everything arrived cold burger, chicken sharebox fries, recently this happens more and more often in this city

Food took over a hour and half to come it was cold not very nice

This branch make sosny mistakes, they constantly miss out items or instructions Tonight if was the fries from x 2 large meals

My food was freezing cold driver rude had to go out of pocket on taxis to attempt to pick my food up was over an hour late stone cold rude driver unable

Delivery driver was lovely and polite

My son was supposed to get a Minecraft toy that was missing. That was the reason he ordered the meal. Something missing is a regular problem.

Time kept changing, food and drinks were missing

Delivery driver completely delivered the food to the wrong house, or just took the food. I was on the phone to the delivery driver at the time, standing outside and I even walked down to where he was to see if I could see him. But the directions I was giving to him on the phone just wasn’t seeming to get through his thick head! I want a refund please! And free food from McDonald’s line road newport, other wise I’m suing this company!

My chips where cold and iam not happy with this service and no sauce and no straws came for my drinks

Driver didn’t drive down the lane to get my flat & walked so by the time he got to me, food was cold & chips stale. Also no straw or sauces

I forgot change my address, I rang the devil very man who refused to bring my food or refund my money and he asked for the delivery code, after giving it to him upon the phone and telling him I’d give extra money, he did not turn up with my food and it’s already been paid for.

We ordered a drink but came with no straw also payed for sauces but didn’t come also

Good but my coke fell through the bag

the coke was very watered. not good enough

order made just after 1600 for 1700 delivery. Delivery driver missed my Street, drove around the block and then parked on the wrong street. Delivery driver contacted me to say that he had my delivery and I had to inform him that he was on the wrong street and direct him to where he should be. Would help if they used sat nav then they might find the right address, Delivery arrived nearly 30 minutes late and item missing from the order which happens more often than it should from this McDonald's.

All cold never coming here again

Awful delivery after spending £50, cold, late and half the order was missing. When we phoned to ask for help, the staff member was downright rude, hung up on me and kept hanging up everything time o tried to sort it!

Food was delivered very cold,it arrived over 45 minutes after it was claimed to of been delivered and the bags were all ripped open.

Everything would have been great and I would have left a full review only the coke was tipped over and it was all in the McFlurry which had to be thrown out. I’m grateful that I got a refund on those two items thank you very much

Hot chocolate tasted like warm water, food was cold, ice creams melted, given the wrong items in my wrap. Barely touched my food, my daughter didnt touch hers. Worst mcdonalds we have ever had.
