Food never arrived..Waited 2 hours then on the app it says "delivered". Never again

The delivery man was polite and courteous.

Food was lovely, delivery driver was very polite.

Food was cold I had to re- heat it

Didn’t add the extra beef pattie or the extra cheese slice to the burger. What’s the point of having those options, that you pay additionally for, and they are not included in the burger.

Great food and service but can't believe how expensive everything has got. I can see why I only eat fast food every now and again. £17 for a burger and chips.

I had a fantastic experience at Burger King Llansamlet recently, thanks to the employe, Molly. They were incredibly friendly and attentive, and took the time to explain the menu options even during a busy time.

The food was delicious. Management and staff were all friendly

ordered double whopper meal and for the 3 time in a few weeks they only gave me a single whopper even though receipt showed the correct order. food arrived freezing cold and other extras like cheese and bacon i paid for on the burgers was missing.

Had a take away meal today, was served on the till instead of at the machine which was a nice change as usually it's drive through or placing your order with the kiosks. Service was pleasant enough also swift, food was lovely. Had a gourmet burger and cheese bites. Restaurant was clean and tidy from what I could see. Nice little treat meal.

The bag was open on arrival.We had missing straws for drinks, missing onion rings. I will not be ordering again. awful service.

Restaurant was closed at curtains eve after you had taken mot order waited over hour half for food to be told the restaurant was closed my order should not have been taken spoilt my Christmas Eve food as no where else to order from then very disappointed

Bought a Gourmet meal worth 11.39 GBP at 8:30 am today. Arrived after a few moments of waiting in the car park. Unfortunately, the burger's Angus patty was burnt to a crisp...

Driver was rude asf!! Tried making me go out the back which I have to walk to get too and when came to front he was pure rude

Always get my order wrong. Spoils for meal and for such a high price you’d expect better. It is not hard to remove an item or two from a burger, even after they are clearly marked as removed from the packaging.

It is a place that sells burgers and fries (among others). Is it a five star Michelin restaurant? No. Does it deserve a 5 star Google rating? Yes. It does exactly what it says on the tin. You know - I knew - going in there what the experience and food would be like. And that is what makes it special. Being able to rely on a constant, good experience. Thank you Burger King!

No chilli cheese bites with the order asked for no mayo on the burgers and there was mayo the food tipped everywhere I’m unhappy with my order absolutely ridiculous

Received order on time. There was a portion of fries missing (received 2 instead of 3). The food was not even warm, only just consumable. Poor effort.

Lettuce was brown and soggy. Not enjoyable

best burger by far, and salad was good in bun as it had what should be in there.

I eat in Burger King llamshamlet quite a bit the staff are always very polite and helpful I haven’t a bad word to say the food is all hot and cooked perfect The shift manager Ciaran is always on hand if anything is not right Give this restaurant 5* definitely

Absolute shambles. Fast food? Evertime I order at the drive though I'm always asked to park up!!!! If I had the time I would sit in the restaurant. Tonight has to be the worst!!! Sat in the car for 30 minutes waiting on food!!!

I went last night and had great servuce great food nothing to complain about served bt a guy but i went again today because of how much i enjoyed it last night and all women there terrible service ! I asked for extra cheese and they charged me and didnt put extra on...... everytimw ive visted and a guy serves me always been great but the women that work there dont give a crap about nothing they cant even smile ffs

I had a burger meal today well we had about 6 chips it cost £30 what we had I don't think I go back to burger king again

Have it their way. No matter what you order, it’ll most likely be wrong. Phone up to complain and was offered a replacement but I was no where near the place when I found out. Wrong orders should be refunded and replaced. It isnt cheap!

Avoid this place at all costs in the evening. The service is not up to the standard you should expect. The member of staff who served me, you could tell she just did not want to be there, she had no clue the customer she served before me had to ask for his chip's to be replaced as she put them on the tray a full 8 mins before his burger was ready and in the process she spilled some on the counter and never bothered to clean them up after it was only cleaned when the manager who prepared my order incorrectly as it was a takeaway not eat in I mentioned to him that counter needed cleaning of the mess, which he had no intention of cleaning until I mentioned it when I got home with the meals although they were correct they were lukewarm after 5mins which was the time taken to travel home in my car, will not go to this branch of burger king again. If anybody from their head office reeds this, may I suggest this place needs inspection and intensive training from the manager down

My local burger king is hardly ever jam packed nor overcrowded on week days when I visit once or twice a month with my friend/support worker mostly using the drive through which is slightly less stressful to deal with and manage on the rare occasions when I'm able enough to go, owing to my mental and physical disabilities from military service.

I didn't hear the door, my own fault for which I apologised a few times. the driver was rather rude about it and questioned quite a few times how I didn't hear him knock. I continued to apologise more. I felt uncomfortable and intimidated.

I had a lovely experience at Burger King today, the restaurant was very clean inside and outside, service was outstanding, they helped me place my order on the tills as I’m rubbish at using the kiosk's. Food was hot and delicious. Overall great service very happy and 100% recommend

I was missing two burgers from my order

the delivery woman would not come to my door, I went down only to have to go back up to get delivery number, she was rude and my food was cold so didn't eat it, not happy would be an understatement!!!

The last 3 times I have ordered from here I have had chunks of my order missing completely, I will no longer be using this branch as they clearly are incapable of filling orders correctly. Yes I confirmed 2 times at the pay point and still you got it wrong!

wrong item delivered despite being ticked off as correct on receipt. Delivery checking system needs more attention to detail. Still awaiting compensation claim.

My server was Chloe, who helped me with using the codes as I had never used them before; she was patient and very helpful! She provided service with a smile and was quick to serve my food. Will definitely be coming back :) Went back again, and was greeted by the lovely staff on front counter, who gladly helped me to customise my meal and make sure it was suitable for me, will definitely be back again, and recommending the store to others!!!
