Mcdonald's in Swansea

Absolutely dreadful. They never get an order correct and blame Uber drivers if your food is incorrect when ordering via Uber. It's McDonald's staff that pack and seal the bag, yet they blame them because they're incompetent.

I ordered bbq sauce garlic mayo and sweet curry sauce but sadly typical McDonald's service and no sauce put in bags

Ordered a cheeseburger and there was no cheese!! Food was luke warm when it arrived and McDonald's chips do not travel.

What's there to say other than it's a McDonald's? Not so fast food recently having to be parked up and food fetched to the car more times than having it collected at the window on the past few occasions visiting, but seeing the amount of customers that pass through these areas there's no wonder why people are asked to park up and wait. Recent orders have been delivered in full with no reason to give the server a shout for missing items so that's a bonus!

Wrong items delivered impolite driver probably not the restaurants fault as he couldn’t find my workplace and then gave me another customers order which was full of meat products and im vegetarian so none there for me

Food arrived cold, chips had no salt and tasted like they’ve been grabbed from the bottom of a barrel.

my food was stone cold I asked for large drink and I had a two sips out of it as it was tiped I told the driver about it and he's a not a nice guy I'm never ordering again ever and I'll be ringing trading standards Monday morning

Mcdonald’s is always better in the UK, hence my review. Chicken was great, burgers were great. No complaints! We got it twice while staying in Wales (just out of convenience during our fast paced trip) and quality control is on point!

Food freezing and how hard is it to remember bbq sauce for nuggets not the first time shocking

I just received my food. Order a mcspicy meal there was a m chicken sandwich in a mcspicy written box instead of mcspicy burger. I hate to complain, but there's always something wrong with this particular McDonald's. Daft mistakes every time.

We ordered crispy chilli chicken wraps, my husbands was fine, mine had nothing in the top half and when I lifted it out of the carton it all fell out of the bottom all over me. I was not very happy. Who evermade this should take mire care and wrap it properly

they had forgotten the chips this time last time it was a big mac and when u ring they cut you off it's so disappointing when the meal is not cheap I'm going to delete the app and try something different

I got a plain double cheeseburger instead of the one I ordered, I also got a cookie instead of a doughnut and what was meant to be sprite was just water

Food missing and what was sent was thrown together brown smelly lettuce asked for burgers done a different way and normal ones were sent so they were not eaten I’m so annoyed I have to go to the restaurant now to pick it up and pay for it again what a disaster.

Seriously getting fed up of waiting for food in drive through and it being cold taken it back and waiting again. Bought 2 chocolate brownies to be told they were out of stock and gave me ring donuts instead only to realise they are a lot cheaper with no difference in money offered back.

McDonald’s have done nothing wrong here. Ordered food for lunch, delivery time showing 15-30 minutes. Just Eat continually pushed the delivery time back, over and over due to there not being a driver. Delivery came over an hour later. Absolutely ridiculous, as a result I will be deleting the Just Eat app. To McDonald’s credit, food was made fresh once a driver was found.

Out of my whole order they only gave one medium chips and 1 larger they forget my burger and my children’s meals also when tried phoning store the call was getting cancelled I called over 25 times

Absolutely disgusting behaviour from the manager eveila and jack at morriston swansea waited 25 minutes for food (understand its Saturday and it's busy) but our food was given to the wrong car and I seen them looking through the bag moving the food around for then the manger to give me that good that was handled by someone else I checked and it was cold and the manager eveila was arguing with me saying she felt it and it was all fresh (it wasn't as wr order plain meals and wouldn't of been made in 30 seconds) I am absolutely disgusted by the way I was spoken to by 2 of the mangers and they wouldn't change my food told me I had to have a refund!!!!!

Worst McDonald's is Swansea due to the incoherent staff they employ. Every time I order a custom meal it has to be read and prepared but goes through about 3 individuals and none of them read the orders properly and slap stickers on with the custom order but the opposite inside. Chips are usually not fresh and Luke warm and when you complain they have a non caring attitude

Ordered a £5 cheeseburger meal and 3 caramel frappes the meal was nice and the frappes were nice and full and tasty much better experience here than the McDonald’s down Swansea Morfa

the wormer that answered the phone was very rude eventhough it was a single thing to say, even if ypure bussy ypu should still be professional not ignorant but the driver was amazing it wasn't their fault in the slightest the seem like very nice people

Chips and wrap were not hot. Ordering machine wasn't printing receipts.

There was no lid put on one of my drinks and it spilt all over the food which was soaked through.

I no longer dine at McDonald's on a regular basis, but when I do is to try the new burger or when the big tasty is available. The staff at Morriston McDonald's are very friendly and always make an effort. There is an issue where local teenagers unsupervised are disrupting customers experience.

Update 12/2024. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! DON'T EVEN BOTHER WASTING YOUR TIME TO HAVE TO WAIT 20MINS FOR YOUR ORDER TO NOT BE COMPLETE, COLD, MESSY AND OVER PRICED. WHAT AN ABSOULATE SHAMABLES. Litterally can not get the staff 🫠

This Place is a joke. Iv just ordered the cheesy mccrispy, and iv literally been given a piece of chicken and lettuce in a bun, no cheese, no bacon, no chutney, no emmental, no cheese sauce. Ordered large fries, given mediums. It’s not hard to serve someone what they ask for! for god sake, pull Your finger out!

After waiting 90mins to have my above order delivered, it was absolutely disgraceful with being stone cold and stale. All our burgers were freezing and dry, with the chips being emptied upside down in the bag, which was a nightmare to share
