Taco Bell in Rhondda Cynon Taf

The dirtiest fast food place I have ever been into…hardly anyone in there but not a clean table. Staff stood behind the counter doing nothing when there was rubbish all over the floor in the main restaurant and the kitchen 😷 Taco Bell, Llantrisant

The place is a mess staff standing behind counter chatting and laughing where they could be cleaning the tables and sweeping up the mess on floor.

Been there a few times and each time my order was wrong went there tonight 13/12/24 and my order was wrong 4 times unbelievable and the service was awful as well

10/10 food was bang on and surprisingly still warm considering the distance would definitely order again

only gave us 1 drink when ordered 2,food was cold and only gave 1 chips instead of 2

food was all cold, chicken quesadilla half of it had no filling and taco broken to point it was just bits of nacho. (pics taken) £1 tip given would have taken it back, driver didn't even communicate with me. grunted for my code and then walked away from me

Food was cold and soggy never again will i order even my pepsi was warm absolute ridiculous

The drive was LITERALLY sat outside my house for 10 minutes on FaceTime.

undercooked fries, underseasoned cinnamon twists and churros, and the burrito's grilled cheese looked more like greasy paper at first. at least the taco was alright.

didn’t get given anything i ordered or a refund when i send photos of receipt and the food i got. was fuming

Very greasy, like it was deep fried. Taco beef greasy, churro was nice.

Not happy tbh Taco Bell forgot my large sauce which I payed extra for , driver was lovely and early

Driver only brought two cans of Pepsi no food at all. Had to go down to Taco Bell and get the food with 3 kids. Not taco Bells fault but the delivery driver clearly stole the food. Has been reported.

asked for plenty of sauces and didn't get any.

Chips was cold and most off chips in the bottom off the bag.

Over priced and asked for 500ml drink and only received 330ml drink

One of my food items was not in the bag!

We received the wrong order and had to re order and wait 2 hours from our initial order

Ordered at 7pm, wrong order was delivered at 7.30 and we were unable to get hold of anyone to rectify it. Re-ordered food at 8, the correct order was delivered at 9, however items were missing.

Food was absolutely amazing and delivery was really quick

Straightforward, pull up in a nice big car park pop into the shop Order your food Sit out in the car park and eat it. Love the spice , no different to any other time that We have visited So can only say well done.You re getting it right.

There where two items missing from the order, food was cold

After Justeat didn't deliver my order these guys were on the phone to both them and myself and though justeat were as helpful as a box of out of date custard in a lactose intolerance conference, Courtney and the guys fixed my order and replaced my food, saving me from my hangry wife. Cheers peeps.

Missing food, what I did get was cold

Not worth buying from here they don't put no filling in the burrito just a teaspoon and only ten chips on the deals they say one price but when you press order it's £15 more so be careful with these scum. I've had food poisoning from them bought the meat and nacho was sick for three weeks. Puke

the speed the food was sent and delivered was quick however you left out the 2 cruchy beef tacos.

Well if its supposed to be delivered cold, you nailed it. Taco bell 1 mile from my home. Fries luke warm, burrito, cold, taco cold. It must have left the restaurant cold. Very disappointed, should have gone for Mc Donalds.

Came here today. First time at taco bell. Was impressed to be fair. We tried the new deluxe box, get a few different things in there and a dessert happy days. Also tired the crunch supreme tacos. Can't fault the value for money at all. Place was clean and tidy, staff were friendly will definitely visit here again.

It was all cold and i got the wrong drink

First time at Taco Bell quite impressed my wife and I had burritos very nice indeed and quite good value. Sadly not local to us, but we will be going again when we can.

the burrito was mostly cold and chips were warm but they were edible after a little microwave.

Ordered food, app said food had been delivered but hadn’t. Rang the restaurant to be told sorry not our problem request your money back from just eat! Surely they know if they have handed the food out to be delivered??

Tasty food but always looks like it needs a good clean! Always food and rubbish all over the floor!

The food is not worth the hype, infact it was pretty tasteless. I tried taco ball for the first time yesterday and was disappointed. The only food they season properly are the fries. The other food had no flavour. On the other hand the staff were quick to deliver and the service was great. The place itself seemed clean and well done up. The parking is great too.

The food here is always great The service is okay but it always seems to be messy around the seating areas.

Food was bloody lovely but the mess on the floors & on the tables were a bit of a put off, WHY don’t people help the obviously short staffed place out by putting your left overs in bins! It’s not that hard guys but why don’t managers stop serving for literally 10 minutes & get cleaning, I’m sure people would prefer & understand you doing that instead of losing customers or stars on reviews!! The food was good just not the cleanliness.

i’ve had this man deliver my food a couple of times now and he is the most lovely, wholesome, humble and over all nice guy always smiling and asking about how i’ve been just a genuine nice person. always smiling never grumpy or rude. he definitely lights up my day. need more people like him

Loads of food missing told all you can do is ask for a refund. No help otherwise. Never order delivery they are incapable of not forgetting something

Floor in toilets were super sticky,wasn’t impressed with the portion size of my burrito as I was expecting a bigger wrap,gave me about 10 chips,not impressed.

Drinks machine is out of service. Was offered a can instead which was fine. Wasn’t very busy at the time of my visit. Food all over the floor and dirty trays on most of the tables let’s it down.

Absolutely disgusting mess in the restaurant. Loads of staff standing around chatting in the kitchen, which was equally messy, while tables and floors were overflowing with trash. Absolutely no excuse for this. Complained, staff/manager said they were "aware of the problem" but didn't seem to grasp their lack of care was responsible for the state of the place!

Says delivered not received food, a woman rang for directions could not understand a word she said I want a refund

Some of the order was missing but apparently Taco Bell claim to have delivered everything so can’t get refunded for the missing items.

Brilliant Taco Bell. Lady serving was really helpful. All food can and was tailored for your taste. Naked chicken burrito was immense. Tasty and recommended. Drinks station was really cleaned and tidy. Refillable drinks provided. Great choice of soft drinks. Something there for every one. Highly recommend.

🤔, first time at a taco bell. Ordered a bundle -taco and burrito 🌯. Took about 10 mins for the order to be completed, wasn't a very busy time so seemed a little long. Building was clean and there was music, ordering was one a touch screen. Food, tacos were nice but could be fuller. Burrito had alot of sour cream which wasn't that pleasant.
