Next to no organisation, bits missing, wrong order sent out, took 15 minutes....not good

The McDonald's on King's Road, London is the worst one I've ever been to! It didn't look like they had enough staff. Service was very slow. The tables were very dirty. Every single bin was overflowing that much that they'd been brought out of their secure area. Customers just left their rubbish on the tables as the bins were full. The pièce de résistance was the state of the toilets. The floor was wet and dirty. The actual toilet itself was chipped and looked like it needed to be replaced. I ended up just holding it in. It was that bad! Staff didn't particularly look stressed and didn't look too bothered about the way they handed the food to customers. The self-service machine didn't work properly. I chose the option to sit in...staff gave me a takeaway bag anyway. There was no real care on their faces. It looked like they were just over it. It was really busy as well and we all had to wait some time. I'm not expecting Michelin Star restaurant service from McDonald's, but this was just appalling.

Delivery was ridiculous 1hour 30 mins it took to get here

I ordered at 14:11, the estimated delivery time was 14:45. The ETA was then constantly changing for the next hour, going from 20 mins, up to 40, back down to 20 then up to 50 etc. My food then eventually arrived at 15:30, the burger and chips were stone cold so I had to reheat them and my mcflurry had completely melted. Absolutely awful service! And I was only offered a refund of £3.06...

Ordered food. Arrived without dip and straws. Was cold and stale.

Unfortunately,they don't control the delivery drivers who using multiple fake accounts,so they can just pick up 4-5 orders at a time and a 5th costumer just getting ice cold food.

i asked for salt brown sauce and vinegar on my fish and chips but never got anything on it

ORDERED A CAPPUCCINO COFFEE GOT A WHITE COFFEE SAID NO PICKLES GOT SOME AND BURGER WAS FLAT COLD SO NOT HAPPY

Went to drive through with my nephew to grab dinner after a busy day. Food was fine, salad never came with a fork so had to go in for one and it is s overpriced for what you get. But did the job in the moment, but wouldn't go back

Had the best breakfast wrap I've ever had from a maccys. Lovely clean restaurant. Staff very friendly.
