McDonald's in Swansea

Rarely get an order correct. Ordered through the app, food and sauces missing. Rang the restaurant, given a number to ring, ring the number to get told you have to go through the Ubereats app to sort it out. Farcical. Never again.

Chips were cold and the person on the speaker sounded like they needed a hug . It looked nicer inside so dine in over drive through. Big mac as great as norm .

Cold food,wrong items, and poor service when ordering 😢

Wouldn’t allow me to select delivery via the app so called staff said nothing they can do. So had to select pickup option, got someone to pick up my order for me and staff refused to give to them because that person didn’t have my phone despite them having my code and my consent ? So they had to come all the way back to get my phone and go back down by time they came back again was freezing .

Still the same . Best one in area

Absolutely awful and the Uber delivery drivers are no better and get away with stealing food!

Every time you will get cold food and uncooked fries

Ordered a philly cheese stack meal with no grilled onions online for delivery, my burger ended up being only cheese sauce even though i only wanted to get rid of the grilled onion (very disappointed as i love the crispy onions). Honestly quite disappointed with them here, they always forget something or give me something wrong.

Clean and tidy restaurant food was freshly prepared.

Been through the drive through a couple of times and this McDonald's is not only the worst in Swansea, but probably the worst I've ever been to. Sat in a queue of 3 cars, waiting damn near 30 minutes for my food. Could see the cars in front only ordered one or two items. One car only ordered a drink and still he was there waiting 7 minutes. Not only this, but any delivery order from here will 100% always be missing food, or have wrong items. Re-work your staff, they're absolutely shocking

Awful delivery service. Always missing items. Food is always cold. Avoid this place and spend your cash elsewhere.

Just went through the drive through where I ordered several items for others one of which was a double cheeseburger with extra onions and ketchup only, I saw the order on the board and on the packet but instead of extra onions “we” had none!! Tried phoning to complain but the phone rang out three times!!🤡

Messed up my order even tho the sticker on front was my order but inside was not, not that hard to leave things out

This McDonald's have acquired the unique gift to serve ice cold burgers and fries directly from the cooker how do you do it ?, plus you have to wait ages for your order inside until most of the drive through and delivery drivers have been served first, price you pay you generally expect a warm meal ...

Really really quick for a maccies in serving food. Always hot and to order, one of the best in Swansea.

Very slow, food isn't correct and when it does come it's not hot nd the chips arnt cooked enough

Ordered thru deliveroo and it arrived, i ordered 5 chicken selects and they sent 9 mozzarella sticks in a 5 chicken selects box, and they wonder why people lose their temper, bloody ridiculous that these people are allowed near sharp objects, it appears they are the ones the warnings such as 'dont drink battery acid' are designed for, but saying that they cant understand the written word or they would of got my order right, i wont tar all with the same brush but the management need to learn how to manage staff as they are in charge

ABSOLUTELY APPALING, I had a Mcdelivery order I only received half of my order, then I rung Mcdonalds cwmdu, The first person who answered the phone gave me the incorrect number!!!!! Then they batted me back and forth from uber eats then back to them. They wouldn't take responsibility, then this lady answered the phone who wouldn't give me her name then hung up the phone on me because I said that they were implying that uber eats ate my burgers even though the bag was sealed!!!!! They can't seem to take responsibility for their own actions!!! Personally go to the McDonald's down the road for better customer service it's only a extra minute away!!!

Waited 40 minutes for my food only for the hot food to arrive cold and my mcflurry had turned completely liquid and might aswell have been classed as a drink. Absolutely ridiculous, how can it be fair to take money from people when the quality is like that, ridiculous.

Sent me a happy meal with no drink banana milkshake, only reason I ordered the happy meal was to get. A milkshake. Joke of a company

Shockingly bad service. All they care about are getting the Uber and Just Eat food out. To top it all of the food was disgusting the hamburger looked it had been sat on and not fit for human consumption 🤢

I have made many orders through their app and I have orders missing all of the time. They say to claim a refund through the app but it doesn't let you upload receipts. The delivery time is usually quick but the food is always cold and the burgers turn up in a mess. I suggest not to make delivery orders from this branch.

had a notification saying food had left Mc Donald's but driver done another delivery before me far away so 20 mins later than estimated delivery time driver turns up & all food very very cold so not happy tonight not sure what going on with this place & delivery times lately going down hill 👎
