Mcdonald's in Swansea

A general McDonald's, however staff did not even come and ask about why another customer became abusive towards 3 kids over them looking towards his families direction.

What an awful bunch of workers there at night .. I went into the shop tonight about half 1am there was nobody but me in there and the staff ordered the food I sat there listening to there music with foul language in there I then noticed they placed the wraps in a bag and left it on the top ten mins later they put the burgers in there so by this time the wraps had been sat there for ten mins they did it again with the fried when they eventually gave me the food I touched it and it was cold before I even left the store I told the young boy who served me and he said it wasn’t his fault he’s doing all the work on his own with no help another young boy came across wearing jeans and a jumper he had cut into a crop top and started explaining how a kitchen worked I told him that I understand I worked in Burger King when I was younger so Iam aware of how long food should be sitting he started to get snarky with me and told me if Iam not satisfied then I will be banned from the store I told him not to be so disrespectful I was just saying the food was cold ( to which he agreed ) I started to leave the store and he shouted across the store go back to Burger King and laughed .. I called for the manager because I wanted this young boys name and no one was wearing name tags the manager totally agreed with me told me he would look at the video and reprimand the worker but has I walked out I saw them both looking at me and laughing .: what awful service not at al professional and the manager clearly can’t run a store

Terrible. Have never been here and had my food as a drive through. They had parked that many cars up the car park was full. People were double parking where possible. Why offer a drive through when you NEVER give the food at the window????

Chips cold, so asked for microwave and they immediately swapped for new. Then found wrap cold, but couldn't be bothered to complain again. My son's happy on the play screens!

Every time I come here I'm made to wait doesn't matter the time of day I wait in the car park and all I see is them telling people to park up this is ment to be fast food but not when I'm waiting 15 to 20 minutes

Yes my Grandson ubered his supper and absolutely enjoyed it. The quality of food was outstanding and he managed to leave his Grandparents the odd Chicken Nugget. Delivery was efficiently very quick. All in all a very good choice well done McDonald's Morfa Swansea Wales.

Parked up for 10 mins in a full car park with no spaces as they seem to be parking every car up. I only ordered a nugget happy meal and double cheese burger. When the food did come it clearly wasn’t fresh so no idea why I was parked up. Happening more often there recently, will be avoiding in future and using Morfa or Penllagear, much better service there

We’ve been here twice in the past month, the first time they completely messed our order up, went back to complain and they offered a free order when we returned again, we did this last night, used the free order, they messed that up too, then eventually gave us the correct one, once we got home to eat, I opened the box of my burger, only to Be greeted by plastic and paper in my burger , absolutely shocking.

Went at 22:30, place was empty but still didn’t get our food that quick, got our order wrong and when I brought it up they said I’d have to go back round, then when we got home we found hair in our nugget meal, workers there are useless and will not be going back in the future

Only way to do McDonald's anymore is to use the app and order ahead. Parking bays were full so selected drive through option. Food was pretty much ready when we arrived and still hot

Ordered for my family and ONCE AGAIN FOOD MISSING !!! so frustrating as some one has to go without , tried ringing and no one answers the phone , app tells you to ring Uber eats not there fault as bags sealed how hard is it to get an order right ! Mc Donald’s is a treat now as it’s getting expensive it really is not good enough !!

Food is always cold and lacking. Always waiting for a long time and uber drivers brushing past you to gain priority. Always screaming and shouting.

Been a few times. Always had to wait for the food. Finished my milkshake in the car waiting so long. Food cold when we got home. 4mins from store to home. Had to put it in the microwave. Fry's soggy. Cost £13 . Will never go there again 😞

Drive through got the wrong order, parked up to get the right order, got home still got the wrong order, terrible service and bad attitude from staff, charged more for the wrong order twice! Shambles, hire staff that listen and are not stroppy

Table service was very fast, but they accidently brought me chicken selects instead of mozzarella dippers. The food was good. There were a lot of children as it was 5pm so a bit noisy. Probably best to go from 7pm onwards (or just avoid December entirely) if you don't want to hear threats of "get down from there or I'm calling Santa!" Overall, a good experience.

Parked up at second window to wait for food, 15 mins later I had to walk to the 1st window to ask where my food was and returned to my car. Food finally came and I asked if the dip was in the bag for my cheese bites to be met with attitude saying I should of asked for it at the first window so asked could I have one to be huffed at as she went and got me one. On her return I said I have been waiting for over 15 mins to be told well we are being as quick as we can. Customer service skills were appalling.

The last few times weve been…….. we’ve been to the drive through. The first time we were told to park up and waited half an hour….. unacceptable. The last 2 times weve received the wrong food……. However it wasnt someone elses as the receipt clearly showed our order. The basics need to improve.

Always swear not to go back ti this branch but keep stopping in. The NEVER salt chips and the food always sucks and you usually have ti wait for the food to come to the car.

I love McDonald’s, healthy eating and all that, can’t fault it.

Don't bother ordering delivery from this restaurant - The drivers are thieves and happily commit fraud. Food ordered for multiple people and ordered to a local office - Food marked as delivered although it never arrived. No photo taken by the driver as evidence. Attempted to contact the restaurant multiple times and constantly engaged. No help from McDonald's order app and was told to contact Uber Eats which the app uses. Uber Eats states driver marked order as no show and waited outside for 9 minutes - the main door is next to the window we were all sat. Uber states dispute can't be raised through them and have to go back to McDonald's - Vicious cycle. The driver is a liar, a thief and a fraud!

Asked for certain ingredients in burger and wrap and wasn't customed to how we wanted it . Wrong drink with happy meal and also 1 sugar doughnut short .

Finally a place with a working mcflurry machine

Made a click and serve order. Food was all fresh and hot. No mistakes in order. Burgers were customised and it was all done correctly. The only downside was the amount of mayonnaise in the mayo chicken burgers was actually comical! It was barely enough to even be called a mayo chicken burger, but it gave us a good laugh and we had other sauce anyway. It's probably the freshest McDonald's food I've had in a while. Our order was brought out quickly too.

On multiple occasions of visiting this sight. To go through drive through and told to wait for food in a car park that is full no were to wait .on this occasion told to wait upto 15mins when asked for refund told will have to wait again as no one available straight away shocking use mcdonalds at other sites in Swansea but only at this one do you get this experience shocking

Place was clean, it had a nice feel to the place sort of nature earthy feel very nice. Probably one of the best mcdonald's around

Very poor experience here they got my food wrong 3 days in a row i do have allergies i told them this and still salad in by food when i specifically asked them for none 😕 even though they put a label on the food saying no salad i still got bloody salad and it was rotten so I had to throw my food away 3 days in a row shocking won't be going there again

Ordered for delivery. Waited 20 minutes. Fries and dips missing ( bags delivered were sealed). Tried calling the restaurant many times and no answer. Website useless, they don’t like refunds.Terrible service. Won’t be doing it again!!

Drive through. Ordered a spicy mcchicken burger which was stale. The fries were fresh but the burger put me off. Shame. But it is cheap quick food, only thing available late at night in Swansea.

Often making mistakes with orders. forgetting things. Slow service and not open at advertised opening times. just been to this one at 3:40am 29/7/23 and the restaurant is closed. but the openings times online say otherwise. nearest other one… morfa also closed…

Absolute joke travelled all the way from Ystalyfera spend £50 in this mcdonald's only to find that the order was not complete when i got back to Ystalyfera mcdonald's needs to look into these sort of thing and insure that all orders are checked thoroughly

Ordered 4 mc furry's via the app, told at drive thru window I needed to park up as they were having trouble with the machine, 15 minutes later I received my order, half full 🤔

Incomplete order, went in to complain and I was ignored for 25min. Had to block the staff exit from the kitchen to be spoken too. Manager too busy chewing on his gum.

Amazing staff,food and service.honestly I don’t understand all the negative reviews of this place I’m a regular and sure sometimes it can be slow but it is the best place of been to ever keep it up morriston McDonald’s.

Food always cold when delivered

They get the order wrong more often than not and the ice cream/ milkshakes machine is always "not working " on the positive side its clean and staff are always polite and willing to help.

Awful. Went through drive thru, had to walk up to the window as did many others to query where food was it took so long. Chips were disgusting, I'm not a huge fan anyway but find them edible but not on this occasion. Worst visit ever and it's done me a favour in that I'm avoiding fast food

Ordered a Big Tasty without tomatoes as a large meal, 20 nuggets with 4 dips. After waiting almost 20 minutes I received a Big Tasty with tomatoes, a medium fries, the flattest coke I've ever tasted (I can't remember the last time I've had a drink from McDonalds that wasn't flat) and no dips. Returned to the restaurant to get this rectified and was still missing the 4 dips. Based on the other reviews on here it seems that the staff here are allergic to dips. It's the only possible explanation outside of extreme incompetence and mismanagement.

I went to Mcdonalds and asked the young man for a mini fillet Burger, he looked at me stupid and said "sir this is a Mcdonalds" and i was taking that as an answer so i gripped him by the scruff and pulled over the counter and started to scream "i want my mini fillet burger". I was kicked out shortly after

It's McDonald's, you know what you're getting. All the food was fine. Extra star above average as it has outdoor seating and a small soft play area for kids.

Often get your order wrong but are always quick and helpful in getting it sorted. Always seems really busy.

Food was great, best fries in a long time. Easy charge up for my EV too if not a bit expensive. Was absolutely full of teens making noise is why I rated only 4 on atmosphere.

Staff are useless can get order correct or amend it in reasonable time. 40 minutes is to long to wait for "fast food" I shouldn't have to sit watching person after person leave with thier order before me.

Absolute joke of a place. This was a last chance for this mc donalds, on the last few occasions they forgot chips, straws, dips. Today I am parked up for a big mac meal, seriously, they still managed to forget the dips, which I had to get myself after waiting for staff to return, cold food, no mc flurries, no chance of me returning, do yourself a favour, go somewhere else !

Popped in for breakfast and ordered the breakfast roll meal. Place was clean, service was quick and food was hot.. what more can you ask for really?! 😊

If I could give 0 I would. I've had 4 bad orders through ubereats in a row - the first 2 were refunded but the last 2 haven't been because obviously the app sees it as suspicious. Absolutely appalling that I've had 4 consecutive orders with half missing, or cold and congealed, staff don't seem to understand the importance of giving customers what they've paid for and don't seem remotely bothered that this is the 4th time I've had to split and share out meals to make up for ones they've forgotten. Zero customer care and consideration, won't be ordering again and wish anyone that goes there serious luck in getting what they've paid for because the staff very obviously couldnt care less. Disgusting food disgusting attitudes disgusting customer service. Everyone makes mistakes but if you don't care enough to rectify it and have to ask the customer to order ANOTHER ONE when theyre already without what they've paid for, you're just plain and simple dense with no customer care whatsoever. Beyond a joke. Avoid.

Decent McDonald's. Really recommend ordering ahead via the app to ensure you don't get the usual excuses for milkshakes or McFlurry's not being available. Staff are polite. Just please make sure you're just as pleasant. I've seen them super busy and being verbally abused by other customers. It's just uncalled for. A quick please, and thank you go a long way.

The food quality has gone downhill lately. The fries are soggy and greasy. There is always something missing from my order, and it's overpriced for what you get.

No sauces given out ever when you order delivery from this store so stopped using it , even when you order 20 nuggets they still can't give you the sauces that come with the meal , joke of a store , staff are ugly and smell of an hairy hobbit foot , managers look like the elephant man on a good day, you need to put a sign up check for sauces before handing the meal out

Teens all around the place vaping indoors by where you pick up food, not acceptable, hopefully someone official comes in and sorts that out.

Just held a party for 18 kids the staff were brilliant and accomodated us and were prompt with our food. Will definitely recommend to everyone. Thank you x

use this McDonald's often due to its convince. but will no longer be using today was the final straw. asked for a chicken siracha wrap large meal with no onion no lettuce extra sauce and add cheese. get home to open my food to find no chips and a wrap with no changes at all but with the grill sticker on there. over the past few months every order has been incorrect. from not making the correct requests to the meals or just completely missing items. have rung and complained multiple times now but getting annoyed as every single order is wrong somehow. how hard is it for you to employ people who can actually do their job correctly, as there doesnt seem to be anyone there who can make a simple correct order. as I cant seem to get what I ask for. and if I'm getting all these wrong orders how many others are getting them but keeping quiet. have emailed head office with a formal complaint too as complaining to the shop seems to do nothing at all just a bunch of incompetent workers

Is normally a very busy place around lunch time especially the drive through section. Even if you pre order go in and collect is quicker

Next time when I'm hungry I gonna eat a toilet roll instead of "big tasty". Can't see a difference.

Finally a McDonald's that serves hot food when it's busy. Drive thru was full and orders were piling up but our whole order was perfectly hot, unlike some other mcds where the standards slip during busy hours

I've visited many a mc'd, this is a nice clean fast environment, its not your fault the person behind had an issue and I somehow got splashed with coke and had to move tables. Fries were a little cold too.

Waited ove twenty mins until someone even acknowledged us let alone out order we called at eight in the night on the way home from the hospital and it was a worse experience then I ever could have imagined no helpful staff , and cleaning equipment let over the floor in the end I had have a stern word with the management and was still left feeling ignored they seem to be more interested in getting deliverys out then actual upfront shop customers .....
