Food good, service good, parking terrible, the spaces are half a car wide.

Empty when we arrived, filled up quickly. There was an issue with my order. However, it was dealt with quickly. The order screen had no paper for receipt.

It a whopper of a place, hot food, good service and quite quick.

Been in for a whopper meal with a fanta couldn't fault it, and the service from the two lads on the front was excellent the young manager and crew member so poilte and chatty will come back when next in area :)

Hands down the worst service I've ever received the fat blonde girl on the counter ignores all people queuing to order there are very disrespectful and I will not be returning to this hole of an establishment

This was our closest BK and my dad really fancied a Whopper. We drove 20 mins, reaching just before closing time - the staff were so lovely - while serving my food, the server accidently spilled some fries, but came out to give me another bag, which was really sweet of her. The restaurant was extremely clean. Food was hot and fresh. Will definitely visit here again, if I'm passing through.

It's alright in'nit, good people and that a bit dirty from time to time but I complained yeah and they sorted it right quick.

Terrible customer service, asked the manager Chris if we could order ,without using the screen, as we were the only customers waiting. He left us waiting several minutes. We gave up and used Greggs instead

Food needs to be checked and double checked because twice now my food has been wrong and missing items. Check the points for the app on the machine because they don't go on when you complete order and staff don't have a clue.

Stale bread and luke warm patties - £14.98 (BurgerKing burger meal with drink plus a separate burger) Would you like any sauces Sir. Yes please, some mayo. That'll be 30p per sachet Sir. Upon eating, the stale buns and luke warm burger patties became apparent.

While eating my food I discovered the lettuce on my burger was rotten. I informed a staff member & all they said was we’ll get you another one, no sorry ect customer service training wouldn’t go a miss!! 30p for a sachet of mayonnaise!!!!!

Very busy when I visited, but didn't wait too long. My order was correct. ( which most of the time other places get it wrong!)

We stop here regularly, on our way to visit friends on North Wales. There is plenty of options for eating, toilets, a shop and of course fuel. Staff are friendly and helpful.

I have come to dine at this BK a few times and have never been disappointed at all by the service or food. The food is always fresh and hot and staff are always happy, friendly and treat their customers like family. The manager holly and assistant manager Gaz are always there working 110% as well as smiling and happy. If anyone is looking for a good BK for lunch or dinner I would recommend this one any day.

It's a Burger King you get exactly what you expect.

Always a pleasant experience visiting here & the food is consistently good - the staff can often be rushed off their feet but they somehow still manage to always remain calm, efficient & friendly towards customers.

Part of a fuel station and truck stop. Have been to better burger Kings. Staff need to have more attention to cleanliness, floors could so with more regular sweeping, and tables more frequent wiping down. Food was hot, tasted ok. Staff polite.

Items missing and sent all onion rings instead of fries. All food was freezing cold...36°C. I had to heat food in the oven to make it edible. I did try to speak to an online chat line but was told that food was delivered on time and I would only receive a credit note for missing items. Poor service. Poor attitude. Really disappointing as I've never experienced this from BK before

Great friendly service, food was tasty, hot and fresh. No queue in store and the wait for my order was only a matter of a couple of minutes. I ordered at the touch screen counter which was clean and responsive, the seating area and counter both looked clean and well kept. My only niggle was the cost of the meals, at just over £25 for three regular meals with soft drinks that left a sting but its the same at all similar locations due to convenience. Overall the team are doing great, me and my family loved the meal! Worth a stop by

Has limited parking available outside. Does offer seating indoors, and provides take out. Has a low counter and an interactive screen. It is wheel chair accessible and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The food is hot and fresh. I would highly recommend for its convenience and quality.

Bloody expensive £22 for 2 large burger meals... go to a restaurant next time.

Convenient. Friendly staff but just as expensive as a motorway services when it's just on an industrial estate full of local people/workers who need somewhere reasonably priced to eat. The high costs are reflected in the lack of people in the que for this service and in the big ques for all the other services in the shop like Greg's, Spar and Subway. You can put the nicest staff in the world behind the counter but changes need to be implemented at management plus level to make this a more accessible fast food restaurant for the locals.

Today I had a Angus burger from them with an extra hair 18/97/2021. I felt like throwing up. When I took it back they where not suprised and gave my money back as it happens everyday.

Chips are always fresh and the service is always quick.

Slow HGV fuel pumps. Limited parking. Facilities can be hit and miss but seen much worse! Cashier staff can be rude and arrogant but they do have a select few who are always polite and chatty, the ones who have been there the longest usually.

Service was ok, but the Whopper was anything but a Whopper, normally there is loads of lettuce and onions, the Whopper we purchased today hardly had any lettuce or onions on it and they still charged full price?? More like a flopper meal than a whopper meal! Just go to McDonald's and get a BigMAc!!

This burger kings far better than the one further down the A55. Foods always hot and fresh, and exactly as you ordered it.

Called off 15 mins before closing, chips were cold, burger was cold, could not complain as lights went out as I walked back to my car. Kinda think someone was in a hurry to go home. Won't call again. But on the plus side Burger King on the A55 Northop, brilliant :)

First time we visited was a complete shambles. Order was totally wrong & when I asked for it to be corrected the girl stormed off muttering insults. Thought we would give them another chance - and it will be the last time we go there. Burgers were lukewarm, buns were solid and the fries were like rubber. Staff couldn't be less interested if they tried. The whole burger king area is disgustingly dirty and looks shabby/ tired compared to the other outlets. Never again.
