Great food , best around and friendly helpful staff I always have a great experience when I got to Falcone’s.

Delicious fresh fish. A large portion of fish and an even larger portion of fries.

Hi never had any complaints about this place before now,chips were dry ,batter was horrendous,girl snatched the money from my hand,won’t be back.

Been here before & food was quite nice but disappointed tonight chips were extremely dry , the fish itself was ok but the batter was rubbery , very chewy, . It was as if it was lying out for a while,no crispness to it all . Dont think we'd go back after this

Fish was soggy, no crisp at all, really poor quality, wouldn’t recommend. Poor staff attitude. Will not be back any time soon.

Got 2 fish suppers for me and my flat mate, the batter was chewy not crispy, half the chips were OK the other half were poor. Seems like they were reheats from the night before yet cost £11 per supper. Spoiled a nice bit of fish if I'm honest. Certainly not the quality ive come to expect from Falcones over the years. Won't be back.

Fish supper and curry sauce.. 13 quid! Wat a rip off. The batter was absolutely stinking. Complete rubber. Chips were dry as a bone.. 5.30pm on a Saturday nite. The last.

Not my first time here but will definitely be my last, one girls attitude was horrendous. Rolling her eyes at me for HER mistake, she definitely needs to learn some manners. If it’s too much working with the public maybe it’s time to be looking else where for work. Fish wasn’t the best, rubbery batter it’s a shame because it used to be one of the best in Falkirk but something has definitely changed. Not sure if it’s been token over.

Fantastic service. Very friendly too....let Amy use their toilet....helped us give our Dutch visitor the Scottish fish supper experience followed with a deep fried Mars bar. Food was fresh and delicious with bug portion sizes. Highly recommend 👌

Always go to Falcones when we’re in the area. There’s nowhere better I know because I’ve tried some before finding this chippy. Anything we’ve had is always spot on

We went in late at night, me and my pals decided it would be funny to ask for some free chips. What we didn't expect, was the guy working there was super nice, and giving us free chips, then we came back later, and we were pretty much given everything there. 10/10 service, would definitely recommend.

There was this really nice guys at falcones who gave us basically a whole free meal at like 11 at night we were shocked it started as I dared my friend to go in and ask for 1 chip and then he gives us a whole meal he is the nicest guy ever I guess there is still some nice people in this world it made me and my friends very happy!

Just had battered haggis supper which was amazing, rest of family really happy with battered black pudding and steak pie, so nice calling back tomorrow. Really good customer service and the guy behind counter was super nice.

I ordered a king rib supper, I usually order fish and chips from a chip shop but love a king rib and was not disappointed. The king rib was spot on delicious. The chips were good to, only 4 stars as the food could have been hotter but considering they delivered from their shop to grangemouth I can't really complain. I will certainly order again, next time I'll try the fish and chips. Can't wait

2 hours for a delivery on a Thursday night. If you are too busy then please stop accepting orders. Definitely not worth the wait.

Great chips ask for a split haggis supper just what I wanted. To fill the hunger gap tonight Had to wait until it was cooked

Just finished my food, was very good but a delivery time of roughly 2hrs and 20 mins, it was shocking and by the time I got it, I wasn't hungry anymore, won't order again

The chips looked good too, but i only had a Special fish on my 2nd visit a few mths ago & still didn't have that RUFF CAST bread crumb dressing on it that cuts the inside of your mouth like most other chippies have. So in u pop for a carry out ['cos it's only a take - a - way.] 👍

Went in last night 11.2.23 asked for a small kids sausage supper priced £5.00 the girl on the till asked for payment charged me £5.50 he boss said to her how much did you charge him she said £5.50he said make it £6.50 I then said it's only £5.00on your board he said I asked for a sausage supper I said I didn't no meal no refund he can shove his shop where it hurts

Worse chippy ever called an hour nbhalf ago for mine n my kids dinner and still waiting it is unreal never will I be ordering from here again

forgot to add in half of my order, had to go back for it which left my food cold and soggy, one male manager was a weirdo all up in the young girl serving mes face, wouldn’t even feed it to the dug, won’t be back.

Top notch special fish - about the best I've had anywhere! Kids loved the pizzas, will definitely be back for more.

Food is great but their collection service is abysmal. Collection is meant to be faster than delivery but the 3 times I've turned up for collection(at the time they state the food should be ready) I ended up waiting 30min or more.

Went here when visiting falkirk one of the best chip shops I've ever tasted food hot batter just right was busy but very prompt service and reasonably priced

The best chips I’ve had for years, lovely fish & homemade batter. My husband phoned to ask about allergies & ingredients before ordering. Owner was very helpful & had full list of ingredients. They make their own batter with flour & water, a lot of places now use ready made packet mixes, which contain milk & egg. So it was brilliant to find somewhere that still makes batter the proper way, & cook their food in beef dripping. Which makes the chips lovely & crispy, unlike a lot of places that use veg oil which makes chips soggy & greasy. Very helpful owner who was happy to check ingredients & delicious fish & chips.

Tried this chip shop for the first time after stopping at the wee fishing shop next door maybe got an off night as really didn't enjoy it despite all the positive reviews. Just felt the chips were soggy same with the fish. Looks a mice clean place though.

For my money the best chippie in the area by a reasonable margin, consistently good.They only have one competitor to my mind, and they are in Fife. The onion rings are are great. Delivery available but alas not sit-in.

After a two and a half hour wait for a delivery the dips to dip the allegedly hot and spicy prawns in (they were just in batter, nothing hot and spicy about them) were missing. When I phoned, the girl was rude! Couldn’t believe I would actually like the dips to go with the greasy prawns and then hung up on me! Used to be the best chippie around when Joe had it! Definitely won’t be back

Fish and chips here are great. The batter is always crispy and fresh. Would recommend them to family and friends

Really enjoyed the food but to wait over 2 hours for a delivery on a Wednesday night just isn’t acceptable at all. I don’t care how good the food is or how popular the place is NOTHING is worth that. Shame because the food was good and arrived piping hot. Delivery driver was very polite but to order a burger and chips at 17:25 with an eta of 60mins and not receive it till 19:35 and no update or courtesy call to advise the eta would be doubled. (I also live less than a 5 minute drive from the shop - so location can’t be blamed!) Thanks but no thanks. You won’t keep customers with service like that.

This is my first stop every time when I come to Scotland. Simply the best.

Ordered online an hour in advance yet still had to wait 15 mins on my food. Fritters were fresh out of the fryer and were excellent but the haggis, black pudding and chipsteak had clearly been in the warmer for a while as the batter was rubbery and chewy. All in all, not a nice experience and won't be back.

I have found with all fish and chip shops that battered fish can be good one day and poor the next, dependant on how far ahead they fry the fish and the take up on said fish. Therefore, on the 23rd October, I decided to order the "special" done in Panko flakes. I ordered the "2 fish" with chips at a cost of £8.50. This was probably the best fish and chip dinner I have had in years. The fish were larger than I expected (I may well order 1 fish next time!) and were tender and flaky as advertised. There were also plenty of good chips. The fish was made to order and in good time. The girls on the till were friendly and polite. All in all a great experience!

Fresh, hot, delicious split haggis suppers and sausage supper. Always a friendly welcome no matter how long your last visit was .

Great food no complaints there, the older staff seem a bit stressed out therefore don't seem to be as friendly as they could be. Shame.

Service has went down hill never read allergies notes delivery is terrible driver sat and had a smoke before getting out the car with an order that was already running over 30 mins late

A group of us at Airth castle for a wedding had the restaurant close on us, so they gave us a room where we could order our own takeaway and sit together. Mine arrived last but it was worth the wait! By far the best chippie I have ever had in my life! It lured me in with its battered smoke sausage and snickers and now I'm hooked. The chips are also divine. 👌🏻 Sadly I live in Stirling so this will only be an occasional treat for me (but what a treat!) I convinced hubby to stop off here again last night and the food was just as good. Thank you so much Falcones and please keep up the good work because an amazing chippie is certainly hard to find and no longer exists in Stirling.

Rang in advance to check if the chips were gluten free and cooked in a separate fryer, was told yes they were. On arrival I double checked they were cooked in separate fryer and was told no they are all in same fryer, so went away with nothing.

Regular customers, this is the 3rd time my order was wrong. Getting pretty annoying when I keep having to go back to get it changed. All our meals were warm dry and brick hard, obviously been sitting too long. Never hear a sorry about that each time I've been back. I get its a Saturday night but just try to take more time reading orders properly

Not a chippy lover but since the new owners took over in the last year, I have been a regular. A change of cooking oil a cooking technique has resulted in the tastiest, freshest selection of great chippy suppers. The staff are all very friendly and knowledgeable. Altogether a great chippy

had my first order in more than 15 + years and took me back to my childhood fish and chips amazing just like I remember ever Friday we got one to share when I was wee good to know family traditions haven't changed as well as products got a cheese pizza with smoked sausage base was so good not tasted a good pizza for a long time defo be back guys just a shame you're closed for a week enjoy you break yous deserve it

The pizza is the best in the town😍 You won't find a better pizza 🤘🖤 The owner is the man Always smiling and always happy to help with everything. The young dude making the pizza, he definitely gets plenty if he's firing out top scran like that. Shaggers🖤🤘 Nduja and smoked cheese will change your life!

Ordered here several times, food is always to a high standard and quality and it is always really enjoyable. Would 10/10 recommend.

Best Chippy by far! Staff are always friendly, efficient and chatty, always leave with a smile on your face to go with your dinner i love that you can order from their own App or their website and they also have loyalty discounts available. You cannot ask for better!

Ordered 1 supper and bag of chips 16.45 still waiting 18.30 second time this has happened won’t happen again. I know they are busy but when you can’t manage to shop you expect it within the hour.
