Awful Experience at McDonald's School Road, Telford. April 10 2025. 7:30pm. I have visited the McDonald's on School Road in Telford multiple times now, and each visit seems to get worse. I have had repeated issues with missing items in my order, and it's becoming beyond frustrating. It's not just a one-off mistake, but a consistent pattern of carelessness and poor attention to detail. On top of that, I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Katie, the shift manager. Her attitude was appalling when I drove back and had to go into the restaurant – no customer service skills whatsoever. When I mentioned the missing items, she was rude, dismissive, refrained from apologies and seemed to have zero interest apart from organizing an already bagged replacement medium and large fries left on the side.. If this is how McDonald's trains their staff to handle customers, it's no wonder the service is so terrible. I insisted that they at least replace with some hot fries. This location needs serious improvement. I've given them multiple chances, but after today, I won't be returning. If you want your full order and any chance of decent service, I highly recommend you go elsewhere. I have even driven to Newport before now to guarantee a better service and a complete order. Disgraceful, and I will be taking it further. I tried to post with zero stars but it would not allow it.. therefore 1 star over what it deserves.

Food was alright, but atmosphere was bad due to annoying chavs, and the service was pretty terrible in terms of packing orders. My burger was sitting there for ages and there was many fries sitting there and it took them a while to actually pack my order. (Just was a big mac and medium fries) As someone who has worked in fast food before the packers really don’t know how to do their job right or aren’t disciplined well. Probably the worst McDonalds i’ve gone to since this isn’t the first time i’ve had issues with packers. I had another instance where it took the packers so long just to give me a coke zero. (which I only ordered at the time)

Food is great. Just there is a guy here who always looks in the bathrooms and if u get a TINY bit of water on the floor he legit says "FINE U CAN GET OUT THE STORE THEN" and started following me around. Never coming back again.

Next to no organisation, bits missing, wrong order sent out, took 15 minutes....not good

Half of my meal was missing when I ordered online.rang up they just said you could possibly be refunded.they did not care and I did not want a refund I wanted my food and drink.terrible service

honestly the delivery guys do them a dis-service, apparently impossible to ever get your order correct and like to deliver other peoples orders instead. Probably happened 3/4 times over the years. Clowns

Needs a little spruce up. Food was ok luke warm but usual maccies quality. Service was good with a smile.

Clean maccies , is good but busy. Ideal for before/after the rugby. Tescos and petrol nearby. Often forget sauce!

Standard McDonald's. Floor was a little bit slippery. I couldn't find any napkins upstairs. WC was very messy, with no soap.

Can't get a simple breakfast order right to be delivered. They blame just eat but these people that work here give the food to the drivers. Paid £18 for breakfast that wasn't our meal and the wrong meal cost less! No refund and idc that say go through just eat, these useless works can do one. Both McDonald's and just eat workers can suck one
