Typically Mickie D...not 24hrs. Centre of town.

Great fast food with friendly table staff to help elderly customers.

Although its not a fault of the establishment itself, the number of children making a mess, causing problems and being difficult for staff is unpleasant

Had a great time with my family including 2 babies. Staff were lovely and very helpful, customers very understanding about us needing space for 2 prams.

Twice now i haven't received my strawberry milkshake

few occasions now, not everything has been put in that has been ordered. JustEat have had to refund me a few times and I've never had too really before. this is even with notes added to not forget

Vile delivery driver, went to wrong place and proceeded to have ago at me over the phone about it and hung up on me, haven’t received my food.

Food was cold and waited over an hour for food will never be ordering again

Food arrived cold. Had to microwave every item. The mccrispy buns were literally burnt. I a mccrispy EVERY time I go to McDonald but I literally couldn’t even finish this one. I paid for dips and none of them were in the bag. Not even the free ones that come with a sharer box. £40 wasted

My food was delivered by someone who used a Morrisons bag for life rather than a proper food bag. My food was freezing cold and covered in the drink that had spilt over everything.

Food given from restaurant was wrong. Some food was ordered without cheese, sticker on box confirmed this but food inside HAD cheese.

Food was for my granddaughters and they sent no fries with the happy meal or anything else on the burger in the happy meal so one of them wasn’t very happy

Complaints system with Justeat is equally as poor.. Emails and photos.. how you are supposed to photo missing items is beyond me. Tempted to take up complaints with credit card company in future.

Was nice food enjoyed it, arrived quickly. Only downside was I didn’t have a order code to give the driver so my food went a little cold because he kept asking and asking for it I showed him my phone and that I had no code.

Guy at the counter who gave me twenty sauces when I was drunk is a legend. Hate maccies this place is sound though more of a burger king guy myself.

This burger is a rip off. I ordered a bacon double cheese burger but it came squished and looked more like a single one. Even if you are busy you have to still make sure u give your customers an order that looks like what they ordered as I thought at first it was a single burger I was given and not a double. This was outrageous and I’m hoping for a better burger next time

food is freezing cold and wet, i don’t blame the driver as the second he got the food it wasn’t too bad time it’s just the restaurant itself room forever to give it. delivery time kept going up and up and they forgot food now i’m let with missing food, soggy cold chips and rubbery nuggets from being so cold.

I get a taste for a burger occasionally. I always enjoy the burger ,but the chips don't keep warm. The staff are friendly but stretched with all the delivery side and walk in customer's I don't like the automated ordering and prefer to speak to a person, which means I have to wait for somebody. In the evening's when I went, it was a bit quieter than the day. The atmosphere is a bit tense with the gangs of youngsters, but I enjoyed my food and left. I only go now and then. I rarely eat burgers 🍔

You need to train your staff better, it can’t always be a “simple mistake” when items are constantly being forgotten to be packed? Do they not have an order list to follow from? it shouldn’t be hard to double check and order before they send it ou.

High street MacDonald are very bad services. The staff are lazy. They are talking eatc other. If you order by online they to late. Than you can go and see still food is not ready. But in the screen show the food is ready and still delivery driver waiting inside for food. I sujjest evry one for good service report MacDonald high authority. Why the all staff lazy.
