Poor, ordered a takeaway on a Friday evening was Tod it would be 30/40 minutes 1 hour & 10 minutes later still no takeaway called them said it’s on its way 15 minutes later it arrived no pepperoni on the pizza even though I paid for it the response down the phone was we will take it if your next bill, my reply was probably won’t order again they said over an hour for a new pizza. Joke

The food was absolutely disgusting, the chicken burgers were not edible like cardboard. Our drinks were not sent, and the man on the phone is horrible

Had chicken meat and chips. Decent enough but expensive at £9 (I get fuel costs etc have risen)

so. i live very close to this establishment. i ordered online when the online system arrived. i called the store when the system would not allow delivery, bear in mind that since establishment, delivery to my little town was very much applicable. since that time it has changed.... i used to pay 1 pound delivery charge , now it is £3 but i also have to set it as delivery even though the delivery system says no and will not let you continue with delivery. THIS SYSTEM IS BROKEN. after being spoken to like a 2nd class citizen when trying to talk about this flaw., i will NOT be using this service again

Popcorn chicken absolutely banging lovley good portion and the chips and gravy was lush 🤤🤤 Very good prices and delivery quicker than expected less than 20 mins delivery man a treat definitely recommend!!

Never heard of this place or have i ever eat at this place. They sent me advertisement emails which i can only assume they got my details from a leaked database which is illegal. If they are willing to do this to get customers, what type of food are they giving you? Reporting them also.

Ordered on line collected, food was great, good size pizza.

Aged a whole year between placing the order and it actually getting delivered. I live in Holywell, not Taiwan, no reason what so ever why it should take this long.

Been ordering food for over two years frequently. Always loved the cheese chips n gravy, by far my favourite. Last few orders they kept slipping up. Either chips were rock hard, a can of pop missing, just little things. Made an order tonight, at the door the delivery man told me they were short a can of Rio, I let it slide, it's no deal breaker for me. I take the food inside and they'd completely missed a part of the meal, the cheese chips n gravy. I tried phoning up before they close and got no response from three calls. This is the last straw guys, I can't excuse these mistakes anymore, they've only been getting worse. Can't make another order and risk losing £5 for no reason again.

Dry southern fried chicken, extremely tough lamb shish kebab and rude owner. When paying on card you get bombarded with abuse from the owner because he insists on cash. Kebab shop around the corner is 10 times better and they're friendly.

IF YOU COLLECT THE FOOD, YOU WONT BE DISSAPOINTED!! Pizzas are the best around if you like cheesy melted pizzas and not overcooked ones. The downside about this place is getting food delivered. Too many deliveries are given on runs, so if your last in line, the food is cold and not nice.

Ordered my food and waited an hour still no arrival, rang up and was told it’s on its way so waited another hour still hasn’t arrived, rand uk again to be shouted at down the phone then waited another hour and food never arrived and shop closed! Worse kebab house around! I wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

Disappointed in tonight's food, we've ordered quite frequently in the past, but the pizza was quite cold tonight, so we'd phoned to explain ... Really poor customer service, .. just told 'well they were cooked at the same time'. No apology .... Very disappointed in the attitude.

Had orders delivered about 6 times now, always excellent pizza's, pleasant delivery driver and the food was nice and hot. Last time, we had chips too, I wouldnt bother again, they were dry and tasted heated up, but the pizza was great and will definitely be back.

Orderd gave me garlic bread not Pizza rang and they said we will get pizza to you fresh baring in mind we have eaten half burnt chips already as didn’t request to do fresh order ring up to be told low on drivers ( which I understand) but over hour later they should be rectifying It tbh I just want my money back last time I will ever use you from Using your 2 times a week! Waste of money! If you chose to rectify the problem be fine but giving me the other half of my meal Hour later ( could be more as still hasn’t arrived is beyond a joke)

Very ill after my latest kebab from here. Took me a few days to start feeling better. Chicken wasn’t cooked enough and salad wasn’t fresh.

Have had delivery and gone in myself. Great selection, but have had numerous instances where the order has been wrong, and had a missing bottle of coke on a delivery, had their word it'll turn up next time I order, and still nothing despite letting them know on the order. Mixed Bag.

I ordered a large margerhita and cheesy chips, arrived on time. When I opened the bag I realised I had only received chips (no cheese) so I called back and spoke to a polite woman and she said she’d pass the message on and they’d bring me some cheesy chips. An hour later I call back as I receive no food, the woman asks the cook and he tell me to f**k off and said I said I only wanted plain chips?? I asked for a refund and got told no. These people are absolute scum who steal hard working peoples money!! I will never go there again as my pizza was revolting too. Food rating is terrible. BEWARE THEY SEEM TO GET ORDERS WRONG A LOT AND DO NOT OFFER TO RECIFY IT!!!

Placed an order for 2 pizzas and some chicken last week: £23 Placed the same order this week: £30 I’m all up for people making money, but to put the phone down on my whilst I queried the prices has resulted in a 1 star, including the return call to ask why you put the phone down! Chicken pizza kebbas all you could need after a night out good kebbas choose from a variety of them mixed chicken donner ect pop in see for yourself staff friendly and quick. They also deliver too.

Everytime I order from here the order is wrong. We have ordered online everytime. Order not turned up. Find out the order was never recieved by the online system. Tonight we had half an order turn up. The driver turned up drinking a can of coke and the chav on the passenger seat was eating pizza. (We were missing a can of coke and a garlic bread from the order) he told us that they would go and pick it up and drop it back off. Phoned the shop to be told u have had your order and wouldnt be getting a replacement. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS DISCUSTING PLACE!! BE WARNED

Ordered food at half 8 told it would be 40 minutes an hour later phoned and was told it’s leaving the shop now, phoned another half an hour later to be told by a rude man that they are busy and it’s on its way, 2.5 hours later pizza turned up cold, if I hadn’t paid by card previously would of told them where to go. Won’t use these again, useless rude and offer to sorry not once! Kebab shop and cheeky chicken far more professional.

Que pedimos desde aquí y fuera, pero cada vez hay errores, objetos perdidos, los precios son diferentes a lo que está en el menú, una noche mi pizza sobrinos se habían tomado a un largo viaje y cuando no estaba muy fría llega! Cuando las cosas se están perdiendo todo lo que te dan es "dar la próxima vez que pide "no quiero su té mis hijos ahora! Hermano y familia llegó así a mi madre ordenados desde aquí para todos nosotros y como digo cosas faltaban, mal las cosas un montón de errores no siento nada! Aléjate es menos problemas!

Total disgrace!!!!! They screw your order up and send food that's not the way you've ordered it and tell you next time it,ll be replaced free of charge?? But when the delivery comes guess what they say " we never give free food away" told delivery driver knock 80pence off order !!! They take your money easy enough but when it comes down too customer service there a sudden loss of legible English and basically f**k you off!!!!!!

That didn't happen either. I call back to get nothing but attitude from the same woman I spoke to earlier. It took over TWO HOURS for us to get our food. I then complained to the driver that the food was cold who thought it was some sort of joke, laughed at me, then went on to claim that the food was just cooked. It seemed more like they threw it into a microwave for 30 seconds because they were too lazy to cook a fresh portion. Extremely poor service. NEVER ordering from here again!

Kebabs are always good, delivery is quick, had scampi for a change not nice, they were over cooked and flat, no sign of scampi but may of been minced, wont order scampi again, stick to kebabs there well nice .

Ordered previously and never had an issue but was really disappointed with the kebabs this time. The chicken kebab was really poor and certainly was not what I expected and would never order one again. Shame really as usually get a good meal but not this time.

Ordered a pizza was completely ruined by time it got it rang them up got a other pizza free of charge delivered very helpful and happy to help overall happy with everything and pizza was lovely.

They missed 1/2 our order from the delivery so my husband called and was told it was coming straight down, after 20 minutes he called again to say we are still waiting and the rest of the order has now gone cold because it's been that long, the woman at Talk of the town replied "it's almost ready and well you could have eaten that part", safe to say we won't be using them again! VERY DISAPPOINTING!!!

Food is always good, but this time they missed part of our order. Phoned the takeaway who apologised about the mistake and would send the remaining part of the order down straight away. After 20 mins still no sign so had to phone yet again. Asked how long it was going to be and that the rest of the food was now getting cold was met with a load of 'attitude' down the phone. Finally got the rest of the order and the delivery driver was extremely apologetic, shame the girl on the other end of the phone hadn't taken a leaf out of his book!

Had an awful conversation while phoning to correct my order after the wrong order was received I asked for a chicken Burger and got chicken and chips I asked for my order to be corrected but all I got was abuse and was asked to pay for yhr correction I was disgusted with the attitude I received from the staff member on the other end of the phone I will not be ordering from here again
