McDonald's in Swansea

My fries were cold, by the time i had them. Not happy. And my veggie dippers went in the bin coz they were over cooked, so they went in the bin. A waste of money.

missing food from my order again

I ordered at just gone 5pm and food was delivered well after 6pm. The driver was even on the tracker outside McDonald's and didn't move for 10 mins! The food was stone cold and just eat said there was nothing they could do! shocking service!

When i opened the bag most of the food had spilled out of its wrappers , the chicken nuggets were out of the box , the Big Mac box was damaged and the burger was in pieces , a dip had burst open , chips all fallen out of the containers and the food was stone cold . I have had to complain and request a refund as we didn’t want to eat it because of the mess everything was in !

on the app the driver seemed to be in one place for a very long time.....also the chips were cold and the burgers were too...not happy... also the driver had me on the door whilst trying to get a signal for the phone to get the code 😲😠

Just eat drivers need to be asking for the code for peoples food!as I never received my order

ordered two donuts only received one... wouldn't mind but not cheap anymore

they delivered the wrong items and when told the driver gave us no option other than to email which is not possible as the email linked to the account is a forgotten email.

my burger was missing so very unhappy

The food was barely warm. For all the money you pay, you'd expect something edible, not soggy fries and a stone-cold burger. It is shocking what passes for service and quality food.

Really enjoyed! I inhaled my Sunday roast in under 5 mins, it was so delicious while my partner took his time and savoured the burger and fries, also big thumbs up. Will be back for more

I received an order that was missing a double McPlant. I contacted McDonald’s who told me to go through Just Eat for a refund and I have been refused this by Just Eat. Do not order with this company again because they are a bunch of frauds.

The guy showed up with the wrong order then left without giving us our food, I got told to get a refund and that’s it.

time changed from 17.30 to18.20 food came freezing cold milkshake had melted very disappointed in the service today

Haven't ordered from McDonald's in a long time. As the festive menu was out I thought I'd give it a go as love the cheese melt dippers. My order was missing the cheese melt dippers as well as one other item and my dips I aid 15p each for. The food was cold too. Last time, they don't care at all about their customer service. Thankfully Just Eat were very quick granting me a refund for missing items.

30minutes late to the time it was meant to be delivered. Food was received cold. Inedible. Very disappointed with app/driver/experience overall.

Absolutely shocking waiting over an hour from a ‘Fast food’ restaurant and then it arriving freezing cold, to be told by the driver my food would be cold as the previous drop off changed the address.

Absolutely terrible. First order was cancelled, then waiting over an hour for second. Always the same with just eat won’t be using them anymore!

Rarely get an order correct. Ordered through the app, food and sauces missing. Rang the restaurant, given a number to ring, ring the number to get told you have to go through the Ubereats app to sort it out. Farcical. Never again.

fuming ordered the kids icecreams they were all excited and was given entirely the wrong order. he couldn't find my house handed my daughter the bags in the street and we've basically been given someone else's order worth way less than my order. no icecreams no apple pie.

The driver went to the wrong address. If it had been a different number on my street, I could understand, but he was 2 streets away saying he was outside my house. When he did get to my street, I had to go outside to show which house was mine. Never had an issue with drivers before.

Food was near enough cold coming and delivery driver had a attitude problem I’d like to have a refund or at least some of my money back.

The order was totally wrong. I ordered Big Mac meals which turned up without fries. Also ordered 2 triple cheeseburgers that turned into nugget happy meals. At least we got some fries. Need to sort their ordering/staff system out. Absolute disgrace.

Wouldn’t allow me to select delivery via the app so called staff said nothing they can do. So had to select pickup option, got someone to pick up my order for me and staff refused to give to them because that person didn’t have my phone despite them having my code and my consent ? So they had to come all the way back to get my phone and go back down by time they came back again was freezing .

Sent wrong food. Burgers were not plain so did not eat. Chips were cold. Sent curry dip not ketchup, sent 2 cheese burgers instead of 1.

Ordered 5 meals for a meal with the family for a birthday, apon delivery i asked the driver if i could check the order, before i could finish the sentence the driver had run off muttering "that its nothing to do with him and to phone mcdonalds TBC

the driver who delivered my food was refusing to give me my food at my door step, also asked me for my last 4 digits of my number and still refusing by the time I went on the app and realised he asked the wrong question he was still refusing when I give the 4 digits as he was only hearing 3 digits! food was cold and hard so wasted and in the bin
