Mcdonald's Restaurants in Ceredigion

Appalling service tonight. Ordered mcflurries and a brownie. Out of milkshakes again ofcourse. Was told we were speaking too slowly by the person serving. Terrible attitude. Will not be returning.

Every time we order from here, there's always something not right, either the food takes too long to arrive and is cold by the time it gets here, or there are items missing every time. Just not worth how much you pay to be honest. If I did this in my workplace, I would be without a job very quickly, but these lot get away with it all the time.

Had delivery this time just kept cancelling . The foods alright but chips tend to be undercooked and burger aren’t over cooked. Very busy some times

Yesterday we went through the drive through and was served by a wonderful young girl named Kait. So polite and friendly.

I ordered and paid for large fries but didnt get them. Why cant you check orders this is not the first time. You are making money out of poor service.

Took over an hour for food to come after ordering and half my drink was in the bag not the cup

Although the coffee is always good, once again there was no chocolate hot drink available. The chicken and bacon salad was very disappointing. One undercooked slice of bacon and two barely-cooked small pieces of chicken breast. The salad consisted of large pieces of tough lettuce, masses of onion and two large slices of tomato. The balsamic vinegar was the sticky kind full of sugar! The new cardboard knives and forks do not work! See photo. Couldn’t even spear a slice of lettuce. Altogether disappointing and not good value for money. Don’t try to get a healthy meal at McDonald’s.

Mozzarella sticks were cold and not very nice the burger fell apart when eating it and the chips were cold as always

Worst experience. I ordered 9 chicken selects sharebox and got 9 chicken McNuggets

The bag that it arrived in wasnt packaged properly. The drink leaked out and drenched both bags

Everytime I order food here they forget atleast 1 thing. It wouldn't be an issue if it didn't happen 9/10 times.

My order was incorrect. I ordered a spicy with no sauce but it’s come with sauce and I cannot eat it.

It's maccy d's. What else is there to say? Fix your mcflurry machine. Otherwise. Yeah it's good.

there was no fries with my order at all and I was missing a burger I spent over 40 quid and didn't get half my food!!!!!

Ordered the 2 burgers and 2 fries for £9.99 one burger and the 2 fries didn’t show. But got a refund so wasn’t too bad

Driver was swell, 10/10 service

Usual macices, lots of parking and just managed with a few seconds left to order the breakfast menu which, by the way, is amazing. Sooo soft and would also like to recommend getting the double sausage McMuffin which I had without the egg because I’m not perticually fond of.

Continuously get the order wrong. Thankfully we only live 5 minutes away, but even 5 minutes going home and going back to correct the right food is never even worth it. The food is always cold. Waste of time. Do not bother. We've started going to an independent burger shop now and following this evening , it will be the only one we go to from now on. Lost our service

McDonald’s eta updating for 1 hour and twenty minutes continued to make late, driver went to wrong street and when he gave me food (out of the boot of car)none of it was warm, told driver food wasn’t warm he shrugged and said restaurant was slow and what was the customer-code terrible service from restaurant and driver never ordering again and will tell others not to order shocking !

Second time in 3-4 months that I've had a burger arrive incorrectly prepared. Yes I omit toppings due to food intolerances but this is still poor. Just Eat will refund me but doesn't make up for the fact I couldn't eat what I'd ordered.

Let's face it McDonalds is just McDonald's, the same lay out, same menu, some staff make the effort. Time for some new ideas,food in my opinion is just bland chips are always cold and burgers look nothing like the menu photo.

Nice and clean and very fast service has a drive through but didn't use it location not bad opposite a hotel the food is average but what is expected of any McDonald's

It literally took nearly 2 hours when I live fairly close to the McDonalds. I’m horrified at how long it took. It was cold when it got here so it was I enjoyable too. Will NOT be ordering again

° There was no blood on the walls in the toilets. ° Food was all correct and warm. ° We received our food very quickly even though it was very busy. ° No filth all over the floors. °Didn't get called by a scammer! 5 Stars!

Almost 2 hours late and arrived cold

I went there for a meal at approximately 2.30 today and i must admit i left being very impressed with the restaurant. The counter service was very quick. The,staff were very friendly, polite, courteous and professional. The gentleman who brought my meal over was a very nice gentleman who asked if there was anything else i would like and he did not hesitate to go back for sauces i asked for. In addition to the above, the restaurant, tables and toilets were very clean. Well done to everyone at the, Aberystwyth Mc Donalds.

wrong order given just got drinks

Food was good but at times very slow. Went about 2 weeks ago and ordered a small coke and a small McFlurry. This took 14 minutes to get. The store itself wasn’t busy but I do feel they prioritise the drive through rather than the customers that walk in. Staff were lovely however and when you’re finished will offer to take your tray

Wa supposed to be delivered at 4.32, somehow the postcode had been changed on my account, and it went to the wrong address first, the driver called so have him the right address, I could see him on the map, going to bow street instead of penparcau

Ordered a deliveroo, drinks were spilled all over the mcflurrys, and the cheese box was missing, seems the staff are a sandwich short of a picnic

It's McDonald's obviously, but a good one. The person who brought our food over ordered to get me some sugar for me tea to save me going which was friendly.

Delivery time was terrible. The rider noticed when he arrived the food was spoilt because the Hot drinks had ruined the order. Probably because someone at McDonalds had not packed the drinks securely. Now waiting for the rider to return with fresh order.

On monday I and my friend went there. We ordered burgers with fries and unfortunately, I've never had such bad fries in my life. They were cold and tasted like they they were done few hours ago and just waited for someone to buy them. But one thing is the taste, another is the size of the portion, i bought large fries but the portion looked like small. Additionally my Fried had medium and i did not see a difference in size between those two portions. We both were very dissapointed.

i ordered at 5 and it arrived at 8:30. Food was so, so cold i couldve eaten something from the fridge and had something warmer. i was supposed to go out at 7 but cancelled because my food still wasn't here and i couldn't cancel my order. It's my first time using Just eat and it was just really disappointing.

Went to this McDonald’s for a morning breakfast admittedly the wait was slightly longer than expected but it was busy and the staff were apologetic for said wait. Unfortunately during my visit my friend accidentally spilled her drink. Staff were quick to respond and particularly kind about the situation specifically Andi and Leah. Would recommend as we were impressed and thankful for the kindness in these staff.

McDonald's was cold that's on McDonald's though as the delivery rider was fast, the delivery guy was a nice happy chap too full stars for the delivery.

Only received the bottle of milk, called the store and they informed me the food was ready to collect. I don’t drive and have no way to get to store in time, nothing they can do to organise another driver. So wasted food, not the first time either…

I normally order delivery from this McDonald’s. Finally after one too many messed up orders, I am leaving a review. I feel really sorry for the staff as they bear the brunt of frustration when delivery orders go wrong. Especially when they must realise, but have nothing that can be done. Now I am waiting three days for a refund. Previously, I have tried to reach out via the McDonald’s support system on Twitter as advised. Instead I I was contacted by a scammer to who pretended to be McDonald’s support. When I then contact McDonald’s directly to warn about this, they ignore me. I have given them so many chances and it ends today, I am done with this store, I am done with the company as a whole.
