The kids happy meals was fine but I didn’t receive my meal

Food was cold cold Service took 30 mins in park and serve

Was missing all the chips got the money as site credit so ordered buger king instead but still had to pay delivery my kid wasnt amused

Arrived very cold even though live less than 10 mins away and one completely wrong burger, asked for triple no pickles got double with extra pickle .

Completely wrong order and just eat won’t refund me braindead workers honestly

Food never arrived!!! Called the restaurant after 90mins and they said it shouldn’t have been accepted as an order through the justeat app. If I hadn’t called I’d probably still be waiting now!

I'm not one to normally complain but this mcdonalds has go be the worst one in swansea for completing orders. In the last 5 or 6 times we've ordered from here, either at the kiosk or with delivery they have completely missed half of the meals in the order. Anything from burgers in a happy meal, big macs in a BIG MAC MEAL. And drinks, you name it. It's so frustrating to get home and open the bag and see half of it missing. Yet again. Biggest fast food company on the world literally ripping customers off at their door. Sort it out foundry road.

I am starting to think that this restaurant is messing up on purpose. Every single order over the last 4 weeks has been wrong, and when you try to complain they brush it off. If I could order from a different one I would. It’s become so bad I’ve even caught them picking up utensils for Handling the meat off the floor and putting them back ready for use. This place is beyond a joke. Eat at your own risk. For the love of got pull your finger out of your rear!!!!! I know how it looks, some disgruntled customer over exaggerating but I have also reviewed this place when it was good and I sung its praises but that seems to be a thing of the past! Steer clear.

Missing items from order and milkshake all spilled so missing drink too

Had a delivery and half of the items were missing tried to call and no answer. Maybe they would say the uber guy eat them. Not happy at all.

Dear me, what a bored mannerless person on drive through tannoy - followed by a squashed burger and luke warm, saltless fry's. You only got one star for the lovely man taking the money!! C'mon McDees, you used to be one of the best!

Maybe they were busy by the time the order was done and the code was put in my food was nearly cold so i warmed up the fries im used to eating meat cold, that's just me and i forgot to say i didnt like pickle. Have to remember next time

Typical late night McDonald's drive through. Staff polte enough. No queue but it was midnight .

Driver was amazing the restaurant forgot my dips and always get something wrong but the driver was lovely

Overall the service is good and only recently have we been having problems with missing items. Although refunds have been given its frustrating that this continues to happen.

drink was slightly angled so some of it tipped out but apart from that can't fault it

over half hour waiting for a drive through, when it eventually arrives after chasing it up twice, and being promised they will prepare a fresh order, I get the original order which was COLD AND DISGUSTING. I would of given No Stars but I had to give 1, because they have the monopoly of the market they can just get away with Terrible Service, Cold and Tasteless food, they should pay us to go there.

They give me orange juice instead of milk when I am allergic to orange juice and they didn’t send me the cookie when I payed for a cookie and the milk I am not happy. But the driver was really friendly and polite

Very busy when I visited. Wouldn't have described it as fast food but wasn't in a rush. Food was fine. Couldn't believe the number of deliveroo and just eat people coming in and out. One of them had a massive attitude.

Coffee completely spilt in bag , no hash brown in order not the best experience sadly today

He did not deliver one of my burgers and i already paid for it. I'm really disappointed as i needed to eat my evening meal. I tried calling the driver but he didn't pick up. Please return my money or bring my burger. Thank you

I've ordered several times from here, but this time round was disappointing to say the least. food was cold, this was one of my usual orders and the fries are often cool rather than hot and this is somewhat expected, however on this occasion the food including the meats was cold. the vegetables in the wrap were also mostly mush. The delivery time was gradually increased over the course of the order. I'm hoping that this was a one off, but I doubt I will order delivery again.

I ordered at this place and the person forgot to add my big mac in my order 😢 When I asked a worker about my missing big mac, they were super friendly and they brought out my big mac within a minute Immediate 5 stars Bonus star cause she was calling me babe the whole time 😉

My food was cold; my coffee had tipped in the bag so it had soaked the bag and also the food bag and contents as it was next to it in the couriers transport.

I currently have a broken foot… and the delivery driver made me get down 2 flights of stairs to take my food… I am disgusted with the delivery service I have received and I want a full refund immediately! I will not stand for service like this when I am informing a delivery driver of a broken foot yet he makes me climb down 2 flights of stairs to take my order at the front of my flat! I want a refund asap!

Food took forever to come, but more importantly, it was freezing cold, the my Diet Coke had tipped in the bag and dripped all over my carpet and sofa. The Coke had also gone into both ice creams. and they were destroyed as well as melted.. The driver must have noticed as the diet. Coke was almost empty and his car would have bean swimming with Diet Coke, but he said nothing. So basically my food was freezing cold unedible. The ice cream was melted and full of Coke, and I had no drink.

always missing items,2 ordered 1 delivered, surely it's not difficult to bag two items.This is a regular occurrence and I'm a little frustrated at the constant ineptitude.

The usual McDonalds. Its a quick fix if you are tired and cannot be asked to cook. The only issue I had is that if you go through the drive thru, certain times specially at night from 5pm onwards, there is a long queue. So long that your car will stick out on the main road by the entrance to the Drive Thru and to the Matalan store. Other than that, its the usual Classic McDonalds! It's good for a quick fix!

Two days in a row this MC Donald's tried to put me in hospital. They have messed up two orders, three times how is this possible! First time, ordered a delivery and asked for a bacon roll no sauce, as it's all I can have being dairy free since cancer. It turned up a sausage and egg MC muffin with cheese. So I had to drive to the McDonald's, the first inconvenience in this two day saga to be told breakfast was finished and they would give me a code for the next day. The next day I went to get food again having to drive there. Here the saga continued. This time going in store and asking to order with the manager. The manager on shift was 'jenny' when her staff asked her to serve us. She swore at the staff member saying ' for f***s sake' and 'ill f*****g sort it now' in eye view of us and then before coming over proceeded to scowl at me, after this when she came over then treated me like dirt, no manners, and a condescending tone. Again somehow but not surprising with a manager like her running the team, they messed the order up. I asked for a bacon roll, with no sauce and they again for the second day gave me a sausage and egg MC muffin with cheese, how do you mess this up the same way for two days? So for the second time and the second day in a row they tried putting me in hospital through their mistakes and incompetence. When raising the issue with 'jenny', she proceeded to raise her voice, start crying saying she was the only manager on and making it look to others customers like I was having a go at her and treated her bad when I was just in awe how they can mess something up identically in two days. She shouldn't be a manager if she can't manage her staff, her emotion or capable of getting orders right. The second time she tried to replace it she still got it wrong and tried to give me a sausage and egg MC muffin with cheese, so three mistakes two days in a row. Beggars belief really, a chimp could run a kitchen better. Avoid this McDonald's if you want to keep your life if you have intolerances that will put you in hospital. I will be going all the way with this issue, papers, MPs, the lot. They need a great old audit and reshuffle of staff, or they need to be shut down and 'jenny' needs a new career far away from people and a customer facing role. Please see photos for evidence.

3 items that I have been charged for were missing and the food that was there (Mac Nuggets) were stone cold and thrown away. so I have been charged roughly £20 for 1 Mac Donald's chicken Mac Nugget. Absolutely abysmal if you ask me. The really annoying think is that this isn't the first time I've had food missing from an order. I think I can safely say that I will never be ordering from Just Eat ever again. They can't even be bothered to make sure the order is correct.

Diet Coke was full sugar not great for a diabetic

Easily the best maccies in Swansea for the restaurant, loads of seating and good quality fast food. Service was slow and could have been better but overall definitely a good option if you need some maccies in Swansea.

Delivered an hour past original time given.Was handed meal and drink which had split and spilled over my feet.Driver was apologetic saying he was "only a third party".Took my food in to find the drink had poured into the containers so everything was ruined.Have never complained before but this was too far.Wont be using you again.
