Mcdonald's Restaurants in Newport

Awful delivery after spending £50, cold, late and half the order was missing. When we phoned to ask for help, the staff member was downright rude, hung up on me and kept hanging up everything time o tried to sort it!

food came very cold, missing items and my burgers were tossed around and disassembled. very dissapointed with this order

the delivery driver was great but thr drinks spilled everywhere in the bag

no fries with my meal, no dips with meal or selects. no straw. not the first time either 👍

Food was delivered very cold,it arrived over 45 minutes after it was claimed to of been delivered and the bags were all ripped open.

would of been nice had everything not been covered in diet coke obviously the food went stone cold .... when I mentioned the damaged stuff to the driver his response was " I've been riding up a hill "

Everything would have been great and I would have left a full review only the coke was tipped over and it was all in the McFlurry which had to be thrown out. I’m grateful that I got a refund on those two items thank you very much

It took 40 minutes before the order was even out for delivery and when it did arrive, it was stone cold. Really poor service, waste of money. Order from elsewhere

Hot chocolate tasted like warm water, food was cold, ice creams melted, given the wrong items in my wrap. Barely touched my food, my daughter didnt touch hers. Worst mcdonalds we have ever had.

ICE COLD FRENCH FRIES BUT BURGERS WERE WARM?

The order took almost an hour to be delivered and when it did it was not warm. The fries tasted like they were from day before.

McDonald’s did not pack coffee correctly causing it to spill all over food which I was unable to drink

when the food is hot, it's great. just what you expect. but lately, orders have been arriving either lukewarm or cold as rock. didn't help that the last delivery driver I had came with an opened thermal delivery bag, letting all the heat out in 4°c weather. I know they didn't open it after they got here as they were still wearing the bag on their back when I got to and opened the door.

I ordered a sweet chilli rap *grilled* with a banana milk shake and chips not only have I had 1 thing missing but 2 they have missed my drink and my chips and they have gave me the wrong rap they have giving me a crispy wrap so i have just paid 11 odd pound for a wrap and nothing else and it’s not even the right wrap🤦‍♀️

the order was slightly wrong as it always is when I order from that McDonald's didn't have the right drinks and the burgers weren't even put together right I had 2 buns stacked on top of eachother and 4 burgers layerd right on top of each other on the both, looked rushed, best part about the meal was the chips.

Although its not a fault of the establishment itself, the number of children making a mess, causing problems and being difficult for staff is unpleasant

For a family that don’t eat pork, I asked for no sausage and no bacon on instructions and what did they add? There was bacon in the wraps😡

didn't get any hasbrowns. missing the two that were supposed to come with the mcmuffins, the sharebox of mini hash browns and the free one for orders over £15.

Burgers were a bit cold and the fries were cold my Daughter wouldn't eat them and they tasted awful after warming them a bit

no straws again. and no dips that I ordered to go with my chicken selects. it's not really that hard to follow an order is it? yet you do it every time

Had a great time with my family including 2 babies. Staff were lovely and very helpful, customers very understanding about us needing space for 2 prams.

driver was lovely the drink spilt but things like this happens but offered ro replace at his own cost. I didn't accept but wanted to say thankyou foe such a kind gesture.

the food was delicious and hot and the delivery driver was amazing 👏

had a phonecall form the delivery driver he had had a puncture on his bike and was unable to come. then he called to say he could come. he turned up later on pushing the bike with the puncture so I assume he walked the whole way. poor guy shouldn't have had to do that someone else should've brought our order as when it arrived it was all stone cold. I feel very sorry for the delivery driver and unhappy that he was made to deliver our food even though it was freezing.

Vile delivery driver, went to wrong place and proceeded to have ago at me over the phone about it and hung up on me, haven’t received my food.

few occasions now, not everything has been put in that has been ordered. JustEat have had to refund me a few times and I've never had too really before. this is even with notes added to not forget

A free item would have come with my order but no vegan/vegetarian option despite the whole order was veggie.

Food arrived cold. Had to microwave every item. The mccrispy buns were literally burnt. I a mccrispy EVERY time I go to McDonald but I literally couldn’t even finish this one. I paid for dips and none of them were in the bag. Not even the free ones that come with a sharer box. £40 wasted

My food was delivered by someone who used a Morrisons bag for life rather than a proper food bag. My food was freezing cold and covered in the drink that had spilt over everything.

Food given from restaurant was wrong. Some food was ordered without cheese, sticker on box confirmed this but food inside HAD cheese.

Food was for my granddaughters and they sent no fries with the happy meal or anything else on the burger in the happy meal so one of them wasn’t very happy

Food was hot. McDonalds food hardly ever arrives hot. The restaurant forgot to give the dip I ordered annoying. But couldn't be bothered to report it. The delivery service was brilliant.

Driver got lost even with instructions chips wasnt cooked enuff and £4.50 delivery not worth the £14 for one burger medium frys and 1 way to strong and no sugar coffee wont be ordering there again

Burnt bun on chicken sandwich completely black.. missing other items- shocking McDonald's don't have quality control when they are losing market share.. Complaints system with Justeat is equally as poor.. Emails and photos.. how you are supposed to photo missing items is beyond me. Tempted to take up complaints with credit card company in future.
