Taco Bell in Rhondda Cynon Taf

Drinks machine is out of service. Was offered a can instead which was fine. Wasn’t very busy at the time of my visit. Food all over the floor and dirty trays on most of the tables let’s it down.

Floor in toilets were super sticky,wasn’t impressed with the portion size of my burrito as I was expecting a bigger wrap,gave me about 10 chips,not impressed.

Absolutely disgusting mess in the restaurant. Loads of staff standing around chatting in the kitchen, which was equally messy, while tables and floors were overflowing with trash. Absolutely no excuse for this. Complained, staff/manager said they were "aware of the problem" but didn't seem to grasp their lack of care was responsible for the state of the place!

Brilliant Taco Bell. Lady serving was really helpful. All food can and was tailored for your taste. Naked chicken burrito was immense. Tasty and recommended. Drinks station was really cleaned and tidy. Refillable drinks provided. Great choice of soft drinks. Something there for every one. Highly recommend.

🤔, first time at a taco bell. Ordered a bundle -taco and burrito 🌯. Took about 10 mins for the order to be completed, wasn't a very busy time so seemed a little long. Building was clean and there was music, ordering was one a touch screen. Food, tacos were nice but could be fuller. Burrito had alot of sour cream which wasn't that pleasant.

We ordered a burito, which it was small and cold, we had been waiting for ages. They prioritized online orders, and there were nearly 10 people working there . To be honest, it looked like only 2 of them had actually been doing something. The rest of them just laughed and chatted instead of serving customer and cleaning the place up. It was my first visit and for sure last.

Food was ok, nothing special, but the service was quick and efficient.

the floor is absolutely disgusting the tables are sticky food all over the place, no clean tables to sit down at can’t have a peaceful meal food was cold, looks like a pig has been here, this is what has turned up where is the quality? would NOT recommend and will not be coming back

Floor is disgusting, no employees cleaning tables or floors it looks horrendous in here. Sticky tabes. Employees doing nothing about this! Can’t even sit down seats are filthy.

Food was nice, however, the staff are more interested in standing around in the kitchen area chatting. A number of the tables were uncleaned along with the chairs. I realise that the chairs are generally down to customers who can't seem to find their mouths with any accuracy, however when chairs are left messy, i would expect them to be cleaned. I have seen cleaning products left on out for customers to just pick up. There is a general apathy with regard to customer service/ experience. Site managers need to step up and manage. Come on Taco Bell! I'm sure you can do better!!!

Dirtiest place I've been to. Nearly walked out and didn't collect our food as it was so disgusting in there.

First visit so unsure of menu. Staff was very helpful and made to order. I had the Crispy Taco meal and was very pleased. Tacos was perfect and very fresh. Fries are seasoned very well and drink selection is good with unlimited refills. Best of all is the price. I pad for two big meals that was very filling with the unlimited drink.... £13 Would definitely come again!

Look. It's good food. Delicious in fact. The only issue is that it's dirty. I've seen goat enclosures that are cleaner. The issue is the customers get food everywhere which is gross but then there are no cleaners to clean up the mess those pig customers who somehow manage to get half their food on the floor are disgusting. I get that and it hurts the workers. But this problem could be fixed if you just hired someone to use a brush and pan and a spray bottle and a rag.

Mostly good food. Sometimes service can be very slow, including delivery wait times. Staff are friendly

After Justeat didn't deliver my order these guys were on the phone to bith them and myself and though justeat were as helpful as a box out of date custard in a lactose intolerance conference, Courtney and they guys fixed my order and replaced my food, saving me from my hangry wife. Cheers peeps.

The food is lovely (when they manage to get the orders right). Last time we ate here the walls had sauce splattered up it, the tables and floors were sticky and the drinks machine surface was disgusting however we went here recently and the place was much cleaner. Food still amazing as always

It was really difficult to order on the App today and it took several goes the process the order. The service was very pleasant but it was so cold in the restaurant, absolutely freezing and therefore we were glad to get out. Food was ok/good.

I have never in my life been to a takeaway restaurant where there was not a clean seat to sit and wait for our food. The restaurant wasn’t busy but there was food on floors, tables and causing flies!! Don’t get me started in the drinks machine 🤢

The food is amazing and that's where the praise stops. Every table and chair needs cleaning, there is fluid and rubbish all around the drink dispenser. There's never any paper in the printers, so be mindful and make a mental note of your order number, and pay attention when the order numbers are called out, as you cannot hear over the music, they are not repeated and no dashboard to watch.

Always forget your order. theirs always something they forgot. Also the rice was burnt. How can you burn rice shocking go to the cardiff one its always better I just can't get over burning rice how stupid can you get

I love the occasional visit to Taco Bell. This store is in a great location with lots of other shops and food outlets nearby. Free parking too. Helpful & friendly staff and tasty food

Food was reasonably priced and ok quality (Although I ordered a burrito and the rice in it was either uncooked or had dried out from being left unused). The tables and seating were really dirty with leftover food and wrappers everywhere, staff were stood around chatting. This was 2pm on a Tuesday…

Taking the 'fast' out of fast food, my wife and I were waiting almost 20 minutes with only three other orders in the queue ahead of us. Food is nice though, nachos and burritos are a nice change from the regular burgers and chips at most other places

Went here for the first time today, previously stayed away due to bad reviews, but was pleasantly surprised! I had the vegetarian burrito which was £1.99, flavour was ok and what I'd expect, prepared very quickly. I liked the Cinnamon Twists and the cheese wrap/burrito thing. Partner liked the taco. Freshly prepared and one of the healthier fast food choices. I also like the refillable drinks 👌🏼. Yes, the floor is dirty, but I think it can be a challenge to eat a taco without some of it falling out, and this often happens. I generally also don't have high expectations for the cleanliness of fast food places in any event 😂

Placed an order on just eat which they instantly accept, waited 1 hour 20 minutes with no sign of an allocated driver. Made 7 calls to the place finally answered to be told they can't get no drivers to deliver. Poorly organised place , never again 👍🏻

Always stinking in this branch. Never see any staff cleaning it. Put me off ordering food. All the negative comments on here are pure accurate, unfortunately. Sort it out.

Over an hour wait for takeaway service. Over 50 waiting for orders. More service staff required at busy times...

Didnt even deserve one star. Wish id taken photos. Went in at 5pm on saturday, the place was disgusting. Food and rubbish all over the floors tables and chairs even though hardly anyone in there. During the 40 minutes spent there, none of the staff wiped a table. All food orders were wrong and stuff missing after waiting 20 mins. Staff more concerned about getting the just eat uber gang sorted. Food poorly presented and packaged. Staff non responsive and idle. Will never return.

The place is embarrassingly filthy, there were customers cleaning their own tables and chairs before sitting. There was food all over the floor and the ordering machines are always out of receipt roll. It was very full when we arrived, the majority of the customers still waiting for food. Topped it off by messing up the order which seems to be a regular occurrence. I enjoy the food so it’s a shame that it’s in such a state, they’re lucky to get 1 star. I won’t be returning. Avoid.

First ever taco bell for me and defo not the last

Place was dirty and rubbish everywhere. Staff looked miserable and were ignorant. Took our food out as we were not sitting in dirt to find that part of our meal was missing. Absolutely disgusted and disappointed is an understatement.

First time back since it opened and I was shocked. The place is filthy throughout including in the kitchen from what I could see.

After six-months of staying away from Taco Bell in Talbot Green, due to the filth left on the tables and floors, which I complained to the management about on my last visit and was told that due to a shortage of staff they could not clean! Well, nothing has changed. It is just as bad as before. There were six staff on and it was quiet so what was the excuse today for the filth? Additionally, my daughter used the toilet on our visit and she advised me strongly not to go in them but to use the KFC toilets next door. I for one will sadly not be returning here because if the toilets are that bad. . . need I say more. Come on Taco Bell, sort the problem before the folks at the FSA do.

Good filling food for reasonable prices. Service is fast and friendly. Cleaning of tables and floors could be kept up with better, receipt machines are out of paper most of the time.

Walked in, all tables filthy. Floor was filthy. Travelled some time off the motorway to get to the place as me any my partner had experienced good things while abroad. ordered our box meals. Food didn't come within a box........ just all separately in wrapped up brown bags that looked as though they had all been punched a few times. Food had no labels on so I did not know what any of the food was or what belonged to which person..... seemed a failure to if any of us had any allergies? Food was bang average kids did not enjoy. The toilets were a mess, looked like someone had done a solid in a urinal and what looked like a tin of tuna (could of been paint) just placed on the floor beneath it?

Went here last night and was disgusted on how dirty the place was inside, hardly anyone in here, yet all the tables had rubbish and food all over them, we had to clean a table to sit down. Also the floor looked like it hadn't been cleaned a long time. Bins inside, was over flowing as they hadn't been emptied, so rubbish was built up around them, we was in there for over an hour and did not see anyone attempt to do any cleaning. When the food came, it was missing items, and the fries was all just thrown in the big bag and was everywhere, no thought at all, I will not be going back there in a hurry, unless I was needing time off work with a sickness bug 🤮

Restaurant was dirty. Tables not cleaned. Food on the floor. Food was tasty enough but hygiene standards were very low and wasn’t even busy.

ordered over £40 worth of food and got delivered wrong order. we got delivered a box with the wrong food. went back to the restaurant to get refund or to get the food remade which we convincingly got our food remade and they still messed the order up and we went home with food missing. will not be ordering or getting food from here again

At 20:00 PM in the afternoon, I decided to order a delicious taco bell. I ate the food and finished at 20:27 PM then went to sleep. I woke up with a very uncomfortable feeling down below. I looked and was shocked to see that my bed sheets turned from blue to brown. My trousers was filled with a wet, disgusting greasy poo. Suddenly, a painful urge hit me and I rushed to the toilet. Sadly I didn't make it In time because I fell infront of the toilet and made the floor turn from black to brown in seconds. Now my legs are so stained, people think I was born black. 10/10 would recommend

We went in and it was a very quiet afternoon, lots of staff behind the counter but none on the shop floor, tables and floor were absolutely filthy. No toilet roll in toilets either. Tiny portions for the money, disappointing. I’ve been to very busy food places with less staff and never seen it look that bad.

It's bad here, really long wait times but you wouldn't be able to tell the staff were flat out as they seem too busy gossiping. The state of the place is very unclean, rubbish everywhere, tables not cleared away. The food is also mediocre. If you're popping in for a quick bite in the evening, avoid honestly.

Be prepared for a long wait at Evening Meal times, Food is excellent but the restaurant is disgusting due to the tables not being cleaned after people eating, Empty Taco Bell bags left all over tables (almost every table) tables not even being wiped down also the Drinks machine was unbelievable dirty with the sides covered in all kinds of old drink residue. Myself and my Wife wanted to eat inside the restaurant but on seeing the tables full of empty Taco Bell Bags & Food all over them & floors needed cleaning from Dropped food after a 25 Min Wait for our meals we decided to go outside and eat in our car.

3 times I've walked in and walked out... hoped it would be 3rd time lucky. First time it was busy because they had recently opened the store, 2nd time couldn't find what I wanted on the self service, couldnt speak to anyone because of the lack of customer service. 3rd time couldn't find anything Vegan, asked someone if they had anything Vegan, she didn't know and had to ask.... "No we don't do any Vegan food" No VEGAN food!? What type of backwards place is this..? Seems they only serve dead animals or tortured ones if you're vegetarian.

Bridgend - I have to say. I’m very impressed with the staff here. My food order was wrong. And they very very kindly sorted it out asap without any complaining on their part. And they could have refused. I did make a mistake with one of the items which was my fault but they were ever so gracious towards me. I am autistic and dyslexic they were so understanding and patient and did my whole food order for me Courtney the lady manager I’m not sure is an absolutely wonderful human she treated me with great respect and kindness this place is great thank you so much COURTNEY and CERYS and the wonderful staff I’m really happy how kind they were to me as an autistic person THANKS Guys made my evening and week to see there is respectful and wonderful people out here. Have a wonderful Christmas

Walk in at 10:05 pm to be told that there closed but on the web site says 11pm and I said that but was just told sorry we’re closing early not happy

First time to go here and it was a very good choice. The food was excellent the restaurant was very clean with good deco. The staff were very friendly and the prices are affordable. I will always choose this fast food chai over others now.

Ordered two tacos, 3 sides and two burritos. Waited an age for the food and when we finally got it the two tacos were missing. Shambles of no receipt paper for order kiosks meant people forgetting their order numbers ( not us but several others). Site not particularly busy, just a complete lack of any hustle/speed/sense of urgency and no effort made with tables/floor and bind all of which were really dirty. Staff idling while customers waited for incorrect orders. Not a great look at all. Which is a shame because I am a big fan of the brand generally.

This branch was not overwhelmed with customers but still seemed to have a backlog and was very slow at preparing food which wasn't great to eat. seemingly no staff available to clear or clean tables and generally a poor vibe. only go if ya desperate!!! Don't go if you need food fast

3 times we have been, 3 times they have messed the order up and our food is cold.. thought after the 2nd time they might have learnt but obviously not...if it's ur first time going there, I wouldn't really waste your money

Lovely service from the serving team. Nice food, good value for money, clean, efficient service. Food was hot and freshly cooked so no complaints and would recommend a visit. Marked down one star as the Churros I didn't enjoy but would defo visit again.

There is literally food and wrappers all over the store. It’s poorly managed and generally a mess. There’s food that looks days old stuck to the service counter. I can’t imagine they would survive a food hygiene inspection

I had a hell of a evening yesterday. Visited world renowned Mexican inspired restaurant Taco Bell and enjoyed cinnamon churros with caramel sauce. They were so nice we decided to order more and this time, I thought, I’d enjoy them with a nice hot cup of coffee! Imagine my sheer horror when I realised it wasn’t on the menu! Surely some sort of mistake, but the incredibly smiley member of staff confirmed my worst fears. I was left to ‘enjoy’ the tasty cinnamon snack with Pepsi bloomin Max. Now I do understand that not everyone is grown up enough to drink coffee nowadays, and that water that’s been drained from a flowerpot and pretends it’s tea is all the rage.. But really?. Can a fella not enjoy this little pleasure that only kills you a bit with his snack? I’ve done extensive research in this matter and when I asked Google she told me that Mexico was the 8th largest producer of coffee worldwide. So how Taco Bell pretends it’s Mexican Inspired is beyond me.. My advice: nice food this time. Bring a flask.

Fed up of ordering and removing meat on meals for vegetarians in my family and getting meat on the food.

Food was nice although they had no sauces (hot sauce,mild sauce or caramel for churros) only ketchup

food was nice but messed up my order first after I had specifically requested something Mexican rice portion was tiny and wasn’t cooked when complained about food staff was very rude to me would come back here but expecting a big difference next time shocking.

Lots of staff, alas we had to find the cleanest table ,in the end we picked the cleanest of the bunch.

If I could leave no stars I would. Went about 4pm on a sunday. Absolutely stinking dirty, luckily i had wipes in my bag so I cleaned our table. Service was shockingly slow and food was cold when arrived. Waited half an hour for our food and when I was given it I had a dead fly in my cup. Bins over flowing and food all over the floor. Half the drinks weren't working. Plenty of staff on so I don't really know what the excuse was? When a member of staff went around and tried to clean she did a half a**sed attempt and it was pretty much in the same state as when she started, just brushing all the food scraps over the floor.

Was okay but after eating did see many rats in there outside eating area so maybe the outside old do with more frequent cleaning as the inside was fine

This place is useless take ages and then get order wrong. Unless u want to unwrap and check your order b4 leaving dont bother. Staff are sullen and unhelpful too. Worst taco ever!!

Had the cheese quesadilla with seasoned chips and a cheese filled pancake something. Not very inspiring. Nothing wrong with it just didn't do much for me.
