The best restaurants in United Kingdom serving Fast food food

I would rather eat of a public footpath than in this restaurant! How on earth it hasn't been shut down how filthy it is. Dead flies on tables, rubbish and food all over the floors and tables, bins over flowing, the drinks dispenser absolutely stinks of stale water from the water/ice dispenser. I have to ask for the table to be cleaned and the staff member wiped food onto the floor with a dirty bleach smelling cloth, no surface spray no drying the table- left it damp and smelling of bleach. It's just absolutely disgusting and that is what we can see so you can imagine how nasty the kitchen is!!!!

Food is great how ever orders usually missing a item and there are so many problems with there website you cant even put a order in and after so many tries it completely resets your order

We tried the chilli burgers from the menu (technically my new favourite burger now after trying once 😂) we got vanilla milkshakes which sadly were like warm milk, I asked the lad why the milkshakes looked like that, he apologised (it was warm so milkshakes weren't coming out properly) he gave us a refund and said to keep milkshakes (I did have a sip but they went in bin as were gross) We got a fillit of fish for midnight, he only had a bite but had diarrhea by the time we got home 😱 quite expensive considering we got it without a bun for him, was same price as 2 double chilli burgers 🤨. We used our refund to get mc flurrys, Darren had smarties and I got the apple cake one (Darren liked his, mine was amazing!) I like unusual tasting things and thought was delicious 😋. I could've gave them a worse rating, but the staff were kind, the chilli burgers were delicious as was the ice cream.

Was standing in McDonald’s when a customer approached a manager to complain about his order she was soo rude and was mocking the way the boy spoke . He got upset I went outside to check the boy was ok as he seemed a bit high rate and upset .. he was Autistic and had learning disabilities his mum was trying to calm him . I find this absolutely disgusting they also got my order wrong but after what she did to the boy I thought I would just complain to McDonald’s headquarters and so are the boys family ! To lock someone with learning difficulties is beyond me . I will never step foot inside a Ayr mcdonalds again… this was disgusting incident happened on the 20th of may 2025 so it’s very recent … so if you have kids or anyone with learning difficulties the staff think it’s ok to mock them !

I'm not happy how long it took for me to get my food. at 9. 57 I was told It will be with me 10. 25 and my order was delivered at like 11 that like a hour of waiting. and then when the delivery guy came and gave me my food he was just on his phone

First time here would not go again. Quite dirty place. food awful. No atmosphere whatever
