Food was nice but took a while to deliver and there was quite a alot of mess on the tables despite it being basically empty

Messed my orders up multiple times, but the staff do resolve it eventually. Decided to stop visiting because it just became too timely waiting to have my food order resolved. Half would be cold when it came to eating and the other half hot from where they brought the missing food much later.

This mcdonalds is the best we been in uk, been coming for years, the staff are lovely, they work hard, supremely polite and efficient, a great feel and largely always clean, they cope well with increased demand with a smile ❤

This has to be the worst McDonalds!! Food takes an absolute age Drinks are always off and the food cold!!

They gave me the paper bag with my food but the box from happy meal didn't brought the cheeseburger (just fries and toy) and no napkins or straw for my Fanta. Awfulness at all times on that one.

I was on my way to Cheltenham when I visited. Large space. Very good self service and the service was fast. Had a nice burger and a nice cup of latte. You can visit on your way... See you there someday. Cheers Jesus is Lord.

It’s McDonald’s so pretty standard. The biggest issue is that the drive through is almost always queuing out onto the road. No one seems to be manning the part where you order, often sit at it for an eternity waiting for someone to speak. Needs a redesign at this point.

Didn't even know it was possible to burn a Big Mac bun. If you can get to the town Maccies instead, the extra journey is worth it for better food.

Just ordered 30 nuggets and didn't get any sauces!!

The chips are always warm not hot and amounts in cartons vary but never full , value for money no way

Ordered on the app for delivery at 13:23 and arrived at 14:42. Said would be 20-30 mins when I ordered. Food was freezing cold so just threw in the bin. Had issues before with Uber Eats and McDonald’s orders where food missing or cold. This was just plain and simple awful service

Spotlessly clean. Evidence of ongoing cleaning, emptying of bins etc. Fast service and a friendly welcome from the 'front of house' team.

The customer service my husband and I received at the drive through this evening was appalling. The order was rang through wrong, which we made the girl at the last kiosk aware of, and she refused to swap the drinks to what we asked for (an oj instead of the coke which my daughter won't drink). She was very rude. Then when we got home we realised she'd neglected to check what she gave us and two double cheeseburgers were missing when we'd been charged for them. Won't be visiting again. I work in customer service and this girl needs an attitude check.

Don't normally review places like McDonald's. However, the attitude of the staff member in the window was very rude. She has a massive attitude problem. First of all, no hello etc she just said, "Here you go." Then my order was wrong, so she asked me what my order was again. Which is fine, but the way she looked at me as if it was my problem. Then she started to argue in front of me to her colleague who was on the drink station and made me feel very uncomfortable. She was then saying, "Hurry up, he is waiting." And continued to argue with her colleague. Which wasn't very pleasant. Hats of to her colleagues for putting up with her. Anyway, hopefully, management can talk some sense into her.

A fantastic family meal in McDonald’s staff were nice with plenty of food options.

For once the Fries are hot, Amazing. However, the Coffee is disgusting. Somebody really needs to check the coffee machine. DON'T ORDER THEIR COFFEE.

Good service and very clean tables. The McMuffin was really nice. Our visit was about 15 minutes and in that time we were asked to leave reviews by 2 different staff members. We found it a little pushy.

Standard maccies, drive through gets busy and hard to get into / out of.

Running out of banana milkshake so I caught them topping it up with vanilla thinking I wouldn't notice despite the fact it is a different colour... After 50 years you would have thought they would have figured out how to cook chips.

I took my son here last Friday after a visit to smyths toy store and I have to say I was pleasantly surprised by my experience. The best visit to a McDonald’s to date. The staff who were walking the floor were so helpful! One gentleman brought over my son some dinosaur masks and told him how to use them. Another asked if I had everything I needed both were smiling and happy and saying hello to everyone who walked in. Service was fast too. Was just lovely to see happy helpful staff. The elderly gentleman especially was a real credit to the staff there. So Thankyou as I said I was pleasantly surprised. Normally it’s all abit rushed and chaotic in other McDonald’s Iv sat in this one beats them top trumps

Food ok. Had toddler with me who spilt his milk over food and floor. All replaced at no charge and area cleaned.

Only went through the drive-thru but it was OK. Always find parking here terrible though but no fault of McDonalds.

waited 20 minutes for a hot drink and a cold drink and when i asked they picked it up off the side and handed it to me, it was ready i was just waiting 20 minutes for no reason, if i hadn’t asked for it god knows when i’d have got it and the coffee was cold

Drive through access is too narrow and kerbs are too high. Turns are too tight with the combination of width and kerbs can cause damage to wheels. Service excellent

Don't bother ordering for a delivery. Food arrived 1h after ordering, stone cold with a missing burger. I ordered through the mcdonalds app, so I wasted time trying to get in touch with the restaurant (phone line constantly busy) or complain through the app. They don't want to hear it, although they made the order and sent it out uneatable and incomplete. I only had 48h to complaint to... uber (I wasn't aware), and not mcdonalds about it. No information provided whatsoever, uber driver said that it had nothing to do with him. No refund, no replacement. Literally put my money straight to the bin. I will never eat there again! AVOID!

Not the Scottish cuisine I was expecting.

Came in today with my young daughter. And paid for table service for the 3 of us. After it was delivered tried to ask staff if we could get some brown sauce but he ignored us and walked off. 👎

Speed of services very slow , I waited for my order 30 min, when I got my order there is no straws,no tissue, no sauces. I ordered 3 fillet o fish meal and 1 kids meal for take out , and they gave fries on side not inside the bag , then I put it by myself in to the bag . So it means they don’t care about the customer services. Coz they are think the name of Mc Donald’s is enough , service doesn’t matter .

Poor. Mcflurry machine broke waited inline at the drive thru for 20mins to be told at the order window. Couldn't reverse back as the queues to get in long. I shouldnt complain as its my choice, opting for convenience over quality. One simple solution and suggestion would be for store management to put a sign out at the entrance, simple yet effective.

Very busy atmosphere, cramped as building is not big enough for the volume of customers. Lots of workers and excellent service. Only downside is chips are warm when received due to how long it takes to compose the meal I order. Overall though, good food at very affordable prices, despite being on the unhealthier side.

Avoid this place like the plauge they are truly terrible. All the times I've bought food wether it be drive through or online they have always messed up my order every single time. I've gone back and complained to the manager before who was very very rude. I've ordered triple cheeseburgers and ended up with singles. I've ordered happy meals for my children which have never turned up. When I spoke to the manager about the happy meals he said there was nothing they could do about it and it weren't his problem. If you use the drive through they always make you wait in the car park for your order for at least ten minutes. The staff must all be brain dead as I don't know how they can always mess up orders however simple they are. Honestly I could go on and on about this place. Just avoid it and go somewhere else.

If you're looking for a decent McDonald's that gets your order right every single time then avoid this place and go somewhere else. I'm not going there anymore as every single time I've gone there they have left things missing from my order EVERY SINGLE TIME. The staff are never much help either.

Placed a delivery order, food took 45mins (not unreasonable amount of time, but most of that time the food was on the side in McDonald's and not in a insulated bag so the food arrived cold) called support to be told "as the order arrived in a suitable amount of time they will not do anything" escalated and was told they would do nothing. I would have likely gotten better support ordering through Uber directly.

It’s a shame to leave a 1 star review as the staff here are generally very good and should be recognised for their resilience to such a challenging and difficult environment. This McDonald’s is about 3 times too small for the amount of people it serves. It’s dirty, cramped, tired and full of people you won’t like, so best to avoid, but if you’re still considering wasting your money here, please take note of the following: Let me start with sitting in; First, there is next to no seating at anytime around dinner or lunch. It’s so small you have to shuffle around like sardines in a can before you can get to a machine to order, by which time, the only available seat is taken. The place is generally a mess with food on the floor and tables plus the bins are usually overflowing. Click, Park, Collect: This is a lifesaver if you don’t want to enter the retched bodily secretion filled building for your food. However the downside is there’s only two bays which will almost always be taken by someone who’s sat inside. If you do manage to get a bay, you’ll be waiting for so long you might at well cook your own food. Parking: Although there’s a massive car park outside of the McDonald’s owned property the actual dedicated 24/7 car park is abysmal. Honestly whoever designed it clearly didn’t realise that we’ve moved on beyond the 1960s Mini, not to mention most McDonald’s customers are almost the same size as the vehicle they travelled in, you would’ve thought they’d put more attention into making the bays larger. There also seems to be a “deliveroo” specific parking bay. It’s the first I’ve ever seen one, I’m not sure why it’s blue with a man in a wheel chair painted on it though… Drive Through: Here’s a tip, order on the app first. You’ll save yourself the pain or trying to order through a microphone and speaker clearly recycled from a 1950s radio program. Also if your car is larger than an ant, it’s exceptionally tight to go round to the back or the restaurant to collect your order. To conclude, this is a messy, cramped, tired, dirty McDonald’s in desperate need of expansion as it’s serving customers of 80,000 but is only designed for about 10,000. Honestly you’ll have a more pleasant experience bathing in cow manure than eating here, and probably less likely to catch something too. The staff are brilliant though.

Always packed with customers hard to navigate

Probably the worst McDonald's I've been too - staff were great, food was fine, but the building is terrible... The building is tired and in desperate need of a full refurbishment - gents toilet sink not in use, scruffy, and just desperate. Go elsewhere.

Very busy and staff seemed to be prioritising drive thru and delivery drivers over customers in the restaurant.

Somewhere I dont visit yet elsewhere I've had their drive thru coffee and it was ok. Only ordered coffee, I an a coffee drinker yet this was awful over roasted acid beans that tasted burnt. At 9an everyone was busy and I waited 10 minutes for a cappuccino so they need more staff. The toilets were clean

I recently visited McDonald's and was disappointed by the experience. Despite it being a fast food restaurant, the wait time for my order was unusually long. When the food finally arrived, it wasn't very hot, which diminished the overall quality and taste of the meal. This visit didn't meet the usual standards I've come to expect from McDonald's.

It's what you would expect, fast organised chaos

Decent, as with any other McDonald's, it does the job. The car park is very small, but that doesn't really matter so much since it's right next to a big Tesco parking lot. The food, when I received it the first time my wrap wasn't wrapped properly, which I didn't appreciate. The second time I went I got the wrap again and this time it was, which shows a lack of consistency. But, what I can say is at least they aren't consistently bad, as that would be horrible.

Ordered a big mac while they are cleaning the kitchen and making food at the same time without gloves and found plastic inside inside big mac. Dangerous i wouldn’t go back here again

Why why guys??? If you’re gunna charge £2 for a McFlurry at least fill it up! ROBBERY!!! The staff can be awful... Now, it's not all the staff. Some of them are lovely. Such as Liv and whoever the DM is (no name tag due to the time of day). But the younger employees (specifically a female, possibly Asian ethnicity, dark hair and short) really need an attitude change. Food is always good (I only eat the chips but the family seem to enjoy). And even when there's mistakes they're always sorted quickly. Never found anything that would suggest ill hygiene. Chips can vary but when they're good they're really good. As a busy family who spend lost their time on a farm or travelling, it's something quick that we can grab while we drive through.

It's a McDonald's what more can I say. It serves food Cheap cheerful food, just what the kids need after school. Nothing wrong with a treat now and then.

It isn't open 24 hours, like Google and the website say. It was closed at 11.30 on Sunday night.

Delivery cold and missing items. The galaxy pastry tastes like fries on the outside and cheap chocolate in the middle not even a hint of raspberry. This particular franchise always sends out sub standard food but is happy to take the extortionate prices they charge. Their head office needs to reign them in a bit. Zero stars

I am writing this review from the McDonald's parking lot. I went through the drive-thru and tried to place an order. However, the man with a beard informed me, quite rudely, that they were not taking orders. I complained to the manager, who was very polite. This is the second time I've noticed his behavior. Please look into this matter, as the man with the beard on the night shift is consistently rude.

A girl named Ellie was very rude towards to me and my friends . We also had my little sister who she purposely nudged when bringing our food over! She was rude and we experienced a disgusting approach from her! All staff were smiling and happy except her. She would point at us and laugh and pull horrible faces. I ordered 3 breakfast items off the app and collected from the drive thru. When I arrived home only had 2 of the items. When I next went in to McDonalds and asked for a refund ( I had my receipt) I was refused and told I could have ate it and they wouldn’t know! The missing item was the cheapest item on the bill, if I was going to lie I would have picked the most expensive item. Disgusting customer service from McDonald’s Kingsditch, Cheltenham. Not the best McDonalds we have been to Gloucester much better but as we where picking up granddaughters to take for tea easier as they live in Cheltenham very tiny restaurant very long wait for the food ordered on the self order machines and they got the order wrong not hopeful of a return also car park very small

Mens toilets are very poor condition,last time I visited cubicle door was pushed open due to the latch being bent very embarrassing for myself and the person coming in. 2 months later I'm back and nothing has changed in fact it's worse and now toilet paper is chucked on the floor. Seat was covered in urine clearly not cleaned or bothered with to think that a secure lact h and paper chucked on the floor isn't an issue

Food quality is good. Staff are usually friendly. We do find in the drive through, we have to park up a lot once food is ordered which can be a bit timely.

Rubbish, 3 meals ordered, 2 were wrong !! How hard can it be to put 3 meals in a bag, rang store they wouldn’t do nothing about it.

I'm always using drive through only. Someone in there has to be deth, how I can order dubble burger and get single burger instead or wnen I ordered brecffast pitta and hushbrown got only pitta,also if there be monopoly going arround, this place be out of cups with stickers and no free burgers 4u if u go there, and the advertisements are still in windows 🤦

Same story with this mc'y again and again and again.... Wrong items in my order every time, seem to me like they got instructions to scam people or something because this is happening way too often! Ordered that new Double Quater Pounder Deluxe meal for £9, and what I received instead? A freaking double cheeseburger for £9! Obviously on next visit I will not walk out without any compensation as this is stealing money, nerves and time to come back there to sort it. If you can, avoid this mc donald's as it's the worst runned mc around.

Drive through order. Wrong drink, wrong dips and ordered 5 selects, box said 5 only 3 in it. Car park too small. Don't go there very often but when I do the order is always wrong!!!
