Mcdonald's in Swansea

Used the McDonald's drive thru and was waiting around 30 mins.

Chips and wrap were not hot. Ordering machine wasn't printing receipts.

Ordered a £5 cheeseburger meal and 3 caramel frappes the meal was nice and the frappes were nice and full and tasty much better experience here than the McDonald’s down Swansea Morfa

I no longer dine at McDonald's on a regular basis, but when I do is to try the new burger or when the big tasty is available. The staff at Morriston McDonald's are very friendly and always make an effort. There is an issue where local teenagers unsupervised are disrupting customers experience.

The service is terrible. Had to wait 35 minutes for my food that I ordered at the drive-through.

Update 12/2024. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! DON'T EVEN BOTHER WASTING YOUR TIME TO HAVE TO WAIT 20MINS FOR YOUR ORDER TO NOT BE COMPLETE, COLD, MESSY AND OVER PRICED. WHAT AN ABSOULATE SHAMABLES. Litterally can not get the staff 🫠

This Place is a joke. Iv just ordered the cheesy mccrispy, and iv literally been given a piece of chicken and lettuce in a bun, no cheese, no bacon, no chutney, no emmental, no cheese sauce. Ordered large fries, given mediums. It’s not hard to serve someone what they ask for! for god sake, pull Your finger out!

Always missing stuff when I have it delivered and can never get to speak to someone when you phone

Ordered 4 mc furry's via the app, told at drive thru window I needed to park up as they were having trouble with the machine, 15 minutes later I received my order, half full 🤔

Food never arrived!!! Called the restaurant after 90mins and they said it shouldn’t have been accepted as an order through the justeat app. If I hadn’t called I’d probably still be waiting now!

I'm not one to normally complain but this mcdonalds has go be the worst one in swansea for completing orders. In the last 5 or 6 times we've ordered from here, either at the kiosk or with delivery they have completely missed half of the meals in the order. Anything from burgers in a happy meal, big macs in a BIG MAC MEAL. And drinks, you name it. It's so frustrating to get home and open the bag and see half of it missing. Yet again. Biggest fast food company on the world literally ripping customers off at their door. Sort it out foundry road.

I am starting to think that this restaurant is messing up on purpose. Every single order over the last 4 weeks has been wrong, and when you try to complain they brush it off. If I could order from a different one I would. It’s become so bad I’ve even caught them picking up utensils for Handling the meat off the floor and putting them back ready for use. This place is beyond a joke. Eat at your own risk. For the love of got pull your finger out of your rear!!!!! I know how it looks, some disgruntled customer over exaggerating but I have also reviewed this place when it was good and I sung its praises but that seems to be a thing of the past! Steer clear.

Missing items from order and milkshake all spilled so missing drink too

Had a delivery and half of the items were missing tried to call and no answer. Maybe they would say the uber guy eat them. Not happy at all.

Dear me, what a bored mannerless person on drive through tannoy - followed by a squashed burger and luke warm, saltless fry's. You only got one star for the lovely man taking the money!! C'mon McDees, you used to be one of the best!

Typical late night McDonald's drive through. Staff polte enough. No queue but it was midnight .

Maybe they were busy by the time the order was done and the code was put in my food was nearly cold so i warmed up the fries im used to eating meat cold, that's just me and i forgot to say i didnt like pickle. Have to remember next time

over half hour waiting for a drive through, when it eventually arrives after chasing it up twice, and being promised they will prepare a fresh order, I get the original order which was COLD AND DISGUSTING. I would of given No Stars but I had to give 1, because they have the monopoly of the market they can just get away with Terrible Service, Cold and Tasteless food, they should pay us to go there.

Overall the service is good and only recently have we been having problems with missing items. Although refunds have been given its frustrating that this continues to happen.

They give me orange juice instead of milk when I am allergic to orange juice and they didn’t send me the cookie when I payed for a cookie and the milk I am not happy. But the driver was really friendly and polite

Very busy when I visited. Wouldn't have described it as fast food but wasn't in a rush. Food was fine. Couldn't believe the number of deliveroo and just eat people coming in and out. One of them had a massive attitude.

Worst hot chocolate ever, don't order it. It didn't even come with milk, and they didn't stire it. All the chocolate was in the bottom and tasted bitter.

I've ordered several times from here, but this time round was disappointing to say the least. food was cold, this was one of my usual orders and the fries are often cool rather than hot and this is somewhat expected, however on this occasion the food including the meats was cold. the vegetables in the wrap were also mostly mush. The delivery time was gradually increased over the course of the order. I'm hoping that this was a one off, but I doubt I will order delivery again.

My food was cold; my coffee had tipped in the bag so it had soaked the bag and also the food bag and contents as it was next to it in the couriers transport.

Service and food have gone awful. Very slow and can't cope with being busy. Also prioritising Uber/Just Eat over regular customers. It's gone hit with a capital S

I currently have a broken foot… and the delivery driver made me get down 2 flights of stairs to take my food… I am disgusted with the delivery service I have received and I want a full refund immediately! I will not stand for service like this when I am informing a delivery driver of a broken foot yet he makes me climb down 2 flights of stairs to take my order at the front of my flat! I want a refund asap!

Food took forever to come, but more importantly, it was freezing cold, the my Diet Coke had tipped in the bag and dripped all over my carpet and sofa. The Coke had also gone into both ice creams. and they were destroyed as well as melted.. The driver must have noticed as the diet. Coke was almost empty and his car would have bean swimming with Diet Coke, but he said nothing. So basically my food was freezing cold unedible. The ice cream was melted and full of Coke, and I had no drink.

always missing items,2 ordered 1 delivered, surely it's not difficult to bag two items.This is a regular occurrence and I'm a little frustrated at the constant ineptitude.

Dos días seguidos este tal MC Donald intentó meterme en el hospital. Han jodido dos pedidos, ¡tres veces cómo es posible! La primera vez, pedí una entrega y pedí un rollo de tocino sin salsa, ya que es todo lo que puedo tener sin lácteos desde el cáncer. Resultó una salchicha y un muffin de huevo MC con queso. Así que tuve que conducir al McDonald's, el primer inconveniente de esta saga de dos días que me dijeron que el desayuno estaba terminado y que me darían un código para el día siguiente. Al día siguiente fui a buscar comida de nuevo teniendo que conducir allí. Aquí la saga continuó. Esta vez yendo a la tienda y pidiendo pedir con el gerente. La gerente en turno era 'jenny' cuando su personal le pidió que nos atendiera. Ella juró al miembro del personal diciendo 'por el amor de Dios' y 'voy a ordenarlo ahora' a la vista de nosotros y luego antes de venir procedió a fruncir el ceño a mí, después de esto cuando vino entonces me trató como suciedad, sin modales y un tono condescendiente. De nuevo de alguna manera, pero no sorprende con un gerente como ella dirigiendo el equipo, que estropearon el pedido. Pedí un rollito de tocino, sin salsa y de nuevo por segundo día me dieron una salchicha y un muffin de huevo MC con queso, ¿cómo se lía esto de la misma manera durante dos días? Así que por segunda vez y por segundo día consecutivo intentaron meterme en el hospital por sus errores e incompetencia. Al plantearle el tema a 'jenny', procedió a levantar la voz, a empezar a llorar diciendo que era la única gerente encendida y haciendo que pareciera a otros clientes como si la estuviera intentando y la tratara mal cuando estaba asombrada de cómo pueden estropear algo de manera idéntica en dos días. No debería ser gerente si no puede manejar a su personal, su emoción o capaz de hacer las órdenes bien. La segunda vez que trató de reemplazarlo ella todavía se equivocó y trató de darme una salchicha y huevo MC muffin con queso, así que tres errores dos días seguidos. Un chimpancé podría manejar mejor una cocina. Evite este McDonald's si quiere mantener su vida si tiene intolerancias que lo llevarán al hospital. Voy a ir hasta el final con este tema, papeles, diputados, mucho. Necesitan una gran auditoría y reorganización del personal, o deben ser cerrados y 'Jenny' necesita una nueva carrera lejos de las personas y un papel de cara al cliente. The usual McDonalds. Its a quick fix if you are tired and cannot be asked to cook. The only issue I had is that if you go through the drive thru, certain times specially at night from 5pm onwards, there is a long queue. So long that your car will stick out on the main road by the entrance to the Drive Thru and to the Matalan store. Other than that, its the usual Classic McDonalds! It's good for a quick fix!
