Taco Bell in Rhondda Cynon Taf

I would rather eat of a public footpath than in this restaurant! How on earth it hasn't been shut down how filthy it is. Dead flies on tables, rubbish and food all over the floors and tables, bins over flowing, the drinks dispenser absolutely stinks of stale water from the water/ice dispenser. I have to ask for the table to be cleaned and the staff member wiped food onto the floor with a dirty bleach smelling cloth, no surface spray no drying the table- left it damp and smelling of bleach. It's just absolutely disgusting and that is what we can see so you can imagine how nasty the kitchen is!!!!

Rang Taco Bell to explain the drink didn’t arrive with one of the meal and they was completely unprofessional and said they had watched the cctv and seen they had been handed out this was within a few minutes being on the phone .. also they only gave us 2 standard meal when one was a large and only one set of cutlery … very unprofessional service

Swift service for a large order. Surprisingly quiet when we visited, so no worry about seating. Staff were helpful, happy and smiling. Excellent all round !

Chicken strips were burnt and dry, wraps were better, the lava dip was really nice.The Churro's were cooked too long. The service was quick and friendly, the atmosphere was clean and pleasant.

£6 for burrito is a bit expensive imo, food is good though always a good temperature and I like that it is made to order.

I was very surprised and happy and I had a full meal for free and I only bought 6 churros and I had 3 drinks for free very good.

Paid over £30 for deliver driver to take it to the wrong house on his push bike! Absolutely ridiculous, no help off the store or uber eats! Ram it

My first time here and first impressions very mixed. The food and service was good but had to ask for something to wipe the table as all the tables were dirty. The floor was not much better. Not sure if they are short staffed but it wasn't that busy for someone to pop out from behind the counter to clean. Disappointed with thr hygiene considering it is a food venue.

A whole meal was forgotten after paying close to £50 ridiculous that someone has to go hungry after paying so much now :/

We just had our first and last taco Bell in talbot green.naked chicken taco no visible filling.large fries just a normal portions.very overpriced and not what menu promised.

He was very polite, the first driver to appreciate the tip. was even early which is rare. all around great guy deserves a raise. this man has value.

items missing from order. Delivery late despite prebooking in advance. Group order but items not clearly labelled even though the food wrappers have simple tick boxes on them which can be ticked to aid easy identification

My rice was overcooked and chewy I wasn't rude when I approached them about it but was faced with workers in the back loudly slagging me off.

The driver didn’t seem like he new what he was doing and he was really rude on the phone at the door giving the food and then he had to come back because he did it wrong not paying attention of course

good did arrive on time but cold and pop portion sizes where tiny not worth £20 I spend quality was not up to scratch no rice in the wraps in the Dulux box and the tiny amount of nachos packed into a tiny bag where not only burnt but tasted only of burnt nachos and salt poor quality I don't know if this is the standard or just the one I ordered from but it will definitely be my last and only order from taco bell.

I ordered this early evening for 10.30. £36 order. Now showing delivered at 12.20 when its only 12. Not even a cancelation notice or refund. Tried phoning and no answer. I want my money back.

I visited the store today around 11:30. First I noticed that it was very quiet, but it was before so fair enough. When I walked in the floor were so dirty, crumbs and old food wrappers. It looked like the store hadn’t been cleaned from the night before. There was two members of staff at the counters stood talking, no greeting from either of them. I ordered my food on the screens provided. I definitely needed to wash my hands after that as they were also filthy. Wow the toilets, are honestly the worst toilets I’ve seen in a restaurant. I washed my hands and hoped for the best. Our food came and it was actually very nice! Which made me think what a shame that the cleanliness of the store and toilets let the food down. To be honest, I wouldn’t return due to thinking about the state of the food preparation areas. I didn’t inspect them but if the staff are willing to allow their customers to sit and eat in filth, are the preparing the food safely? I’d be interested to see what EHO would think. Taco Bell manager Talbot green where are you?!?!?

Delivery driver would not walk up the stairs in block of flats to drop food off when i had young kids in house and had to leave them to go down to get food. Also there was items missing from my order

The dirtiest fast food place I have ever been into…hardly anyone in there but not a clean table. Staff stood behind the counter doing nothing when there was rubbish all over the floor in the main restaurant and the kitchen 😷 Taco Bell, Llantrisant

The place is a mess staff standing behind counter chatting and laughing where they could be cleaning the tables and sweeping up the mess on floor.

Taco Bell took AGES to prepare the order. Delivery guy was very quick

The top to the pot of cheese dip wasn’t put on properly and it was put in the bag upside down. Cheese sauce was all over everything.

Food was cold and looked and tasted awful. Large nachos was a tiny portion of nachos which just tasted like salt. Most of the food went in the bin as it was inedible. Very disappointing.

Been there a few times and each time my order was wrong went there tonight 13/12/24 and my order was wrong 4 times unbelievable and the service was awful as well

10/10 food was bang on and surprisingly still warm considering the distance would definitely order again

Ordered at 7pm, wrong order was delivered at 7.30 and we were unable to get hold of anyone to rectify it. Re-ordered food at 8, the correct order was delivered at 9, however items were missing.

Straightforward, pull up in a nice big car park pop into the shop Order your food Sit out in the car park and eat it. Love the spice , no different to any other time that We have visited So can only say well done.You re getting it right.

After Justeat didn't deliver my order these guys were on the phone to both them and myself and though justeat were as helpful as a box of out of date custard in a lactose intolerance conference, Courtney and the guys fixed my order and replaced my food, saving me from my hangry wife. Cheers peeps.

the speed the food was sent and delivered was quick however you left out the 2 cruchy beef tacos.

Not worth buying from here they don't put no filling in the burrito just a teaspoon and only ten chips on the deals they say one price but when you press order it's £15 more so be careful with these scum. I've had food poisoning from them bought the meat and nacho was sick for three weeks. Puke
