Burger King in Swansea

Ordered something got something extremely different

Ordered at 16:58pm was delivered over an hour later. It’s not the first time from here. Very poor service

Best meal I’ve had from there beauful and really good delivery on time

The food was definitely great 👍

original delivery time was 7.05pm actually delivered at 7.55pm, food was stone cold

delivery time pushed back for nearly 2 hours, food was not fresh and cold

why is everything I order food it is cold and undercooked

He was knowledgeable about the menu and gave great recommendations that really hit the spot. His service was prompt, and he went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Chillie cheese bites, and a whopper that's all I wanted, but being told chillie cheese bites dont come with a free dip has ruined my day 😂 ( update ) went in today to buy another deal today £4.99 any burger ( smaller version cheese melt BBQ melt or bacon) one side and a drink , to be told I can only have one burger with that option, even though it clearly states any burger, the burger was already made judging by how fast it came out and not the usual piping hot freshly cooked feel you get from BK, the cheese had already started congealing in side the paper too which I don't get from the branches i usually visit, pick your game up guys, and again on previous visit it clearly states on the board chillie cheese plus dip 😂, but yeah twice now, that's me done with this branch

I am a 79 year old lady who cant comunucate well. And I've never had a nicer boy then cairan help me with my order. He was very kind and even helped me into the toilet and got toilet paper for me when there wasn't any. He is a very nice boy Love Peggy x

Took two hours 'prepairing' the order and had to phone resturant because no one seemed to know what had happened. Food was cold when delivered even when I was told it would be made fresh for the inconvenience.

Handed the food to me & the paper bag split all food on the pavement & raining. Didn’t bother to help me pick the food up from the wet floor. Just drove off without saying anything. Food was wet, cold & damaged

we ordered chilli cheese bites from Burger King with other food never received them phoned Burger King and the bites were seen being put into a bag then when delivery turned up they were missing got to to complain to Just Eat to be told I might get a refund for missing item but not holding my breath

The restaurant had a clean and modern layout. A comfortable place to dine. The staff were friendly. Food was tasty too.

meal was cold 17 pound meal expect it to be hot. not happy will makeing a complaint to just eat and burger king

The burger was nice but surprisingly expensive. Service was lackluster and there was a quite unpleasant atmosphere to the place.

Only got four of my six nuggets
