Subway in Bassetlaw

Seen the other reviews on here, but in my eyes, I’ve never seen harder workers. 2 Indian men, both alone day after day, serving 8 customers, doing just eat deliveries, sandwiches etc. PUT 2 ON AT LEAST Subway! Cheap business. Lovely men, both well done

AVOID wish I checked the reviews before place wasn't very clean but put that down to there only been one person working. Ordered a meatball sub well I've had a night from hell toilet runs all night I think this subway needs reporting to trading standers for hygiene

I recently visited at this restaurant the food is very good and service is very nice and good staff with smile.good place for health food. I think management has been changed staff also new .any way good experience for me .

Missing the sauce on the waffle fries

Forgot our foot long cookie, forgot our crisps, and we got a Fanta instead of a coke. Forgot nacho bites, waffle fries, one of the normal cookies. My sandwich was smushed and half the ingredients was outside the sandwich?! Freezing food. Asked for it toasted and it wasn’t. Didn’t ask for onions but put them on it anyway. Honestly. What a joke. Careless service. Hope you get closed down!! £32 for this crap is beyond ridiculous.

Had food delivered by uber eats we had a foot long great caesar dub a foot long turkey sub and wanted to try the garlic cheese steak when it all arrived the garlic cheese steak was missing the STEAK hiw can you miss the main ingredient out of the sub. As they have no phone number (that I can find) I can't complain. Got to hope uber refund us.

Delivered on time but order missing 1 item and the other one missing ingredients , no phone number to call back and ask for re deliver , only option was ask for refund , had to go to off licence to get some food to eat . Not happy at all

The wrong order (for someone else) was delivered with no means of contacting the restaurant to get the correct order. The only avenue was to request a refund from Just Eat but this didn't solve the problem of not having anything for lunch without starting a new order and then waiting for that.

Food was on time because they decided to only make half of it. Receipt had a note saying they had no steak or Pepsi so didn’t send and we should ask just eat for a refund. This now means I have to pay service charges and delivery charges again so my partner can eat. Why didn’t they ring and ask if we wanted a replacement

Nacho chicken was cold but everything else was really nice

Staff were rude and unhygienic. Store was disgusting bits of food all over the floor grime and dirt all over the place the food was disgusting the lettuce was old and shriveled. Bathroom vile would not recommend to anyone.

Asked for extra pickles on my sandwich as I was pregnant and they wrote “congrats :)” on the receipt and gave me a pot full to the brim with pickles! Made my day!

Wrong food still waiting on my refund

This subway was atrocious and me and my partner WILL NEVER BE GOING AGAIN, there's a reason it's always empty! Went in around lunchtime on a weekday, so we expected a bit of a wait HOWEVER, there were 4 people ahead of us and me and my partner made the queue 6 people long. The cashier (Kelly I believe) and server (Anna/Hannah I believe) were incredibly incompetent. The server (THE one preparing the food) consistently got orders wrong, she missed a whole sandwich which caused confusion and embarrassment to the already uncomfortable customer ahead of us and delayed the queue even further. The server could not speak at a normal volume either, she was constantly shouting even though it was quiet, she was slow making the sandwiches and got a few mixed up. She made my sandwich (a steak and cheese) but neglected to inform me that there were peppers in the steak already mixed, even after me asking for a Philly cheese steak minus the peppers, she didn't think to tell me there were already peppers mixed in. She made my partner's sandwich fine. By the time we got through the line our sandwiches were lukewarm at best and our side of garlic cheese bites were cold. The drink's machine was also not working. We sat down to eat and I took a bite of my sandwich, which looked terrible it looked like it had been scrunched into a ball before being toasted rather than neatly folded, I realised there were peppers in it and went to the cashier to see if I ordered it wrong. The server was on her lunch break, saw me get up and SHOUTED ACROSS THE RESTERAUNT TO MY PARTNER (not me) whilst he was eating, about what was wrong. She then met me at the cash register and established what the issue was, after I stated that it did not say on the menu the peppers were already mixed in she offered to remake the sandwich, with a sigh I might add, then immediately went back on this stating that I had already paid so she couldn't do anything to help me. This whole time, despite me being right in front of her she was talking incredibly loudly, almost shouting at me directly in front of her, again it was not loud! My partner ate my sandwich so as not to waste food but we were absolutely appalled at the service we received, the shouting, the wait times and the experience overall. 0 out of 5 stars, avoid here AT ALL COSTS!!!

Driver was rude gave advice just in case turned up and address was wrong as always get told when I put 20 that they can't find it and was rude about the fact he came to number 20 and then was trying to find number 20!?

The items delivered where for some one else and even then the boxes holding the sandwich’s not put together anc the sandwiches where slk in the bottom of the bag out of the box

After ordering on just eat, it said our order had been delivered when it hadn't. Tried to find a number to call them couldn't find one, so my partner took it upon himself to go down there. When he got there he was told that his order was on the counter. So they gave him the bag, when he got home it wasn't even our order. So one unlucky person is now without their food. It went in the bin. Won't order from there again. Seems its a regular occurrence at this restaurant. I'm now awaiting a refund.

Subway is usually one of my favourite places to eat as I love the sandwiches! But with this specific subway I can only say because of the terrible and wrong way I was treated as a customer has stopped me from ever wanting to return here and ruined the whole experience for me and the family. I believe the girls name was ally as I was sure to remember it. The girl also was very rude to members of staff in front of customers and the way she was speaking to them in front of customers was disgusting so I think behind closed doors maybe they get treated worse. When you pay money to eat you want to enjoy the atmosphere not be spoken down too and also witness the girl speaking wrong to her staff was just very offputting.

Ordered a wrap with extra meat and cheese yet received a toasted sandwich with not much meat and no cheese at all. That £2 service charge clearly going to great service

Order was a mess. Ordered a 1 x Philly Steak toasted, 1 x Italian Deli toasted with bacon and hasbrowns. Received an 1 x untoasted Philly Steak Sandwich, 1 x Italian Deli toasted sandwich (minus bacon and hashbrowns) 1 x Bacon with Hashbrown sandwich. Ordered 2 x 5 cheese bites with mayo, received sweet chilli. Can Subways staff not read?

I've just placed an order for delivery, the salad came with NO MEAT!!! none at all. The cheese pizza slices were soaked with sauce and the most tightest amount of cheese, the cookies weren't even in the bag, the wedges were literally ice cold and raw absolutely vile, no number to contact.

Its very rare you'll see a 1-star review from me but this was awful. I'm normally a big fan of subway but won't ever return to Worksop's. The floor and every table are littered with crumbs and sticky dried up soft drinks. My sandwich were left in the toaster and was well burnt. My partners meatball sub was frozen in the middle. Had to take it back and get a fresh one. Turns out the lady had put the meatballs in the microwave but not turned it on. The staff were friendly enough but seemed past caring. Such a shame as I know businesses are struggling but these guys need to take some pride in their food outlet or close the doors.

I am extremely dissapointed in this service. Then when i attempted to call several numbers to simply ask for her food to be delivered and their mistake fixed but i could not get through to anybody which is insane even though i have been able to get a refund at the least. This is ridiculous and i wish it could have gone better.

Never have a problem with subway always on time

Sandwich filling did have a good taste, but the bread was melting. I needed to eat it with a fork from the package, it looked horrible, overflowing. I've ordered many times from Subway same sandwiches and it's first time when I receive something like this.

Food arrived on time, but when it arrived it was cold. Didn’t have the correct bread, wasn’t toasted, didn’t have any cheese. No olives, no peppers and the subs, all the filling was falling out, not cut and no sauce. Waste of money

The food never turned up and the driver lied and wrote that it had been delivered. There are no contact details for the restaurant and we tried calling the driver with no response. I had left my phone number and instructions on how to find the house in the order details so the driver could call us if they got lost. It was a large order and we have 3 unhappy children now. Very disappointed.

I received coupons through the post to use in Subway. I took the coupons along but the two young boys working in there wouldn't accept them. I walked out and took my custom elsewhere! Not impressed.
