Quick service not much room tho to order the kiosk are always full

me and my friends ordered in mcdonald’s and it took 20 minutes for our food to get called, we walked out after waiting so long and my friend who had ordered a PLAIN cheeseburger, received a normal burger. i walked back in and handed the cheeseburger to the worker and asked for a plain one and explained the situation and he told me he would get it sorted, another 10 minutes went by and nothing was done about the situation, we waited another 5 before i said nicely how long we had been waiting. the woman called the man over (which i think could have been the manager) and he asked how i ordered and i said the keosks and he said which one and i pointed, he raised his voice and was extremely disrespectful about the whole situation. he was impatient and rude even though we were waiting that long. nothing was done about the situation and we walked out. i hope something is done about this as a lot of people were getting fed up with the workers not doing anything as many of them were standing around doing nothing. i am so annoyed as neither of us deserve to be spoke to and treated like that by thier workers

ordered a double cheese burger meal plain went outside of mcdonald’s and the burger was NOT plain my friend went back for them to change it for me gave them the burger and said he’d change it the three of us were waiting inside the mcdonald’s for atleast 20 minutes we asked the worker where the burger was since we were waiting an incredibly long time for just a plain cheese burger then another man worker was asking us for a number but we could not remember since we were waiting for such a long time they were also asking us what screen we were ordering at and we pointed at the screen and he keep repeating himself are lift was outside waiting a while for us and told us they couldn’t wait anymore so i will not be going back since the workers were not very polite

It's a pretty standard city centre McDonald's, all the joys of interesting people inside and out! Food is standard McDs and service all fine - mainly interacted with a touch screen though 😀

Bit messy, normally a bit of a wait on the food, it does the job though. the workers are always busy, they don't seem to be slacking, its just normally busy with the takeout service to deal with - that seems constant.

Just don't like Swansea in general. It's a McDonald's, so you already know what the food is like.

No milkshakes again, plus the chicken sandwich was a bite stale. Definitely not cooked fresh. Fries were stock piled in the fry compartment.

Poor experience. Place was rammed full and food was served cold. Self service machines didn’t provide us with a receipt. Staff are clearly very hard working however and kept the orders flowing through so credit to the team there! Unfortunately we won’t be returning any time soon however.

Never had a bad burger or milkshake here, absolute scran, did see some angry man get kicked out by proper buff security, you are definetly safe and mabye getting a hug from the absolutely jacked security, like I mean a beast of a boy, anyways the photos are the unrealeeased menu item “please burger cheese” (two triple cheese burgers with a curry sauce and a pack of sugar in between each party and bun)

Stopped in yesterday for a burger. Really wished we hadn't bothered. The self service didn't provide a receipt, the staff looked fed up and dejected, filthy tables and the burgers were cold. Plus the prices have gone up! Joke.

Very busy and huge ques when we arrived but didn't take too long to get our food. Toilets could do with a bit of maintenance though. (Ladies loos had loose seats and only one hand dryer working)

Ideal for a quick bite . Smack bang in the city centre.

I ordered takeout, I didn't check what was in the bag... 3 items were missing from the order...

I love macd. Staff at this one very helpful and gave me access to disabled toilet which doesn't happen alit of the time regardless of unseen disability lanyard on view

This is the first and only mcdonalds to ever get our very complicated (sorry!!l order correct!!! food was lush and our server was very nice and friendly.

Standard McDonald's food with friendly staff and plenty of space.

The usual good value McDonald's fare, and hard working staff. But the upstairs seating area is truly opressive. Yes have a small part of it that resembles a graffiti strewn skate park, but not the entire area.

Food cold whold of been hotter if it was delivered by deliveroo

Been to many McDonald's but this one based in swansea city centre is clean well managed staff ever so helpful and so polite everyone smiling no one seems miserable in this place. Food is fantastic milkshake are delicious chocolate taste like chocolate not like the ones in London I have been having. Highly recommend this McDonald's 👌

Ordered a meal, with a mc flurry, but my mc flurry was never given. I went downstairs with my receipt to get it sorted, and the man told me it'd be done in a second. Waited another 20 minutes and I chose to walk away. No care whatsoever for their mistakes on their orders.

I usually refrain from writing negative reviews but the place is not worth having food or wasting money in or takeaway. Same rubbish junk food which attracts a special crowd. Except for the staff the place is a big no go for me or my family.

Your standard McDonalds, right by town centre so good job to the employees dealing with all the drunk people

It's a maccies so you get what you get not often in Wales so taken a back by the bag charge. Be aware of the seagulls tho stole some young lasses apple pie. As always my receipt didn't print so can only give 4 stars.

There is any Muslim staff in the McDonalds and they will make halal the food and they will bring halal meat or bring halal chicken

Food was missing and I was refused a refund.

Fast service on my last visit, considering its school holidays they were banging out the orders. Chicken select a bit chewy today, but normally very good. My fav meal with a latte. Never stay to eat in, too full and loads of kids, not what I want on my work lunch break.

Me and my friend attended a week or two ago my food was delicious but my mate got a grilled chicken salad and has been suffering from a sore throat ever since I personally would like to make sure all the food is prepared hygienically for all customers

It’s a 5th time That the meal I ordered was incorrect incomplete or completely wrong , yesterday got 2 bigmac meal with no cheese in neither . Fries was half empty . I can’t stress this enough no one care about the service they provide which is extremely sad I got bigmac with literally meat and ketchup last time . Or some of the order is missing . When this madness will stop that people can trust what they paying for and don’t need to check every single time the order is correct ….

Ordered on the app was waiting a long time for it altho it was on a tray for about 10 minutes and when we did get It we was missing items I went back to tell them but was hard to get any ones attention so ended up waiting 15 minutes longer so my food was freezing the time I actually got to eat it

Rubbish place. Order is always wrong and you can't sit inside after 8pm cause the kids always cause trouble. Go to the other Mcdonald's in Swansea.

Honestly unsure why I return here. Missing items on every single order every single time. Like Honestly I know they are in mcdonalds because thier aspirations and skill sets doesent carry them much further but how can you Honestly miss items labeled out for you. Again my 6 Yr old has to go without because you clowns (your mascot says alot) can't get something right. Shambles of a place trash management and trash quality control really need to get a grip on it but let's face it you guys don't care its just a pay check to them not that the numbers make any sense to any of them. Honestly it's not hard to stack a order and place it in the bag keep up the awful work. Cheers.

Ordered Mcdelivery and was missing a large part of my order. Not very happy since it wasn’t a hard order and couldn’t get any answer while calling both the restaurant and the Uber customer service

Shocking customer service!! Goes in and asks to use the toilet due to being 7 months pregnant and not being able to walk any further for a toilet and in this heat to be told no they will not allow me to use the toilet also had my 9 year old niece with me who also needed a toilet bang out of order won’t be using this McDonald’s again!!!!!!!!

Busy as usual but staff are good at what they do. A well oiled machine they have there, I was watching how each section does their bit and how it all comes together.

Food is great, but every kisok is broken, so you can NOT get your receipt to see your order number. It has been that way for 7 months, at least. And they don't allow you to sit on the stool after a certain time. Which makes no sense, and even the employees think it is stupid.

Nothing like McDonald's giving away expired codes 😅 absolute joke looking at that... We are today the 27th of April to which this came off my milkshake I ordered today and the date of expiry on this is the 25/04/2023.... Nice to know McDonald's has updated stock.

It's a McDonalds, obvs. But I got really fast and upbeat service from the crew... worth a mention 😀

The inside is not very inviting. It is quite dirty. There was food all over the floors and the windows were all smeared.

The cleaning service is amazing. The lady Christiana was always cleaning and tidying up. Never saw this kind of service in other Macdonalds.

I order food without mayonnaise, but when I reach my flat, I find plenty of mayonnaise in my food. This is the second times

I had table service because i had my two year old daughter with me & it was really quiet, food came out with no sauce so I went up to ask for 1 curry sauce and the women was rude and said they now 10p, I was more than happy to pay, rather than taking my money or serving me at the till, she made me wait in the queue which the lady infront of me seemed to be having problems, waited 5 minutes and has to go back to my food as it was getting cold, extremely rude staff. It would of taken the women 2 seconds to take the 10p and give the sauce

Every time we order for delivery there is something wrong or missing... EVERY TIME!

It's a very crowded place. It's hard to find seats sometimes. There are toilets available on the first floor. The disabled toilet is on the ground floor but I have seen many abled people using it.

For those of you who want to try and be a little healthier when your friends and kids want McDonalds, do NOT bother ordering the chicken salad!! This was the most pathetic salad I have ever seen. Two teeny tiny pieces of chicken (I asked for grilled, got crispy - so tough I could not even cut them let alone bite into it!), 2 small pieces of bacon, a couple slices of onion, 2 slices of tomato, maybe a slice of cucumber and the saddest lettuce ever! Total waste of money! And then when we got home I discovered I didn’t even get my dressing, which would have made it semi edible. All in all, salads are clearly not their thing. Just have the burger :)

Shinkflation on the hot chocolate. Supposed to be 0.3L on a regular but instead I get around 20% less (see attached). Please increase the price of the hot chocolate and the correct amount of drink instead of using slimy tactics by reducing portion sizes but keeping the price the same. Will append score if there is a valid reason for the reduced amount I'm getting.

Place is a joke!! kids running riot and being left to do as they please! I ordered a burger and after a 10min wait I got a bun with nothing in it! That’s not the only mistake but that tops it! Staff are slow, not very helpful, mens toilet is always flooded or covered in human waste (and I mean up the walls and everything) junky’s always outside begging, arguing, taking drugs in the open, saw one woman cleaning her fanny with a pack of wet wipes right in front of the window I was sat by while I was trying to eat.. (DEFINITELY NOT A CHILD FRIENDLY LOCATION!)

Only table was right next to the door for a wheel chair and with the amount of people coming in and out it spoiled our trip. Food was warm not hot.

Was a busy time of day, but service was quite quick as all staff were very busy, first time to go in there for a couple of years and food was tidy, we all enjoyed.

OMG the food is horrible, luke warm and dry as hell. The staff really don't want to be there. The place is dirty and even with the cleaners doing there best, but I think they need more help.

Do not expect your online order in less than one hour in the morning they don't really giving a ... So don't forget to rate them when you order online 😕😟😦

Order and collect regularly for multiple people in a nearby office. Always fresh, warm and correct.

Orders are mostly wrong and no substitute ever offered or given when something is not in stock.

Staff are always trying their best at this restaurant, Especially Matt, he always tries to o above and beyond when I see him

Every single time I order from here a burger is always missing. Surely they can’t be hiring such idiots! And if it’s happened EVERY SINGLE TIME to me who else has items missing. I’ve worked in fast food. Yes it’s fast paced but it’s far from a difficult job! Do better.

This is by far the craziest, busiest McDonald's I have ever been too! Its absolutely carnage yet the staff seem to have everything under control. What really let's this place down are the toilets. There aren't enough facilities for the amount of customers and this really needs to be addressed. Food is as whatvyou would expect. Service is very quick. Location is good

Good food but it's always crowded, so it's sometime dirty during weekends

Ordered a vegetarian meal and received 4 meat containing meals. I can't eat them, so I now have to throw away like 4 persons worth of food straight into my bin. I thought I could maybe at least eat the chips but they were completely cold and rubbery, no exaggeration they were like they'd been sat outside in the cold for half an hour. When I phoned the restaurant to let them know they'd sent me totally the wrong order that I can't eat and now have to have 4 persons worth of food rotting in my bin, she laughed at me and said she was hungry thinking about the food. Lovely. The driver just told me "my job is done call the restaurant" (not really his fault to be fair) Got my money back from Uber Eats but that doesn't change the fact that I'm now still hungry and the huge food waste that's going to be attracting flies and rats in my food bin.

It was filthy. Weren't allowed to sit up one end or upstairs. Rubbish all over the floor and no one cleaning. Two staff standing near closed off area to point you back cause closed. Had to give a star to allow me to post... deserves a minus 5 at least

My order came cold and with a missing drink with the meal after paying extra for the milkshake option. I called a few times but the line was busy. I'm not usually one to complain but this is not the first time it's happened. Edit: I don't think the number on the Google page is correct for the store as it is still not working.

Took 20 mins to get a McMuffin and hash brown. They also forgot my second hash brown that I paid for...

It was around 9pm, we'd seen fresh burgers being made on TV, so got the urge to eat one. We were staying in the centre of Swansea, so Oxford St. seemed the obvious place to go. 1st impressions are important, so the unsightly litter near the Castle Square, McDonalds wrapping and food remnants being most prevalent, wasn't great. Then we encountered two apparently 'homeless' people, sat cross-legged in the entrance, seemingly enjoying a box of something from McDonald's, I always feel a little awkward in these situations, I wouldn't want to have to be like that, but I don't carry cash and begging is actually against legislation, isn't it. Why not put benches along the wall, at least they could be off the ground? Once inside, the staff were busy servicing the many delivery riders and drivers orders, once again there was litter and mess everywhere. No tables were clean, so we opted for the very uncomfortable stools and bar set-up. Our order was simple value hamburger, value chicken burger and a couple of regular drinks just under £5.00 the lot, quite reasonable I thought! It took longer than expected, due to the many large deliver orders I imagined, no problem though the staff were non-stop, the manager too, certainly not a shirker! Our order number was eventually called, we got to our "seat" and opened up the wrapping, then took a 1st bite. Imagine my disappointment to discover the almost total lack of onions, check the picture, can't be more the half a dozen fragments. I suppose that when I modified the order to 'remove pickles', I should have realised that most of the onions were on top of them! I pressed on, but now I'm looking for deficiencies, it wasn't difficult to identify them! The bread at McDonald's has always been decent quality, not this time it was very dry and broke up easily, when holding the bun to eat it. It can't be difficult to keep fresh bread to hand, not in a place like this? Then there was the beef patty, I know things are expensive now, prices have to go up, or portions have to reduce, but BOTH! We left, very disappointed, I've never been a big fan of McDonald's, but always managed to enjoy what I chose ('Wimpy' was always my favourite), but I have had some pretty poor experiences at McDonald's recently, it won't take much more to say enough is enough and take the kids and grandkids elsewhere, after all, food is expensive now it should be better presented than this!
