pulled in for fuel prior to a lengthy journey ahead and though why not grab a burger as was Hank Marvin, I usually find burger king the lesser of the junk food evils as in fast food quality as let's be honest they are all pretty pants, this I must congratulate this particular burger king on providing me with the worst ever experience of fast food, the double bacon cheese burger or what ever it was was Luke warm at best and the bread seemed like artificial bread to want of a better description, the onion rings were soggy and Luke warm but tbf the chips were fresh and a good temperature, coffee was also okayish though also not hot enough, so all in all I wish I hadn't of bothered and just got a Greg's pasty, you live and learn

Typical Burger King on site. Full menu, plenty of seating. The service was OK, the order was correct, the sandwich was tasty, the fries were crispy, the Coke was cold. I recommend!

Superb customer service. On my burger order, I’d deselected all the optional additions like salad, sauces onions etc by pressing the plus button on the order display machine. Of course the machine options were complicating. I only realised this at last. So I asked the staff “Where has my salad and stuff gone?” So, one of the staff checked my receipt and explained what I had done on the order. They were really polite. They shown empathy. The manager offered me a new burger since I had bit a piece of the old one and i took the offer. He gave me a fresh burger. I was very satisfied. The best part is he came out and explained to me how to do this right on the machine. Good staff for the company and the customers.

Staff too busy talking to all their mates who do not even work there, just hanging out at the counter. We were the only ones waiting for food and after going to check to find out what's going on, only to find out it's been sitting there on the side. They also forgot onion rings and didn't have ice cream & didn't offer a refund for it even though we paid for it. Very unprofessional!

Very good food but seriously needs more workers, forget fast food. It's more like snail food with the pace of the workers and it needs more workers, don't want to be served by 2 brainless workers and the tables were filthy.

This is a good Burger King Restaurant, selling all the usual items, the staff are friendly and polite and the service is good. I ordered Chicken nuggets and chips which was made fresh, I would say for the large fries they should give a slightly bigger bag for the price you pay. The seating is ok but it needs to cleaned often, when I visited the floors and tables were dirty. Otherwise a nice restaurant for dine-in or takeout.

Terrible service. Ordered two simple meals and the fools working there got it completely wrong. It’s such a simple job, how could you possibly get it so wrong? Shame on you.

I was sat in here tonight at 19.30 8/02/23 with 2 young males and a female "working" but acting like a bunch of kids. Nothing but messing around and shouting that could be heard from the other side of the place. With any luck management will read this and check who was, well meant to be working anyway.

Tables were filthy,Chips ok were hot,burgers were warm,rolls soggy with water from tomato,would not go there again,staff doing nothing about cleaning the customer area and it wasn't busy so no excuses..

I would give no stars if I could! Closes at 10pm walks km at 9.15pm to be greater by 2 young boys no older than 21 go to order food to be told sorry we not taking orders it was quiet so we have started cleaning and shouting everything down, to which I replied well I'm a customer you're open and I would like to place a larger order ( we have friends visiting ) then a young girl comes in walks in front of me and says " hurry up boys we going to be late " I then say I want to place an order are you going to serve me or not? To which they say no we have cleaned everything now and told me to complain to head office if I want. Little aholes to say the least! Nothing bad bad reviews you hear about this place.

The eating area was so filthy that we took our food to the car to eat. We were the only ones there so the staff weren’t at all busy. None of the tables were clean and the floor looked like it hadn’t been swept in weeks. Absolutely disgusting. It doesn’t take 5 minutes to wipe a table so I can only think that the staff are lazy. They are obviously young with no supervision and doing as little as possible. Food was nice having said all of that.

Coffee left on counter for ten minutes while they cooked a cheeseburger and chips with chilli bites, which when it arrived ten mins later the chips were cold the burger and coffee luke warm and the staffs attitude was disgusting at best

Terrible. I was stood for 20 minutes waiting to be seen. There was no one on the desk or anywhere to be seen. I can understand people need a break. But why leave the counter completely unmanned is beyond me.

Should be zero rated... Staff was not overwhelmed and tables were filthy dirty... and when we asked for a quick clean (we had nothing available), the girl came and did the strict minimum. We still had to use one paper towel to finish it up (we did not even have one per person). Anyway, I should have read other comments before going... please don't go there!

Members of the public were actively cooking food for friends amongst paying customers. Staff were smoking outside and returned to cooking without washing their hands. The counter was dirty and littered with rubbish. Avoid at all costs.

Ordered a special offer burger with extra cheese, when it cam there was no cheese at all and burger was very dry. Complained to the staff but was told there was cheese in spite of there being no sign of it !

Much better than mcdonalds, can't beat whopper Wednesday and add 3 patties for 4.99 u get a quad burger whopper.

Got given half of another customer's order and only 1 item of our own. No apology and took a further 10 minutes, and a half dozen repeats of 'what else are you waiting for?' before we got our full order. Only reason for 2 instead of 1 is that the food was warm (annoyingly, this did also include the ice cream since it was the 1st item we were given)

Was very busy and the staff were seemingly overwhelmed by the customers because our order was wrong as it was a combo of mine and someone else's. The staff didn't know what they were doing and I was asked what I was missing by three distaff members and there was clearly no communication. Not once did anyone apologise and by the time I received my full order my food was warm (including my ice-cream). The Burger King part of the services was a bit grimy and in need of a deep clean.

As a whole fine, ways pick Burger King when on the road. Disappointed by a few things, paid for a large meal and was given a 500ml bottle drink, when asked the server said were having a new drinks machine, warning before paying extra for large meal would be nice. Would be even nicer if the bottles where actually cold. Next we were unable to make alterations to our order, so much for have it your way.. Finally the share box had clearly been sat for a long time and soggy as old socks. Will go to bk again. Probably not this one.

Stopped off for late lunch, haven't had burger king for ages and won't be again, especially here! Price was ridiculous, partners chicken in his burger was flat and overcooked, lettuce in all 3 burgers was the middle of the lettuce, just a chunk in each, cheese bites were awful and only 4 in a serving. Will not be stopping here again at the burger king. My advice don't bother

I had no choice but to stop at Swansea west services. I went to Burger King for dinner had no choice. it was about 6.30 pm ordered a meal the chips were lukewarm and like cardboard. Coke was lukewarm no ice and flat the short cut he made to the onion rings wasn’t worth it. I did see a sign for Mac Donald’s I hope they are better BK no more

Popped here to grab a quick meal for myself and my 6 year old daughter. I had a spicy bean burger meal which was cooked fresh. The fries had just been cooked fresh too and were delicious. I had gone off Burger King for a while but this has massively improved my opinion of them. The staff serving (think his name was Jordan) was very pleasant.

I popped into Swansea West services Burger king and would never usually write a review, but after receiving my burger meal and latte I just felt I had to write something. It was the worst tasting burger I have ever experienced, which left a foul taste in my mouth and couldn't even be got rid of but the dish waterey latte.Next time I go to Swansea West services it'll be a Gregg's for me.

Stopped with kids for food. Service was polite apart from the lady serving habit of finishing your sentence. Very annoying she did it with everyone she served. Trouble with that she was not listening to our order and we were left without some extras we ordered. The kids ate there food ok. The sitting area needs updating though clean it looked shabby and uninviting and was smelling. Like so many fast foods restaurants there is a lack of healthy choices. Overall crossed off our go to list.

I enjoyed my visit here I ordered my meal it arrived quickly and I had a fantastic meal yes it was a little expensive however the people there are lovely and welcoming and I find it important to remember that it’s not the people serving you that control the prices of the food so try not to take it out on them

Why is there 2 windows too serve through and only one is used?? There are at least 5 cars in the queue. Burger King Do NOT understand a drive through should mean drive through and not sir in your cars for at least 10 minutes plus too be served. Wish my kids would like something else

Arrived after a 4 hour trip and decided to have a meal. Ordered a meal and selected a coffee. COFFEE MACHINES NOT WORKING. Seems this burger king suffered the same affliction as others in that there is a nationwide epidemics failed burger king machines. It might be they want you to drink post mix soft drinks instead that cost pennies to make rather than the less profitable coffee. This is what happens when you franchise without any control. Profit is king not the burgers.

We arrived at the station feeling very hungry so we went to Burger King. As we got there we ordered our preferences but as we sat down to eat them we asked for ketchup like you usually do, but they said they ran out and didn’t offer any alternatives. As we all opened our meals we found out that we all had no cheese so we asked if they forgot about the cheese but they said they ran out of cheese, which was annoying because one person in our group had a cheeseburger and also did not give us a discount. We also ordered some drinks but for us yet to find out they also had no ice, so our drinks were warm by the end of our visit. Which is annoying because no one likes warm water. Before making this comment I looked at others and by the sound of it, I don’t think they have ever had any cheese. Altogether the services looked a bit run down. My family were also very grumpy seeing the other services just a few miles away as we drove off.

Travelling from West Wales to Bridgend on Monday the 25th of September at around 18.40 hours we decided to stop at the Burger King Restaurant at Swansea West M4 Services in preference to the main opposition. On approaching the counter at around 18.48 we noticed that there were two couples standing there presumably waiting for food and drinks already purchased. Expecting to have our order taken in a short time due to it being so quiet we waited and waited and waited. The staff appeared to be dawdling around aimlessly trying to look busy and making no effort to take our order. We were on the verge of walking out when a staff member who had only recently entered the kitchen area saw us and took the order.After several minutes the wrapped 'Whopper' ordered appeared on the 'awaiting collection' cabinet. One of the staff members checked our receipt and then came out with the phrase which makes me absolutely cringe so beloved of programmed fast food restaurant staff - "Sorry for the delay. We're waitin' on the fries"!!!!Were they expecting the 'fries' to make a grand entrance and jump obediently into one of the 'French fry bags'? My grammar tells me that I can be waiting 'FOR' something but not 'ON' it.The fries eventually turned up and and was to the normal satisfactory BK standard however it had cooled considerably during the wait and was almost cold by the time the last of it was finally eaten.All in all, a disappointing visit (our first to this restaurant) when at other BKs such as the one at Culverhouse Cross in Cardiff the service is always fast and efficient. No, we won't be in a hurry to go back to this one.DavidP.

What a dreadful experience. Both burgers and chips were just about warm. My son's come was flat. Counter staff didn't care. Would never eat here again and would advise friends to choose McDonalds instead. Previously we have eaten at Burger King in Neath which was excellent.
