I wasn’t very happy with the service at all, waited an hour for food.

My order arrived at my home at 5.13pm instead of 4.30pm.

only 10mins late this time,so improving !

Had a xl bacon cheeseburger, never disappoints 👍

delivery on time but food was not hot.

I didn't receive it.Its happened twice in a row now.

Staff couldn't give a toss. The manager is too busy smoking in the bins to know anyway. The absolute last visit to BK

I come here for lunch sometimes however the fast food service is incredibly slow and considering it’s always quite it’s disappointing, seems to be a whole lot of staff not doing very much.

Food was ready shortly after ordering on the instore ordering facility. I ordered the burger melt, chips, chilli cheese bites, I chose tte large option. Food was freshly made, tasty, and was served at the right, for me, temperature. The cost with the upgrade to a Monster drink and using reward points for the additional chilli cheese bites was good. I'm kinda addicted to the chilli cheese bites. They're very satisfying.

The lovely Molly served me with a cheeky smile & a wink at sunny Llansamlet. I WILL return ;). Andy B

Bun of my whopper had a slight burnt taste. It was like it was in the toaster a tad too long.

Don't forget to use their App, plenty of offers available. Really nice burgers that taste like a burger should. The whopper is a winner everytime. Drive through is a little slow but worth the wait. Fenced seating area outside. Just wish they would change their chips to fries, don't like the ones they use now.

Ella and Cori were an absolute delight when I called with my mother. Their ability to communicate with customers was exceptionally good. We will return

The dining area, car park and toilets were very clean. The staff working were excellent with helping me with queries on my order, my order was completed very quickly. The my meal was prepared brilliantly and tasted outstanding.l

I had a lovely experience at Burger King today, the restaurant was very clean inside and outside, service was outstanding, they helped me place my order as I’m rubbish at using the kiosk's. Food was hot and delicious. Overall great service very happy and 100% recommend

I was served by Molly on the drive thru, she was incredibly polite and introduced herself by name which was a nice touch. She multitasked fantastically by taking my order and appearing at the 2nd window to gibe my drink, i did have to park up for my halloumi fried and food was then delivered to my car in less than a minute, very good experience in Swansea llansamlet branch

Clicked the drink option on the meal, and didn’t get a drink. Meal delayed by three hours from original order time. When meal arrived, was cold and bland. Burger was cold and crushed. Loaded fries were undercooked and overly greasy. 2/10

Order with touch screen only, created order but card machine not working. Terrible music being played through a knackered speaker. Food was spot on as always and the place was very clean.

Food is 100% better than McDonald's! Food is always tasty, warm and doesn't look like someone threw it together from the other side of the room (unlike McDonald's!). Coke actually tastes like coke and not the watered down shite from McDonald's! Dusty was awesome and helped rectify an issue that was caused by ordering via the app!

Restaurant and the toilets were clean, the staff were friendly and quick and the food was lovely and fresh.

I visited this Burger King last week with my friends and it was a fantastic experience. The store was busy yet the dining area was clean and tidy. The staff were really friendly and had a lovely smile. The service was really quick and the food was amazing. Vegan Royals, chilli cheese bites, and onion rings are fantastic.

Yes I parked up but this evening everyone was busy and I could understand why. Didn't wait for long. A male member of staff fetched the food out. And again polite and cheerful. Didn’t add the extra beef pattie or the extra cheese slice to the burger. What’s the point of having those options, that you pay additionally for, and they are not included in the burger.

Great food and service but can't believe how expensive everything has got. I can see why I only eat fast food every now and again. £17 for a burger and chips.

Dined in, service was great from Dusty and Ashleigh! Food was hot and I hadn’t waited long for my order. Definitely will dine in again and recommend this restaurant.

I had a fantastic experience at Burger King Llansamlet recently, thanks to the employe, Molly. They were incredibly friendly and attentive, and took the time to explain the menu options even during a busy time.
