If you are considering a delivery from here you probably won't get a full order 4 out of 5 orders have something missing and takes ages to get a refund.

Waited at the counter be served, ignored so I used the self service machine (clearly the staff aren't aware of job protection). Fast food this certainly wasn't. Fairly clean for a virtually empty premises also.

On the busiest weekend of the year in Worcester during the Xmas 🎄 Fayre I popped in for breakfast 🍳. Busy with orders and delicious hot McMuffin meal.

The chips were great, but the vegetable deluxe was just meh. Nonetheless, the chips were still nice and fresh. Sad the option for veggie burgers was only the vegetable deluxe.

Slow service. Staff behind counter pissing around. My Fanta was watery. Chips barely hot. Big Mac looked as if it had been thrown together. Place needs a good clean.

Breakfast stop on a Saturday morning. Ordered on the app and brought to table. Quick and easy. Friendly staff that we saw.

I ordered my daughter a meal from Worcester McDonald’s foregate street via Uber . I have ordered many times and fries always cold we have to reheat them . On Sunday the fries arrived mouldy . I have pictures to prove this . Shocking . A small child could have eaten them ! We complained and the following day got a refund but it’s disgusting to be served mould on fries .

Very bad full of kids that don’t make it a very pleasant experience, will not be visiting again, service is also quite bad staff not very helpful

Packed and obviously prioritising the delivery part of the business. Waited 15 minutes after ordering on the screen. Place is filthy, food was cold. I’m sure they’re not bothered that I won’t be using them again, I know they’re cheap ish but just don’t bother!

Went to McDonalds last week and noticed the table was not sanitised and the burger was cold I wont be going back to there in the near future

Before work popped in for Sunday morning breakfast. As always very nice and delivered to the table service. User of the app now it’s very handy.

I have a burger fries and a cola which was nice and the staff were friendly and helpful would visit again

No cheese, no Ketchup, nothing on the menu but a Big Mac (minus sauce) and a fillet o fish and some wraps. Bizarre visit. A fast food burger but no burgers

Ordered on app before leaving home. Then check in on arrival. All works well. Not long to wait on a very busy Friday lunchtime.

Every time I’ve been I have received the wrong order and the food that I actually receive is absolutely terrible looks like it’s been assembled by someone wearing boxing gloves

Usual madness for late night fast food at about 11.30 pm. I do feel for the staff. But we were queuing at the counter to order our food and were being ignored. The people using the machines to order were getting priority. When i asked if anyone was serving at this counter the supervisor replied we are very busy. yes i can see that, and i was trying to be patient, but if you have a counter open to order at, then someone should be taking orders at that counter. A long queue was forming behind us. Also, i ordered the Christmas bites with cranberry sauce. which were advertised, but they werent available. The other sauce stations were also empty of sauce, and no one was around clearing tables. But my Big Mac and fries were good, and the coffee was lovely & hot

Went there on the Saturday night of Halloween, which of course is going to be very busy. However I ordered but it took ages to come- this very nice man (nick) was able to quickly resolve this for me and brought them over to the table where he also turned on the electrics so me and my friends could charge our phones and get home safe. Big up nick absolute life saver and his customer service skills were great.

We went to Maccies on a Saturday evening. FoodThe food was hot, took a while to get but it was delicious and hot. DrinksWater!VenueThe venue was clean, and the staff were disinfecting constantly. The manager was very clear, and making sure unruly customers were being dealt with efficiently. My only fault is that a light was flickering severely which could cause an epileptic seizure and was really uncomfortable to sit underneath (hence why we were lucky to have an option to move elsewhere). Not sure why it wasn’t turned off but then if the light’s on a series circuit I can understand! The venue is disabled accessible, however the screens are not and the toilets I’m unsure on, I didn’t use them. Seats have high backs. I would recommend :)

A really bad representation of McDonalds. The restaurant felt dirty, the toilets were. App didn’t work properly (which I appreciate wasn’t the restaurant’s fault) but the manager refused to refund the money that curiously went out on my card despite no order being taken via the app. Was given the offer to get a refund ‘next time I visited’ if the refund wasn’t automatically put back onto my card at some point. Really poor customer service in this respect with ‘cctv’ the evidence they would use if anyone questioned why I needed a refund with no evidence of it. Had to order at the counter instead. Food was all cold, fries a mixture of under and over cooked within same batch. Received the rubbish paper Happy Meal toy instead of the book requested; was torn before even attempted to put together. Wish we’d have gone hungry instead.

I don’t often have burgers, but tonight just needed something quick and simple.Ordered burger and fries and after a couple of minutes my order was ready. It was just 2 minutes to my hotel room, when I got to my room I opened my meal, the fries were still piping hot, the burger however was cold and bun was hard and dry.Overall a basic meal.

It was 8.30am on a Sunday so early. Ordered on screen then a lady called Tracey took us upstairs to a table. Logged in at track and trace as well.Then Tracey brought food to table. She was lovely. Everything clean and tidy. Pancakes were nice and latte good.

A rare visit to a burger joint for me and wished I hadn’t. Got a voucher from the metro so gave it a go. Despite being a special order, which means the burger should be hot and freshly cooked....well it was warmish, bone dry with flaccid undercooked fries. Waste of time really which went downhill further with messy and very smelly toilets. A very very poor effort.

Called in before appointment and used table service. Love sausage mcmuffin. Wish they would serve them all day! Lovely lady cleared my tray as well for me.

Visited today for breakfast.Staff didn’t really seem bothered but I ordered a egg and sausage muffin.When I opened it to eat, the egg was burnt, had some green coloured additional egg on the plastic tray and it was like rubber with a big crater in the middle. When I asked one of the stuff if they’d eat it, the answer was “what was wrong with it”.The manager did give me my money back, but said they are not scrapping the surfaces properly!!!Really poor form from a McDonald’s.

Went to get a aBig MAC with the Promotion on a Bus Ticket,Toilet floor near urinals wet through.I nearly slipped no Wet floor signs about and the main door to the toilet not closes properly.Toilet Roll on the floor near to the toilet as well.

Visit Maccies most weeks after a night shift, and it's always busy. The food is always hot and is really tasty to eat, the staff are busy but not moody or snappy. The only fault here is that the restaurant at night despite the staff's clear best efforts is a mess. They should hire a cleaner to be on the ball all the time with it, like emptying the overflowing bins but its a city centre McDonalds, it's always going to be mayhem.

We all went out and thought we would give the kids a treat so we called into maccys to have a meal in there. i have to say service was very slow our burgers and fries was luke warm to cold and you would actually think looking at the burgers they had been thrown together needless to say we wasnt impressed and wished we had eaten somewhere better

Every few months I'll go to the centre of Worcester Maccies.Long q to order and oh my days, a long wait for big Mac and fries. Really long.... like got to be at least 15 mins. Good job I had take out, I needed to leave.

MaccieD's Worcester - OK, but rather too crowded for comfort leading to a long wait to order. Food was fine. Vouchers bring the price down to a reasonable level if all you want is a burger.

Placed my order at 09:41 at approximately 09:55 I asked if my order would be long and was bluntly informed we are busy can't you see we have 10 orders on the screen. There were other customers waiting & my order number was 50, two guys next to me had their number of 62, yet no one was at the service desk or the automated machines. So I guess the can't you see we are busy was relating to the amount of people waiting to receive their orders. In the preparation area there was a guy with long hair tied up in a bun but still rested on his neck line, he along with female staff were not wearing hair protection head wear. The guy in the prep area was seen by me opening a blue plastic bag which contained the bugger buns with his bare-hands and then handled the buns and placed them in a tray. The female staff were also handling the food orders without wearing food hygiene gloves. The female staff member who was taking a non automated orders and handling money was seen by me leaving that station and then entering the food prep area and assisting to prep orders, again at no time did she attempt to wash her hands or put on gloves. Is the normal food hygiene standard which is adopted by McDonald nationwide?

Had to get through a crowd of youngsters arguing with the security man on the door, our food order was incorrect and it was cold. Difficult to find a decent seat, tables needed clearing/wiping clean. Youngsters were hanging around inside, and there was an elderly man with no sign of any food or drink purchased from the restaurant leant over asleep at one of the tables. There was rubbish on the floor everywhere inside.

Didnt have much time so popped in for a big mac lunch. Friendly staff. Quick delivery and clean tables.

My husband downloaded the app and we have it a go at Worcester. Initially it takes longer but probably once you order once it would be super quick. Nice breakfast. Love mcmuffins!

Just picked up 2 signature burgers, large fries, 20 chicken nuggets and sauces. Took a bite into a cold burger, which has put me right off, it didn’t look very signature either. They also forgot the 4 sauces I ordered. Not impressed one bit. Will spend the extra and go to GBK in future.

Busy Wednesday lunch time in the Worcester foregate branch. Ordered at the counter as I had a voucher. I always do the online receipt survey and you get a code for £1.99 big Mac and fries. Friendly staff. Restaurant clean and tidy....

I feast on McDonalds in the same way I used to feast on opiates: infrequently, followed by guilt.

Ordered on the screens and brought to table with the new take a number system. Much better than hanging around the service counter. Lovely staff clearing tables as well and came over to help without being asked even though I was happy to do myself

Place was very busy, children off school so was not expecting much. The floor and tables were littered with mess from the food dropped. Guess the cleaning lady was kept busy trying to keep up with the mess and the empty cartons left on the tables after the eater had left the there. Service was exceptionally slow though and not apology was forth coming when the order finally arrived and the French fries were cold, which they did replace albeit reluctant.

Well the food is ok and staff good enough but what a low life crowd you get in there.I went in the other friday night about 8ish and it was bedlam.All type of things going on by the youngsters that get in there.Its a poor advert for visitors to the city,ive been in loads of maccies all over europe but this is the worst.No fault of the company or staff just local toerags,girls as bad as the lads.Im told they have bouncers on the doors later on so it must get worst.

I love the staff in this McDonald's especially Monika and Adam; they are always friendly, extremely helpful and always smiling when i walk in. however the hygiene has dipped lately. today i went in and the guy with dark hair who cleans the floor was cleaning tables with mop bucket water, cross contamination at its worst. there is mould growing off the lampshades where all the sauce and food has splattered up from drunk customers and hasn't been cleaned off properly and to top it off there were ants crawling all over the place! come on guys pull your socks up!

A dreadful experience, cholesterol laden greasy plateful of expensive, low quality tasting food and a refusal of unseasoned fries. I will never return to any Mcdonalds. You have been warned!!!!

Visited earlier in the week with my teenage children in the afternoon and the staff were struggling with removal of an offensive drunk, sat drinking cider. He was swearing around young children. On the evening a few days later we popped in for a coffee after the cinema around 9.00pm. Again full of youths not actually eating or drinking, hanging around, swearing etc. Service was fine both times but some of the clientel are a nusience, I feel for the staff that have to deal with this kind of behaviour. The local pubs have doormen, yet staff snd customers of this restaurant dont have anybody helping them out

Must have got a maccies on nights out a hundred times as a student. The staff here get so much grief from people but remain really professional. Food is average. It's a mcdonalds.

Not enough room to write it all but appalling customer service. Hope nothing goes wrong because the cocky, arrogant staff will not help you in any way, other than giggle to each other and accuse you of being rude! Perhaps they should attend training on how to resolve customer problems rather than create them!

Kids love there mcdonalds I take them once a week as a treat after school on fridays! Never once had a issue will continue to do so aswell :)

We came for lunch as it was pretty quiet in there which is strange for mcdonalds ordered food mcchicken sandwich fries large shake and big mac fries from the counter and found a seat to enjoy our food,watching the world go by

we went to this Mcdonalds at Foegate st Worcester we had burger and fries with a drink there was more lettuce than burger the bread roll just fell apart all that was left was the upper part of the bun the rest had fallen onto the tray and the French fries over cooked the only part of this meal that was any good was the service and the hot drink next time we will go to the pub just down the road for a proper meal

Llevé a los niños para un desayuno tarde tratan como el cine estaba lleno. Ahora pastillas para los niños para jugar, no estoy seguro de que me gusta esta idea como nunca suficiente tanto para niños para sentarse juntos, muchas salpicaduras como niños distraídos. Me insistió en que comimos lejos de las tabletas, pero aún estaban una distracción y causa de mucho whinging", sólo uno ir Pleeaasssseeee" el típico tipo de cosas. La comida era lo que esperaba de un Mcdonald's, se olvidaron de mi patata pero no dudaría en volver a suministrar una cuando les recordaba.

Personal miserable, mal servicio, comida fría (a pesar de estar recién preparado"). Larga espera, aunque relativamente tranquilo, la comida y luego a la izquierda en la encimera caliente- que claramente no estaba caliente como la comida estaba fría. Mesas sucias y sin ambiente.

No vayas a este McDonald's mucho, pero, en el último, el ordenamiento del sistema de pantalla ahora parece funcionar. A sólo unos minutos de espera. Agradable y un medio ambiente limpio.

Very clean with modern decor. Food was not dripping with grease and tasted good. Breakfasts here are the best. Free parking and easy to find. Friendly staff.

Dropped in unexpectadly and found the counter staff very friendly and helpful when trying to order as choice and setup different from Stateside. Made us feel very special and left with great fresh food. Thanks for making us welcome.

Only two people on the tills taking orders. A ticket number given to Que up..... Then of course a large Que builds up, and yes of course a long wait!!! Food- burger box covered in grease, burger greasy, cheese not even slightly melted as burger cold. I suggest going to subway just opposite...... Mc nonsense!!!! :(

Used the pre order system which was easy to use although seem to have to order each meal separately. Food arrive quickly and HOT which made a nice change because usually if you order the fish burger it arrives cold. Ne pre order system seems to be working fine.

It was approximately 2.45am, me and two close friends had been catching up over a few beverages after years apart. It had been a while since we'd seen each other and we were on cloud 9 after enjoying each other's company for the first time in a long time. Many laughs were to be had in the popular Australian themed nightlife hotspot Bushwackers, and what better way to top it off, we quipped, than McDonalds, the nations favourite fast food chain. Oh how wrong we were! Upon entering the premises, we were greeted with a rather large queue. In the wake of recent events, we took the proud British Tradition in our stride and queued for what I believe to be around 3.5 minutes. Acceptable, we deemed. Quickly and efficiently, a seemingly polite assistant took down our rather simple order. Two double cheeseburgers, one without gherkins, twenty chicken nuggets and two medium tap waters. A simple and understandable order after a night out on the lashotelli with the lads. We received a receipt, number 127 we joked, what a large number for such a night. Patiently we waited. Seconds went by. Minutes went by. Number 26! Number 27! Number 35! Dismayed but not yet dejected, we enquired politely on the status of our order. Number 38! Number 40! Eight and a half minutes had passed since our order. People had come and gone. Yet we remained, lemon-like, standing round, awaiting our order attentively. Ten minutes had passed before my close friend decided to enquire about the status of our meal. 'It's not showing on our system'. Disgusted, we demanded our Double Cheeses and tap waters. Eventually, we received our original order 16 minutes later, with no apologies or condolences. And to top it off?! Our Medium tap waters arrived, not medium in stature, but small! Oh, what bother! How long we have waited to only be quickly dismissed and shuffled on as if we were the the problem! Our short and brief love affair with McDonalds is over as quickly as it began. Regrettably, a previously loyal and eager customer.

I've been quite a few times to this mcdonalds, I just don't get why the order on screen and wait system doesn't work efficiently. They seem to have plenty of staff around and working, but it takes ages to get your order. Most of the times I nip to the loo/sit down on my phone for 10 or so minutes before you get called. Happened loads of times as well ever since it started the new system last November.

I don't very often eat in Mcdonalds and its a few years since I've been in and there have been some changes. It looked clean and bright it wasn't too busy so I went to the counte and was served quite quickly. Then while eating it realised I could have ordered it on one of the screens. Now I have to go in again to have a go at that!

This McDonald's is by far the best one to go to. You can order yourself at the touch screen kiosks or at the till. The order is always correct which is a rare thing in other branches of McDonald's. The staff are mainly all friendly, helpful and appear to be working hard to get the food fast and to keep the restaurant clean. There is always plenty of seating and rarely any mess or dirty tables. The food is always of a good standard and very tasty. Perfect for lunch breaks!

The new ordering system has been in place at Worcester Foregate Street for a couple of months now.I've been in a few times since then and it's been a lengthy waiting service. I know it's all new and everything, but seriously, Mcdonald's surely wouldn't have implemented this system if it didn't work, and I'm afraid, at Worcester, it doesn't.10 mins for 4 hot drinks to take out one visit.Today, I went in around 11.30am ish and it was nearly 15 mins for a deli sandwich meal and quarter pounder meal. It wasn't even busy. Next time, I won't order on the screens and Q up at the desk, I think it will be quicker.Can't blame the staff I guess, they do their best.

Walked in to find quite a queue,not to much of a problem but when your stood there for 10 mins with 1 person serving you stay in the same place!no initiative to serve anyone! A lot of visits have been made to Mc Donald's and this has to be one of the worst!

Quick service, lots of staff constantly working to keep the restaurant clean and tidy.Unfortunately lots of teenagers around that are noisy and sometimes cause havoc, however staff are very good at keeping situations out of the building and under control. A few more seats dotted around may be helpful as it is usually very busy.

Restaurante legal para se fazer um refeição rápida e prática. A comida não é muito boa por ser muito industrializada. O atendimento é muito rápido e bom.
