Misterton pizza kebabs burger house in Bassetlaw

We order every weekend and its nearly always over £50. When I ordered I was told half an hour. I waited an hour an half and called to be told it was on the way. I waited another 20 mins and rang and was told again on the way I said I was told that 20 mins ago and the reply was 'well I'm busy now' VERY poor service for loyal customers. Last 2 times we have had parts of the order missing. Will not be ordering again. Will go to westwoodside instead. Edit*** After 2 hours I then have to go to shop myself to find my order wasn't on the way the 2 times I were told it was and hadn't even been packed. The fella proceeded to serve others after i had explained why I was there. After waiting 10 mins in store I was handed my order. I said I was willing to pay half the bill for the inconvenience but was ordered to pay full price. I then got my food which the pizza was stone cold as had been sat waiting I don't know how long and YET AGAIN part of the order missing!! Absolutley appalling🤬🤬

Always a warm welcome when you visit. Food is delicious and freshly prepared.

Called in for fish and chips, a bit disappointed think we had last of the prepared ones.

Ordered two kids chicken burgers, 1/2 chicken burger and chips, cheesy chips and two mixed kebabs, the doner meat was stone cold and had ice on it, no cheese and the chips, chicken was raw on everything, wouldn’t recommend at all

Couldn't get my teeth through the chicken in my chicken kebab and the salad was drenched and made everything wet

Not used this take away for some time now as there was always a mistake with our order , anyway decided last night to place an order which consisted of a pizza , combo wrap , chips & side salad & their home made hot sauce , I have to say it's the best take away we have had in a while , the pizza was delish & the wrap , the salad was soooo fresh & the hot sauce I have a slight addiction to , well done , keep it up ;)

This was my 1st time I be here which I buy 1 pizza and 1 Kebab which I enjoy then both in space of 2 days.

It's really nice food from here stayed at the camp site 5 mins walk to get the mixed kebab and a kebab wrap plus chips.everthing was perfect, and the kitchen is super clean nice guy serving very friendly,will be using again when we're over here.

My partner ordered takeaway mixed kebab and chips and chicken salad wrap for me. We are staying at Whitehouse Farm Camping and Caravanning round the corner from the kebab shop. I can honestly say the food was amazing best we have ever had lovely owner who cooked all the food from fresh. Would highly recommend if you are staying at the campsite and fancy a change from cooking yourself.

Ordered a veggie pizza. There was a tin of sweetcorn in every slice. Absolutely disgusting. I had to take the whole topping of and eat the dough. Never again. Also no delivery.

Been going on and off for years and throughout it has been a positive experience. I don't think there is anything novel about the food - it's precisely what you expect - but it has been consistently decent over the years. Food is always fresh and hot - not to be taken for granted. Arguably, better than most competing places in the area. Personally, I've tried a selection of pizzas, most of the burgers and the occasional chicken kebab - all pretty decent. The guy who runs it is consistently pleasant & friendly, no matter how deep in orders.

Vegetarian Wrap - don't recommend, asked for cheese and chilli sauce, received it with neither, cold wrap full of lettuce and onion...

Was told 40 minutes for delivery, rung 25 times to get through to give staff name as he for got to ask,it came 1 hour and 50 minutes later food missing, rest cold not good,sent missing food burnt and hard burger kids meal an extra 30 minutes wait cost £31,service and food gone downhill won't be spending any more money here.

Hi ordered meals last night took over 1hour 30 minutes to arrive when it came it was cold pizza cold kebab just warm missed burgers of for kids ad to wait 30 minutes again for burgers only live 5 minutes away .very poor quality never spending my money there again of to the one at Westwood side 💯 better

Food has always been decent, and is reasonably priced . Staff are always polite and friendly. Been going here for probably 15-20 years now, so they must be doing something right!

We have moved to the area 4 months ago and have visited Misterton Kebab House over 20 times since. We have found absolutely no faults at all. We have tried many different options on the menu, including pizza's, wraps, kebabs and burgers and all have been extremely tasty. Very friendly service every time and pays well attention to customers regular orders. Would defiantly recommend and will be coming back as a usual regular customer.

The wait was around 20 mins, 5 minute drive to home, and the doner meat was stone cold on both dishes, the chicken was hot , its the second time this has happened, definitely won't be spending money here ever again. Service very polite though so that's something.

Part of order missing, charged more than price on phone, had a 2022 price list with free delivery written on top, but got charged delivery, not impressed wont use again

Disappointed. Had been a few times over lockdown and the donner kebab was ok. This time it was a phone order to collect. Asked for the meat to be crispy, it wasn’t. Basic salad, lettuce onion mix! No lemon, no chillies, no red cabbage. A splash of chilli sauce and chips that were re fried I don’t know how many times? Not great. Not worth the great reviews it has. Plenty of other kebab shops closer. But I thought this was one of the best, and worth the extra mile. It’s not.

Ordered relatively early tonight , was told it would be about an hour.....2 hrs later & a couple of phone calls , we get a call asking us where we are ....stating he is outside our home , he wasn't as we could see on CCTV...not what anyone wants when they have waited 2hrs plus 4 a take out

Got a family feast deal while camping in Misterton it was great the food was good prepared quickly and staff were very pleasant the amount of toppings on our meat feast was divine and piled high I would recommend here to anybody with a good appetite ;)

OMG I popped in to Misterton Pizza & Kebab House to place an order and was completely ignored, the women behind the counter just looked at me and said nothing so after waiting a few awkward minutes I just left the premises............Poor Customer Service.....Never got to try the food. But if it starts out bad maybe this is a sign you should shop somewhere else.

Ordered a pizza and chips, 1 hour and half not arrived called the shop to be told the order was on the way, half hour later still no food, driver then rings and is at the wrong address.! Try to call the shop only for them not to pick up wish I could give 0 ⭐️

Food was discusting, chicken was dry, garlic mayo hardly tasted of garlic. Wasted most my food won't go back here.

Thought I would try a new takeaway place tonight, very disappointed with the quality of ingredients. The ham is the fake artificial ham and the garlic mushroom balls there is barely anything inside. Won’t use this takeaway again.

We get take-away from here once or twice a week. Great kebabs and the best pizza for miles around

Have been ordering from these guys since they opened years ago but lately the quality of the food has gone downhill. Ordered food from them on Friday and once again the chips were burnt to a crisp and appeared to have been reheated and chicken meat was also burnt. Will not be using these again.

Been here many times, pizza very nice, tried a skewered kebab for 1st time ordered slick and it was, maybe a little to spicy but still very nice, would try a different on next time

The worst kebab I have ever had. We also had a mushroom and ham pizza which had far too much filling and the cheese was very oily and the whole thing had no flavour! Do not recommend.
