Lovely haggis and chip staff very friendly and helpful service

Guys I called in here for a couple off burgers and can I tell you here and now . It's by far the best burgers in Scotland by a mile . The burgers where cooked to perfection and the chips where delicious , the counter staff were friendly and very polite and the boss was great banter and very very helpful . What an amazing place . So the next time your in Carronshore make sure u call in for what I can only describe as an awesome chip shop . Thanks guys

We had the most amazing meal from Falcones! The vegetarian pizza is by far the best pizza I have ever eaten, the crumbed chicken burger was delicious and generous and the Bombolini's were the perfect way to end a meal (my Grandson devoured them). Will definitely be back!

Poped in as I just had a 6 hour drive back home, spoiled for choice, and what we did have was great. Staff and owners lovely and friendly and had a natter wi me while I waited.

Soggy, thin batter on a small piece of fish and anaemic chips 😞 Really mystified by the reviews here because my experience just doesn’t match the hype.

Honestly I’ve had chippys in falkirk and other places n falcone tops them all, fish was fresh and went well with the batter which was nice n crispy, not soggy as some places I’ve had local. Chips were also good 10/10

curry sauce was thick and like jelly. fish batter a bit hard. chips weren't very nice at all.

Stunning pizzas an the owner is excellent at giving advice on products. Forget any other pizza place, Nothing comes close to Falcones

Had the special fish. Always good. Unfortunately, the owner gave one of the staff a row. Whether or not it was deserved, it's not something that should happen in front of customers under any circumstance.

Delivery driver rude & the kids sausage supper came without the sausage, so was just a portion of chips. Although the pizza was really nice & could tell it was fresh

All the foods are amazing here. Pizzas are some of the best I've had ever and the chippy food is very high quality, well cooked and wrapped and I really like the chips. Use the app to order to get money off.

2 hours from ordering to delivery. Delivered an hour past delivery time. Food was barely warm. Really disappointed. Last time it was so good

Was late on coming, when I called to ask where my order is I found the girl very rude, when my order eventually came it was cold

Had our Pizzas and popping chicken again tonight, but my Pizza lacked cheese compared to brilliant last one and both pizzas weren't very warm this time. Sorry guys but even the girls who served didn't smile, felt uncomfortable. Won't stop me from going there as previous food been faultless. The lady who i normally speak was away on holiday, she's a good laugh.

My partner loves the pizzas he said it’s the best he’s had and I love the chippy stuff had the fish and half pizza couldn’t fault anything. The only place we order from because you know it will always be good

I don’t usually leave reviews but I order the buttermilk chicken burger meal and it was absolutely fantastic sometimes ordering chicken burgers from a Chippy they can be greasy and quite a heavy meal but it was absolutely lovely nice, fresh and tasty. The chips were also lovely. Will defo be back

Ordered a pizza delivered early. The flavour was lovely especially the Tuscan Fennel Sausage the flavour of the crust was very nice, with just the right amount of charring. The actual base of the pizza was far too thin to the point it fell apart. I gave a 2 star review as I can rarely afford more than 1 takeaway a month Would I recommend this restaurant I really don't know. I may try again in next month and update the review

Great food, arrived in a very timely manner unfortunately let down by not reading notes. Asked for salt & sauce on chips didn’t get either. Second time this has happened, response last time stated human error. Seems like the human that made the error last time must’ve prepared my meal again this time. Sod’s Law. Can I suggest selling small bottles of sauce for customers to purchase to prevent disappointment in future?

Consistently the best chops I've ever had lots of choice which I my case makes choosing something occasionally difficult as its all good all the time.

Why are yous so determined to not give me the 2 mars bars in batter that I have ordered? 2 mars bars, 1 snickers. You have given me 2 snickers and 1 mars bar. The last time I ordered from yous I ordered 2 mars bars and yous gave me 1 mars bar and 1 snickers. Only came back because the chips were good but this time they are awful so defo won't be back

Chips were cooked perfect. and the rolls were fresh, I've noticed most other local chip shops always have stale rolls or rolls that are turning stale, but from here there always nice and fresh.

This has been a favourite for some time but sadly all good times come to an end some time. I dropped in for an evening supper. I decided to change my regular order for a sausage supper instead. When I got back with my supper I was very disappointed as the paste covering the sausage was rock hard making it difficult to bite and chew. Further the wife and I went away for one night arranging for a delivery for my father in law to find out the chips were cold and there were excessive amounts of the small grisly bits that get scraped into the supper leaving him very disappointed to the point we will never be back. We have found a better establishment and will continue there.

Food out for 40 mins on delivery called the shop and got asked my address over 6 times, my food is cold, yous make it fresh yous said, I have just paid for my food and having to re heat it up, yous cook it fresh yeah then it takes 40 mins to deliver it when I live 10 mins away , no order should be with a driver that long. I get the driver have 2 or 3 other deliveries but if its going to take 40 mins to deliver food then yous should organise it better. Terrible £17 for a fish supper which is cold and also where is the brown sauce as there was none?

Delivery time was meant to be between 20.30 to 20.50, That's an hour and twenty minutes over the earlier estimate. I was only notified of the later delivery time when I chased it up. Had I known, I'd have cancelled and ordered elsewhere.

food was look warm if lucky asked for brown sauce salt and vinger got none on either meals and all the paper was stuck to sausages and took off all the batter so really I got soggy bland chips with plain sausage won't be back waste of my money

Food is usually really good. Just no point asking for salt or sauce, barely scare the chips with the bottle.

Worst chip shop I've ever ate out of chips were raw gentlemen who runs it was aggressive when I took chips back in to show him never offered me fresh chips or refund even I got abuse instead

Absolutely excellent. Early, piping hot, very tasty. BBQ King Rib slice was very tasty - can recommend. Look forward to ordering again.

This has become a regular choice more than once in the week. I have a spicy haggis supper and a single steak pie for myself and my fatherinlaw chops and changes between a sausage supper, black pudding supper, and a fish supper. Last week he ordered a fish supper, the fish was cooked to order and he says its the best he has ever had and I follow that with my order I too say I have not tasted better haggis or steak pie locally. Will keep going back and would not hesitate to recommend to anyone.

Literally just sat and wasted £25 thinking I was getting dinner all because staff are too stupid to read an order. asked for a chip roll with brown sauce and salt. opened it up and there's no sauce or salt, literally just a plain roll filled with plain chips. only thing I can eat is the ice cream, thanks👍

Ordered a Hawaiian pizza with mushrooms added as extra - received just a cheese and mushroom pizza. Also choose create own pizza with red onion and smoked sausage … a ten inch pizza had 4 tiny slices of sausage. Really disappointed

fish was the worst I've tasted in a long time...used to be a great fish supper here..don't know what's happened...fish had been lying for hours under a heater...very bland n disgusting

Delivery time was advertised as 25-40 minutes, it took an hour and 15 minus to arrive. Food was quite cold at this point.

One of the worst fish suppers I have ever had. Fish was dry, tasteless and had obviously been reheated at least once. The batter was soggy and rubbery. Quite a combination, truly awful.

Loved this chippy but the past 2/3 times its not been the same, going down hill. Quality of the food is not the best, sausage has chunky bits in them never usually had a problem until the past few times, curry sauce watery and bland , chips not the best either. Thought i’d give another go today but just the same unfortunately.

Hi never had any complaints about this place before now,chips were dry ,batter was horrendous,girl snatched the money from my hand,won’t be back.

Been here before & food was quite nice but disappointed tonight chips were extremely dry , the fish itself was ok but the batter was rubbery , very chewy, . It was as if it was lying out for a while,no crispness to it all . Dont think we'd go back after this

Asked for salt & sauce on chips in comments didn’t get any, selected salt & sauce on haggis when prompted in the drop down - again nothing. Disappointing as I haven’t had a bad meal from here & the food was good, just wasn’t as I’d requested/selected. Delivery driver was friendly & Polite.

Got 2 fish suppers for me and my flat mate, the batter was chewy not crispy, half the chips were OK the other half were poor. Seems like they were reheats from the night before yet cost £11 per supper. Spoiled a nice bit of fish if I'm honest. Certainly not the quality ive come to expect from Falcones over the years. Won't be back.

The most authentic pizza I have ever had in Scotland. It was almost as good as my Nonna's. I would definitely recommend it to family and friends.

Pizzas both burnt and soggy in the centre. Not to the usual standard. Second time ordering on a Saturday night and second time it’s been disappointing.

Not my first time here but will definitely be my last, one girls attitude was horrendous. Rolling her eyes at me for HER mistake, she definitely needs to learn some manners. If it’s too much working with the public maybe it’s time to be looking else where for work. Fish wasn’t the best, rubbery batter it’s a shame because it used to be one of the best in Falkirk but something has definitely changed. Not sure if it’s been token over.

Another girl in a huff about something being quite loud that all customers could here. Very unprofessional 16 or not. The batter round the fish was very rubbery. Prices expensive aswell. Take my custom else where next time.

Fantastic service. Very friendly too....let Amy use their toilet....helped us give our Dutch visitor the Scottish fish supper experience followed with a deep fried Mars bar. Food was fresh and delicious with bug portion sizes. Highly recommend 👌
