Ordered through Ubereats and part of the order was missing! called up and was told if I wanted to go back down to collect them then that would be possible as they don’t have any delivery drivers to deliver the missing items, absolute stupidity if I wanted to drive to the store for the dips I would have got the full order and collected it all at the same time, as my mum is disabled and the reason I used Ubereats to deliver it this type of customer service is an absolute joke but I suppose not unexpected from this store.

Super micro small porcion. Super salty can't eat. They are mistake leg with wings....

We spent our Anniversary it was nice experienced our waiter Zack offered us nice complimenty cheese cake it wss so nice food was so nice, please add some veg options as well . Thanks

Waiting in the drive through parking for our (small) order for 25 mins. Only two cars in the drive through including us, only a handful of people inside and lunchtime on a weekend in the summer holiday.

Food is very good here I hear most KFC Restaurants are different in quality but for me this one is super good chicken is freshly cooked not just old chicken instead of McDonald's and it is overall a good experience I like the view of some of the buildings in fallkirk especially the fallkirk apartment blocks and service is good even though they didn't have ice cream in stock one time but it's overall a good experience and I recommend

Got a delivery from just eat......as per usual threre was missing food, also the the ultimate bbq burger looked nothing like it does in the picture, infact if google roadkill it looks more like this. once again i feel let down and still hungry, cheers kfc...you have made me cry!!!!

I ordered hot wings on 9th June . After eating it, I got food poisoning and helicobacteria. I do not recommend .

As I noticed earlier they charge different prices over the info board while using drive thru. I spoked with managed today and demanded explanation as I had enough to be charged more again and had finally time to do it today. No apology, no difference money to by paid was offered despite anywhere else they would pay price difference back once it is advertised officially lower. All what manager said they got no power of price changes and it just happened recently. I said they have to then amend menu prices as they are different and I'd by paid anywhere else the price difference, she only said she pass my message to management. Surely some inspection would be handy at their branches. 3 times in a row had food poisoning. Posted that made sure it is defo from their food as on previous 2 occasions tried to figured out what wmcould be wrong. 3rd order just confirmed defo KFC food.

This KFC is disgusting in terms of cleanliness. People mistake the ground and the parking lot for an open-air trash bin. And the tables were dirty and there was a lot of trash lying around on the floor inside.

Ordered in store at kiosk. Store had one family in and a few delivery couriers so not exactly rushed off their feet. Messed up order. Missing a zinger burger, missing a large popcorn chicken and have somehow ended up with 6 portions of fries and two extra small gravy portions. Called and was told could go back up to collect or get a code for something. Utter rubbish as I’m in Larbert. Not going to be driving up to them on their error and they won’t deliver to us. Not exactly difficult to tock items off a receipt. I’ve had smaller items missing before and not bothered but now a family member doesn’t have their meal. Advice, do not use this branch as I certainly won’t be in future. EDIT: chips are soggy and not edible. Hot wings were completely cremated and not edible.

This is by far the best KFC I have ever been in. The food was piping hot, e erything was in our order, friendly staff, table cleaned as soon as customers had gone. This place seems to take a great pride in their work. Well done KFC Falkirk, very impressive indeed.. You should come and teach ellesmere port, chester and shrewsbury how it is done!

Visited after a bit of shopping in Falkirk ordered 2 boneless banquets with corn and barbecue dip and two cherry Pepsi max without ice mini burger and mini wrap now waited about five minutes but they where busy with deliveries now food arrived looked all right and both drinks had ice and no barbecue dips while at counter there where 3 delivery bags on the floor causing a trip hazard one of the drivers fell over them if you where partially sighted it would have been a major hazard restaurant was clean staff although busy very pleasant food was fine

Always an issue here every single time I am in none of the food is fresh and is only warm by the time we receive it and staff always have issues with out of stock items such as watermelon refresher and lime is no longer available as its a seasonal item. if this is so why is there still adverts for it and an option to purchase it from the self service machine really at this point it's false advertisement as you cannot fulfil my order

Two people in the drive through and they still managed to give the wrong order to the person in front along with poorly cooked chicken and soggy fries and well over priced. ...avoid this kfc at all cost as it's badly managed

Massive pot holes right next to KFC that wrecks cars and destruction of your unborn children. Do not drive over this if you are pregnant! Please fix ASAP this has stopped me coming back as I will not drive my car on an assault course.

Service was quick and the food order was all correct which is rare with fast food restaurants. All the food was hot and the drinks were fool. There not much the restaurant can do about some of the half wits that come in and swear non stop like a bunch of morons on crack but I suppose there is benches outside they could be escorted to.

Ghs kids are not aloud at kfc at lunch or break there toilets are filthy and workers are horrible for not letting ghs kids going discussting

Food was ok not the KFC we have ever had! The toilets left a lot to be desired doors didn't lock and they needed a good clean! Would I go back only if I was desperate, sorry.

9 pounds for small chips juice and two drumsticks, I know prices has went up but this is ridiculous also couldn't eat it all due to some burnt some undercooked. Staff looking demoralized and couldn't get meat counter for salt due to the amount of just eat driver waiting

The food was amazing and had some great deals. Very clean and tidy.

Always seems quiet whenever I visit with my sons. Good service, can order on the app and check-in, on in store screens or at the counter. Staff always helpful. However last couple of times my son's Boneless chicken has had pale and soft crumb coatings. Chicken is still cooked, but not the same crispy and dark brown coating that the rest of the food has. I didn't complain as my son wouldn't let me, but it would be nice if it was all cooked to the same standard.

Was spot on. No complaints. Guy brought my food to me. Food was nice. I ate it and left. Was on my lunch break.

The food was good, but it took 15 minutes to get two desserts from ordering on the machine in the restaurant to getting served. Way too slow - the priority seemed to be the just eat/deliveroo orders and drive through not the customers stood in front of the counter.

The bins in the carpark let this place down. The birds have easy access and just pull everything out meaning there is little everywhere

This has got to be in the running for the worse fast food diner in Falkirk. In fact I would say the whole of Stirlingshire. Athough, it's a close call with the Burger King at the Granada Services, near Stirling. I've tried FFC on a few occasions, and at different times, but it was consistently awful. If you're a visitor to the Falkirk area, avoid a lot of stress and go elsewhere. Honestly, anywhere else is a major step up. Whatever you do, DON'T get any food from here delivered.

I got one of their featured areo milk shake drinks and it was simply slushed ice with tiny peices of what looked like chocolate? No flavour whatsoever so it ended up in the nearest bin.

The service was fine, but the quality has went down, chips cold and the chicken flavour was average.

Clean, quick service, always a good experience. Sat in this time but the drive through is also pretty good.

Purchased a six piece original meal take away. Got home to discover five chicken legs and one scrawny piece of chicken in my order. Not acceptable but to be fair when I complained I have been promised a replacement order FOC. We shall see.

Originally went round the drive thru only to discover last minute they couldn’t take card! Then waiting around an hour inside waiting on order being ready. When getting the food it was cold, there was an item missing, stale wrap. Will not be back, terrible service from a KFC

Food is at least fresh and hot, wanted normal Pepsi but told NO we don't do that, asked for normal 7up yet again that was a NO. Basically you will only drink sugar free drinks.. Find this highly unacceptable when a fast food chain won't give you an option of what you would like to drink. Staff were friendly enough and service was faster than usual, restaurant is a little grubby and needs more attention to cleaning during the day. Won't be back here until they give the option of normal soft drinks.

Visited today and was not given any chips with the boneless banquet. Only noticed when we were home. Last time we went we paid for 4 extra pieces of chicken and didn’t receive them. I will not be back.

The place is a joke i finish work at 8:30pm & come after work to get a quick dinner & it is always shut so much earlier than the closing time says. Its meant to be open till 11pm which it never is. This had happed more than 5 times where i have wasted my time going to get something quick & they end up being shut.

I come here numerous times after work as I’m a milkshake lover but the place just never seems to have any Krushems as the machine is “broken”. Every month this happens and it’s an absolute joke! What’s the point of having a Krushem machine when the machine never works not to mention me looking like a clown driving round the drive through not getting anything and waiting ages. Shame on you KFC Falkirk for never having any Krushems and making me look like an idiot.

Every member of staff was helpful, polite and friendly and the food was exactly as expected. Tables were also clean and tidy.

Myself & my partner have visited Falkirk KFC 4-5 times since it opened. Everytime we have ordered food through the drive through we have had items missing in our order & we don't realise until we are home! So have essentially been robbed. Tonight we ordered 2 large box meals with dips. The dips hadn't been put in and the box meals were definitely not large like we had asked. The amount of chips we got with our meal was pitiful. Such a shame because we do really enjoy KFC food & it always tastes good but it really does put you off when you don't receive everything you ordered. Falkirk KFC need to work on this!

Went in for place not 2 busy and got seated ok track and trace in place,meal was nice great value,staff polite.

Sitting outside just in my car, the trilogy box is amazing and last couple of times ive been its been perfectly hot and fresh. Needless to say it is the best drive thru in my area, staff are very helpful. Thanks KFC Falkirk

Absolutely disgusting the chips were reheated and the chicken was overcooked full if grease and not edible what's so ever.

Enjoyed the chicken meal which was freshly cooked. The counter service was fast and efficient. The restaurant was clean and there was ample seating available.

Had to wait for over 5 minutes for Chicken at a KFC, ironic, scabby portions of chicken, very small with 1 good piece, rest were just bread crumbs. Coffee machine was broken, had a black coffee with tiny milk pods, no discount for the lack of availability. Second time in 2 months that the portions have been short changed. Complained the first time and had them upgraded. Won't be going back for a long time

A bright, clean KFC with lovely facilities and the usual excellent menu. The only drawback can be it gets very busy at lunchtime due to proximity of local secondary school.

I have never been a big fan of quick food, by the time we get it, it's luke warm, with warmed soggy salad in a soggy bun.Today as it was a lovely day we decided to have KFC chicken bucket, the lady that took the order was clear & precise with our order. Then when we got to the collection window the was a really nice guy there called "Lee" who made sure we had ordered everything we wanted, sorted our condiments for us. He was very polite & patient with us, had a welcoming smile on his face The food he handed over was very hot & tasty & thoroughly enjoyable..Thanks "Lee"

Find it usually ok until tonight. Advertised box meal for 6.79 with meal, fries, side and drink. I ordered and stated I wanted garlic dip with orange juice. I had to pay 7.24 I said advert price different so they got a manager and refunded told me it was because I ordered tropucica I said no I. Wanted fizzy orange. So then recharged me at 7.44 I wAs like that dearer than before! They said it cause I ordered large. I said I didn’t order large. Manager put thru in end and instead of garlic dip I got extra fries. Total jobs worth’s . Fkn jke!!

Been meaning to write a review since it opened. Visited a couple of days after it opened waited in a long queue then ordered a bucket meal. Advised it would be 15 minute wait fine. 5 minutes later get given order thought it a bit strange. Got home unpacked bucket well chicken cold salty and greasy chips half cooked so it all went in the bin would not recommend

All I can say is, the older woman who works the drive through is really lacking in customer and and service, the minute you hear her voice you know the type of service you’re about to receive, placing my order and was told ‘drive round’ in a very aggressive manor before I’d even finished my order!, it’s very clear each time she she serves us that she really hates being there, slams the window shut the minute she launches the drinks at you and barks park in the grill bay, the last time I actually had to knock on the window after waiting for her to return to ask for salt and sauce, her attitude really does stink and I don’t know how she still works with the public. Total joke.

My review was rejected because I mentioned an individual (why do they have name badges?) but it is quite simple, they all all awful. Never before have I been called a liar by a server. Never before have I had two members of staff turn their back on me and ignore me when I questioned them. When I raised my voice, the team leader turned round and said she didn't realise I was talking to her. Who's the liar now? I have only been here once before when it opened and now I remember I left a similar review. Nothing has improved in all these years. I left without food.

KFC is the same the world over,usual fare of fried chicken and french fries.place was clean,friendly staff

I'm not a big fan of KFC but this branch is way above expectations. Clinically clean dining area as well as servery and quick service from very obliging and friendly staff. There are also plenty of parking spaces here. Most importantly, the food is freshly cooked, tasty and they don't give you skimpy portions like neighbouring branches.

Just back in from the KFC drive through experience, which is usually OK. Today was a riot. Ordered large Popcorn meal and extra fries with a cola at the order box which was repeated back to me. Paid at the window and had my bag with food in it thrust at me through the car window and the serving window slid shut without out any receipt or pleasantries. Got home to find no extra fries. Customer service from this visit was zero.The staff / crew member should not be dealing with the public if this is the standard they can deliver. It wasn't exactly a complicated order !!

What on earth has happened to KFC in Falkirk? Used to love coming here but last twice chicken is digustingly greasy. On Wednesday chips and beans were cold and chicken lying in pools of grease - yeuch!! Won’t be back.

I was shocked a piece of my chicken on the bone was raw in the middle,I quietly pointed this out to the young woman behind the counter,no manager appeared,as we were leaving a young woman was sent with a complimentary piece of chicken in a bag,I refused this as it put me off,manager did not even bother to speak to me,I will not be back

No to good very greasy had to wait for order in car for ages.staff seemed rushed of there feet .never got correct order had to end up getting out of car and going in .probly need more staff to sort this out.

Situated near falkirk bus station this bright, this very clean KFC, is well worth visiting during those peckish moments, and it always tastes the same, it has a drive through, ample indoor seating, and some outdoor seating for the warmer days, staff appeared pleasant, be warned this place can get quite busy at times.

Had really tasty food, I would not eat here every day, but there are times when only KFC will do! Staff are friendly and provide good service.

Después de un largo jueves en el trabajo, mi amigo y yo decidimos que era tiempo para un regalo a un KFC. Pedimos un 'almuerzo' con una Oreo y un nack Krushum fuerte con una coca-cola, pero con un límite de pollo. Bastante fácil? Aparentemente no. Mientras nos sentamos a lo que habíamos estado esperando todo el día, mi amigo de repente nos dimos cuenta de que ella sólo tenía un poco de pollo. Nos registramos el recibo y me habían cobrado por el extra de la pollo atrevimiento! Así que ella furiosa hasta el mostrador y exigía una respuesta de por qué el pollo no estaba en su caja. El jugueteaba por un tiempo, su voto, y twiddling luego me di cuenta de que pusieron el pollo en mi caja! Me refiero, cómo este es para poner un poco más de pollo en una caja? De todos modos, cuando finalmente conseguimos las comidas derecho, fueron a nivel de este particular KFC nos impresionó muchísimo.

Limpio, luminoso y espacioso restaurante con sitio para sentarse fuera y buen clima. Personal ocupado pero eficiente servirle rápidamente, así que hay que esperar nunca demasiado. La comida es mejor en el restaurante que tienes desde el camino, no estoy seguro de por qué. Vale la pena visitar si estás en la zona; mejor patatas fritas que cualquiera de los chippies local!

You would think that a KFC would be the same as any other. But this is not the case this one is a cut above most as the food is always fresh and hot and much tastier than some other KFC's

El personal era muy servicial, ya que nos ayudó a llevar los dos grandes comidas familiares al coche como estaba en muletas y mi esposa no podía llevarlo por su propia cuenta. La comida era tan esperado, sabrosa y deliciosa. Las patatas fritas podrían haber sido más caliente ya estaban fríos por el tiempo llegamos a casa y Vivimos sólo a 3 minutos de distancia. El resto de la comida estaba caliente y deliciosa.
