preparing the breakfast should’ve been disappointed with the food they sent. Stone cold, paid for extra and didn’t receive. Barely buttered and hardly cut the bread. I’m not one for complaining and normally everything is spot on but today was just wow. Shocking

my coffee was completely undrinkable as most of it was out of the cup due to a lid not being sealed on correctly.

Staff are very friendly and in a convenient location.

I go to Gregg's regularly there are three staff there Will Katy and Arron food and cappuccino is always delicious and these staff are always courteous and friendly

I cannot complain at all about Greggs, I selected ham and cheese baguette and asked only if it was possible could I swap the cheese for cucumber. They absolutely went above and beyond to do this for me

This is a new shop - so very clean and tidy - good selection of butties, pasty's, cakes and drinks. reasonably priced and worth popping in for a bite to eat

My partner went into this Greggs today at 9:15am and got 4 sausage rolls. He came back to the car and we had left for him to bite into one and they were stone cold and stale. Very unhappy

Easy to order and quick delivery.

Times changed by 30 minutes and If they knew they had orders in already then push it back straight away not as soon as it gets to delivery time

Just love the food, coffee and cakes here. Fresh and warm or cold as appropriate. Can't beat the prices. Would love a bit more indoor seating

Just wish there were small, locally and privately owned business like Gregg's. I regularly buy from Gregg's, even though I get acid reflux just walking past a Gregg's. Personally I don't even consider it to be value for money !!! I don't get it 😕

I call in Gregg's every Thursday Will seems to be on shift I would like to say he is very helpful always has a smile on his face and is an asset to the company

I wouldn't mind hot pasties, or sausage rolls once in a while. I don't understand the luke warm pastries.

Our Lily was loving the steak bake.

Very poor service. Long Queue and 1 person doing anything. Was no bacon or steak bakes out.. 5/10 minutes wait.

Slow service during busy times. Always insist on 1 till open at busy times

6 Tables, all empty, I was stopped from sitting to eat and told 'you have to pay'. I said 'sure, how much?', I was told no you have to pay when you order. I looked for a notice or sign to indicate this and there wasn't one. I asked how I should know, and was told I would be asked when I order if I want to sit in or take out. I explained that I wasn't asked. No solution offered, despite all the tables being empty and my offer to pay extra and I was forced to leave. Seems very short-sighted and bad customer service. The food is nice enough but prices are up about 80% in the last three years and I don't feel the higher cost is justified any more after today's negative experience so I shan't return.

Came in earlier today, and unfortunately, the service station shop was completely empty. I was having a medical emergency and really needed to buy a sugary drink. I learnt that Greggs had closed, and the tills had been turned off after attempting to purchase a coke. I was struggling to verbalise my medical problem, to which a worker helped me out. So a MASSIVE thank you to Greggs and that employee. Very grateful

Pies and pasties reasonably priced. I really wanted a bacon roll but apparently they stop doing "breakfast" items at 11.00 . I was 4 minutes late. Surely it can't be that hard to make this available all day. I felt like Michael Douglas in Falling Down

Been to this so called Greggs three times, each time the pasty's have been stone cold Latte was ok but didn’t receive what we asked for, no cream requested but still had cream in it.

Good for a quick pastie or a cheeky pie. Good and dependable, if not exactly health food.

The worst greggs! Waited 20 minutes to be served! Only one poor person serving on a busy Friday morning, absolutely shocking! Couldn’t give me a receipt which I needed! And this isn’t the first time last time I waited that long I gave up and went else where!

This used to be my favourite sandwich shop... I'm guessing they're now weighing out what goes in each sandwich... There was a time you struggled to get your mouth around the tuna crunch baguette - you actually struggle to find tuna in amongst the salad these days 😔

Nice convenient location, good that tastes great, although only as a quick snack as to much can't be too healthy. The staff are nice and will throw in an extra sausage roll rather than bin it if you catch them at the end of the day 🙂
