I am a 79 year old lady who cant comunucate well. And I've never had a nicer boy then cairan help me with my order. He was very kind and even helped me into the toilet and got toilet paper for me when there wasn't any. He is a very nice boy Love Peggy x

missing items and food was cold

Three of us came in for an evening meal, and had a great experience: friendly, approachable and professional staff, and superb food - terrific burgers beautifully prepared, with tasty sides. Definitely worth repeating!

We ordered online and we didn't even get all of are food this has happened so many times now it's very unacceptable and bad for business

Took two hours 'prepairing' the order and had to phone resturant because no one seemed to know what had happened. Food was cold when delivered even when I was told it would be made fresh for the inconvenience.

Food was warm drink was cold was just missing my halloumi fries

I watched the driver take my food 10 miles and it is stone cold.

Food was hot and custoner serving was great

meal was fine, although my drink was missing but there's no box for missing drinks on the missing items list. that needs to be sorted.

Handed the food to me & the paper bag split all food on the pavement & raining. Didn’t bother to help me pick the food up from the wet floor. Just drove off without saying anything. Food was wet, cold & damaged

The restaurant had a clean and modern layout. A comfortable place to dine. The staff were friendly. Food was tasty too.

we ordered chilli cheese bites from Burger King with other food never received them phoned Burger King and the bites were seen being put into a bag then when delivery turned up they were missing got to to complain to Just Eat to be told I might get a refund for missing item but not holding my breath

meal was cold 17 pound meal expect it to be hot. not happy will makeing a complaint to just eat and burger king

I didn't have any drinks with the meals

The burger was nice but surprisingly expensive. Service was lackluster and there was a quite unpleasant atmosphere to the place.

Only got four of my six nuggets

I was a fentanyl, heroine and gambling addict until I met Vicky and Richard at the Swansea Burger King. They changed my life around and now I am happily married, own my own burger chain and have 6 beautiful children. I aspire to be like the workers here like vicky and Richard.

Worse burger I have ever had from BK. Just a complete mess with brown lettuce that I had to remove. Not all of ingredients were in the burger. Fed it to my dog!

Vicky was amazing this morning, we was first customers of the day and nothing was too much for her. We asked what she would recommend and told us which breakfast option to go for. Greeted us with a smile and was very cheerful despite being early morning. Thanks vic!

I’ve been coming to this Burger King for many years and I normally come late in the night after I’ve finished work or gone out on one of my adventures to have a look around town. When I come to this restaurant to get some food as I am normally a bit peckish I normally gets served by a lovely woman called Vicky as when I come in she is normally there. I wanted to say how amazing she is at the job she does. Vicky has amazing customer service skills and she is always polite, kind and always has a smile on her face whenever I enter the restaurant. I believe that Vicky is an amazing member of staff at Burger King and represents the company well and Vicky makes sure that everyone gets their order as quickly as possible at the standard you would expect. I will always be grateful for this restaurant with the amount of times I have been there and will always be happy to go there with all the respectful members of staff. But I would like to thank Vicky mainly for being the person I always see when I come to the restaurant and I can reply on this amazing woman to take my order.

I managed to turn up to the wrong restaurant after ordering from the app because I’m a moron. This was completely my fault and I didn’t expect any help, but Vicky was amazing and called the other branch and honoured my original order which she definitely didn’t have to do. She was awesome and is the reason I am giving 5 stars. Vicky should get a raise/promotion!

Food was amazing. Service was amazing and quick Staff were amazing specially vicki at Burger King Swansea union street made me feel very welcomed and made sure experience was as best as it could be highly recommend this restraint

The food and service is great. My only gripe is that although the restaurant appears clean, it smells strongly of damp and has done for sometime!

Great food, friendly staff but the toilets were absolutely disgusting. If you saw the state of the toilets before ordering food you might not order. Tissue and food cartons in sinks, toilet roller holder on floor in pool of urine, stains down back of toilet bowl. It was like a grenade had gone off in there.

The halloumi fries were very good and vicki (the woman who served) was lovely and was a joy to speak to. Other than a screaming baby it was pretty nice and clean.

Just enjoyed a very nice whopper meal, would recommend to anyone looking to fill their appetite!

Ordered food on the app, was given a order number waited 20mins to be told the order number was wrong and they were calling another number and my food had been on the side for 15mins cold food and worse attitude from the staff who couldn't care less

Vicky was amazing and she helped me on the kiosk. Much better service McDonald's. Don't sack her anytime soon otherwise you're burger king will fall apart. She deserves a pay rise. Also Anurag service was really good, he is management material. Best staff in Swansea. Kian was the same, amazing service. The best of the best

I rarely go into Swansea city centre as I try to avoid the wandering zombie drug addicts and jobsworth traffic wardens hunting to hit their commission targets. But I did find myself in Swansea last weekend and I required a good meal to silence my rumbling stomach. A lesser man would've nipped into a well known burger joint with golden arches in its logo but as we all know the mascot of that business is a clown and I needed a king. Upon arrival to Burger King on union Street I was greeted by a clean exterior and once I had entered an even cleaner interior. I approached the counter to be greeted by Kelsey who would later know as the caeser fries lady, she took my order perfectly and even convinced me to add chilli cheese bites. I noticed over her shoulder a tall and majestic co worker by the name of Callum aka the grill king, he smiled and gave me a nod of approval for my order. Before I had time to check my twitter feed to see if the DFS sale had actually finished my food was ready for me and it truly was the best meal I have ever eaten. I cannot fault the service, helpfulness and care from the staff. Thankyou all

Went to Burger King yesterday to get some ceaser fries because they are the best and this woman called Kelsey was on the case and made them straight away as soon as they popped up on the screen, they were the best ceaser fries I’ve ever had, thank you ceaser fry lady

For the 3rd time I’ve ordered a Burger King I have received the wrong persons food order. I never have issues with any other companies just BK. I don’t know why today I called the driver and explained it was the wrong order and they took food back and apologised and said they would return with correct food but not heard off them since.

It was ok. The burgers were hot but the fries and onion rings were lukewarm. I don't order burgers much, think I'll give it a miss in future and order a pizza or fish and chips.

It's pretty clean and mostly empty. The food is kind of dry and doesn't have a lot of flavor 😕. Tbh I wanted to order a double cheese burger, I told them "one double cheese burger" the cashier "one cheese burger" me "no double cheese burger" the cashier " how many you want 1, 2, 3" and I just gave up and said "one cheese burger". I'm pretty disappointed in that but it's okay.

All three meals were missing the chips. The rest of the food was cold. The delivery driver wouldn’t help and couldn’t get through by phone either. Very disappointed

I visited burger king Swansea and it is nice of the service render to me especially one of the attender (sarah) at the same time keeping the Hall and environment clean.welcoming hospitality was fantastic.burger king management keep it up.

Haven’t been in a while so thought I might go back. The first thing I noticed was the price of the food which slightly shocked me in all honesty. However, after paying for my order I then had to wait for over 20 minutes which is when I asked how long the food was going to be. It then took Nealry an extra 10 minutes for the food to actually be ready. I think it would be important to note some factors that may affect this although the restaurant was not busy at this time and all that I ordered was 1 large meal. The overall experience was not the best and I do not expect myself to be going back any time soon. The idea of “fast” food has long gone and has been replaced by a series of long waiting times. Would not recommend.

Food was piping hot, onion rings were average nothing special but still tasted good, chilli cheese bites were so good and the burger was absolutely delicious with loads of sauce, I love Burger King.

Fries far too cool, but everything else was nice.
