Someone shot a load into my burger.

Worst McDonald’s in wales, good always cold and rushed. Management are extremely rude. Stay away from this place, absolutely shocking

For a McDonald's this place is pretty decent. Visited late at night/early hours and food was freshly cooked and delivered quickly

I want a full refund, you’ve given me a kids meal not the order above.

Driver was rude I want my money back

Big props to staff working tonight. Got everything correct, good portioned fries, food was still warm, even had straws and napkins :)

We ordered a Caesear Chicken & Bacon Wrap. The Bacon was missing. We also ordered 5 Chicken Selects and the Chicken was absolutely awful and inedible and tough. Ended up in the bin.

Handing me the bags all the drinks leaking everywhere what a mess

I never got my order as I ordered it to the wrong address as I move between 2 houses all the time.I did try cancelling my order but it didn't let me.

Great driver and everything was in the order no problems and food was handed to resident as asked 👍

Can't fault the staff at the drivethu. Really nice and courteous but the service wait for my order was horrendous. Over 30mins of waiting and then when getting Home find the food was cold and no salt on the chips as requested. Called to complain and in fairness replaced my order but when I returned the something happened. Complained again but this time the manager would not believe me as he believes the food was cooked to order and fresh its on their cctv. Well please explain why my both of my orders were cold and how I had to wait more than 30mins each time. Over £20s worth of food was spent, so your would expect warm food to eat. Absolutely shocking, and management, need to go on a managers course on how to deal with complains and produce the evidence they standby., as I had to produce my receipt as proof of order.

The delivery driver was very polite and very early, in other words he is a true credit to the JustEat Delivery Service 👍

Food left the restaurant at 1 it arrived at 1.31 I was tracking the order the driver went in the opposite direction and was sat idle for 10 minutes so I messaged him to ask what’s going on he turned his location off when the food arrived it was stone cold and the drink had spilled everywhere, I have no idea what he was up to but food went straight in the bin

Food as you'd expect for a fast food chain. The service is ok mainly but you do get some staff personnel that really don't want to be there and can be down right rude

The delivery driver took over 30 minutes to arrange at my address to tell me that he had given me order to someone else and expected me to call a complete stranger and ask them for their address to then drive and collect my order from them the delivery driver was completely useless and lazy

Delicious food, breakfast should be optional all day it’s so good. Never understand why they don’t give it as an option. It’s better than any Burger meal, love the Cheesy Flatbreads they’re amazing!

It’s only because he couldn’t find the address because I put by the chip shop so he thought it was outside the chippy so it’s not his fault

The order was missing both the cookies I ordered for my children, who are now very upset. I ordered a while in advance with a specified delivery time, and the order hadn’t even been picked up by the courier at the time it was supposed to arrive. They had plenty of time to get the order correct and yet there was once again items missing from the order, as there is nearly every time I order from this restaurant! Pretty fed up at this point.

I never even received my food. McDonald's said they had an IT error so my order isn't on their system and I paid for nothing. Its a joke.

Easy to order. Glad it arrived early, and it was within the time given anyway. Big Macs were delicious. The milkshakes were nice but overall a bit thicker would have been great. The young man who delivered our order was polite and friendly. Good

I’m not happy having somebody else’s order

My fries were cold, by the time i had them. Not happy. And my veggie dippers went in the bin coz they were over cooked, so they went in the bin. A waste of money.

When i opened the bag most of the food had spilled out of its wrappers , the chicken nuggets were out of the box , the Big Mac box was damaged and the burger was in pieces , a dip had burst open , chips all fallen out of the containers and the food was stone cold . I have had to complain and request a refund as we didn’t want to eat it because of the mess everything was in !
