Tasty Grill in Falkirk

We used to order from here quite a bit. However they dropped in their service and quality. Asked for a mild curry, came out extra spicy. Asked for a side of mozzarella, was told "They don't do cheese" despite of offering cheese pizzas and cheese chips. Also they like to insult women customers in their own language. Just a horrid place.

Pizza was nasty, Frozen supermarket are better

I had a korma calzone while my work colleagues had donner calzone each,all the guys said the quality of there's isn't great but mine was disgusting as the sauce wasn't very nice and the chicken wasn't even that edible all in all I'll not be buying from there again,kismet in grangemouth is without doubt the best around for quality food at competitive prices, but each person to their own I'm just giving an honest review

Would be 0 stars if a could…. Just got a munchy box and the quality was a joke the kebab meat was hard as brick and non edible the chips were reheated, if you have are looking for a decent meal steer clear of tasty grill the place has went down hill massively since being took over

Ordered a pizza specifically asking for no onions got home opened the box full of onions on the pizza and also was burnt to a crisp. Asked on phone if I could bring the pizza back and exchange but was told I had asked for extra onions, no help at all from staff ended up just ending the phone call. Avoid at all costs!!!

Ordered a pizza online . Never received pizza. App said it was delivered. So I phoned up to see what's going on. Spoke to a very rude person who started calling me a thief ?? I just wanted my pizza

I received frozen chicken in my korma and my partners food was also half cooked, we called the restaurant and they said they’d replace it and the attitude and disrespect on the phone and getting accused of doing something similar three times when we’re are very happy customers usually I would highly NOT RECOMMEND this restaurant to absolutely no one not safe at all especially when dealing with chicken as being a chef myself. Very very rude staff and absolutely horrified by my meal. Taking this to trading standards and will not be back at all

Would give zero stars if I could. Received frozen chicken in my korma, my keema was clearly reheated and rubbery and disgusting. Got accused of doing this before as last time I had a hair in my food which was black and I left it. Normally receive nice food. After being told I was getting sent a replacement, he phoned again to abuse me and accused me of lying said I wasn’t getting no refund or no replacement. Also very very rude on the phone. Food was disgusting and will be taking this issue to trading standards to do my best to shut this place down! Do not advise anybody to go here!

EXTREMELY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. SENT ME A 16 INCH BLACK BURNT PIZZA , CHEESE AND CRUST BOTH BURNT BLACK. PHONED THEM TO GET A REPLACEMENT OR A REFUND AND THEY FLAT OUT REFUSED, AND DENIED BURNING THE PIZZA.

Ordered a take away at 20:34 and arrived at 21:25 food came piping hot and was amazing I ordered the meal deal 3 +2 twelve inch pizzas garlic bread chips and a bottle of juice great seat for great food well done guys you have definitely shocked me

Ordered a large mix Kebab ,which included lamb and all the usual, but only recieved donner and chicken donner . Chicken donner wasn't the best 😕

Food was utter garbage that I wouldn't feed my dog. Got mixed calzone nothing was mixed no other meat apart from Donner meat that I wouldn't give my dog

Ordered a golden munchy box 10'' delivered within 45mins but no extra cheese on the chips but was charged for, chicken chatt raw inside and the chicken pakora was raw in the middle, veg pakora was the smallest pieces of pakora I ever did see, not finished yet but the chips were dip fried.. Not even on the not recommended list tbh pure s***e, do not try 🙏🙏🙏

The food was absolutely horrific!!! I spoke to them on the phone and I said if you don’t do a refund then I will put a review and the man would not do a refund! I am absolutely raging!!!!!

Ordered the kebab wrap and the veg pakora they both were amazing and delicious

Absolutely disgusting food, would not recommend, took one bite of the donor meat and found a massive crunchy bit inside, chips were hard like they weren't cooked correct, then when I asked for I refund I got complete abuse saying they couldn't refund me because I paid by card which is rubbish anyone can refund on cash or card, 2hours I waited for someone to phone me back until I managed to get my money back and the manager has no manners at all, he eventually came to my door once the shop shut and only refunded me half my money!!!! Disgraceful manners and disgusting business. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!

The irony of having a do not touch the cabinet glass for hygiene reasons.... look around this place and its disgusting inside.... grubby signage, disgusting floors and the staff are not exactly professional either in appearance or inclination. I turned up a little earlier just to check if my order was ready to be bluntly told I TOLD YOU 20 MINUTES..... wow. Food for what it is is very overpriced.... Special Nan at £4 which had no lamb tikka or chicken tikka mainly a few pieces of coriander and a chilli. The fish pakora was mostly batter and the portion was tiny for £5. What A JOKE!!! Do not eat here......

The owner and/or manager left last year at some point and the place has went down hill drastically. The place is disgusting inside, no hygiene in place at all and the food ive just opened at home was revolting! The last few orders we have had have been poor but tonight it was revolting. Quality of food is abysmal now and an hour after what i did manage to eat i feel ill... i will never visit again as the old manager knew myself and my husband and the service was always fantastic. Sad to see how its ended up.

My partner placed an order at 17:15 email from them delivered at 18:15.. 18:30 he rang them.. No Order.. asked address. No Order? Check the other internet? Used them before no problems. But not again. Canceling payment..

Been eating from here for years. Sorry to say after today I won't be ordering from Tasty grill again. 2 hours to deliver food and it was cold. Missing item and been told lies about delivery times. If you don't have enough drivers to deliver the food don't take on new orders and go offline. Absolute shocking service!

The quality went down! Try to order a can Pepsi and get delivered an IrnBru..That meal..Dogs like that!( not the painted toxic red ones and the others killed with spices) Do you really want this into your body?😝😝🤢

I believe the take away has recently changed hands . Such a pity as the food used to be fabulous and always tasty. Tonight’s meal was a mixed bag . Meat was tender , rice was lovely but the pakora , sauces , spiced onions and breads were awful. Far too salty and no taste of spices or aromatics . Very disappointed , could be teething problems but I won’t be back .

Phoned about the garlic sauce being curdled, got a reply “all garlic sauces are fine” I replied they are curdled and doesn’t even taste like garlic sauce, then got an attitude from the person on phone, I then said I’ll be phoning food and hygiene and got a reply “you do that”

I cannot recommend this place highly enough. Some takeaways are hit amd a miss, but this is consistantly a hit for me.

Came down too collect a mixed kebab which was absolutely delicious! Thankyou very much service was hygienic, efficient and friendly and the kebab was fantastic.

Absolutely terrible service I ordered from just eat but put down the wrong address by accident so I called them right after I made the mistake and they cancelled my order said the money hadn’t been taken out and hung up the phone so I called back to tell them the money had been taken out and he just said phone just eat then hung up again I’m still waiting on my money but I’m absolutely disgusted in the way they handled the situation they could have easily taken note of my address and continued the order but they were just rude about the whole situation I WILL NOT be ordering from here again 🙄

Outstanding from tasty grill, always my go-to restaurant to order from, they never fail to produce good food and excellent service, delivery drivers are always so polite and I’ve never had a bad encounter. Not once have I had to wait over the expected time given 9 times out of 10 I will receive the food early which is even better, on the way to school “tasty grill” is a hot topic as me and the people on the bus love to boast about the hoagies, wraps and pizzas. Hearing that there was a fire near this place just recently sent me to tears I must say along with a few others. Tasty grill is like a second home for me and never fails to impress, for the prices you are getting good food, if there’s ever an issue they will always stand to hear it and take action when needed, well done guys! Excellent food👍🏽

Guy behind the counter couldn't get an order right! Pizza I ordered was floating in grease, the toppings I ordered on the pizza the guy forgot to put them on while making the pizza and thought it would be okay to just throw them on at the end! Full pizza went in the bin after a mouth full, absolute waste of money and was disgusting! Never be back there again! Place is no longer good like it used to be.

Great food and on time really enjoyed it all.

Food was piping hot and fresh. Only negative was the cheeseburger was a bit dry and over cooked. The rest was delicious.

Phoned the shop numerous times they told me it was a few minutes away because the delivery drivers car broke down another 20 minutes later I got my food then I spoke to the driver he told me he had no idea about his car breaking down not even an apology very disappointed and angry at tasty grill

Food arrived 3 hours after order time and two phone calls to the restaurant. Very disappointed with meal, it is clear they had forgotten and then made a quick pizza to deliver as it was undercooked. Will not be back.

After getting a horrendous takeaway last week (Hot Kebab - Melville Street) I was amazed to get a delivery from Tast Grill. Food was phenomenal & early.... Top notch 🥳🥳🥳

Usually outstanding food and service, however tonight I got the wrong curry, despite the person who answered the phone saying it was correct and the same as it was always is even though I've had the same curry 3/4 times from here and it looked completely different to normal and tasted like nothing! However after a short phone call they did send a replacement which was delicious. Just a shame the rest of the meal was cold by the time the curry arrived

Absolutely top quality service & food was beautiful, the portions were big and prices are low! we ordered a Doner kabab that was wonderful & my doner calzone was to die for! 100% recommend and will use them in the future when visiting Falkirk!

After getting home with my meal I realised they have gave me the wrong order, when arriving back in store was met with several apologies which I appreciate and even give free popadoms and spiced onins however there have been sever items missing in the past few orders, I enjoy the food from tasty grill very much especially your kormas👌please could you double check the order before handing it over to the customer.

Chips frozen and fish isn't battered its breadcrumbs which wasnt what I wanted and very disappointed about it should say that's how it's done.

Fastest delivery I've ever had in my life, well chuffed! Had ordered a king hoagie thinking it would be a wee wrap, so am very happy with what I got 😄😄

Delivery was early which is great on a Friday night. Driver was friendly as usual. Only downside was the kebab meat was rather dry and tasteless. Thankfully plenty of lamb and chicken to eat.

Ordered at 18:35 and it arrived at 20:15, it was meant to arrive at 19:40. The delivery wasn't the only thing about the order that was disappointing, the food was not the best. I ordered a chicken tikka masala, rice, veg pakora and a chapati. The masala did not taste anything like I have had before, it was tasteless, the chapati was very dry and tasted like four, the pakora was overly spicy. The best bit of the meal was the poppadoms that I didn't order. I will not be ordering from this restaurant in the future. There are much better restaurants in falkirk, that won't take as long to deliver.

Ordered to get food later at 18:45 and it turns up at 18:15, partner wasn't home for another 30 minutes and food went cold. Been a few times this has happened now never said anything before, but when a customer requests food to be later it's usually for a reason. Food tasted great as usual so can't fault that. Just wish it would arrive when asked for.

ordered a burger and chicken skewer at 17:40 the deliver time I was giving was 18:50. when it hit 19:10 I called up to enquire about the order gave my address and got told it would be there in 15mins. after explaining I had orders almost 2 hours ago I got hung up on mid way through my conversation no apology or anything. not exactly fast food. won’t be back.

Ordered chicken burger kids meal, was sent chicken nuggets, the curry was average the garlic mushrooms were awful, vegetable pakora was soggy. Won’t be using this takeaway again.

Will never order again, two hour wait for food is shocking. When I phoned to see where order was I was told it would be delivered in 20 min, after 40 min wait I phoned and cancelled. Person on phone told me to wait 10 more min then cancel! Don’t think so! Delivery driver eventually turned up and I told him I didn’t want it. Shocking service, won’t be ordering again.
