Constantly sending texts and withholding the number so you can't block it. I've unsubscribed from the texts 3 times now, i've just reported it to the ICO.

Alright food donner kebab was not worth £9 could it wasn’t fresh meat also didn’t they free garlic bread when we’ve spent £41 will order from elsewhere next time

Ordered 4 pizzas for my son’s birthday treat. First time using since they’ve changed hands. Service was exceptionally fast. Quality was perfect and price reflects this perfectly. Can not fault anything and we’ll be ordering again soon.

I ordered a chicken wrap (which for reference is a tortilla) and got chicken in pitta. This seems to be a common mistake with takeaways. Otherwise, food was fine.

Thought I'd try somewhere different, eventually got the delivery, the food was cold, meat was like chewing on rubber. I binned it. Will not use again.

Absolutely disgusting place, filthy inside, rude and clueless workers and worst of all if you do order food don’t expect it to be edible I ordered a chicken kebab and recieved a wrap with 2 tiny pieces of chicken garlic bread burnt to a crisp and cheesy chips as hard as concreate

I paid 13.20 for a kebab and got a box of onions and a piece of meat. this is some kind of joke. I do not recommend

Food was decent but got 2 of our orders wrong and then wouldn't rectify it. Spent £60 aswell.

Awful !!!! £14 for a Special Kebab ?? I got 3 pieces of meat a piece of tomato and stale lettuce. On top of that the £3.00 box of chips were burnt and cold. AVOID !!!!!!

Burgers, kebabs are nice but grease is a lot. The delivery price is too high for a local order for just 2 things, should have a deal or small charge.

Just had a margareta pizza that was tough and so dry as no sauce it was like cheese on toast a garlic bread I could have built a wall out off and a kebab that was awful as the pitta was rock solid. Not sure what's happened to this place but won't be going back

Not very hygienic the man behind the counter was licking his fingers then counting money out the till scratching his nose and not washing his hands then serving chips won't go back twice I have seen him do that place needs sorting out

Don't order just got doner meat on top of burger no salad no sauce on damp bun did call them but got attitude never again better take outs up Rd

Absolutely vile the food!!! wudnt order again reheated chips an a soggy burger took nearly 2 hours rang up an complained an they give me a load of abuse an refused fresh, the place needs shutting down gone down the pan since last owners left an the price is ott!!!

The food was good tobe fair BUT as im a lorry driver and only park over the road i didn't want to eat to early so asked if they deliver as he said yes i said to a wagon gave him my details to be told no.. So i said ok what about paying both he said card and cash so went to pay with card to be then told cash only.. Now the food was great but the service was rubbish shame really as tgeres a few wagons park on river lane and would be great for us... Think you need to rethink on delivering to truck drivers

I live in Chester, less than 10 mins drive from this place. I filled in all my details online then placed an order and payment was taken from my debit card. I then received a call to say I lived too far away for delivery so my order was cancelled. I now have to wait 3-5 days for payment to be refunded. Why let people register their address and order online in the first place if you don’t deliver to that area!!! If you live more than walking distance from this place then do not place an order online for delivery!

Gave a telephone order got it completely wrong will not use again.

Its now very difficult to contact the shop direct as they want you to order on line and pay in advance. Don't do it, everytime the order is mega late, so far 1 hour and a half tonight. I then spoke to them and they said it's not there fault it's down to the app. Enough said, and once you've paid they've got your money so don't care, I will never use their app again. !! Even thought the food is best around, I can't wait 2 hours !!

Ordered a chicken burger for me and my gf, mine was okay but here had a hard bit of chicken in it which put her off

Food is very greasy and the pizza didn't have much taste, the chicken topping on the pizza tasted out of date. Luckily I wasn't poisned.!

Found this Kebab House after another cancelled my order for no reason at all,glad they did now as was so happy with the food and super quick delivery,will order again from here and bye bye to the other.

This is my local kebab house, i own the barbers across the road and always recommend people to try this place, jimmy and his dad have been running this for years and surely doing a great job!

This is a review to say how fantastic the staff are. I dropped my phone in the street and the staff at Saltney Kebab managed to use Siri to contact a name on an unopened text on my phone. As my driving licence and bank card were with my phone I cannot thank them enough for returning it to me!

best kofte kebabs around chester chips are nice too and service is very good for a fast food outlet we use them alot

This Kebab house was the first to open in Saltney and I remember I use to have a kebab every Sunday when I was in my teens. I've not had a kebab in Chester in a while and fancied one tonight so I placed an order from the victoria Road Kebab house a large Shish and a mixed one for my partner. I requested for extra salad and got exactly that. It was fresh and the meat was really nice and tender. Chips were also good and didn't taste like it's been cooked several times over. Even my partner who is a very critical eater commented how fresh the food was. Definitely didn't disappoint. Will be using again soon:)

Fancied a Friday treat and called here and ordered doner meat and chips, the guy filled half the tray with salad then added a small portion of chips along side of it then place a very small portion of very thinly sliced kebab meat on top. £5.90 for this, hope the chippy next door opens back up soon. Photo shows salad I left and I'd eaten quite a bit by then

Recently had a dusgusting pizza from here. The indivudual who put it together either has no clue or didn't care! I've had poor service a couple of times in the past but this is too far, won't ever eat anything from here again.

I've ordered a few things from here and the food always tastes fresh, it's reasonably priced and delivery is always within the time they tell you and the staff have always been really nice.
