° There was no blood on the walls in the toilets. ° Food was all correct and warm. ° We received our food very quickly even though it was very busy. ° No filth all over the floors. °Didn't get called by a scammer! 5 Stars!

I went there for a meal at approximately 2.30 today and i must admit i left being very impressed with the restaurant. The counter service was very quick. The,staff were very friendly, polite, courteous and professional. The gentleman who brought my meal over was a very nice gentleman who asked if there was anything else i would like and he did not hesitate to go back for sauces i asked for. In addition to the above, the restaurant, tables and toilets were very clean. Well done to everyone at the, Aberystwyth Mc Donalds.

Food was good but at times very slow. Went about 2 weeks ago and ordered a small coke and a small McFlurry. This took 14 minutes to get. The store itself wasn’t busy but I do feel they prioritise the drive through rather than the customers that walk in. Staff were lovely however and when you’re finished will offer to take your tray

Ordered a deliveroo, drinks were spilled all over the mcflurrys, and the cheese box was missing, seems the staff are a sandwich short of a picnic

It's McDonald's obviously, but a good one. The person who brought our food over ordered to get me some sugar for me tea to save me going which was friendly.

Me and my partner made two separate orders. Both came out incorrect. Kiosk was out of paper so had no proof of purchase for a refund/correction. Ronald would be truly devastated.

Delivery time was terrible. The rider noticed when he arrived the food was spoilt because the Hot drinks had ruined the order. Probably because someone at McDonalds had not packed the drinks securely. Now waiting for the rider to return with fresh order.

On monday I and my friend went there. We ordered burgers with fries and unfortunately, I've never had such bad fries in my life. They were cold and tasted like they they were done few hours ago and just waited for someone to buy them. But one thing is the taste, another is the size of the portion, i bought large fries but the portion looked like small. Additionally my Fried had medium and i did not see a difference in size between those two portions. We both were very dissapointed.

i ordered at 5 and it arrived at 8:30. Food was so, so cold i couldve eaten something from the fridge and had something warmer. i was supposed to go out at 7 but cancelled because my food still wasn't here and i couldn't cancel my order. It's my first time using Just eat and it was just really disappointing.

Went to this McDonald’s for a morning breakfast admittedly the wait was slightly longer than expected but it was busy and the staff were apologetic for said wait. Unfortunately during my visit my friend accidentally spilled her drink. Staff were quick to respond and particularly kind about the situation specifically Andi and Leah. Would recommend as we were impressed and thankful for the kindness in these staff.

McDonald's was cold that's on McDonald's though as the delivery rider was fast, the delivery guy was a nice happy chap too full stars for the delivery.

I normally order delivery from this McDonald’s. Finally after one too many messed up orders, I am leaving a review. Today I only received the bottle of milk from the driver, called the store and they informed me the food was ready to collect. I don’t drive and have no way to get to store in time, nothing they can do to organise another driver. So wasted food, not the first time either and happens with deliveroo and Just Eat. I feel really sorry for the staff as they bear the brunt of frustration when delivery orders go wrong. Especially when they must realise, but have nothing that can be done. Now I am waiting three days for a refund. Previously, I have tried to reach out via the McDonald’s support system on Twitter as advised. Instead I I was contacted by a scammer to who pretended to be McDonald’s support. When I then contact McDonald’s directly to warn about this, they ignore me. I have given them so many chances and it ends today, I am done with this store, I am done with the company as a whole.

chips were cold 1 portion of chips missing and 1 large grimace shake missing I had to drive down to mcdonalds to collect missing items I could have saved the delivery charge and ordered from inside shop

Very busy store at the time we visited but the food was hot and fresh. A Manager actually went round the dining area and asked if everything was OK and if there was anything she could do for us or take any rubbish away which was a first and well done to her. Nice to see.

Foods fresh service can be slow

Simply the worst McDonald's I've ever been too. All 3 toilets not working / no loo roll, and place absolutely stank. Food was slow/not fresh, ketchup dispenser broken, tables not clean. You name it, it is not working at this place.... Just really really terrible

It's Macdonald's nothing special. But it was clean and the food was hot.

It's just your regular McDonald's food is always good, chips are 50/50 but staff and atmosphere is pretty good in general

Lost count of the times we've had things missing from our order. How difficult can it be? I know mistakes can be made occasionally but seems to be nearly everytime we get food from here!

this has to be the worst maccies i have been in, i sat at a table and ordered through app in the morning for some breekie and the table number, but nothing arrived for 10 mintues and so went up the counter and asked where my stuff is she looked at me a sighed and had her arms crossed and she kept me waiting a few minutes and got my order i asked for and handed to me and did not apologies and has i sat down to eat it, it was stone cold so had to chuck in the bin

I don't like putting bad reviews but I have to say the female toilets were absolutely filthy. 2 toilets cubicles, 1 had no door, both cubicles sanitary bins were overflowing with hygienic products left on the bin's lid. The floor were dirty and the cubicles with the door on had no toilet paper. This is appalling, it was 11.40 am so before lunch rush hour. I hope the importance of hygiene is better in kitchen. On a plus note, the big mac was good.

My husband and I stopped off at this branch on our way to our holiday in New Quay. We had been driving for nearly 3 hours and wanted to stop for a break and quick bite to eat. Dear god. What a disaster. The ladies toilet has two cubicles and only one has a door! The sanitary bin was overflowing and there was blood up the wall of the cubicle. My husband said the men's toilets were also awful. The place needs a serious check up and clean. The place is clearly a busy branch and the staff are trying their best to keep up with the madness but the wait is lengthy and the food is only just warm. I felt sorry for those at front of house dealing with the regular complaints from customers. The place needs a full time cleaner that can man everything including the toilets and repairs should be made ASAP.

Where do I begin? My BBQ chicken and bacon wrap had NO bacon or BBQ sauce in it. My friend ordered nuggets that were rubbery, cold and tasted of oil. Also, we ordered as a takeaway but they served it up to us on a tray and we had to pack it ourselves. Finally the women's toilets were disgusting. Pads were literally overflowing from the sanitary bin and blood on the walls! 🤮 And only one of the cubicle doors out of two cubicles would lock. This is the worst McDonald's, or worst fast food place, I have ever been.

Unfortunately there was bins full of rubbish, the floor needed sweeping.. people left rubbish on tables due to bins..

Visited for the first time to eat in. Food and drink all over the floors and tables. No cleaner in site. Had to use the ladies toilets, 2 cubicles but only one with a door. Burgers were sloppily put together, lacking filling and warm at best

Walked in, should’ve walked straight back out but was starving. The place was filthy, rubish everywhere, tables dirty, floors dirty. The toilets were disgusting. And to top it off a 30 minute wait for cold soggy food.. easily the worst maccies in the UK

Still in the car as I write this. McDonald’s accidentally messed up one of our orders but it was resolved so quickly and efficiently with excellent customer service by the trainee Bryce. He was absolutely lovely and helpful in our predicament and made an experience that could have been awful, easy and enjoyable. Thank you, Bryce, from the five people in the little white car! You’re awesome!

Food is what you'd expect at any McDonalds. Staff do their best considering the popularity of this place. Always seems to be busy and it often takes at least 10 minutes to get through the Drive Thru. I've seen the queue for the Drive Thru backed up onto the roundabout on the main road before.
