Had to phone the delivery driver as he couldn’t find the sheltered complex, but the food was lovely, full of flavour and cooked to perfection.

Waited for over 2 hours for our food and when it arrived the chips looked like they had been cooked over 2 hours ago the pie was dry and the fish greasy and everything was lukewarm

food was cold when it turned up, on app it had left the shop at 8.50, was deliver at 9.50 . tried ringing the shop for updates nobody was picking up. terrible service and will not be using them again.

Ordered curry and chips with a sausage. Came to £10.70. Drove all the way home to realise the large woman with tattos didnt put the sausage in. Thats all they did was chat rubbish amongst one and other. Quite shocked on what they was talking about Payed £10.70 for curry and chips. Will not be going back!

Perfect delicious family meal delivered when they said they would, fresh and hot. Generous, tasty portions and the ice-cream was still frozen on arrival so definitely no driving around with food spoiling in the back of a car. Excellent service, superb food and would highly recommend them to anyone needing good, honest, family food.

Food was terrible, we regularly used these. Chips were barely warm and not a nice colour also fish was no way a large. £20 for 2 large fish and chips were not worth it. Very disappointed they delivered this standard.not what we have had on previous occasions. Small selection of chips too. Will be eating elsewhere in the future.

My order is an hour late the restaurant won't answer the phone . I would like a refund not to use with your company but refunded to my bank account. I eas given a time frame of 21.40 to 22.00 that is 45 minutes after I placed my order. I will not use your company again that is why I want a cash refund not a coupon to use with your restaurants again

you missed out 2 things on my order gave me an extra pot of gravy and you charged me £12.75 . I had chips £3.20 2 pots of gravy £4.40 small sausage in batter £1.70 which comes to £9.30. I also ordered a corned beef rissole I didn't receive it or my £5 off

Disappointing for the price. Large fish and chips 🤔 fish was largeish but chips were lacking in volume. A “large” fish and chips, curry sauce and drink at £18 delivered, unfortunately not worth the money anymore. The rising cost of living has definitely spoiled a rare treat.
